Room was clean. You have to pay for parking which ridiculous. Also if you need anything for your room, you need ask before house keeping leaves.
- 5/5
The location is great. The property is starting to look a bit rundown and worn out. The outside bar/patio could be a great place but has been under renovation for the past two years.
- 5/5
Booked this place to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and I must say, it was his first time in Cali and we loved this place! Not only are places walkable. My girl Ana at the front desk, was able to accommodate us early after our flight and. Recommended we check “EL Compadres” out which, is along the same street as the hotel. Fire drinks!!!!!! Nonetheless, fantastic customer service and VERY comfortable bed! 10/10.
- 4.5/5
The hotel is in a great location with easy access to Hollywood and West Hollywood. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great. The rooftop bar was out of action during my stay as it is being refurbished. The air conditioning in the room was not the best at maintaining a controlled temperature.
- 4/5
I was disappointed the bar was closed for renovations; it would have been helpful to know that beforehand.
- 5/5
Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff. Good location. No complaints.
- 5/5
The Moment is my favorite hotel in L.A. I have stayed there at least four times in the last two years. It’s in the middle of everything, economical, clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Paid parking per night, but they have their own private parking lot. Ac adjusted rooms to your liking. This is one of my “go to” hotels when I’m in LA. Definitely will be back.

1st time in LA. Sunset BLVD is noisy. I asked for a quiet room and I got one. There are plenty. AC worked good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I could definitely stay here again. Room was perfect for a person. Fantastic shower.

- 5/5
The parking was easy since they have their own parking space for a fee. They also assisted us when we encounter some problems with the TV. Great staff and room was clean.
- 5/5
This is the second time I've stayed there and I'll stay again. The staff was great. The young lady with the purple hair who greeted me was wonderful on my first day. The room was clean. The amenities were great. The shower was hot. The coffee maker and the refrigerator worked perfectly. It was quiet. I really really enjoyed the place and felt very comfortable and safe. The price was maybe a little bit higher than I would like, but I understand the amenities and all cost so I'm good with that. The only negative thing was the shower was leaking just a little bit but not enough to be a bother. The AC worked perfectly. The blinds were so thick. I never even knew what time of day it was, which was great for sleeping. I highly recommend it if you need a safe place in Hollywood when you come to visit.
- 0.5/5
Rude staff, no rooftop bar that is the main attraction for the hotel, no ice machine. The bathroom and shower area has no privacy as the doors are completley see through
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
The location leaves a lot to be desired and The Moment felt more motel than hotel. The rooms and property were clean and the staff polite, but it was a depressing space to return to after a day of discovering beautiful LA. A block or two away were charming areas, but there wasn't much nearby in terms of coffee shops or restaurants. The property itself had certainly seen better days with lots of chipped paint, cracks, and other hints of an aging hotel.
- 3/5
Pleasant
- 5/5
Then staff was great and the room was also perfect. Only disappointment was the rooftop bar was completely in ruins. Seems like it was just left abandoned. The hotel is really nice and i think if they gave attention to revamping the rooftop entertainment area it would drive so much more clientele. Besides that everything else was 5 stars.
- 2/5
Parking is 38.5 a NIGHT and wasn’t told that until arrival. AC in the room didn’t work and the gentleman at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. For the rate paid I might as well have chosen a fancier hotel in the area
- 4/5
I have only one caveat, having stayed there twice now: air does not circulate when the AC is not on, so on arrival you may notice a musty odor. So turn it on and leave it on! Beyond that, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and you're right next to everything on Sunset. Must come back in the summer to experience the rooftop bar.

A nice small hotel.

Room was ok for what it's worth and was not too far to restaurants or areas to visit.

The location on Sunset in West Hollywood was awesome too. Felt safe, walkable, and had a cool vibe with plenty nearby. The room itself was decent, comfortable & very clean… though not a super fancy place. My only complaint was that the rooftop bar and restaurant were closed for renovations during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, I’d definitely stay here again.

Reasonable price, and clean property and making improvements. They provide ice cold water and hot coffee. A short walk to Hollywood walk of fame if your into that sort of thing. This is our 3rd stay at this Hotel.

