This hotel was in the scariest neighborhood we have ever been in!! 3 out of the 4 nights we were awaken by gunshots and police!! The homeless population directly around the entire hotel was so sad! SO many homeless living in tents in the gutters!!

There was a rat in my room it woke me from my sleep. I also found a old rotten plate of food in one of the drawer the worst experience ever.

The hot water, when turned on by the bathroom sink's faucet, was that pale white colour like when chlorine or such is added to the water but it never went away. Also, the first night, there was the smell of perfume from whoever slept in the bed last.

Sheet was stained when we checked in. We were given clean sheets but they were washed so much that they were thread thin in some spots. Room is clean but hallway carpet is stained and dirty.
