Excellent location and staff!

Great stay with our family. Comfortable beds and towels and toiletries. Cute decor and prime location. Parking is really limited but street parking around. Across street from erewhon! Will be back.

It’s not like a picture terrible
- 5/5
Good location, updated hotel, budget price
- 3/5
The Beverly House was an adequate hotel for a one night stay. The room is quite simple. There is only room for one nightstand on the bed as the end of the other bed butts up against the front door. The WiFi was challenging as we had to go outside to actually get the network to appear on our devices. Perhaps it was just for our room which was off in a corner. Parking spaces, although free, are quite tight.
- 4/5
Across the street from Erewhon. Simple but convenient.
- 4/5
Great location, near the grove. Room was clean. Parking is very limited, especially on weekends. Street parking is available but be very careful reading the signs to avoid getting a ticket.
- 1/5
There was a loud noise from a machine that was loud when it turned on and stayed on for fifteen minutes or so. That was all night right outside our window. I asked for extra towels and was given one towel that was completely shredded on one end. The “handicap” parking space was so narrow that my wife had to get out before I parked. We were very disappointed
- 3/5
It’s not what the pictures look like. Alll cheap items in room. Would not return.
- 3/5
We received a room with a window that didnt lock and had a broken net. Check in staff stated it was okay. We requested another room we were accommodated and given another room. Parking is compact only and limited. Area did not have a lot of noise going on. Room was clean, amenities were minimal refrigerator, dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Hand wash and lotion. Plenty of towels for two people.
- 4/5
Great location! Parking wasn’t good, first come, first serve but it had great restaurants around it. Room is basic and modern.
- 4/5
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever needed. The rooms and overall experience were very comfortable and enjoyable. The location was also very convenient with close-by shops, easy access to The Grove, and the nearby Farmers Market, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The lobby could use a little improvement to make the first impression even better, but overall it was a great experience. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future!
- 4/5
The staff was very kind, but I found parking not so good too little a spot but if you got on the street, it was good, but you have to pay unless you have a handicap card
- 5/5
It was good
- 5/5
The front desk person was outstanding he responded to needed items immediately
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Very clean and nice place to stay. Only issue was that the shutters in my room struggled to close, which staff handled promptly once notified. I would stay here again.

Q
- 3/5
Very little parking, all spots are a tight fit. Do not recommend driving anything bigger than a small sedan (Honda Civic) sized car to park in spot hotel provides. Parking is in an alley way behind hotel. Some wanders will approach you, can be a little scratchy. Hotel does great job with photos, but reality property is not as nice as photos. On arrival room was not cleaned, beds not made, previous persons water bottle left in room. Over all just an okay hotel, Expedia leads you a stray by saying it is wonderful. Definitely not the case, would not stay here again.
- 3/5
Great FOR THE PRICE AND LOCATION !!!
- 4/5
Older hotel, that has been upgraded. Stayed four nights, in two diff rooms. First room (104) had some water pressure issues, but room 108 was perfectly OK. Staff seemed to be decent folks!! Would stay there again !! And, it’s close to the Farmers Market, Canters restaurant, etc !!!

- 5/5
Great staff, everything was good about this property. Enjoyed my stay. I love the location and modern rooms.
- 5/5
Great property. Beautiful rooms with new everything it seems like. Clean and modern. Loved it.
- 5/5
Love this new property. Very modern and great staff. Location is the best. I would definitely come back here again
- 3/5
Rooms are renovated cheaply. Feels like everything is falling apart. Shower handle and toilet seat all shifting. No phones in the room to contact anyone if you need something. Nothing grand overall ok. Workers are pleasant.
- 4/5
Very good

Easy to find, and clean. They did not have the family room for us because they are remodeling. We are a family of 5, we were offered a two-bed room ( one king, one queen bed) or two separate rooms. I don’t feel comfortable splitting my family so we ended up in one room. The room was spacious but only had a small desk with one chair, there was no place to eat comfortably or a place for the kids to seat beside the bed. Also parking is limited, and very tight. Not guaranteed a parking spot.

I stayed here before in 2022 and the staff was also very nice as well as this time. The room was very comfortable with a big bed and very nice bathroom. The air conditioning was perfect for hot or cold air! The location is right by the farmers market also called the grove!! Great Breakfast and lunch venues a couple of blocks away. Not sure about parking as i didn't drive but my friends pulled up right by the hotel in their cars with no problem when they picked me up. The price was much cheaper back in 2022 but i understand they must do what they must do to make up for the renovations they are making.