Absolutely ridiculous $35 parking fee Very congested room Super congested bathroom Wash basin outside the bathroom Very bad locality No breakfast Overall, very very bad. Don’t travel with family and kids.
- 4/5
The hotel is kitschy and cool. The staff was friendly enough and the interior of the building was kept clean if a little worn. The rooftop bar was closed when we were there so that was not an option for us.
- 1/5
N/A, not worth the price. The hotel is rundown. The photos need updated as there is no more rooftop bar. We had hammering on the exterior of our room, which covered our window. Would not stay here again, especially for the price. Staff was not friendly.

The air conditioning worked well, parking was easy. The TV did not work well; had connection and remote problems. The phone did not work at first, but the staff came and fixed it right away. The room was nice, except the bathroom door was translucent, though one couldn't see through it. However, when the light was turned on, it shined through the room. Troublesome at night b/c it woke me up when my wife went to the bathroom.

The only thing this property wants is your money and that is it. They’d assume you just pay them and not even check in I would avoid this dog crap hotel at all cost and go stay in a flea box before you consider staying in this dump..

We actually live near this hotel and had to stay one night while our apartment was being renovated. It was very clean, modern, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Both expedia and the hotel suck
- 5/5
I love the design of the rooms and the bathroom. It was very convenient for me. The internet was of great quality especially since I had to work. It enabled me to deliver my content to my clients with ease. There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property. I actually look forward to seeing this place again.

The air conditioning was the only good thing about this hotel. The room wasn’t the room I had booked, they make it look way nice and bigger on the internet, the rooftop bar is closed and has been closed permanently for over a year so don’t look forward to that. They charge $38 to park at the hotel a night which is insane! Housekeeping has to be contacted in advance which I didn’t even have them clean my room, there was a half roll of toilet paper and that had to last 4 days! Throw up in the parking lot and no one bothers to clean it! Overall this place is not a good place to stay there is better places for cheaper!!!
- 4/5
Overall the hotel was great. The staff was nice, friendly and welcoming. The room and surrounding area was well maintained and clean. My biggest frustration was how loud staff and guests were. I could hear everything in other rooms, hallways and the worst part was some type of remodel was happening directly across from my room. I had understand that things need to be fixed but a heads up would have nice. I’m on vacation and really don’t want to have that loudness impeding on my enjoyment.

I had a short trip to LA for an awards show. Last-minute booking brought me to this hotel and it served its purpose. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. It was a convenient area to stay in. I would stay again.

Location I didn’t like that the bathroom was separated only by a panel and a glass door. There was no privacy at all, especially because there was a gap between the panel and the door. We had two rooms, and in one of the rooms we couldn’t turn on the air conditioner because it was blowing a bad smell.

The noise level was horrendous. People partying, stomping all night above us for days. Overall the hotel itself was nice, but the noise levels made it hard to get any actual rest. Also, no microwave in room so we didn’t end up being able to eat our leftovers.

The staff was lovely but the hotel itself was not great. My closet was missing a door, the refrigerator cabinet didnt close and because i was on the first floor, the window shade did not go up. No light came into the room and so it felt depressing. It was also noisy because of the traffic on the street. I only stayed one nightand then moved hotels.

The room was okay, no Netflix or streaming available, no microwave in room or alcohol to purchase, I realized it was “under construction” so the bar area in the lobby wasn’t available the rooftop will be nice when everything is completed, but the cushions needed to be in better condition as you can still sit out until the renovations are complete

Room was clean, quiet, and just what we needed. It does look like the outside deck area upstairs is under construction, and we didn’t visit what appeared to be a small lounge on the 1st floor. The coffee and ice water in the downstairs vestibule was a thoughtful bonus. All in all a good visit - would stay there again.

