    The staff were very helpful and very professional. The room is ok. I didn’t realize they don’t have the amenities ( slippers, bathrobes, shower cap, pens-and writing pads)you would be expecting in a big hotel like this.

    Excellent location right in front of Metro station, staff took care of no option to run into homeless people on the way to Metro (that was common issue for our other place of stay in LA downtown). Excellent staff that dealed with my emergency state mood and mileading reservation very well. Nice deck that seemed like a pool in the pictures. In spite of deck being very nice the lack of pool was disappointment.

    Overall, the hotel was decent and the room was clean. However, there was a noticeable damp smell when I first entered the room, which wasn’t very pleasant. During the shower, quite a bit of water leaked onto the bathroom floor. I also ordered breakfast (sunny-side up eggs), and it was delivered in disposable paper containers inside a bag, which felt a bit disappointing. I hope these issues will be addressed for future guests.

    Good ambiance and big room. Close to super market and cafe. Location is not that great for walking around in the evening but day time was fine. We booked 2 rooms for the 2 nights at the hotel with our family but we were disappointed that housekeeping was not done next day in our room. We had to ask the receptionist to provide us clean towels and tea/coffee. They did apologise and send the clean towels and refills for the tea and coffee table.

    We had a wonderful stay! Our king suite was spacious and it was nice to have two rooms. The gym is beautiful on the 26th floor and the restaurant is lovely on the lower level.Monica at the front desk and Brenda on the phone lines were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with options ranging from a buffet to à la carte. My omelette and sourdough toast were delicious. Will visit again!

    Cleanliness: 5/5. Absolutely loved our room! With our accommodation, we received a slight upgrade with walk in shower and glass door. Shower is only big enough for 1 person, but the size of the room made up for it. The room was very clean, modern, and we did not need to change the temperature. It was set to 70˚ F. No terrible smell either. Loved the room. No complaints at all! Room Comfort: 5/5. Bed was very comfy but very soft. Not sure if it's your thing but it did help me get a good sleep. But it did wake up every few times throughout the night. Overall very comfortable because of the space and having the couch and a table to eat at. Location: 5/5. Very safe for tourists. Right behind it is The Bloc. The Bloc is a nice touristy and modern area with a few places to eat and Uniqlo shopping. There's a bunch of security always walking around the place so we felt very safe even walking to spots nearby. Parking: 3/5. Parking is not free and a bit expensive. I think about $67/night. It is valet parking only. Valet service is top notch. We only needed to take the car out once a day and it was always ready when needed. Cost: 4.5/5. Overall, would stay here again! Only thing that wouldn't make it a perfect 5/5 is the price for valet parking.

    We were staying at the hotel with a group of four, but the number of towels, cups, water bottles and other supplies were not enough for us. The cleaning crew came extremely late and we were told to leave the room and wait at the lobby until they were done even though we asked them to come during the daytime. The room was very stuffy because the AC and ventilation system was not really working and we couldn’t open the window. They brought a fan to our room, but it was completely dusty and dirty so we ended up not using it. Overall, this was our third time to stay at this Sheraton, but we are unsure if we’d go back again. We were all pretty disappointed with the quality of the hotel and the service.

    It was ok. Our first room tv didn’t work well and had a red tint to it and had the tv snow / lacking clarity in picture. We didn’t find this out until 10:45 and had to change rooms late at night. Our new room tv worked but then the shower was super tiny and we didn’t have a bath tub anymore which we planned to use, so that was disappointing. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Also love the free truffle fries as a Bonvoy Gold Elite member. Valet service is pricey but convenient. Love that the property is connected to a shopping center with a great yakitori restaurant (Hatch). We’ll be back.

    I'm 76 and would have appreciated a grab bar in the shower as the surfaces were pretty slick. And like other hotel rooms the top mattress "slants" - or lays at an incline. The only way I can get a good night sleep is to put a pllow under the mattress to prop it up. Then housekeeping regularly pulls it out and I have to begin the process over again every night. Very annoying!!!

No issue wit that, they moved us and the new room was better. The elevator is loud if you are in a room next to it. They gave warning that it could be an issue and offered ear plugs.     Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of.     First time staying at a Sheraton hotel. Because it’s an established hotel. Expected a luxury type hotel seeing how it’s a Sheraton I thought I was going to experience a much better stay than any other hotels I’ve stayed at. Bathroom only had one set of towels so had to call room service for towels. I tried to take a shower but only hot I mean really hot water came out. So I called room service again and they will have someone from maintenance stop by to check it out. No one came to drop off the towels. The maintenance guy came said he would open “it” up to see why there’s no cold water. Later he says that we have to wait 2-3 min for the cold water to come out. That seems like a waste of water but that’s the only way to have a good temp. Mind you there’s 3 of us and we’d have to wait a couple of mins for the cold water?! As much as we paid for this hotel I swear I would’ve stayed at a holiday inn or best western. Also there’s no elevator fr the hotel to get to the parking garage you have to go outside to the plaza and go to an elevator that takes you to the parking garage! So inconvenient. Walking pass people who are eating outside the plaza with all your luggage to get to the parking garage I don’t get it. Plus I asked regarding breakfast I was told by room service that we can order but we would have to go downstairs to pick up the food?!

