Spa is fantastic. Even just a day pass to enjoy the amenities is totally worth it. Stunning interior. Hotel is beautiful. Great service. Would definitely stay there again. Planning a mother daughter weekend there!

Me and my family stayed at The Ritz in downtown LA for our son’s volleyball tournament. The beds are extremely comfortable. We loved how convenient it was to walk to the convention center. We felt safe in the location. We used the pool and it was at the perfect temp. We will definitely recommend staying here for comfort and indulgence.

What caught my attention is the beautiful ambience and environment from the moment one enters the lobby you can feel the warmth and energy. Moreover, I am Grateful how the overall hygiene of the hotel was presented. It would have been nice to be able to have bidet in the toilet as not all cultures are the same and some of us having such an option is vital.

The property is nice. I was not very impressed with the room at $1100 per night. I expected alot nicer. I would not stay there again. The property worth $500-$600 max per night since the hotel does not offer much as far as dinning and things to do.

it was ok. it was a 4 start not a 5 star. rooms were ok. for the rate it should’ve been wow a lot of homeless people and less police. property on the side … jw marriot was out shinning it.

I had a fabulous stay, valat parking was fast and offered water, check in we got champagne and upgraded to a jr suite from a regular room. Free breakfast and added a 100.00 credit for lunch. Also they accommodated my daughters stay as well. the bellmen took us straight up to our room. Room service has good food, service calls was excellent, we had 9 guest come up to our room it was spacious and comfortable. We had a superb time

Modern style and luxury Small things like the bathtub stopper didn't work and made some noise, I had to request maintenance and they were literally planning to replace the stopper. Iron didn't work. The room's size was uneven, some bigger some smaller, I got smaller my family member got bigger (same price). I had street noise and commercial lights. I had to ask to move to another room and was moved. Overall, I had higher expectations and impeccable amenities.

Unfortunately, as Ritz Carltons are concerned, this property doesn't really cut the mustard. It felt like a big Holiday Inn Express, on the Las Vegas strip. Staff was nice tho.

I can't say enough about the staff! When we arrived the front desk guy was so nice and helped us with questions. The Danny our Bellman was so friendly and helpful as well. Room service, Pool Bar, and Valet staff were above and beyond. So refreshing to be able to still get this great service, even though it is what you expect from Ritz-Carlton, it does not go unnoticed and can't say enough great things about everyone we came into contact with at this property!

I expected more since it was the “ritz”. No robes or refreshments in the fridge or snacks in the room. I came back late one night 2 am and there was no one at the front desk to let me in. I had to go through the residential side. Thank goodness someone was there at the counter.

It was a great stay, the service was amazing. Had I known that they share amenities with the Marriott, I most likely would have booked Marriott. The spa wasn’t open and that’s why I wanted to stay there.

I love this property. My only problem is that the valet did not charge my tesla because they couldn’t find the attachment. So rather than call me in my room they did not charge my car. That was very disappointing

I was there for the Emmys ..Paid a lot to be at the Ritz ..And all services were better accessible thru the JW Marriott..It was being updated and not said when I was booking ......I spent about $600 more than I needed. To ..Why would I stay at the Ritz when it was all available next door ??????