Nice location in the centre of Weho! It was basically a construction site that smelled of paint and chemicals
- 2/5
Unfortunately the whole hotel it's currently a construction site, which I was not informed of prior to my stay. Visible building materials in the central area just left lying around with lots of dirt and debris in the remainders of common areas. My room itself was clean. However, there was no chair and the desk so I couldn't use that the sheets were far too small. For the bed, so they came out of place quickly in the night. In the morning there was no hot water. So I couldn't take a shower. I did tell reception and all they could do was say, sorry, but I need to have a refund

Service was great. Could not be happier about the team working there.

the hotel in under construction, workedirty, empty and mess. The photos are not real. Receptionist was great and my room was good.

Good
- 5/5
Very courteous staff and nice room.
- 4/5
Yes very clean room I would recommend. Just with booking with Expedia I was under the impression if I used my one key points it would discount the room but it didn't I paid full price and it still used my one key points. So that was misleading what's the point of getting the points if they don't actually make a difference. But other than that the experience was great.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 2/5
The location was convenient Way too expensive for what it is. An unattractive room it also smelt really weird.
- 1.5/5
it was close to the event i was attending. The tv kept shutting off and had a loud static/ringing sound in the back, the drain in the tub didn’t work so when I showered the water was to my ankles and didn’t drain til the morning I left and the tub was leaking, the room smelled very weird like a public bathroom almost. There’s a couple other things also such as cleanliness. The blankets didn’t feel or smell very fresh, honestly felt kind of itchy. All in all I probably won’t stay there again but i was ballin on a budget and it was the cheapest closest place there was so, didn’t expect it to be 5 star. The AC worked great thankfully because it was so hot outside, so there was that! thankful for any place to lay my head. Just some adjustments.
- 0.5/5
location the room smelled really bad. When I complained. The front desk lady challenged my complaint went to the room only to say that the room was sprayed for bugs. That information was not given to me when I got the room Then she was going to move someone else in the room and give me their room Not professional and No Refunds
- 2.5/5
Location was fine. Left too early for breakfast. Not enough lighting in the room.
- 0.5/5
I didn't like anything about this experience. I booked through Booking.com but when I arrived at the hotel, they said they had no rooms left, essentially turning me away and saying it was an error on Booking.com's end. But Beverly Inn has refused to acknowledge that I never stayed there and still collected payment from Booking and now I'm having to go through my credit card company to get the refund. These are shady business practices and they make their customers jump through hoops and go through all these steps just to get their money back.
- 5/5
Parking was easy. It’s near farmers market and grove
- 3/5
Parking was a little hard, and construction was a bit load during the day.
- 5/5
The room was perfect. Bathroom worked as it should.
- 3/5
The place is under major construction which would have been nice to know when booking. Not necessarily a deal breaker, but would have been good to know. The folks running the place are super nice and willing to do what it takes to make things right regardless. The rennovations being done are very nice, but the place is not done yet and suffering a bit with hot water and pieces and parts not quite finished. The beds were great, the fixtures fine, the TV a bit challenging and the walls and ceiling (we were on the bottom floor) are old and not exactly sound proof. Parking is a challenge. I'm sure the place is going to be super nice in a couple months, but right now it's still a bit of a challenge. Again, the folks running it are doing their best and really pushing to improve and i'm confident they'll reach their goal. Not a bad place at all even now.
- 2/5
Lots of noise on the wknd in the complex. Room was comfortable though.
- 2/5
Lobby was under construction
- 5/5
Very nice location close to the grove and all restaurants bed is comfy parking is very small overall budget friendly and location
- 1/5
The property was under construction. Trash everywhere. Old room furniture in the courtyard. Limited parking due to trash in garage areas. Room had an oder. TV didn't work. Phone to call office didn't work. No pool.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
We were only in the room for a few hours and those were rough.
- 5/5
great staff
- 5/5
My favorite
- 5/5
Love it
- 1/5
Parking was ok. Rooms were bare minimum... no dresser or closet. There was a small table but only 1 chair. Water took forever to get warm and never got hot
- 3/5
This is good for crashing in. Too tired to notice much or care. It’s Hollywood, so things are livelier and more alcoholic (and other drugs) at night.
- 0.5/5
They don’t offer early check-in, so I had to find another hotel for the first night. They refused to refund me for that night, and when I came to check in the next day and expressed my complaint, they gave me no explanation. I said that I would write a negative review, after which the receptionist canceled my reservation for the second night. I then had to find another place to stay, spend extra money on taxis, and so on. I was shocked by their attitude toward guests.