We had first reservation for December 31 one night We had a second reservation for January 1 and January 2 two nights we checked out on the third They accommodated us and told us to take room 200 200 a good room, private quiet Well, we heard the water pipes every morning every time somebody was gonna take a shower very loud Also, someone cleaned our room after the second night We never asked for cleaning There’s papers that say they will not come in and clean unless you ask for it yet they came in! And and last, we stayed three nights We needed parking for one car for three nights They charged us $35+taxfor the first night OK But the second and third night reservation showed $140+tax for parking I went back and told them there was a mistake. It should’ve only been $70+tax for 2 night Employee corrected it on my receipt. I just hope that I’m not overcharged on the credit card when it comes.

The room was a bit banged up. The toilet handle was broken. The plumbing gurgled all night. Walls seem paper thin as I could hear everything happening all around. Door has large gap at the bottom to the main hallway wich allows noise to travel in as well as a potential security risk. The saving grace was that the bed was decent, but that didnt help due to the noise. I see why they give complimentary ear plugs, but you might need overear headphones to truly cancel out the noises. Also, a surprise $35 parking fee. Not recommended for a restful stay.

I only stayed a night so for me everything was fine but the room I was in which was next to the main road, I could hear the loud cars all night. At first i was wondering there was a ear plugs placed on the side table next to the bed I taught it was for their loud AC but it was also for the noise generated by cars passing by. The hotel would have been nice but that alone ruins everything. However I did get sleep being tired from driving all night but for other people that is sensitive to noise it would have been unpleasant. The building could have built a sound wall or better insulation to protect from the noise or even for safety from the speeding cars.

They call it “The Moment” because the moment you check in is the moment you realize you’ve made a mistake. The so-called rooftop bar is just an empty rooftop. There is no bartender, no service, and no atmosphere. It feels more like a place to escape from your decision than to relax. The staff is not rude, but they are not friendly either. They operate with the enthusiasm of wet cardboard. Nothing about this place feels cared for or intentional. I take some responsibility for not knowing the area, but even with that, this hotel fails on the basics. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. The Moment Hotel is one of those places you remember only because of how bad it was.

Nice place - good location - between sunset strip and Hollywood blvd - if you don’t mind walking a bit . Close to Runyon Canyon - great hike up with view of Hollywood hills and sign
- 5/5
Very good. I’d come back.
- 4/5
You’re surrounded by touristy areas so that’s great! Overnight staff is very friendly. Wish the afternoon staff was a bit more welcoming but overall great experience. Very clean
- 2/5
It was fine for the trip but we won’t be back.
- 3/5
I wish the outdoor seating area wasn't so warn out looking. If it looked like the picture they have on their website, it would have been very pleasant, but it still offered a nice view of the hills. One complaint is the beds are short, they don't seem to be a normal length. I'm 5'9 and my feet hung over the bed a bit. Besides that it is a clean and nice place to stay in Hollywood.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
