Beautiful hotel! I stayed for the Kentucky Derby Marathon and it was a great location, walkable to the start. Lots of restaurants and things to do near by. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Trouble adjusting the air it was cold there wasn't enough towels nor enough blankets . Staff was not extremely helpful at the front desk the man didn't even speak fluent English I, didn't even understand but like a fourth of what he was saying stayed there years ago and it was really nice ! Sadly, I can no longer say the same !

Right downtown and only a short walk to the Yum center from the show we we’re going to see. I booked a king bed room in the west tower. Upon check in I was given a double queen suite in east tower. The hotel said that because I booked through Booking.com that they sent the wrong paperwork over, that the paperwork they had was for a double room. After spending over an hour talking with booking and them collaborating with the hotel on my behalf, it was determined that my king room wasn’t ready when we arrived so they “upgraded” my king room to a double queen suite “for free”. If the room wasn’t ready, I would’ve been happy to wait if they had just told me.. if I wanted a queen bed, I would’ve booked a room with a queen bed. I was staying less than 24 hours and did not need or want a suite. I wanted the king bed I booked.

It’s ridiculous to pay that amount for a room and that much for parking

Waiting too long for an elevator and not able to use the exit because of a conference being there. Room was mid for the price. Had hard time leaving this morning because a conference was letting out on a break and the lobby was FULL !!
