Had a decent stay. It is super convenient at how close the hotel is to crypto.com Arena, it is within walking distance and there is a parking garage right next-door. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We checked into the first room and there was a bunch of red ants on the ground so we promptly left and went down to the reception to ask about a different room and they were able to accommodate that. The second room was definitely outdated but overall clean. The bathroom door didn’t slide closed at all. It looks like they need to completely renovate the room, but the bed was comfortable and it was clean. There are continental breakfast is very limited, but had enough to tie us over for a little bit.Overall, I would stay there again given how convenient it is to crypto.com arena. Just know that it’s not a brand new hotel. And the staff was super friendly and excellent.
- 3/5
There was an undisclosed daily surcharge of 25.00 a day for wi-fi, the breakfast, water, and other amenities, we used none. The room smelled musty upon entrance. parking is in public lots, the one next door had a broken elevator. The neighborhood is run down. There is a lot of hallway noise and noise from upper floors. Overall it was adequate for the overnight we needed.
- 5/5
Great staff, comfy bed, nice breakfast
- 4.5/5
The staff, the location, functionality of the room and the cleaniness. It needs to be renovated.
- 2/5
Room & Bathroom were nice. Very compact even though they gave me a free room upgrade. They no longer have the spa, the breakfast was average, the onsite “restaurant” is just a bar/whiskey tasting room so food options extremely limited. You have to pay a 3rd party for parking. Staff seemed disinterested and provided little to no suggestions on restaurants aside from “just go down the street and you’ll find something.” Definitely not worth the price - they market as an upscale modern hotel but it’s just a facade.

Hotel is run down. Rooms lack sound insulation. Limited breakfast choices "included" with the hotel with an additional mandatory daily service fee. Disappointing for a Wyndham property. Would stay elsewhere if I return to DTLA.

I was very happy with my stay. The staff were amazing-I kindly asked for a nice room, and they even gave me an upgrade. They were always attentive, regularly asking if I’d like bottled water and helping whenever needed. Their hospitality made the stay especially enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was quite simple, with bagels, ham and cheese, coffee, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, granola, etc. However, considering that breakfast was included in the stay, it was absolutely fine. For me, it was perfect to have something light before the 5F Church conference.
- 4/5
Good location for one night prior to conference at Marriott a few blocks away. Friendly staff and nice bar with small bite menu. Good food. Continental breakfast was decent

BEDBUGS. WE DIDN’T EVEN STAY AT THE HOTEL AND THEY AGREED TO FULLY REFUND OUR MONEY. THEY STOPPED ANSWERING AND DIDNT PAY BACK.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful overall. It's a nice hotel - just a very small room, which mostly was fine - my only frustration was the sink area - having no counter space made using it difficult. I also didn't particularly like the breakfast that was served, so did not take advantage of that. Even with those things I would consider staying here again based on the location and the price that was very competitive with other places around.
- 4.5/5
Great for a one-night business-trip stay. The breakfast was actually something I could eat, even w/ my dietary restrictions. The staff were great and quite helpful. The location is a decent hike from the Convention Center, but makes for a good, brisk morning walk, which is an amenity not to be overlooked in DTLA.

$25 amenity fee is a thinly veiled excuse. The amenities were mediocre. Sheets smelled. The shower has a half glass wall so the floor gets wet when you take a shower.

I am extremely grateful for Hotels.com and their willingness to help us on this reservation. I had no clue how dilapidated downtown LA has become in the last few years. The parking directly next door to this hotel had a non-working elevator. We had to carry luggage down three flights of stairs. There was a non-housed individual resting at the entry way of the hotel. The hotel was very dark and the bar/restaurant was not open for service. The staff was very quiet at my concerns and no one gave any reassurance on my issues.

We enjoyed our stay at the O Hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There is a parking garage right next door to the hotel, which made parking easy and worry-free for us. The metro is a short walk from the hotel, which made getting around easy. There are a number of restaurants also within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was comfortable, too. There was a nice variety of foods for breakfast. This hotel was perfect for our needs, and we would definitely stay at the O Hotel again.

I liked that it was very cozy and comfortable. I loved the design and the location was right next to Little Tokyo but cheaper than other hotels in the area. It was a bit smaller than what I had hoped for at the price it was. There was also dust under the sink.

When I arrived they put us in a little room with a single bed and it was not a queen bed. I had booked what I thought was a double queen room. They were able to move us to a King room. It was better but the shower door was missing. There was no parking it is another entity and the elevator was broken. I liked that it was close by Dodger statium.