The location is not in the swanky part of Hollywood, but within walking distance of many restaurants and a large grocery store. I would stay there again if my work brought me back to this part of town.
- 3/5
The staff is great super friendly and helpful. But the main reason we came to this hotel was for their roof top and bar and being so close to the wall of fame. The roof top bar wasn't open as if it has been operating for months. The furniture was all ripped up and out dated looking nothing like what the pictures depicted.. the room however was nice the bed was okay. The shower had two heads which was great for us ;). The frigerator didn't work but over all of give it a 5 out of 10. The price of the rooms should go down as they don't offer much of anything.
- 5/5
Pulling an all-nighter at the nearby Egyptian theater and this was convenient. Clean, easy experience, close to great restaurants including being a one minute walk to classic Mexican restaurant El Compadre. Recommended for a nice weekend in Hollywood (we live in Palos Verdes so we like to have a trusted place to hang when we hit Hollywood).
- 5/5
Universal Studious and Natural History Museum close by and plenty of placea to eat :)
- 3/5
There was no microwaves in room. There was no hot breakfast at the hotel. There should have been more to serve the customers.
- 1/5
Very bad
- 5/5
Great place to stay all around.
- 5/5
It was amazing
- 5/5
Pleasantly surprised… Not as sketchy or claustrophobic as I thought it was going to be once I got there… The staff was really cute. The place was clean and everyone was nice and I felt safe. Is kind of weird how they charge you $35 just to park in a basic motel parking lot tho
- 4/5
I think this place was good for what I needed. It felt a bit old needing some freshening up as paint was chipped. The hotel looks like it was renovated a while back and needs a fresh coat of paint and love to the bathroom again. The window was closed but I could hear what was going on outside as of it were open. Another guest also lightly hit my rental car at night. It was scuffed and one small section that did bend so I'm a little worried when I return it back to the rental place. I don't know if I would stay here again, but I think it was ok for my trip.
- 5/5
Great experience, from the contact with the host, to the logistics of entering and leaving. The room is spacious and has everything one needs. Safe and quiet area. I actually decided to stay there again later in the trip.
- 3/5
Staff was. excellent
- 3/5
It’s one of those places that from the outside looks very appealing, but from the inside it’s a very different experience. It’s basically an old Property that has had some “pasted” remodel looks, but when you really pay attention it’s very deceiving. I can’t explain it, but there is a Vibe that feels extremely odd, uncomfortable, and kind of scary. I felt that I was truly being watched inside my room (I.e. spy cameras). Literally every time I would turn the lights on to go to the restroom I heard people talking, and it wasn’t from another room. They state that the windows are double paned, and it appears to be truthful. I called the front desk to ask a simple question; the next thing I knew was the female that checked me in was banging on my door…literally walked into my room and started yelling at me saying “you have drugs” and demanded that I open my small luggage. I firmly told her that she had no right nor reason to be accusing me of what she said and certainly had no right to aggressively open my luggage. She literally attempted to grab my luggage case. I told her to leave my room immediately!!! Ultimately, she left my room. It was an experience that I have never not even close to this type of thing occurring. I will never return, and my sincere advice is that anyone considering to make a reservation is to find a different property!

