Omni Louisville Hotel

Awesome place to stay at people were amazing. Rooms are clean. Pool is awesome.

The location and food options on the property were great, comfortable stay, clean and beautiful room. Parking and wi-fi weren’t included, and several times we weren’t able to get ahold of the front desk. We also asked for towels that were never delivered to our room.

Hi, real quick. The pool bar had no staff there the entire stay. The "market " had a private function and we were unable to get a coffee or a grab and go sandwich. There were no notice of either amenities being closed. We had to leave the hotel and go to the Marriott for dinner one night because EVERYTHING was closed to the public, even though we were guests for 8 days there. Next time we'll choose a better place with amenities that actually are for all the guests of the hotel

I stayed in a luxury suite on the 10th floor for 4 or 5 nights. I enjoyed it so much. I kept extending my stay, I did that twice. Everything was absolutely lovely from the check-in all the way to checking out. The front desk employees were so helpful, specifically Stevenia, who is an absolute dream and so relatable, I love her so much. The valet were amazing, including Shawn and another gentleman who literally carried all of my bags from the garage to the front door for me, I wish I could remember his name, he was perfection. I enjoyed a couple services at Mokara Spa by the most amazing lady named Corie, she was the kindest and most patient person I got to experience during my stay, as well as Abby at the spa’s front desk, who was an absolute dream to deal with.. so kind and so understanding with a situation I was dealing with. Cooper, with in room dining/room service, was to die for. Oh, and I cannot forget how delicious the food at Bob’s steak and chophouse was, and the mocktail we had was so delicious. I just want to say that my stay at the Omni Louisville could not have been more perfect. Thank you guys so much for everything, I will never forget my experience.

This hotel is incredible! There are not enough great things I can say about it. You literally can park your car and walk to everything. The pool side bar was great, all the staff was friendly, hotel is very clean, and smells amazing. I will definitely be back.

It had a place to grab food in the evening The parking garage was rediculous. I came back to the hotel late from a wedding and I had to walk around the block at midnight by myself because there was no entrance directly in the hotel that was open. I did not feel safe. Valet parking was way too expensive.

Pool, hot tub amazing and enough space for guests. Work out gym great options for everyone. Ideal location and market, restaurants and bowling on site was perfect!

It’s a stunning hotel. Louisville in general is a bit of a ghost town so the surrounding area felt eerily quiet. You just need to be aware as you walk around downtown at night. But the property itself was stunning. Best food and drink options on a hotel!

Exceptional

Our rooms toilet was broken. We had everything unpacked. So we had to move into a different room. But they handled it quickly.

For one of the best It lacks alot. The customer service agents at the font did not know much about the city. Also there is no market place to pick up water or any where to shop if you forgot anything

Omni is our favorite hotel in Louisville. Clean rooms, convenient to other areas, great pool and staff.

Most things were great. Restaurant was closed so had to leave to get food.

This hotel is beautiful! It was our 1st stay here and we were celebrating our 45th anniversary. The hotel was excellent from the moment we pulled up. When we checked in the staff was so pleasant when they greeted us. They told us happy anniversary and called us by name. They upgraded our room which made us feel very special. The room was amazing. The bed was as good as we had at home which made for a great nights sleep. We enjoyed having a great breakfast in our room. We walked around the hotel and checked out all it had to offer. We plan on coming back again next year if not sooner. Being located in the city it was not as quiet as we are used to, but was worth it.