- 5/5
Love this hotel
- 2/5
Location. I stayed here 3 years ago and it was a little shabby. This time I only stayed 1 nite because it was really shabby. TV didn't work and when I went to complain in the morning, the desk clerk was getting calls about bedbugs. I didn't see or feel bedbugs because our room was clean and neat. I left because my son wanted me to stay in a nicer hotel. Since he was paying, I went to the better hotel. Had to use Waymo and Uber because better hotel was further away from where I was going. I also didn't have to pay for the transportation. I knew the area around the Beverly and J had no idea about the area around the better hotel other than it was in Koreatown. TV not working and the disrepair around the hotel. It looked like they just gave up trying to make it look better. There was a nice lobby 3 years ago, but now it was just a corner of an apartment.
- 3/5
Great bed. Poor Plumbing. Difficult parking spaces.
- 5/5
Love this hotel
- 0.5/5
Urine in toilet, no towels, television did not work and they did not assist, trash dumped in parking area, missing light switch and outlet covers, rude manager accused us of lying about urine left in toilet... would not recommend.
- 5/5
It’s such a lovely experience
- 3/5
Did not like the parking area. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Best place to stay in town
- 4/5
The room was very clean and had most amenities. The staff was efficient, she just did her job. I thought the parking situation was a joke, 4 really tight spaces not ok at all. The common area outside in middle reeked of cigarettes. The drink machine was sold out. No coffee maker in room. However. Being clean and relatively safe, I would stay there again.
- 0.5/5
Nothing. The location was close to where I was heading after check-out in the morning but I could not even stay the night. It took almost 20 minutes to get someone at the front desk to check me in even after having made an online reservation. Then when I get to the room it was dirty and there were bedbugs on the bed. It’s an unacceptable experience for a paying customer to have. The business refuses to refund me and Booking.com sides with them.
- 3/5
My neck took several days to stop hurting from their paper thin pillows. Otherwise it was clean and pleasant for a night.
- 1/5
The rooms smelled so bad, I honestly wouldn’t stay here even for $10 a night. They advertise “free parking,” but when we arrived, we were told there was no parking available—only risky street parking where cars can be towed in the morning. The most shocking part: while we were out, someone had clearly entered our room, and we came back to find our bag on the floor. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. You’d honestly be better off sleeping on the street—it would be safer and far more comfortable than staying here.
- 5/5
Good
- 4.5/5
Location Clean
- 4/5
Friendly and helpful staff, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast
- 4.5/5
This motel is very dated and old school and has the best possible location and value for the location. It has been a regular for our family for over a decade. You can walk to Melrose, the original Erewhon, the LA Farmer's Market and the Grove. It's an older hotel and definitely shows it's age.
- 2/5
Location Staff on duty was not available parking is really small. There is not always someone available during the day. Tv did not work and room stank.
- 2/5
I got bit by bed bugs. my arms are ALL bitten up.
- 4/5
Close to where I needed to be No pool
- 5/5
We stayed for 3 nights. The best part was the excellent customer service. I felt like the front desk staff was really looking out for their guests. If we needed something, they quickly delivered it to our door. Housekeeping was great, too. The room was fine for the price. The motel is close to the La Brea Tar Pits and The Grove. It’s an older motel, but it suited our needs. The only main point of frustration was that there is not enough parking. If all the spaces are taken, you park in the street (and you have to move your car by 8 am.)
- 1/5
After I checked in, I pulled up one side of the sheets and mattress protector. I didn’t see any. The room was also missing the extra top lock feature. Later the same day I returned to the hotel and was lying on the bed. I saw a bed bug on the sheets and one on the pillow. I jumped up and I was happy that I had not put my belongings on the bed. I told the front desk and had to text Hotels.com that there was bed bugs. They called the hotel and promised a refund. Waiting for the refund.
- 1/5
Nothing we liked. Room had no TV, table or chairs. Hotel manager knocked on the 1 morning and asked us to leave the room while they spayed. This type of behavior I've never experience at a Hotel. I plan on disputed the whole 3 nights.
- 1/5
Worst hotel I’ve been to in years. I got bed bug bites still sticking with me after I left hotel. TV channels didn’t work. Staff rented room with clogged sink came in to fix while trying to use room. Staff insisted my reservation wasn’t valid. I had to spend an hour on the phone and Expedia came back and said they just got my name wrong. Crazy people screaming in courtyard outside room. No staff supervision. It isn’t worth any money saved .
- 3/5
The room was clean. The only thing I was concerned about was the door lock. It was missing the metal door lock and I had to a place a chair for extra protection.
- 5/5
Like staying there the best
- 3/5