Worst hotel so far, horrible stay. Wish I could get my money back.
- 4/5
I would go back again
- 5/5
The hotel was so comfortable, at first I was nervous because it my first time staying by myself, but it's safe it's close to everything in walking distance Samantha and Wagner they are the best Samantha at the front desk is so wonderful &!Wagner I a cool dude thank you guys for making my stay wonderful anytime I travel back I'll be staying there. It's definitely a pleasure meeting you guys 💕💕🌸🌸🌸🌸😃😃
- 3/5
Sheets were stained, the lobby and halls smelled really weird.
- 2/5
The checkin is 4p and the rooms are very cold feeling and literally cold. Thin sheets and comforter. Just a cold vibe overall.
- 5/5
I stayed here for a long weekend recently and enjoyed how well located the hotel is. It was easy to walk places and it had lots of great options for food and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciated some help that was provided by the hotel manager when I needed to move the dates of my trip. Thank you! I’ll stay here again in the future.
- 5/5
Very comfortable. Fresh water on the front deck.
- 3/5
The location of the hotel is the most advantageous point. Its clean and quiet. Though in terms if facility it can be 3+ star hotel but not 4 star. I opted for king Room option and though the room was big but wash basin was inside the room. Also unfortunately we had a power outage that lasted 8 hours, not having a back up power source is a big disappointment
- 4.5/5
The Moment hotel is amazing..The staff are all kind and helpful...
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
- 3/5
They charged me twice for one night & haven’t been refunded
- 5/5
The Moment is such an easy place to stay. It's a great location with numerous conveniences and excellent restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable and clean, and the staff is really friendly. I highly recommend!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
The front desk staff are amazing...fast check in..they are so helpful and kind..very clean and very comfortable...my television went out one night...within 15 minutes they got me into another room...its the little things that showed they care..5 stars to them from me. It's almost 40 dollars a night to park..I was a long term stay..it adds up..
- 5/5
The location was very convenient
- 3/5
Too expensive for what you get and the area.
- 2/5
From the moment I arrived, my "stay" at the hotel felt less like a vacation and more like a high-stakes crime drama. The first sign of trouble? A surprise "parking fee" that was not disclosed in the booking. It was the first of many unexpected tolls on my sanity. The hotel's website paints a picture of a chic, urban oasis, but the reality is a building marooned in an area so desolate and crime-ridden, I felt unsafe even walking from my car to the front door. My room was supposed to be my sanctuary, but it quickly became my personal torture chamber. The walls, marred with suspicious stains, seemed to tell a story of neglect. But the true horror was the paper-thin insulation. I was a captive audience to every drunken laugh, every slammed door, and every late-night conversation in the hallway. I tossed and turned all night, desperately trying to find a sliver of silence, only to be jolted awake at sunrise by the unholy sounds of housekeeping. Forget a gentle knock; they were blasting music and shouting from down the hall, turning my morning into an assault on my eardrums. After a single, sleepless night, I knew I couldn't endure another moment. I packed my bags in a daze, checked out with a sense of relief, and booked another hotel, a true sanctuary this time, far from the nightmare. This wasn't a relaxing getaway; it was an ordeal, and a shocking reminder that some hotels prioritize profit over basic decency and guest safety
- 5/5
Everything was very good. Thank you!
- 3/5
I choose this hotel for more so the location and parking. But no continental breakfast and there was a bar in the deck but no one was serving at the time which is weird being its the summer time. There little things broken in the room like the tv remote the cabinet and door handle of the bathroom. And the wall seems so thin I can hear mu neighbor talking. But overall the stay was okay
- 3/5
Ok
- 4/5
pleasantly surprised. Convenient, Clean & provided what I needed a place to crash, land, change & go. Ill stay there again.
- 3/5
Noisy and staff was indifferent. Not enthusiastic hospitality for sure. Enough to get by. Room was nice enough. Noisy and no sound dampening curtains which would help immensely. This section of Sunset is seedy without a lot of eating options close by.
- 3/5
That deck bar was closed and the whole place needs care. Not bad for the price.
- 5/5
I’ve stayed at The Moment Hotel twice in the last two years because it meets my 3C criteria perfectly, which means it is clean, cost-effective and centrally located. It is located on Sunset Blvd and a quick walk from the TCL Theater and Hollywood Blvd. The area around the hotel is quiet and there is a nice balance of commercial and residential properties (the Ralph’s supermarket about 3 blocks away comes in handy). The Moment Hotel meets my needs and is my lodging of choice whenever I visit Los Angeles.
- 5/5
Was clean
- 3/5
This hotel was ok but very basic. The room was clean and adequate. However the description listed a roof top bar which was not there - when I inquired if we could get some room service drinks instead they said they basically didn’t have any drinks available at all. Staff weren’t rude but weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming either - kind of did the bare minimum and didn’t go out of their way to help us. The location was ok although not great - not that many food or drink venues in walking distance, and the one we wanted to go to was closed so ended up having Dominos in our room on the second night.. the terrace (with no bar) didn’t offer much - just views of the big dirty street below! All in all it was functional and the room was fine but I wouldn’t necessarily return.