    Close to stores and restaurants. Can walk to Target, chick fil-a etc They sent security to my room due to a “high balance” when I went to the front desk they didn’t know what was going on. He then checked and said it was for parking and I had to pay $94 dollars since I’m staying an “extra night” although I booked 3 nights not two so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just charge me the full amount when I checked in. It was so embarrassing that security had to come for $94 dollars they said they tried reaching me they never called my phone. It honestly ruined my trip especially since check was also complicated. The hotel was nice and clean but I felt like I couldn’t relax after that.

    We had an amazing trip, the only thing that could’ve been better was the condition of our room. It was extremely dusty, and hadn’t looked like it had been wiped down in a while, so I had to wipe it down myself. There was also something on the sheets on one of the beds. But we had an amazing experience with staff, as well as the restaurant was phenomenal!

    There was a strong odor in the hallway (likely from the carpets), dirty bathrooms with an unclean shower curtain, and we found long black hairs in the bed, which we were concerned about whether the sheets had been changed.     Shower diverter leaked significantly so water pressure was weak and room was mediocre. Ice maker was unavailable on my floor and when I called guest service they told me to wait for room service to eventually bring up ice or try to get in another floor which is difficult when your card only allows access to the floor your room is on. Moved to another hotel because there was no service when I tried to reach out!

    We only had the opportunity to stay one night but we enjoyed our short time. Room was very nice, great bathroom with beautiful lighted mirrors. Towels could use updating as they were a little thread worn. Liked the motion sensor light in the closet, comfortable bed and clean room. Did not like having the fan located right above our heads in bed. Otherwise, we would probably stay here in the future.

    I love the Sheraton, it’s extremely clean, within walking distance to many of DTLA’s attractions, and staff were very accommodating to me and my bf. We stayed in a King suite overlooking the city skyline, and the room was beyond comfortable for us. I would suggest park valet so you don’t have to deal with We will definitely be returning !! ;)

    Beautiful hotel, convenient location, nice restaurant. Parking is expensive at over $50 a night for valet. Self parking is less but who wants to walk downtown at night. Rooms were comfortable but it’s the little things, my iron burned my shirt and when I requested a new iron, it took multiple irons before I got one that worked. Phone also was not working in my room and had to call maintenance for that. Additionally printer in lobby business center didn’t work and I wasted ten minutes on that as well. Overall I’d probably go back but the little inconveniences add up and so though overall it’s a nice hotel, I may mot return with the bad taste of my burned shirt in my mouth.

    Things to know: the hotel is in Downtown LA so there is only valet parking available at the hotel for a fee of $30-$40 per day (can't remember the exact price), however, you can come and go as you please and your vehicle is parked safely in their garage; there is a $25 per day "destination fee", but they allow you to use it as a food and beverage credit; the elevator is very confusing to use, you have to enter your specific information like the floor and room number on the correct elevator, which is something I've never seen before (still not sure if this process is exactly correct, but the staff will help you). Overall, this hotel was great, its pricey, but definitely worth the price. It's great having piece of mind that you are booking a nice, clean, safe hotel in the DTLA area.

    Worst hotel I’ve stayed thus far in my trip. There were dust pouches in the coffee machines, the rooms feel congested and very dated with the wooden design. The elevator has wait times up to 10 mins during peak hours. The breakfast was bad. Firstly there’s a 20 min wait time to be seated and the lady at the counter was super rude. The server came to us twice to ask the room number?! The area around the hotel feels very unsafe. I’s rather stay near the beverly hills area. To be fair, the coffee machine was changed.

    Room was comfortable but just little things that were irritating about the hotel. It takes a long time to get an elevator. One morning it took 20-25 minutes just to get to the lobby. The front desk was not that helpful and told us to take the service elevator. We did that and did not know different service elevators take you to different floors. In the end, one of the service guys had to help us. Consistently took around 10 minutes to get an elevator from the gym down to the room floors. One evening we ran out of shower gel and the front desk told us the entire hotel had ran out. How can a 4 star hotel run out of shower gel! Check in was great though and was able to provide a connecting room for our family.