Convenience, limited and tight parking spaces
- 5/5
all good no complaints
- 5/5
We had a very nice room. It was clean and quiet. The mattress on the fold out bed could really use replacement. But other then that it was great. We will be back.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and a nice room with good rates. I’ll be back soon!
- 5/5
Was pleasantly surprised! The room is spacious, very clean, bathroom is a good size with linen and sheets immaculately white! The staff is friendly and accommodating! A great value for the price i paid. And the location is perfect. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the Grove mall!👏👏👏!
- 5/5
Stayed here a few times. Good spacious hotel in a nice area. Only bad thing is they dont allow you to have guests LOL
- 3/5
Very surprised there were no tissues in the room. Coffee maker in room would also be nice.
- 5/5
Parking is a problem have to pay to park on street full size vehicles will not fit in tiny spaces
- 4/5
- 4/5
Willi and the other person at the front desk were very nice. The hotel is perfectly located, confortable bed and free parking. Will stay again.
- 5/5
Great staff and hotel is located in a safe area
- 4/5
It was basic accommodations but clean- outdated but the area is generally old school.
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
Overal hotel was clean and quite very affordable. One thing I disliked was the parking. It is horrible. It’s very narrow. The lady at the counter is very nice and respectful.
- 3/5
Nice folks. Bare minimum. Sketchy area.
- 2/5
Tv didn’t work in room the whole 4 days we stayed and no one knew how to fix it!
- 4/5
Was very happy with the room. The beds were roomy and comfortable. The shower was clean & hot. Only stayed here to sleep and shower and the room served it's purpose. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
The sheets, blankets, and pillows felt dirty and there was only 2 pillows , with dirty ill fitting pillowcases , for a king bed. There was 2 chairs in the room with nasty stains on them bad enough that you did not want to sit on them. The bathroom was dirty and I killed a cockroach in the bathtub.
- 4/5
Everything fine, outdated, but good location.
- 5/5
Very hard bed
- 4/5
This Inn was perfectly OK for needing a place to stay for one night while I was in town for an event. Sheets and towels were clean, small refrigerator was very cold, and parking is free. Price was fair for what they provided.
- 3/5
The hotel was inexpensive and close to where we wanted to be. Our room was missing some attention to details. An old broken lamp and broken clock radio is being stored under the coffee table. The smoke alarm was hanging down, until I fixed it. They forgot to leave any soaps the first day, and only three towels for 4 people. I can tell they are doing some repairs, new toilet, new windows, and other obvious repairs. It was clean and had good parking. No major complaints, I would stay there again.
- 1/5
First of all we were in LA visiting my dad who was in the hospital going thru a medical crisis, so we were dealing with that issue first and foremost. I chose the Beverly Inn because I read some good reviews. First of all we had to park on the street, limited parking, the TV didn't work so they switched our on the second day to a room which the TV worked, so we thought, only one channel. The phone in the room didn't work, the outside of the tub was dusty and dirty around the bottom of it. The toilet didn't work correctly. I can honestly say this was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. The staff didn't seem to care too much about our concerns. It was just an overall horrible experience! I wouldn't recommend anyone stay at The Beverly Inn in Los Angeles.
- 5/5
Second time I've stayed here. 5 of us slept comfortably
- 3/5
It's a very clean Motel. Very basic, The room was a nice size. Unfortunately the neighbors decided to have fight right in front of my room at 2am. Nice bathroom, not great heat.
- 3/5
While there were some cleanliness problems I notice (i.e. sock from previous occupant I found, loose fair on pillow, sticky night stand surface, hair on towel) all of that I can ignore. I needed a place on short notice and Beverly Inn delivered. The turnover service was good. I left the sign on my door and the room was cleaned when I returned. In regards to the room itself, there was no towel rack to hang towels to dry, and no soap dish to put my hand soap on. That is the only complaint I had with the accommodations. Beyond that, if I were to need a place in a jam, I think I would use them again with some improvements of the room for cleanliness and practicality.
- 5/5
Felt safe and was very clean and convenient
- 5/5
I’m very happy to report that my room was super clean and the Inn was perfectly quiet all night. I slept great.!
- 2/5
The room itself was ok but the bathroom needed repair work, had rusty and torn shower curtain/rod, bathtub spout disattached from the wall. The light were only flaring ceiling lights, ac unit leaked outside.
- 5/5
Well other than they are remodeling you couldn’t tell the property is clean. The new younger owners are great and so friendly.i stay here at least 3 times a month. It’s about a 5-10 min easy walk to the grove CBS studios is a cross the street if you want to go to a taping of the Price Is Right with host Drew Carey.Hollywood and Highland a short drive about 10-15 mins also there is West Hollywood 5 mins away and let’s not forget the Beverly Center 5 min and Beverly Hills 10-15 mins away. There are also great eateries near by. And don’t forget the NY Cake Pops down the street they are to die for only a 10 min walk. It’s clean it’s fresh plenty of things to do who wouldn’t want to stay here.
