Location and shuttle. Bar food was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Bathroom in our room was somewhat handicapped. We didn't ask for it. Bathtub not a walk in shower would be difficult with wheel chair. Sink had room under, for a chair. But nearly NO counter space. We didn't ask for assessable room, but if we needed wheel chair access, this was not it.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I would like to thank Lesly and Monica especially for their kindness and also the Valet parking team along with the concierge staff, the bartenders were amazing as well.

Hotel entrance and lobby are immaculate. Staff was excellent. Room was perfect. I even like the airport being so close and seeing planes take off and land.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I have had the pleasure to sleep in & I would love to know what pillow brand they use because I would buy them in a heartbeat. The room was spotless. I didn’t come in a car so this wasn’t an issue for me, but the parking is pricey ($60 self park, more for valet). Just a heads up for those planning to stay there.

This is a handicapped accessible room and the closet rod is so low that only a child’s clothing could hang on it without wrinkling. There is no microwave. I had planned to reheat my overpriced dinners to save money. No go. The one chair in the room, an office chair, sinks very low even with adjusting. Overall there is a lack of attention to details in the room. Shocked to find out that valet parking is $75 per day. Unless you can walk or Uber to restaurants the only option is to eat here. And it is very expensive. One good thing is the wait staff are fantastic. They are efficient, friendly and attentive.

The shuttle service was quick! I only waited five mins :) The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was kind. There is a convenience store in the lobby. The shower had low water pressure. There was a line for the Bellhop and my Uber was waiting outside. I didn't want to cancel my Uber and so had no choice but to drag my luggage along w/ me :((

Got woken up by housekeeping opening my door at 8:30am. After waking up and telling the front desk about it, housekeeping opened my door again at 10:30 without knocking. I know nobody spoke to the lady in housekeeping about it because she did it again two hours later. Poorly managed, poorly run. I’ll never stay here again.

The hotel was noisy the people in the others room will small the door at 3 in the morning my wife left her brand name glasses there I calm them and they said nothing was there of course they will say that cuase they wanted to keep them they were name brand smh

Everything was good as usual but the front desk receptionist the gentleman named Juan was absolutely professional and polite and accommodating so I nominate Juan as he employee of the month because his energy is infectious so thank you Sheraton and keep up the good work and thank you, Juan

The hotel was beautiful and the event i attended was spacious and very accommodating for our group.

Very impressed with the hotel. Room was big and well-appointed. The restaurants were top notch, and the breakfast in the morning was great. Sheraton is definitely focused on the details, and it shows.

A few places to eat nearby but not really any shops/supermarkets nearby. The onsite shop is useful as there is nothing nearby, however it’s extortionate. $6 plus tax for 400ml bottle of milk, just no need.

Parking should be included

The staff were not helpful my son arrived 8hrs before I did and I had called to add him to my room was told okay when he tried to check in was not allowed even when he offered his credit card.They did not want to let him check his bags he had to get the manager involved.a hald hr before I arrived they were willing to let him use his credit card by then I had arrive at the airport.it was to little to late.

One day trip to LA for an event. Very close to airport. 24 hour shuttle was reliable. Room was large and comfortable. Food at cafe was way expensive. Would probably stay again for the convenience and bring my own snacks.

The room was very spacious. The furniture wasn’t brand new, but it was clean. The USB charging ports didn't work, which might be due to a lack of timely maintenance. The location is excellent, and the shuttle bus is a major advantage.

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite, and it just happened to be the last day of our honeymoon! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the shuttle to the airport at 5 AM was super convenient.

I've stayed at every hotel on "The Strip" right outside of LAX, the Sheraton is the one I always come back to. It isn't the newest or the nicest, but the staff are always great, they have good powerful showers, the air conditioning always works well, and they always have a room available outside check-in time. I only stay at LAX for one or two days from Australia to Philadelphia and back to break up the flight. The Sheraton is very reasonably priced and has everything I want and nothing I don't.

Always easy to check in the girls at the front desk are very helpful and very professional room rates are very reasonable and some rooms need an upgrade especially the room I stayed at #521. The carpet needs changed because there’s a tear in it but otherwise, everything is good for the price and location so thank you.

Rude staff, I was travelling bak to my country with a dislocated arm with a sling nobody was available to even ask if they can help. on shuttle buses. Doorbell was nit able to help with time Shuttle driver was rude and thing that he owned the place. Cafeteria personnel is bitter as well frontdesk clerks.

