Horrible place the room was not clean the bathroom was dirty the room smelted over all the hotel was dirty. Requested a refund and they declined would never recommend. Ended up going to a cleaner hotel.

The building is conveniently located close to Sofi and Kia Forum, as well as several restaurants. Not the greatest area, but we did safely walk to eat and to Kia Forum. Building is old, dirty and in need of renovation. Room was clean but looked dirty and smelled. Staff was friendly and price was right.

It’s old ,dated, rough but hey it’s cheap and close to the concerts and game. If you are a solo dude and going to see a concert . You will be good

The beds were very uncomfortable. It felt like the springs were coming through the mattress. There were stains on the walls and the paint was peeling. There was a gap under the door. The staff was very nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Roaches in the bathroom and the worst part was the outside of my ac unit was black with filth and mold and breathing that in all week gave me an infection in my throat. Absolutely disgusting. I felt very unsafe there.

Room was disgustingly dirty. Paid for 2 nights and inly stayed for about 6 hours because the room was so nasty. Was not issued a refund even after leaving before what I paid for.

Near airport so noisy was expected however the rooms were in terrible condition. Outlets did not work properly as things plugged in were all loose and kept falling off (not all outlets were working either). Carpets were torn, vinyl floor were torn, tubs had stain, and more. Smell of marijuana when walking out of the room (from other guests). The good, no bugs were seen inside the room though I was not there long.

Window attendant told us there were no more rooms, but rented 2 rooms while we were in the lobby

That hotel very dirty and I see roach too

The rooms were dirty and there was a broom left on the filthy shower. The mattresses were stained and the walls had graffiti. This was a zero refund hotel. We left at 6:00 am because it was so gross.

carpet was beyond dirty with stains/ripped up in some areas, outdated bedding, the spring board was also heavily discolored, ending up sleeping on top of a towel because i didn’t want to get under the covers. bathroom was fine, 2 fridges but no microwave? personal balcony was nice. booked because it was close to. sofi stadium but i would never stay here again.

The hotels in this area have been serving this community for years. The city, the major corporations Hollywood Park need to invest or do something to help the hotels take care of their properties. They are so run down it’s sad. Bring your own towels we stayed at two hotels, both had towels you could see through. Parking only the people staying at your hotel should have access and one car per room no exceptions. Work out something with festival organizers when the festival starts at 2 maybe offer attendees an opportunity to check in at 12 or 1 giving attendees time to check in relax. Hotels should have their own rickshaw or shuttle drivers to venues close by.

Very smoky room

We didn't get the room we booked, which was the 3 queen beds, but there was still plenty of room for sleeping. But the large water stain in the ceiling, the dirty walls and doors, the lack of caulking around the bath tub, and the smell of the room made it quite uncomfortable.

Staff and check in was good and quick and that was about the only good qualities about this hotel. The bed you can feel the springs and not so comfy, the room smelled like smoke, the bathroom door was squeaky and a little malfunctioned, no bathtub and the overall room seemed old and not updated. We stayed here because we had a budget we weren’t trying to go over but we have kids and definitely next time will spend the extra money for a better hotel. This hotel is good if it’s just for a quick place to sleep then leave.

This place is not the best looking place in town. The staff and the area make up for it. It clean, quite and convenient place. I recommend it!

This motel should not be listed on Expedia , people live in this motel . Not only that but the room was so dirty ! A little soap and water goes a long ways! The walls were filthy smh!!!! Like what! Last but not least the eye lashes left on the nightstand was epic lol . Are the rooms even cleaned at all ?

It’s a pretty bare bones experience. The place could look amazing if they power washed it now and then. Also, the shower doors and shower tile walls are very overdue to be replaced. It wasn’t the ritz, but also priced fairly for what you get. Would’ve been nice to not see the guy shooting up into his bare naked ass in the parking lot in broad daylight but it’s California, so what can ya do??

The room itself was okay, nothing crazy but a little dirty. There was a used tissue box and some of the towels that were supposed to be clean were dirty. The area was also pretty sketch and people were yelling and fighting in the parking lot outside the lobby so that was a little alarming as we were checking in. Otherwise it was cheap and fine for staying there for just 2 nights.

The pictures were different from reality but it was already booked all around do we stayed. Beds were lumpy and I was afraid we may get our items taken out of our room like I saw a couple who had it done for them when they extended their stay another night. WiFi did not turn on but the cable was good. I also had to go get a light bulb to get the lamp working in the room. Fridge was not very cold, despite being turned up all the way, but A/C worked well and water was hot.

Dirty need a renovation

You get what you pay for. I seen 2 cockroaches come from a crack in the bathroom. I was thinking dang should I go somewhere else? But I was only there for one night and was gone the whole day. I just needed a place to sleep. I brought an extra pillow case and bedsheets just based off the pictures. Bed was fine. The bathroom was eh. The water pressure for the shower was crazy though. Like super strong it was massaging my back. That was probably the whole highlight of the room. Would I stay here again? Honestly no but also yes if I couldn’t find anything cheaper in a short amount of time. Just be super organized don’t leave anything on the floor, or any food out.