- 4/5
Tv didn't work properly. They came to fix it several times and still had problems
- 1/5
I’m so disappointed I would never stay in this place ever again!
- 3/5
I love the area and how close it is to a lot of shops and stores. The thing I didn't like was that for the price and location of the hotel, there should be an assigned parking spot per room. I went out late with my baby and had to worry about finding STREET perking at 1 am. That's unnaceptable some hotels even provide a parking spot for a fee charge, they just state first come first serve essentially which I don't think is okay.
- 2/5
Tv and equipment continued to malfunction and not work
- 4/5
If you change out to a white comforter, it would make it more updated. No coffee, tea or ceramic cup! I even brought my own coffee and milk. The little plastic cups that you provide would not withstand microwave heat. Please at least provide an electric water kettle!
- 4/5
Room was large and clean
- 5/5
The both the couple receptionist were very very kind to me! And went beyond my expectation of this hotel! I will certainly return back here the next time! Highly recommend!
- 4/5
Parking spaces are for very small space.( small compact car only) and exposed ( warning signs from hotel management; not responsible for any damage done to your car are posted on site)
- 5/5
Older but clean and safe. I like the courtyard.
- 2/5
Feels. Like I was favor when I ask to clean my bed was did before I used .
- 5/5
Clean cozy and in excellent location!
- 3/5
The property is in a great neighborhood and across from the Grove. This is a reasonable cost to stay in this neighborhood. Overall the property is outdated and the street noise and light is not blocked out from window. It was very clean though.
- 4/5
I found this online, concerned by pictures! The manager had just bought the property as it was very clean, accommodating, friendly, safe, parking ! … it needs serious updating but wow the price, location, food,
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Great service
- 2/5
The 'office' area (I use the term lightly) had a distinctly heavy musty odor...it stank. The 'receptionist' (again, a loosely used term) was sully and completely unfriendly. In short, it was trash. The only upside, no bugs, that I could see. I originally reserved my stay for 2 nights, I'm SOOO glad I revised my stay to 1 night!!!
- 3/5
The location fits my needs. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The personality of the office person was a bit dower.
- 1/5
Could only get one key card for the doors. Staff were grumpy And we had plastic wrapped mattresses, ugh.
- 3/5
Parking very limited on the side of hotel and in back alley, security is iffy. No closet or hanger to hang clothes. Rooms next to busy street, quiet loud traffic. The AC is very good. No coffee or any breakfast.
- 3/5
It was ok
- 2/5
The person working the front desk was not friendly at all and gave a poor welcome to the hotel.
- 5/5
The staff were exceptional. Caring and compassionate
- 3/5
Room was small
- 3/5
They lady was rude upon my checking in. Also, bummed there was no coffee or pastries for breakfast as advertised. Otherwise, suitable stay for a 2 star hotel.
- 1/5
My friend and I found bed bugs in the mattresses and eggs all over the chairs and were told they wouldn’t give us a new room or refund.
- 4/5
Close to the Hospital we were having surgery.
- 5/5
We got the family room. Two queens and one full. It was perfect for my boyfriend and his two kids and me and my son. Beds were super comfortable. The room was clean and up to date. Not to bad of a drive to Universal Studios that’s why we went. Whole property is non smoking but we just walked across the street no biggie. Would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
Was relatively cheap for location and I got what I paid for.
- 5/5
I have been here before and I’ll come back again. It’s a no frills room and hotel but it’s a great central for everything you want to do. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and good tv and microwave and refrigerator. I felt safe and the bathroom was very clean and the air worked well.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Location
- 4/5
Once sorted was fine. Off street parking. Enclosed courtyard feel to the units. Roomy, clean, table and two chairs. Could only get one channel on the TV. Rooms refreshed every day.
- 1/5
One of the beds was falling apart, they put stained bed covers on the mattress. The room looked horrible. There was no room space to be mobile, the room had a terrible smell in it, and the tv was so small in a family room may 19” I couldn’t bare to stay there slept in the car cause there was no refund
- 4/5
Beverly Inn offers great value in a prime location.
- 2/5
Very rude and ignorant reception lady. No kettle in room or available if asked. Rooms need overhauling to be free of broken plugs and dirt and rust marks around sink and bath. Reminded me of Bates Motel. Very creepy.
- 1/5
The front lady wanted to charge me another room just because i wanted to add 2 more of my friends. Not customer service friendly.
- 3/5
Hotel overall was fine, was a bit annoying waiting for the staff to open the door so I could check in or out. Had to wait a few minutes and ring the doorbell twice for staff to answer.
- 3/5
Moisissure dans les toilettes, il indique qu'il y a une buanderie, mais c'est faux , il n'y en as pas.