I was very surprised on this hotel I Thought it would be one of the best in the area. Until I woke up to a roach in my bed next to me. I was immediately disgusted and got my stuff and left early that morning. I talked to management and still waiting to hear from them. This was very disappointing and basically just nasty. I expected better than this from a hotel like the Sheraton. Hopefully they will correct the mistake but we shall see. I took a picture of the roach and showed it to the manager so they didn’t think k I was making it up. Still waiting to hear from them.

This was the perfect hotel for my trip. The shuttle arrived right after I stepped out of the airport. The driver was very nice and friendly. The check-in went smoothly and y room was ready 2 hours early! The room was clean and looked exactly as the pictures. The restaurant and gift shops were nice, too! They had Starbucks coffee pods and complimentary bottled water, which was awesome! All in all, was the perfect stay!

I went there because the hotel I was at was so filthy and unmaintained that I couldn't stay there. So I tried this hotel and it was 1,000% better. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and they took care of all of my needs, questions and cares. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing one.

Clean, enough space on the room, parking is expensive on the property but there is another parking that you pay $24 day and is better, secured, safe. Everything was Excellent. Close to the airport, food, shopping.

I have been staying around LAX on various trips over many years and although I have stayed at many of the area hotels this in my opinion is the overall best hotel at LAX.

A member of the staff, in all likelihood housekeeping, stole personal property from our room. Upon discovery of the missing property, we notified management. An investigation commenced. We are in the process of resolving this matter. However, this experience has clearly colored our opinion and experience of the hotel....

Very close to the airport and the shuttle service was very good and valuable. The room was nice and big with two queen beds, ideal for my family. Check in service was smooth. They had a power outage in the city at the time I checked in, but the staff still facilitated my early check-in which was much appreciated after a 24 hour long flight with kids. Wish there were more restaurants around.

The only downside is that parking is extremely expensive. However, there is a private parking area behind the hotel for $24. Keep in mind that they charge $24 every time you exit, but since we only used the car once a day, it worked out perfectly for us.

The valet parking is a total rip off and when I left at 4:30AM the valet was nowhere to be seen. I believe was sleeping in his car and someone had to go find him. Unacceptable!! I will never stay in a Sheraton hotel again.

From the moment we arrived (we came from another hotel that wasn’t clean or friendly) the staff was wonderful. Monica was kind, friendly, welcoming and truly a delight. The bra staff were great and the pool is amazing. My kids had the best time. So much so that I’ve made the decision to switch all of our corporate reservations to Sheraton hotels going forward.

The hotel is really convenient for an overnight stay near LAX, convenient free shuttle. Hotel is as expected form a Sheraton property. Staff were helpful. Had a steak and fries at the bar, very tasty.

And the person who gives the service is not the person to decide how good the service is. That is up to the customer. Although the service was good, I would not say it was exceptional, so a 20% tip is something I would give for exceptional service, not just good service.

Great hotel and location. Comfy beds, cold AC, hot shower, decent WiFi, and nice gym and pool area. What more can you ask for? I didn’t pay the ridiculous prices for breakfast or other food nor drinks! Just go out and find something local.. much better feel and more fun.

Shuttle did not pass at airport stop at 2:00 for over 30 min early September 29, 2026. Ended up taking the Sonesta shuttle, and walking over. Room was okay near the air conditioning units so was a bit noisy. Windows NEED cleaning, very dirty and hard to see outside. The rest was good, comfy bed and nice shower.

I always stay here when I am in LA. will never choose another hotel. the location is great and even the parking price was low. the car rental is within walking distance and the shuttle to and from the airport was great.

No one goes out of their way to be helpful at this property. I booked for five days and arrived at noon to the hotel, obviously two hours before check-in and it's just horrible they want to charge $70 for early check-in. So off you go after a long flight if you don't want to spend the money. For a business hotel to have no in room dining service is pretty appalling, no breakfast in bed at this Sheraton. You can't even get lunch until 2:30pm at the restaurant. Who eats lunch at 2:30pm??? The straw that broke the camel's back was when I spent $60 for lunch to be delivered by Uber Eats, I couldn't get back into my room because the batteries had expired in the door lock so my room key didn't work. After going down to reception for the second time and mind you the same person I spoke with who supposedly called engineering didn't even recognize me. Unbelievable!! Finally asked to speak to the GM and someone came out and said she would at least take the $60 off my bill since my food was cold and proceeded to call engineering again. At least she tried to make it better but honestly after being locked out of my room for 35 minutes, cold food and all the other things that I found unpleasant about this "business hotel," I wouldn't stay again. Where's Gordon Ramsay when they need him?