The boxspring look like someone died and spilled blood all over the boxspring in the room. It was gross. I can’t believe nobody would clean it up and they just rent it out like that around the sink is peeling. The caulk is peeling and it take a dollar to fix and it’s just gross Bad neighborhood.

This place was rough and I booked a new hotel downtown the street immediately after seeing the room.

This is not a hotel. It is a motel. Hotels don't not have exterior corridors to get to the rooms. A motel should not cost nearly this much in this neighborhood. The Motel is in desperate need of a paint job. There is peeling paint on every wall inside and out.

Was good but room smelled alot like smoke and wasn't able to choose smoking or none smoking

It was loud you couldn’t sleep because they were partying all night and nobody told nobody nothing they didn’t try to keep them down or anything so I got less than two hours sleep because the elevator kept on being loud the people next to us the ones near the pool. They were very loud just not a good stay they kept on bringing in the cars really fast into the driveway so they were like skiing their tires you could hear them just acting false and it’s not something I will guarantee.

Did not like that there was small and limited parking structure

The room itself is in serious need of renovations. The carpet is worn out and carries an unpleasant smell, and there’s a noticeable moldy odor throughout the room that made it hard to feel comfortable. Overall, not ideal for a longer stay, but passable if you’re in a pinch and need somewhere basic for the night.

Picture in the website is deceiving. It does not show the real status of the room. Its very outdated, dirty and stinky. Lots of mosquito. Room is dark. Door in the washroom is broken.

Maintenance in the property is required but good location for attending events in the sorroindings (intuit, Sofi, kia)

The walls and floors are dirty, the doors are disgusting, the bathroom towels were stained. The broken TV, the broken lampshades. It was grime all over the place. We were not looking for luxury, just cleanliness!

My room that I protected my stay was booked they offered other options but I didn’t want 2 rooms asked for a discount price because of my troubles they told me they can’t do that. There was a red stain on the two bed room they gave us (3 bed originally) we heard loud bangs from outside got scared and didn’t even stay the night

Reading another review similar to this, I’m now wondering if management orchestrates the noise to get you to leave so they can rent the room again. It’s $100 cash deposit so it makes sense they KNOW when you check out.

Neighborhood not the best, but for the price, the proximity to the airport and the forum. It well worth it. And the staff were very nice!!!

This is a kind of run down hotel. Good for a cheap rate, but a little dicey in terms of situation and amenities. My internet didn't work at first—I had to go downstairs to the lobby to connect to the wifi, and then it worked upstairs. But the clerk said it might not work at all, which was definitely not great.

You get what you pay for. With that being said I booked this hotel cause it was cheap and close to where I was visiting. In the morning I had someone knock on the door yelling for me to come out and fight. She stood out there for about 5 to 7 minutes until she left. Not sure if she was homeless or under the influence but never again booking there. Also, my door was open when I came back from meeting family. Nothing was taken from my room thankfully but the doors don’t close unless you lock them from the inside. Never again

The hotel was as you’d expect for the price. Didnt see and bedbugs but there was one tiny cockroach. The wifi didn’t work in my room.

This hotel is effing GROSS. I should have spent more and gotten a better hotel but this is what happens when you don’t plan far enough ahead. In SF I would expect to spend $60 on this room. I spent $100. I killed 2 roaches, missed a 3rd one, went to sleep before seeing more but did check the mattress for bed bugs which I didn’t find. Didn’t bother checking the shower since I just stayed one night. But it had a curtain and no door (it’s just a shower so it should have a door) Floors were nasty, and every high traffic area and doorframe was dirty. You can hear everything going on around you. Guests are sketchy. The only good things are the parking area and location. Location is AWESOME. 30min walk from SoFi Stadium. Walking distance to food, liquor stores, CVS store, and gas stations. Parking lot is underground and safe. Next time I’m going to spend more and get a cleaner place.

This property is older and not in very good condition. It appears as if it's a low-income home property. The neighborhood looks iffy too. We didn't stay. Moved to another location.

Excellent location, only a few miles from everything. Unfortunately we did not feel save. The hotel management need to enforced the policies regardless guest behavior. I won't recommend this place to anyone with kids or a family.

The people who work in the lobby are very rude, they are very poorly cleaned, there is mold in the bathroom and the bedspreads have holes and the building is dirty and needs a lot of fixing... the photographs you see on the internet have nothing to do with what it is.

It was to worst of all experience ive ever had! 😠first customer service was very rude at the counter. Then she said i have to come back the next day to get another key card because they are only good for 1 day. The bed sunked in and we can feel springs. The hotel is not what pics look like. Also.. they have alot of roaches. I killed 3 roaches in bathroom before showering. Ac not working. Im not the type to complain.. I have never had bad experience till now! The picture i took to show the lady at the counter that they had roaches.. she looked at me and said ok. Nothing else....

The room smelled horrible, there were cockroaches inside, nothing worked, the TV remote didn't work, the hotel corridors smelled of cigarettes and in the early hours of the morning there was a homeless person sleeping inside the hotel entrance.

Need to freshen up the property. Paint will go along way!