This hotel was the best value in downtown LA. It's nothing fancy, but it is more or less clean. Walkable to the convention center. Breakfast is rather bleak, but you won't starve. Staff are all surly - but they do their job.
- 3/5
It smelled and was dirty

It was an average accommodation. I think it costs too much for what you get. The coffee maker did not have a wall plug to make coffee. I had to put the coffee maker on the floor. The coffee maker also did not work.

Firstly it was the best hotel in budget in DTLA. They had complementary breakfast with the same price. Staff were so nice and helpful. Room size was bit small. I was alone so it worked out, but with 2 people it will be congested.
- 5/5
I had to pay 30 bucks for parking

Staff was great. Location is great if you are going for events in crypto arena. Beds need an update. Did not get much quality sleep on those mattresses.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the bed and pillows both very comfortable. Bathroom was updated and functioning perfectly. The AC worked great. There was even cold water in the fridge which was much needed. There is parking right next to the hotel and tons of places to eat that is walking distance. The staff were all very nice as well. Would definitely stay again
- 3/5
The O is comfortable, but a bit run down. Dingy lighting in the lobby and couches that need reupholstering. The breakfasts are just barely okay and the rooms need water and TV listings. It's a good hotel. Just needs little things to upgrade everything.

- 3/5
Great place to overnight. Parking convenient but pricey. Breakfast is meager.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and it was just a quick walk from our planned activities !
- 5/5
Well, if you're giving me the option, I would say the elevator helps test one's patience...but what it lacks in efficiency, it provides for the perfect backdrop, allowing you an abundance of time getting to know other guests, until you reach the lobby!

I was happy to be in a different room, but still a little creeped out by the thought of the bed bugs from the original room. This new room also seemed like it could use some better service, the floor looked like it hadn’t vacuumed in a while. I disliked the hotel enough that I ate the cost of the extra night and booked a new flight out of LA.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Price was reasonable for downtown LA one night. Walls are thin, so sound reverberates.

Very small bathroom. TV did not have network channels or espn. A lot of street noise. Not much storage space. Bathroom lav needs to be unclogged and maybe replaced. The whole room seemed overworn and in need of refurbishing, especially the bathroom. Shower area walls were filthy. Fitted sheets did not fit the mattress so they came off as soon as you got in bed. Pillows were horrible.

Staff was courteous. Room was small but nice. Pillows and bed were very firm and uncomfortable. The tv is older and has no streaming and cable channels didn’t want to connect due to weak signal. Nespresso maker was ok but would have rather had a keurig. Breakfast is very basic. My bagel was hard. It was an ok stay but not sure if I would book again mainly because of getting terrible sleep.

1. I have a habit to wipe the desk surfaces with alcohol before using. I realized the desk had a lot of previous tenants' short hair, in both plain-view surface and corners alike. It seemed to me that the surface had not been wiped since the last tenant at the very least, but could be longer. 2. I accidentally dropped a bit of lotion cream onto the middle of the carpeted floor, and I used a dry tissue to roughly wipe clean, only to find that there was pubic hair and a lot of linen-like dust on the tissue. I would understand it is hard to vacuum the corners, but this was smack in the middle of the floor, meaning that it had not been vacuumed at all.

Dislikes: Flowers St, like the rest of Downtown LA, is a bit rough. Quick review - the room was tiny, but for the price, it's hard to beat. Everything was clean, neat, and had all of the basic amenities that one might need. However, the neighborhood is a bit dingy. Perfect place since I was traveling alone, but I wouldn't stay with my family.

They also had two separate bars available which were easily and safely accessible. Good for a 1-2 day trip but wouldn’t plan my whole staycation or a trip with family. More of a single/ adult hotel.

Location was good for restaurants and bars in DTLA. Reception area and bar is nicely appointed and our room was fine for a 3 star hotel. Bathroom not great and the overhead shower didn’t work so we had to use the microphone shower head. Breakfast very limited

Room was at the end of the hall on the fourth floor. Lights from parking structure next door prevented the room from becoming dark after sunset. Garbage trucks at 4 am disrupted any sleep. A/C worked but was too loud to keep it on while I slept. Coffee maker did not work. No ice available at all in the hotel.

It was perfect that there was a parking garage with steps right next door. We left our car for a few days using it throughout the day - meaning we had the option get pur car and repark throughout the day. Very close to the metro.

The room was nice and cozy but there was no area for smoking. Only the sidewalk in front. Breakfast was very limited to orange juice , coffee, bagels, and muffins. Also they charge a $20 service fee per night. You get a deal and they charge you on the backend.

Comfortable small room. I wish the lighting was better. Had to hold some zoom meetings on camera and could not be properly lit.

Nice enough hotel, beds were just OK, not great. Continental breakfast is a joke-- just cereal, bagels, juice, coffee, apples/bananas. Then, when you check out, they charge you $20 a day for internet and breakfast.

