Rosa Bell Motel - Los Angeles

There were big roaches in the room.AC was broken and very noisy. Blankets had hole and are very old. In pictures, table chair was also show but it was not there.Worst room ever. We had a stay for 2 nights but we checked out next day.

I booked a 3 night stay with 2 beds this past weekend, upon arrival we were informed that they actually didn’t have 2 beds available and after a lot of back and forth we were then told they did have a room with 2 beds but for just one night, we would have to check out at 11 and then possible check into a different room in the morning. Since we arrived late at night we were left with no choice but to go ahead and take the room otherwise we would have no place to stay. The next morning we went back to the front desk to try and figure out exactly what was going to happen and the woman at the front desk explained to us that she gave away the room to a company that they often do business with and they had to give them priority, she continued to tell us that it was not her problem and we had to leave by 11. When I asked how much they were going to charge us for the 1 night she couldn’t tell me. My friends and I had to quickly book a new hotel and pack our stuff back up and leave. At 10:30 am the house keeper was already knocking on our door to clean the room, we told her we had until 11 so she stood by our door until we left. Felt like they wanted to make sure we were going to leave. Very unprofessional, very uncomfortable situation, and very stressful.

Worst hotel experience. I booked a two bed room. Was not giving that. Instead got a room that felt like a closet and only one bed. The room smelled like smoke. When I told the clerk that I got the wrong room he insisted that I only booked one bed even though I showed him clearly my confirmation number and reservation. A lot of back n forth ultimately he said that he couldn’t accommodate me. Got my refund and went to a much nicer hotel. Stay away from this place .

Rude, people no towels no hot water and I seen pest inside..

There was no way of hanging our Suits & Shirts since we were staying a week. A few roaches visited the room. But, other than that, we made it work. Location was good.

the box spring mattress was torn and worn out. Holes were stuffed with plastic, looked like it should've been tossed in the trash 20 years ago. I was too afraid to see what the actual mattress looked like so I didn't even bother to lift the sheets.

Clean, inexpensive motel for a concert nearby. The beds were a bit firm, but not too uncomfortable.

For the price the room was acceptable, but the floor in the room was quite dirty. My taxi driver from the airport to the room was quite worried for me. He thought it was a motel in a bad area. Told me not to walk around at night. So I had all taxis picking me up inside the motel parking lot.

We arrived at property after 3hr flight just so the rude lady at the desk to tell us she gave our reservation away and didn’t have a room for me and my friends to stay. She didn’t even bother to call us and let us know that we weren’t going to even have a room. But it was very gross and dirty, good thing we didn’t have to stay!

Thick dust on headboard, at least 5 cigarette burns on the bedspread in a non smoking room. Paint peeling off the wall. TV held together with tape. No bath mat on a slippery bathroom floor, asked for one and was told they don’t provide them. Shower has no shelf or soap dish so everything goes on the floor. Never again!

The check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The room is nice, shower is quick to warm up, and the AC was strong (positive). Overall, my standards for a hotel/motel stay are low, but they exceeded it far and beyond. The area would be off-putting for some, but I grew up with this kind of vibe, so it wasn't at all a negative for me.

There were roaches everywhere and I wasn¿t informed by management that I was not allowed to have guests and I felt racially profiled I asked for a smoking room and I clearly put in a non smoking room in the direct line of site to the office

I found roaches in the motel and took pictures. I didn't stay the last night because I found roaches and wouldn't stay. My friend ended up with a nasty rash on her face which ended up being bug bites. Hotel refused to compensate or even give care.

Staff was very friendly but there was a weird noise couldnt figure out what it was. Bed was very uncomfortable. Area was very sketchy at night but not so bad during the day. but at least there were several food choices nearby. Should of been a bit cheaper for what we got.

Hotel was small and needed some updating, but clean and friendly. Not in the best part of town, but convenient for public transportation if thats your preference.

The check-in was easy and we were able to check in early. The room was simple enough. Bed, nightstand, table, refrigerator and microwave. Small but nice bathroom. Air/heat worked. The only discomfort was the lights over the sink did not work. Two of the bulbs were out and one was dim. I had my makeup light up mirror that helped. The area was what I expected. I would stay in again as I only needed a bed for a few hours after a concert.

I felt safe at the hotel. It was close to restaurants. It was much better than expected.

Stepped into what seemed like a scene from a movie. I didn't want to stay any longer than I had to. I decided to leave (lose money) and spend it else where. Room was dirty, walls were dirty and smelled bad.

The room was dirt. The bed clothes clearly wasnt washed. The office was closed when I arrived and I had to call and ring the bell many times until someone appear. The staff barely speaks english.

Rooms are pretty clean, just a little on the small side. Service was good and shower was relaxing

This is a no frills motel in a pretty shady area. We were going to the Coliseum for a sporting event and it was a quick Uber drive there which was nice. Probably not a place to bring your family and feel safe though. It was difficult to get clean sheets, towel, and extra pillow but apart from that- a pretty basic motel.

Don't stay here. I spent one night to bridge a gap between my reservations. In a nut shell, a cheap price does not mean omission of bare minimum services like sanitizing, cleaning, such and such. Stains and debris on the carpet, sticky syrup and bread crum on the table, hairs/dandfuff/dead skin cell in the bed and pillows, dirt everywhere,.... you can get a TV remote, only by request, from the registration desk. No amenities at all but shampoo and body lotion, and only two dirty towels. No hair dryer.... WiFi was good. Several restaurants nearby.

Minifridge, microwave and AC worked....that's the only positive thing in this review. If I had another option to stay another place, I would have. I thought Expedia vetted these places before posting them. Very disappointed. Expedia will provide me with a refund.

I stayed for five days while attending Anime Expo 2018. It was affordable and comfortable. The staff is really helpful, the manager helped me back out of my parking spot when the person next to me parked to close and I was having a hard time. Check in and check out are also really simple and easy took maybe 5 minutes. The area was kind of loud but it was the 4th of July. I slept with out issues. The rooms were clean and economy sized but comfortable. It served its purpose and was affordable.

Smoking people outside the room. Managers dressed inappropriately, big burn hole in bedspread in "non-smoking room. I left, did not stay there. So, when I was leaving, another person wanted a room and they refused him, even though my room was now vacant. Racist. Then, the aggressive manager came to my car window and started talking nonsense to me, I felt threatened. Expedia WILL reimburse me...as your website reads that these rooms are vetted. Disgusting and scary, drove two hours to my daughter's house to stay there because it was after 9pm in LA.

The room needs mirror, bed side table and fix the plug-in electrical ports. Thanks

Room is badly put together, there was no towels and when the guy brought me some (2 big ones, no face or floor towel) they weren't even folded! Guy who checked me in didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing. Only good thing was the new tile but like i said it was badly put together

Room was not nice. Drywall repairs all over there wall with no attempt to cover with paint. One plastic chair in the room. Bed was hard. Friendly service, and they let me check in early. Since the room was bad, I ended up checking out before the scheduled check in time.

Well it was OK. The bed was not comfortable it feel like hard. Not able to sleep well.. Also I book room a non smoking room.. I went in the room, the room smell so bad of cigarettes. Also neighbors are really noisy.

Its a great location shopping center stores places to eat 2 blocks away a little noise a lot of traffic but for the price it a good deal
