I loved this place, except last night I was not able to sleep that well because of a crawling spider on the wall and have to slapped it with my husband’s sleepers. Sad😢

Staff was awesome! It was a great stay! I stayed for 2 nights and staff was attentive & had a microwave you could use plus free drinks. Water was hot in the showering and had good water pressure. Only down side from my stay is that floor was dirty. Not visibly but after my daughter and I walked around barefoot our feet where black 😅 overall I would stay again.

First time staying at this establishment. My wife and I live in a large motorhome and recently our shower system took a break on us LOL so we needed a convenient place to come in and take a shower. Found them on Expedia and the pictures shown on Expedia matched what we found when we opened the door to our room. Very very nice. Well kept and clean. Smelled good as well. The bathroom was very clean. The outside was also pretty nice and some nice flowers as well. It's not a brand new building and does not look like it is but it does look well maintained. I only met one of the staff and she was very nice. The only issue I had with this establishment is just that the parking lot is very small and this place is very popular and was very crowded. Was able to maneuver and get into a parking spot regardless but that is the only word of caution that a larger vehicle may have some issues here. Other than that we will definitely be coming back until we're able to get this other problem fixed on our motorhome. Overall a very nice first experience and impression

I booked last-minute here after looking at other hotels in the area as it seemed the safest bet based on those other reviews. I arrived late at night and the place was well lit with a good amount of cars parked. It was quiet. Walking up, the staff member immediately came out and checked me in, and also provided bottled water. It was an easy process. Got my key and opened the door to my room, immediately turned on the lights and found it to be quite decent. Better than I expected honestly, as i have been other places where the lights end up stirring “things” in the night. Nothing here. The place was clean, possibly renovated within the last 5 years. The bed was comfortable and clean, woke up with no back issues. I didn’t really hear any noise except for doors closing in the AM, so the walls seemed well insulated. The shower and sink could have used a little more detailed cleaning but i didn’t find them terrible. I stayed three nights and found it well worth the cost. I am glad I selected to stay here and will do so again when I am in the area.

But what really stood out to me was how well lighted the facility was at night. It made the place feel secure. I recommend staying here.

The staff was doing the laundry when I returned the card key & ring the bell. They intentionally avoid to return the $50 deposit. They cannot issue a check to mail the deposit. They want me to go back to Bellflower from Las Vegas to get my deposit back. What kind of business policy! This is my first time to encounter such a policy!

This hotel was a hole in the wall. The pictures that they displayed online are fake. There’s no headboard. There’s holes in the wall and chipped paint all over the wall. There were no towels, no soap, no cups, completely bear. There was ashes and dirt all on top of the refrigerator. There was graffiti on the walls in the shower and on the cheap plastic trash can. The towels had wholes and stains on them I couldn’t sleep there.

The room overall was ok. The king bedroom was cleaner and more spacious. I complaint is about the staff. The eoom was booked incorrectly. I immediately called the hotel to inform them of the mistake. I spoke with Sam who informed me to contact expedia and he would take care of canceling the booking. He then told expedia that he would cancel but not refund the money. Expedia did what they could to help me out. I gave the room to someone else as a present. At that point Sam blew my phone up and called me 3 times. I didn't answer. I understand politics but i also understand that the decision was up to Sam who refused to help.

Disgusting room with no window and deeply unsettling staff. Fridge was warm, unusable, littered with pubes and various crumbs, and not food-safe. Floor was sticky and smelled bad. Sirens all night. Demanded $100 cash deposit, but no ATM on site. Demanded check-out 30 minutes early before posted check-out time.

very bad hospitality, we took our time leaving our room and got the police called on us for not leaving at exactly 11:00 lol it wasn’t even 15 minutes after 11 and we got 3 phones calls from the desk and already threatened to get the cops called on us when we literally were being very compliant and communicating we were grabbing our things. not to mention we got charged $50 from our $100 deposit that should have been refunded lol we were being very compliant and got treated terribly also not to mention on the day of check out for two hours early in the morning the man working the hotel with his wife was also threatening other guests right next to us to also call the cops to … what a joke scam place lol. very suspicious and don’t really care about the $50 but never have been treated so terrible by someone with clearly an ego problem and a stick up their bum. even the cops thought the man was a joke. do not stay here also the pillows on the beds are so flat have fun if you wanna sleep on cement lol

The smoke-free environment was a major plus, and the property was mostly clean. My only concern was the restroom, where I noticed mold or some kind of black residue in the sink and coming from the faucet. I also feel the front office staff could benefit from customer service training. Arriving late and without my ID (I'm from out of state), I was hoping for some understanding, but I was met with a lack of flexibility. Finally, the way items were handled at the end of the transactions felt unprofessional.

The entire room felt damp and muggy, and there even appeared to be mold or mildew along the bathroom caulking, which is a huge cleanliness and health concern. Everything was extremely outdated, and the towels were supposedly “clean” but had hairs on them, were paper-thin, and barely usable. Housekeeping themselves were lovely and polite, but the owner made their visits stressful by insisting that guests leave the room for 10 minutes if they needed to clean. The next morning, when I said good morning, he didn’t return it — instead he questioned whether we had extra people in the room, even though we followed every rule and had no visitors. It genuinely felt like he was looking for a reason to keep the deposit. For what they charge, the minimum should be a clean room and respectful treatment. I’d strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The hotel manager was very rude to me and my son. We are homeless and I work hard for this money. I was not aware of an extra fee on arrival. I asked if I could have my refund and he said there is nothing he can do about it. I called Expedia customer service and they told me they had to ask him for the refund and were not able to get in touch with him. The manager is very very rude.