Hotel was very clean and cozy. The bar has good happy hour drink deals and some very good flatbreads to enjoy with your cocktails. Staff was friendly and very helpful especially with the parking situation.

Excelente ubicación, buenos servicios aunque las instalaciones son un poco viejas y están un tanto maltratadas.
- 5/5
Walkable distance to variety of foods and concert hosted at convention or crypto arena

Overall good stay, but lots of issues with the room causing us to switch 3 rooms, but the staff were great and offered us alternative rooms. Breakfast could have been better, but overall it was surrounded by good dining spots so no major issue there.

Great service!

all is good great location , very convienient. Only bed is a bit hard and not too comfortable.
- 2/5
The lobby is very nice and the people who work there are helpful, but the room is not great. First, it is very tiny. The bed was comfortable, but it is very noisy, as the room is right above the street. The air conditioner would not turn on. We called down to the front desk, and they tried to walk us through the steps to get it to come on, but it wouldn’t. Had to leave the window open for ventilation, and it was too loud to sleep.

Room is very clean breakfast is good to park the car very next door big parking zone i stay with my family its safe hotel

We were told that the hotel manage was not in office when we asked if we could speak to him. We were asked to leave our contact information and said someone will get back to us. No one contacted us either.

Завтрак скудный.При включении кондиционера, из него стала вылетать пыль хлопьями. На четвертый день проживания увидели в номере двух тараканов.Персонал очень дружелюбный.

Nice hotel with good service
- 3/5
staff were extremely friendly and helpful, hotel was secure and in a convenient location. room was poorly renovated and not very clean, but suitable for crashing after going out all day. tv actually worked, which can’t be said about many hotels i’ve been to lately. it was very quiet despite being next to a club and in LA’s downtown. overall had a good experience!
- 4/5
The lobby bar and restaurant were also closed for remodeling.
- 4/5
This property is conveniently located near the Crypto Arena and the Metro line. The staff was professional, and the room was comfortable and clean. The surrounding area has a lot of dining options, but with it being Downtown LA, it's dirty and has potential to be unsafe. I definitely wouldn't stay in this area with children. Overall, the hotel met my weekend travel needs.
- 5/5
Good stay with reasonable rate for downtown LA. Easy 4 block walk to Crypto center for Lakers or Kings game. $30 Uber to Dodger Stadium. Note that valet parking is no longer offered. Self parking was immediately next door, so that helped.
- 4/5
Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! My room was small, but clean and comfortable. I was here for a conference, and it met my needs. The breakfast had bagels and yogurt and cereal and juice, and of course fruit and other things, perfect for light breakfast. The only warning I would give is that there is a lounge attached to the hotel, which can be loud at night. The walls in general are thin in the hotel, as I could hear housekeeping and other guests really easily in the morning. I'm a deep sleeper so it was fine, but if you're a light sleeper I'd bring ear plugs
- 5/5
This was one of the best experience I have had as far as staff goes. They were super nice and accommodating to my requests. The rooms were clean and quiet. Cool bar area.
- 5/5
It was a good stay but the room was very small and very much not to stay in. More of sleep and leave.
- 1/5
Evidently the “owner” was having a birthday party - music was so LOUD that we could not only hear in our third floor room, but beds were vibrating! We’d had a long travel day and a full day planned for the next day - and even calling front desk to complain, loud music kept us up until 1;30 in the morning! Awful experience!
- 4/5
Would definitely stay here again for a concert at Crypto! 3 blocks away from LA Live.
- 4/5
Staff at the hotel was extremely welcoming and helpful, especially when the door scanner wasn’t working, the manager opened it up with a master key. The bar anlso had a nice selection of drinks and the gym would be perfect for someone on the go. Other than that, facilities were decent. With the hotel being in a downtown area, it’s worth noting that driving around is more difficult, so Uber was a benefit for this stay, especially when In and Out privileges were $40. Also keep your head on a swivel at night, nothing overtly dangerous, but better to be aware of your surroundings.
- 2/5
Service was good, people was kind but it was a lot of noise hard to sleep with it
- 4/5
Room was never vacume while we where staying there
- 5/5
Staff was excellent, and room was ok. Much smaller the anticipated. Hair dryer did not heat up. Soap and Shampoo was difficult to get out of the provided containers in the shower.
- 4/5
Stayed for three nights. Room was on the fourth floor and there were obnoxious noises going on in the room above, like someone working machinery all night. Apart from that the room was great and I would stay again but just not on the 4th floor.
- 4/5
Overall clean but the sheets smelled weird, kina musky
- 5/5
Amazing service, amazing dining, amazing cleanliness, and overall amazing experience.