Location is a good central drop-off point to other places of interest.

It was fine for my location needs since I wasn't in the room very much, and was only there 2 nights. But as far as decor, I felt like I had stepped back in time to the 70's. Having no coffee machine was a disappointment, and the 2 little flat pillows were not up to hotel par (I asked the front desk for more and she said she would check, but never brought any.) Besides that they were nice enough and I like supporting non-chain establishments, but for the price I expected a little more.

Older facility with great location close to tourist areas like Sunset Strip, Wilshire Blvd, Petersen Automotive Museum, etc. Covered parking. Somewhat noisy in the morning with traffic on busy Beverly Road. Good value given the location.

Well located

Simple, affordable lodging in a great location… with huge beds!

It was an ok experience. The room was clean and service was good.

Cons: - the staff was hyper rude and unwelcoming - there was crumbs of food on our bed when we arrived (the room had clearly not been cleaned) - parking was tight and unsafe - when asked for room service, they never responded - place reeked of cigarettes and Indian spices (which i love the smell of at an Indian restaurant, not in my hotel room) - there were boxes stacked in the hallways we had to maneuver around - vending machines were all broken Pros: - conveniently located - affordable in comparison to other places in the location Recommendation: I say pay more for somewhere better. This place was a joke.

I stayed for 4 days and it was easy to check in and out and the room service was amazing, every time i would leave out for a while i would come back with my room clean and everything restocked. First look i was second guessing a little bit but i got comfortable and didn’t have any problems

The outside pictures do not match this property. Staff very nice but super sketchy. Didn’t stay. Payed the money but left almost immediately as we did not feel safe

When booking our stay at this Beverly Inn Hotel / Motel, the reason for making this choice was because the price seemed reasonable. However, upon arrival, we discovered there was nowhere to park our work vehicles. In order to check in, we found a temporary place to park. When entering the building to check in, the Lobby / Check In Office was very warm and uncomfortable making it even hard to breath. Once we checked in and were given access to the room, we were met with not only a foul odor but with no towels to take a shower. Because we had to find a place to park our vehicles, we left and searched for a safe parking spot to no avail. We could not stay at this location and had to book our stay at another hotel. Because we decided not to stay I had requested a refund but I have not yet heard back from Expedia. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with this whole situation and would appreciate a reply back from Expedia about getting a refund as we did not stay at this very dirty and disgusting hotel that could not even accommodate parking for my vehicles.

Good location, good price. Rooms are run down, need paint and repairs. Bathroom from 1980

This place could be so great if the owners put in the effort to make it presentable and clean. Lots of marks, stains etc, reused toiletries, thin as hell towls. Its in a nice neabourhood with some great restaurants. Shame that the owner hasn't done anything to make it nice!

The Check-In Debacle Upon arrival, the check-in process itself was the first red flag. I was greeted by a staff member who seemed disinterested in assisting me. The lack of professionalism was palpable. However, I was shocked when I was asked for a cash deposit. In this age of digital payments and card transactions, insisting on a cash deposit felt not only outdated but also raised concerns about the safety and transparency of such a transaction. I travel frequently, and this was the first time I've encountered such a demand. I was uneasy about the management's intentions and the hotel's financial stability. Rude Remarks: A Taint on Hospitality While the cash deposit request took me aback, what followed was even more unsettling. During my interaction with the front desk, I overheard a few staff members making rude and inappropriate comments. While they might have believed their whispers were inaudible, I could clearly discern their words, and it was evident they were discussing guests, including myself. Such behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Guests should feel welcomed and valued, not judged or ridiculed. An Unbearable Stench Hoping that the worst was behind me, I headed to my room, eager. Imadesure to get my B$$$.