Internet didn’t work when I checked in, showed the front desk that the Internet didn’t work, he told me that it was working in the office and too bad. Talked to a neighbor in the next room over and he said that the Internet hadn’t worked in 2 days. Just took my cash deposit and went somewhere else, needed to have Internet to work and manager wouldn’t give a refund for the night booked. Waste of money,

Don’t waste your money, the staff was very rude I believe the owner checked me in and he yelled at me twice and threw my ID, credit card and pen to sign the receipt. The room was extremely dirty, the towels are very old and dirty and have hair, the shower is rusty, the sheets were dirty as well, the room had a horrendous smell, and I woke up with two bedbug bites, don’t stay at this hotel you will regret it.

Air conditioning kept the room cool, very clean rooms and house keeping on top if making sure we had towels and toilet paper for the 3 nights we stayed. I enjoy the room set up and big comfortable bed. No bugs and rooms do not smell like old smoke. Definitely recommended near by freeways n lost of food near by. Will be going back next time.

The worse place I have stayed at this year, there's better budget motels in LA: Fiesta Inn, Bell Manor, Travelodge. The manager Deo & a younger guy were rude & had the audacity to have a verbal altercation with me & follow me yelling outside after checking out. I got 2 calls to the room between 10-10:40AM. It was Deo pressuring me to checkout b4 11AM. He explicitly said: "Checkout is before 11, NOT at 11AM, you have to be out of the room by then!" when I told him that I still had an hour before checkout & so when I checked out I asked him why he was rude & pressuring ppl to leave before 11A especially for a place that had mold. I was traveling with 3 kids & they kept complaining of how bad the room smelled; & my eyes/nostrils burned. We sprayed all kinds of stuff & opened the door to dissipate it & the place still reeked like mold, cigarettes & urine. I asked the housekeeper if all rooms smelled like that; she said it was the AC, "NO it was not! Dao yells at me that if I didnt like it why did I stay until 11AM; still complaining about my checkout time, so ridiculous! He refused to give me his name, but the other guy gave it to me. & threatened to not give me my security deposit back bc he was upset. I felt like machismo or racism was at play. He was yelling at other Latino employees beforehand & when I was leaving I asked them if he did that often, "YES!" he does! & a day B4 some guests asked me if they could leave their luggage in my room bc they didnt want to hold it 4 them

The rooms appeared to be cleaned, but closely looking around the sink had hair on top along with the shower, the sheets were dirty upon one visit without complaining, they seem to always provide only one wash cloth and twice had an attitude when asked for a additional one, the rooms had no microwaves inside only the one at the front desk in which you have limited time to use because they lock the door early and uses that excuse for not being able to warm your food, so don't even ask. The only good thing is that the price was really great for a nightly visit. If you can deal with the nice negative service and attitude that comes along with your visit.

I went to the front desk and calmly explained the situation, even showing the staff member the pictures I had just taken. I wasn’t asking for a room change, just clean sheets. However, instead of truly listening, he seemed more interested in brushing off what I said and assuming the rooms were clean. I stayed respectful, not upset or angry, but it felt like he was only listening to respond rather than genuinely hearing me out. ( he did give me a new sheet though and he wasn’t a bad guy he just need to listen before over talking a customer and not assume that they’re just saying anything) No guest wants to pay for a room and then find dirty sheets or a dirty bathroom. Cleanliness should always be the top priority, regardless of the price point. Unfortunately, my experience made it clear that there’s no real standard being upheld here.

Tbh, I dont see what the hype (all the positive reviews) are about this place. Especially when its so generic. Besides that, the proprietor was rude from the moment that I checked in. Very condescending. For someone who is in the business of hospitality, he should've known better.

There are no microwaves, phones, radio or clocks in the rooms. There is nothing special about the property or surrounding area. Its an ok place to stay but nothing to brag about.

When I checked in the guy attending was rude, at that point I didn’t want to stay there any longer, but the payment had been made. The door was hard to open and close. Staff was unhelpful throughout my whole checking in and checking out process. They hold a deposit which is normal but dont specify that you need to go back to the front office to recieve your deposit back, even though its on their system that i never recieved it, they never bothered letting me know the process or anything. If I didnt remember about it, i wouldve just given them 100 bucks for free. Shady.

This place was perfect for my stay, i genuinely was only there to sleep, but the staff was so nice, and acommadating. The location was off a main street but it wasnt loud at all. If it wasnt for the no vacancy sign i woulsnt have known others were staying. Walls were not thin, the room was perfect for my needs, and over all id stay again. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Stayed for two nights, no issues, room was fine. Needed to check out early in the morning to catch a flight home, and no one was at the desk so I rang the bell multiple times, and after about five minutes left the room keys and took off. When I called out getting the security deposit back they said they needed the card it was placed on to refund it - can't happen when I'm about to board a flight. Scammed out of $100, other than that stay was good.

Room was given to us completely dirty. Hair all over the bed, towels looked like they hadn’t been washed and the floors were dusty and covered in crumbs. Management got offended when we asked to switch rooms and suggested we check out and leave instead. You’re better off somewhere else for a few more bucks.

Worst Hotel service I have ever experienced in life. Was told the reason I can not extend my stay after the second day was because I didn’t allow room service. Keep in mind I checked in around 7pm and the next morning the maid asked did I need towels or anything I said no because I hadn’t used them yet. So for the reason of still having a clean room and nothing for them to clean was the reason I was refused to pay for another day. I liked the place until I was told this. I think that’s very excessive. Would never recommend because that’s just ridiculous.

Rude front desk person, but may be the owner. He was rude to me but saw he was friendly to another customer. If I'm paying them, they should be polite also. Also I could hear the doorbelk from the above unit ringing multiple times in the middle of the night and it would wake me up.