- 3.5/5
So many homeless around the area
- 4.5/5
Sadly my refrigerator wasn't cold..and there was no way to adjust it...
- 5/5
The staff was terrific. Very friendly at check in. Our room had a little trouble with the AC but Katie was quick to accommodate us. We moved into the room next door which was perfect. Great location and very fair price. Would rebook again 😊
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our visit at this hotel,
- 4/5
Room was great. No complaints there. Wish the hotel bar had been open. Staff not the friendliest but answered questions. I’d stay again!
- 5/5
Although there wasn’t a microwave in the room, there was one downstairs in the lobby which was convenient. The only slight downside was that the AC unit in the room was loud but this didn’t really bother me too much. I’d definitely recommend staying here if visiting the Hollywood area.
- 4/5
Comfortable little space centrally located from everything we needed .
- 4/5
Everything but the bar/balcony area is managed and clean.
- 4/5
Very art deco style which was cool. Clearly see it is an older establishment. Really liked the black out blinds and the size of the room. The shower was configured in an interesting way that you couldn’t turn it on without getting wet. Shower door didn’t close all the way and the toilet door handle was broken. It didn’t bother me and would stay here again. PS $37 a day to park😩
- 2/5
Hotel was in some state of disrepair, a lot of broken elements that had been fixed poorly, door broken on hotel room. Strong smell of urine/amonia throughout the whole hotel, a lot of noise during the night from other guests screaming through the night and vomiting. General area for the hotel was very dirty and plagued with homelessness.
- 5/5
Perfect location, staff was great!!
- 5/5
Very great place to stay
- 5/5
Great hotel always will come stay here
- 5/5
Local muito agradável, limpo, organizado. O serviço de quarto foi muito bom. A recepção muito simpática
- 5/5
Laid back hotel with really cool vibe. Clean and comfortable rooms, nice bathroom, great location. Friendly staff. Nothing
- 5/5
Privacy, huge bathroom
- 2.5/5
The room was nice and the staff were very helpful/friendly. The location was amazing as well, a quick drive to places like universal or just good food spots. It didn’t be upfront about having to pay 35 a night for parking. The pictures and descriptions say it has a bar and the bar has been closed for 2 years.
- 1/5
Your hotel did nothing out of the ordinary. I am very disappointed you failed to reimburse for the numerous problems I went through at your hotel. For four days I was unable to use the TV. I have a photo to post of the Housekeeping Manager on a chair in my room trying to fix the cable TV. It was a waste of my time. She actually thought the guest - me- would program the TV! She could not set up my TV. Really, you expected me to program the cable TV? No one from your company bothered to fix it, or get it to work. It was one thing after another with your facility. No restaurant and false advertisement, no roof top; etc, etc. I will make it my mission to let everyone know about the poor accommodations. You made every effort to fail at making my stay pleasant. I was trying to be very nice as a single woman traveling; it was not a great place because I was let down on more than one account. Why would I let a man into my room to add shampoo and bodywash? No, way... why wasn't it topped off from the start. Employees were entering my room on more than one occasion and I did not like it; it was an inconvenience and I was very uncomfortable with someone in my room that could not fix the problem; it was very upsetting and disturbed my privacy during my stay. Since you have made it clear that you did not appreciate my business, I will make it known how unpleasant you made my stay.
- 4/5
The absence of any food-dinning service is surprising. Across the street from the Guitar Center. Parking fee is added. The terrasse needs a little TLC.
- 4/5
Negatives: No real amenities. One very basic microwave near reception to share with all guests. In-room features - Small fridge, no freezer, no kettle, very basic TV without streaming or airplay etc. AC very temperamental. Rooftop area permanently closed - no bar, no entertaining area etc.
- 5/5
Hotel itself was awesome - great staff! A few dirty blocks of West Hollywood
- 5/5
The check in was so easy, and the room was everything we needed and conveniently located.
- 5/5
The room was cleaned. I am a handicapped and the room was spacious for a person like me.
- 5/5
You need to clean the rooftop area, the tables and floors are dirty and gross
- 5/5
Walking distance
- 5/5
The Moment was an easy place to stay at. Parking was plentiful on the street if you need it. Good restaurants nearby. And the location is central to many things in Los Angeles. The room was comfortable, and the staff are very nice.
- 5/5
Loved the hotel, and its easy walking access to the sights people visit to see, and the hotel is located within easy driving to all parts of LA and Burbank, as well as Rte 5. I love modern style and this hotel is very cool indeed.
- 4/5
Modern style, spacious room, easy check in, cool location. Shower gel pump was rigged to minimize usage. No microwave in room. It was a slow Mon night, but rooftop bar was not open or available. I would stay again if the rate is low enough.