Breakfast was served quickly, was well made and seasoned, and decently priced. I could see why so many flight crew members were staying there. A really nice stay.

Location, guest amenities, selection of food options Service was kind of slow and the dining area was not even full. One staff passed us off to another server while he keeps going back to one table and talk to the guests there for a much longer time than when getting orders.

The property was nice and clean and conveniently located next to the airport. The parking is not complimentary but if you drive to the other side of the building it’s much cheaper to park compared to what the hotel charges.

I was there for a wedding, the wedding was beautiful. Didn’t care for the delays. Didn’t care for not being discounted for parking since we were there for the wedding. All in all a great place to stay the pool was nice. The customers were friendly and we ended up having a good time despite of the things that we kinda didn’t care for. I believe you will enjoy your stay.

Used the room as a relaxation station for a 12 hour layover and it was perfect! I was able to get an early check in. The room was clean, comfortable bed and incredibly quiet. Exactly what I needed before a 15 hour flight.

My experience was average. The hotel itself has a beautiful structure and is conveniently located near the airport, which made travel very easy. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated how respectful and professional staff were in addressing me. The bellman was also very helpful with transporting our luggage to and from the room and car. Additionally, the hotel offers on-site restaurants and bars, which was a nice convenience. However, there were several issues that impacted my stay. During the booking process, it was stated that self-parking was available on the premises. Based on that, I expected a more standard or reasonable rate, but upon arrival, I was informed that parking was $66 per day, with valet at $75 per day. This was extremely expensive and not clearly communicated upfront. The listing also mentioned breakfast, but it did not clearly state that it was not included, which was misleading. I requested housekeeping daily during my five-day stay, but service was only provided once. I also requested fresh towels and washcloths each day, which were not consistently delivered. There were also some maintenance concerns. The mini fridge in our room was broken upon arrival, though to their credit, maintenance did replace it after we reported the issue. One of the more disappointing experiences involved an interaction at the front desk. My partner attempted to get assistance with a key card issue, but staff refused to help him because I was not present.

The room was warm when we arrived and the thermostat was at 60 degrees. It gradually cooled during the night but the a/c was obviously not working. The outlets on the right bed night stand did not work. And the container of bath soap was empty, so I used the hand soap from the vanity. The room was clean and nice. The shuttle to LAX was excellent and the drivers were extremely helpful. I’ll still stay at Sheraton Gateway again but I hope they do better on my next stay.

Hotel does not have microwave in rooms, there is one per floor in the room with the ice machine. While using the microwave, security came harassing my husband, falsely accusing him of urinating in the room. In a room where my husband stepped one foot inside to hold a plate for me. When the security confirmed there was nothing in the room and that it was clean, my husband wanted an apology. No apology was given, instead he has threatened. The security said he was given a discretion that there was black man in the hallway. Will never stay in this hotel again where my husband can’t even be in the hallway without security harassing him for being African American.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any issues. The breakfast was excellent and very satisfying. The shuttle service to the airport was extremely convenient and made travel so easy. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Last time we might stay. It’s my son’s favorite hotel but our last stay will be out last. Roaches, mildew, strong scents in halls , broken heaters and dirty shower heads.

Pleasantly surprised by my experience! After visiting several other hotels in the area, the Sheraton clearly has the nicest lobby. The room was excellent, and the pool was a major plus. Great value overall!

Parking is terrible, in the front of the $82 us a night and the back of the hotel $24 if r out for 5 min and come back again $24 which is miserable. Beside i am Banoy member the parking should be free.

The hotel was nice! they made our bed everyday we were there and gave us complimentary water bottles as well. I thought there would be free breakfast but they charge $40 a day & the room was smaller than advertised. Overall, my stay was good.

Staff was fantastic. Building needs a remodel. Valet is $80, self park is in a third party lot behind the hotel. You have to pay every time you want to leave the lot which was about $15-$24 each time.

It took a while for the ac to work and when it did you bese a lot of rattaling in a vent and at 4:30 in the morning a sound of a saw woke me up it was coming from a room near by, you can what the machine in and you can hear when they run the material through it. This was happening for several hours!

