Residence Inn by Marriott Boulder Broomfield

The room was so comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen was well-supplied. The only problem is that there was not a smart TV, just satellite or cable with a limited number of channels. Breakfast options are delicious.

We found this hotel because we needed a suite with two rooms. The suite was amazing! We had everything we needed and it was very convenient with the kids sleeping in different rooms. The staff is amazing and very attentive. The pool area was also well maintained.

Breakfast was good. The room was nice. The bathroom was big.

The exterior grounds were not well kept. Hallway rugs at the doors were very dirty. We had a stain on our sofa although it did look like it had been vacuumed. Overall the room was clean. The vanity in the bathroom was extremely low. Breakfast not the greatest, we stuck with oatmeal. Our room floor actually had a slope by the window where it appears the foundation may have settled. Overall I think there are a lot of exterior issues but the room was clean and bed comfortable. We got stuck on the first floor so you could hear footsteps above us, which started at 5:30 am.

The front desk person who checked me, announced my room number in front of other people at the front desk. This should have not been said for all to hear. It can become a security issue. Someone could say they lost their card and ask for my room number.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar. Hair on sheets (multiple), blood on lotion, all the dishes were dirty, stains on couch and dirty counters.

Great value for the price in a pleasant location. Rooms are clean and spacious; there is free, hot breakfast; and, the staff is friendly and accommodating. There’s a walking path nearby and it’s a better location than the other cluster of hotels nearby. Consistent Marriott experience, which has been better than my experience with the Hilton brand.

Room was spacious and we love to have the small kitchenette to cook our own small items. Room has plenty of utensils, pots, plates, glassware, etc. Location is convenient. Staff very friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

3rd time staying at this location with my 4 and 5 year old girls with autism. Ron has an amazing staff who are kind and patient, no matter what your needs as a guest are. This property is safe, very clean, and has all amenities you could need for your stay! This is the 534th hotel property I have visited in my 32 yrs of life! Residence Inn Louisville is in my top 10!

Friendly staff, great accommodations, clean, the kitchen had a good variety of utensils, dish and glassware, consistently good food for breakfast. Would highly recommend!

Still nice stay really quiet and nice staff

Bed was comfortable. Black out curtains worked well. Full-size refrigerator was convenient. Not enough coffee was left in the room to accommodate two days between room service.

The hotel needs a deep clean. Other than the breakfast area and lobby, the carpets were soiled, there was dirt on the doors and ceilings. The phone and refrigerator were broken and not attended to when I asked. One staff member was apologetic, the other two were not at all.

The was a great option for a few nights. Lovely location, lots close by, easy drive to Boulder and the mountains, quiet, clean, easy layout, and friendly staff. Perfect for our needs!

We had two rooms. One was ok… Hotel shows its age a little in the rooms. Lobby and public areas are great. The one room smelled so bad that it was not bearable. The sofa sleeper for the “suite” was not usable it smelled so bad. Upon informing hotel management they gave us a bottle of air freshener. That’s it… no offer to switch rooms, no I’m sorry… just a bottle of air freshener and a good luck. Rooms are tiny, less than 16 inches to navigate between the bed and dresser. Overall, if the room hadn’t stunk so bad like cat urine and Indian food and if the hotel had cared it wouldn’t be too bad. But as it was, I would never stay there again or recommend it. The LaQuinta next door is much nicer, cleaner and has a more attentive staff.

The outside of the property looks a little dated but once you are inside you are pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly and efficient, from the front desk to housekeeping. Very clean. Would defiantly stay there again if I am ever in the Boulder area.

It was my first time staying at a property like that. The location was very convinient as far as traveling goes, very close to the highway and shops. Dorm suite/apartment styled with the rooms having dishwear and a dishwasher. Would definitely visit again.

Generally everything went well. The majority of the staff was nice and everything was clean. However, we paid for a King room, which we did not receive due to miscommunication (partially my fault). However, after Expedia contacted them about refunding the upgrade fee, we were denied, so we paid for something we did not receive.