My room was
- 4/5
The hotel is well tended, clean, and attractive - nicer inside than outside, though outside isn’t too bad. The staff is friendly and attentive. Room was clean, well set up, and the air conditioner worked great. The shower, with two heads and good flow, was perhaps the best part of the room. Only downside was no snacks/drinks available for sale, and charge for parking is a little steep. But it’s convenient to a lot of great attractions and as quiet as one could expect from a place right on Sunset.
- 5/5
- 4/5
Hotel staff is very good and free cold water and coffee is a plus and well appreciated. The hotel itself however is not well maintained and there were cracks and broken plasters on walls. Bathroom fixtures were coming out. Overall a good stay but can certainly improve their infrastructure.
- 5/5
Close to a lot of cool restaurants and bars
- 2/5
Bar was always closed and all the furniture is old or brocken. No longer looks like the images they have on the site. My VIP status was never mentioned and didn’t received the perk.
- 5/5
No rooftop bar but the rest was fantastic
- 5/5
Great to stay
- 5/5
Clean convenient and excellent customer service
- 5/5
Very nice hotel and friendly staff.
- 4/5
The roof lounge has been closed for several years. It could be a real asset if revived.
- 5/5
Extremely convenient! Great location and lowkey for my quick trip to LA.
- 5/5
Perfect location to walk around Hollywood. The room was a big, very clean. The front desk was very friendly
- 2/5
This sullied my stay. The room was dark and a bit worn out but I think if there had been a warm reception I’d have noticed the problems less. A bottle of water in the room would be a nice touch. This is not a boutique hotel. It’s a bit of a dive that looks better in pictures. The staff the next morning was more friendly. I’d never stay here again.
- 4/5
I did not like the A/C unit. I was quite cold when it started and then quite warm after I bundled up and it stoped cooling the room.
- 5/5
The self service cold water and tea/coffee was a really ncie touch. Staff were friendly and accomodating.
- 5/5
Hotel was great, convenient location, clean, surprisingly quiet for Hollywood.
- 4/5
Walkable to the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
- 5/5
Loved it my family loved it definitely a perfect stay when in la
- 2/5
TV would only work for 1 channel. Small room with a bathroom in the corner that is separated by lightly fogged glass. Parking was excessive for what you get.
- 4/5
It was a decent stay for a quick solo staycation. Nothing fancy just an opportunity to recharge.
- 5/5
Great location.
- 2/5
The hotel did not have any of the amenities that they displayed on this website. The bar was closed and all the restaurants were closed permanently.
- 5/5
Loved it!
- 2/5
It's a formerly hourly motel that got some new decor what seems like quite a while ago as everything was falling apart. Big gap under the door so it was noisy - extra noisy as the others staying there were partying kids. I would say nothing if it was $200 a night but $400 was absurd. The pictures on orbitz are quite "hopeful" too.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the place it was so cute and quiet the decor was everything wish the bar outside was open
- 4/5
The location was great, bed was comfy and the rain shower was wonderful! Unfortunately the deck wasn’t in use but it was easy to walk around from and see the sights in Hollywood. We walked to the Chinese Theatre, Hollywood walk of fame, etc and all the way to Beverley Hills and Rodeo Drive. It’s easy enough to get to a metro station if you want to venture further into downtown. You can also get an uber or they have parking if you drive. Overall we were there for 2 nights and had a great stay. There is a smell of cigarettes or smoke or something musty through the hall ways but the room didn’t seem to have that problem! 😊
- 4/5
The property is cool and artsy. It isn't in the most spectacular area but still felt relatively safe. We did have an issue with a person knocking on our door very late at night because they were able to get into the hotel somehow. Overall, it was a good stay for the price and it was close to all the things we wanted to do.
- 1/5
This hotel was not as advertised. It advertised a rooftop deck and bar which was closed and had been for some time. There was no inside bar. The smoke detector was hanging by a wire from the ceiling in my room. I would categorize this hotel as a motel.
- 3/5
Nice stuff, but way overpriced!
- 4/5
We enjoyed the unique design sensibility of the hotel design. The staff was pleasant, professional and helpful. There were not a lot of breakfast options nearby and the hotel didn’t offer a continental breakfast which would be much appreciated
- 5/5
Although the impression from the exterior was a bit questionable, our guest room and the hallway leading to it were excellent! I would gladly stay there again!
- 3/5
.
- 3/5
It was small, good for solo traveler spending little to no time in the room. Front desk was friendly. Parking was easy.
- 4/5
The room was spacious and they did a good job cleaning daily. They had a coffee bar set out everyday which we liked. There were a few things in the room that needed fixing and to be patched up but other than that we were satisfied. Would utilize again next time we are in town.
- 5/5
Amazing

Thank you for you hospitality