The O is always a good choice in DTLA. Rooms are small but well-appointed, and the staff is very helpful. I've been patronizing it since 2012, and have never been disappointed. The only quibble I have is the bathroom sink: it never drains well.
- 4/5
Close to Crypto.com arena - walkable. Staff was helpful and opened the bottle of wine we had brought from home and provided glasses we had forgotten to bring with us
- 4/5
Pretty convenient spot, has everything necessary for a short stay.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great bar-restaurant onsite serving tasty food at reasonable prices in a very nice decor. The hotel breakfast (separate from the restaurant) could, however, use a bit of improvement. Very basic, and pastry items were stale. Covering them would help keep everything fresher… Adjacent parking is a separate entity that proved convenient despite their elevators being out of orders and their very dirty staircase...But again, that parking structure is independent from O Hotel. I would’ve rated my stay at O ‘Excellent’ without an unfortunate issue at night. My room (#514, I believe) was facing a backstreet that had a large amount of business garbage pick-ups followed by street cleaning at night. The noise was quite extreme and ongoing from 4am to 7am nonstop. That was with all windows closed and earplugs in. I mentioned to the reception at checkout, for their information, while aware this was most likely something they could do nothing about. It would otherwise have been rated ‘excellent’ as the hotel itself is very quaint and quiet, as was the room earlier on during the day as well.

Booked the deluxe suite and it was fabulous- two bathrooms, great size bedroom and living room. Comfy couch and bed too! All staff encountered were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic lobby with nice seating, bar and restaurant. Additional speakeasy type cool bar is attached and is downstairs - enjoyed it all. Love the noon checkout too! Parking is easy right next door in parking a garage as well. Definitely recommend and would stay again for activities at Crypto - very easy walk.

All was good. Location was close to walk to LA Live and restaurants. Parking was adjacent. Room was decently sized, althought bathroom was small. Only complaint was bath sink didn't drain properly.

Beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Very walkable to Crypto.com arena, L.A. Live and Grammy Museum. Amazing continental breakfast and felt very safe in the area to walk to nearby shopping and restaurants.
- 4/5
We really liked the hotel, however the breakfast is very limited. It was just cereal and bread, we ended up going to IHOP across the street instead.
- 3/5
It was convenient and located within walking distance from the convention center, mall and market district. Breakfast was ok and the staff was excellent. In fact they went overboard to help me with my dinner and offered me staff microwave. I didn’t like my room. It was horrible, not properly cleaned, broken floor and the view from window was two pipes!

Our room was on the fifth floor but it was very noisy, the air jet outside was so loud that it didn’t let us sleep at all.

I left my boots in the hotel room and they couldn’t find them the next day whe. I got home. Very disappointed

Great, helpful, friendly service! Clean and comfy bed...I will be back!
- 4/5
Room was small but modern and comfortable with a great ensuite, Nespresso machine and proper cups/ glasses rather than plastic. On the flipside, they added a $20 service fee which wasnt advertised on booking and the room had a bit of a strange smell.
- 4/5
In a decent area, metro stations nearby, a newly opened in house bar, friendly staff, good advice re commute, Breakfast self serve, no cooked warm dishes but boiled eggs and lots of cereal, bread choices!

The photos were decieving. Truly.. our room looked like a motel 6 room. I would honestly dare to say the motel 6 may be nicer. The lobby is beautiful. They had a pianist at night. Bartenders were not soo great. They were learning as we ordered. The front desk staff was really nice and the manager. But honestly.. I would never stay again.

A standout feature of my experience was the exceptional service, particularly from the General Manager, They were incredibly attentive to detail and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. Their genuine care and proactive approach to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. Overall, my experience at The O Hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and guest-focused hotel in Los Angeles. The combination of a great property and exceptional management made my stay truly memorable.

I like the zone the hotel is located, the room was clean and the staff is very friendly and also speak Spanish.
- 3/5
Location is great for downtown activities, and has the hum of normal city noises.

Location was great for Lakers game. Beds were uncomfortable and had to call front desk to assist with AC. Did not get a good night sleep. Breakfast was not great.

The O Hotel is a quaint boutique hotel that meets your basic needs. Close walking distance to the Convention center and other restaurants/shopping in the area. They refer you to use the parking garage that basically shares the wall of the hotel. No issues parking there and super close to the hotel doors (the smell of the elevator was a bit off). The included continental breakfast has your basic needs met- bagels/cream cheese, yogurt, apples, bananas, cereal, oatmeal, ok, milk, croissants, mini muffins, coffee, etc. The room isn’t super spacious but was clean and cozy. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you don’t need a pool or jacuzzi.