Wonderful stay.

The site was so affordable and i was amazed how clean, comfy and wonderful it actually was. We brought it Pyr wide a good 110 lbs and she was right at home. Loved everything about this room.

Sheets and blankets were obviously not changed before we came. There was a brown stain on them--maybe dried blood? Also, our room smelled like old people and moth balls.

I'm staying here with my autistic son who has a lot of anxiety, but he has been so calm and happy here for the most part with very few episodes of anxiety because the property is so quiet and so clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent, front desk as well as housekeeping. They are all very accommodating and wonderful!

My only complaint is that the heaters are loud. If you are watching tv and the heater kicks on, you can't hear the tv anymore.

There was someone else’s used chapstick in our bed and a pile of someone else’s hair in the shower on the shelf. Photos attached. I still tipped housekeeping as I blame management, not labor for this nasty room. You need to check if the room is clean.

From a warm reception to clean rooms. The breakfast was wonderful. They have healthy options for your oatmeal. The breakfast lady is simply amazing. She was friendly and attentive. The property has good snacks near the front desk in case you want it. The kitchen in the room is well stocked with plates and pots/pans. It’s close to good restaurants. Overall it receives a lot of praise from me. Possibly the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Will be staying again !! Thank you

Perfect landing place for our family taking son to college. Safe, convenient and easy location. Staff were excellent and super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but appreciated. The only negative was coffee which could be easily fixed. It was terrible. But other than that, great property and team.

The hotel front desk attendants were great, especially the night staff. The room was clean and well maintained and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and kitchenette was in great working order. The only downside to the experience was the breakfast lady seemed pissed off that we arrived 15 minutes before breakfast was to have ended and would not bring milk back out for the children to eat cereal which was the only food left. Either list the correct time of 6 - 8:45am or lose the poor attitude when someone comes in with 15 minutes to spare.

Had everything we needed; bed was fine, as was the shower pressure & heat. Front desk didn't have a 'much thinner' pillow, which i need under my head but, that's a prob. with ALL hotels it seems. Very fair price & a nice location close to the 36 fwy to get us to old town Boulder & its big university, etc. Would stay here again!!

We had a great stay was with my 3 sisters in town for a wedding we really enjoyed our stay and will be back next time in the area. The breakfast was great everyday and very clean and always well stocked.

If you are to stay here, avoid the first floor. No one specified when I checked in that the first floor is extremely loud from above. Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until 3am from someone just casually walking above me. The ceiling booms and creaks from walking on it enough to wake me. I had booked two nights for the purpose of getting some sleep and left at 5am the first morning because I felt I wouldn’t get any rest here. Also, they won’t refund any part of your stay. I tried to get a refund for the second night I didn’t use. My number was taken for management to contact me, but they never did. Was eventually told to contact hotels.com for refund of the second night. Hotels needs approval from the property for refund, and they won’t approve.

Great hotel and amenities! Full kitchen and the door between 2 rooms in the suite was really what we needed ( most other hotels don’t have that door in suites!) Breakfast is better than average with a variety of food and drinks. Pool was ok, empty most of the time. Friendly staff. Overall a great stay,with the only drawback that each room has its own heating /ac unit which can be very loud or malfunctioning. We had to ask to be moved to another room and were accommodated right away.

I liked that it was close to work, having the kitchen was unique, I hated that I got bit by a spider and had a bad reaction. From toes to waist, right side, looks like I contracted elephantitus. Also the dread of the bill when I get home

This is a great place to stay for exploration of Denver and the surrounding areas. The staff is super friendly and also helped us with moving rooms when we preferred a 2nd floor room after the first night. The included breakfast was also very much appreciated.

This property was clean and quiet. The pool and workout rooms were great. There's even a Peloton. The breakfast buffet was awesome. I stayed here with my family and we will definitely stay here again.