Room was clean and nice and had obviously been remodeled at some point but certain things felt dated. I thought the price was really good for the quality. Lots of flight crews seem to stay there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle ran often. Lots of plane noise and walls felt a little thin with a baby crying next door, so light sleepers might want to avoid. Super convenient for LAX would definitely stay again. Used cheaper parking behind hotel for $24 overnight.

Keycard demagnetized three nights in a row. Person at desk was not interested in discussing or solving the problem. Just said I don’t know why that happened and remagnetized them. When we checked in the desk person was very robotic, no personality.

The room was clean and comfortable, I needed somewhere to stay during an overnight layover in LA. My only complaint is there are only 4 elevators in a very busy hotel. There are some escalators and stairs but it would not be a great option if you’re on a high floor. Overall it was a good stay, would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean all the way around. The amenities include - cafe, store and restaurant, all add to the convenience of staying at the hotel. Hotel lobby area is spacious, making it easy to come down from your room and lounge around.

I’ve stayed in this hotel every time I visit LA for years. It was always the best. I’m not sure if it is under new management but my experience was very disappointing this time. My key card got deactivated twice. No room service any more. No soap in the bathroom, just shower gel. No clock in the room. I’m not sure going forward if I will stay here again.

Room was nice. However parking is the only issue. Overnight valet parking was $75/night. There was a self parking behind the hotel but it was a private parking garage. The price was $6 for 15 mins when you parked more than 2 hours it would be $24/ day flat rate. But if you needed to go out from the parking you will have to pay and get a new parking ticket. The hotel doesn't validate.

Water pressure in the shower, comfortable beds, and laundry room was a huge plus. Restaurant and stores very pricey though.

Terrible reception

When I addressed this at check-in, the staff explicitly told me it was a mistake and promised they would approve the refund request from Expedia. That was a lie. They have not processed the refund, and I am still out of pocket for a double charge on a single room. It is unacceptable to hold a guest's money hostage due to administrative incompetence. Avoid this place unless you want to pay double and fight for a refund.

I stay here at least once a month when I go to Los Angeles because it’s conveniently located right by LAX and the reason is because the rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and the food is pretty decent downstairs and I like the gym facility because it’s well maintained so thank you for always being kind to me and I will see you in a couple of weeks and happy holidays, michael

Wonderful hotel, quick check-in process, peaceful and quiet considering it’s right next to the airport. It’s one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed in bed. Soft rooms are nice. Highly recommend if you’re passing through or need to stay over while your flight is delayed. This is the place to go choose no other.

Shuttle service offered every 20 minutes and we waited almost 40 minutes

I ended up staying here two nights in a row, the second was flight issues. I have never slept in such a comfortable bed at a hotel before. and my second night I had a large walk in shower that had so much pressure i was afraid it would blow a hole through me. (lol)

Staff is the reason why I usually give 4 stars. Even this time staff was phenomenal… however! There were roaches on both level 4 and 5 on the microwave area. That evening there was a bottle of what looked like bodily fluids being microwaved for no less than 15 minutes ( from the time we smelt to the time we explored and called security). Staff was responsive, but it was a gross ordeal because of the smell. The room not having heat was also super annoying but I always bring our own blankets and pillows. Staff was ALWAYS GREAT!

Parking is $70 per day Valet or you can park a city block away for $24 per exit. (Be careful of the homeless vagrants that lurk in the bushes at night) If you aren't going anywhere then you will have no problem. Bring your own water, booze or food as the prices for mediocre wine and spirits are atstronomical. Rooms were clean and staff are pleasant. Not really worth what they charge per day.

The room stinks, the beds are very stiff and uncomfortable, says “free breakfast” then they want to charge $28.50 for 2 people for breakfast.. there’s no trash bags in the trash cans, stains on the carpet in our room.

My bed was very comfortable, room clean, and shower was hot. Yet I think this hotel needs another shuttle van or 2, as I waited almost 45 min for my pickup & barely squeezed on; in the same time I saw repeated vans for many other hotels. And my a.m. shuttle was running ~10 min late. The drivers were very kind, yet 1 of 2 was blaring a evangelical preacher during our ride; my ear buds were not loud enough. Quick check in was awesome. No regular coffee in room ("all out") and no offer to provide coffee in lobby as a concession was a major disappointment, as I would guess the restaurant had coffee (perhaps a different owner??)
