Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its proximity to LAX airport, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, there are recurring complaints about the high cost of parking and the quality of breakfast.
- Close to LAX airport
- Clean rooms and property
- High cost of parking
- Poor quality breakfast

Everything was OK except that the television didn’t work. Front desk was nice to offer another room but due to children already had settled in, we decided to stay. Staff did however attempt to fix the issue but unable to. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this property was! The front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled really good. I’m not a breakfast person, so I didn’t have any but it looked good! Will definitely keep this property in mind. And the bed and pillows were great!
- 5/5
Clean room & terrific staff !
- 2/5
Mind you, $59 is a discount from the $79 non-member fee! Needless to say, we did not pay that ridiculous fee, left our bags, and returned to check in later. To KNOW the room is ready, but not letting travelers (Marriott members, mind you) check in this way is diabolical.
- 5/5
Nice room, nice facilities. Only complaint is we reserved 2 rooms to each accommodate 5 people. Each room came with 2 bath towels. Is there a conspiracy so we have to call for additional towels and tip? If that’s the case, I’d rather tip those who delivered the towels and NOT tip the maid service. It was only for one night so i left $5 per room anyway in case the maids were different from day before. They could do better.
- 5/5
The only thing I would recommend is to have a discount at the parking garage for the hotel guest. I rented a car for one day and parked for one night which costed me almost $70. However, this does not take away the great experience that I had at Residence Inn. Thanks.

The room was perfect - nice, clean, view to the airport, bot not noisy. Breakfast was OK, nice that there's a Starbucks branch inside the hotel. The water flow in the shower was very weak - it took couple of minutes just to get your body wet. Quite weird to close the dining room at 9AM - people are on vacation.
- 1/5
We reserved a room for our trip and they gave our room away. We then had to get another room that did not fit all of my family.
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
The location, room and amenities were great. The only issue we had was the AC did not get cold for several hours. It was off when we got to our room and the temp that time was 80 degrees. It was hot and it took 8 hrs to get it cold. Other than that it was a very nice stay.
- 5/5
Clean room thank you will be coming back
- 5/5
Breakfast was good!!
- 4/5
Number of the parking is not enough.
- 3/5
The location to the airport was great Our room was warm and I talked to the front desk about it and didn’t do anything about. In the morning when I checked out, I reminded them and still like OK whatever you know. And also, the room wasn’t clean, and I told him about it too.

Everything was great!
- 3/5
The room was spacious and clean. The shower configuration was great. The work space was excellent. The mattress was cheap and uncomfortable, so I did not have a restful night. There also was a high level of noise from some mechanical system in the hotel. It wasn’t jarring, but very noticeable. The front staff was great.

I had reserved a room for our stay at this place. By the time we arrived at the hotel it was 1.30 am. After making us wait in the lobby for 20 minutes we were told by the staff that the hotel was overbooked and asked us to walk over to Marriott across the street. I am grateful that the staff was able to put us in another hotel but they could have informed me upfront so we didn’t have to walk at 1.30 am when all we wanted was to get some sleep. Our plan for booking airport hotel is that it would be convenient to get there and get some rest before we proceed to our next location.

- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious. We had to catch a very early morning flight, so we didn't have an opportunity to visit the breakfast bar but the front desk attendant gave us a breakfast to go bag (which was very much appreciated). The airport shuttle took longer than the 15-20 minutes we were told and that made us nervous about missing our flight given the high volume of travelers and long airport lines.
- 4.5/5
Fully inclusive....kitchenette... Took 3days to clean the room
- 5/5
clean, big double queen bed room. good, hot, free breakfast. laundry room was empty. gym was satisfactory. made use of the luggage scale in lobby. kitchen in room was very useful. close proximity to LAX. free shuttle to airport. sometimes you could hear planes flying by but overall great stay.
- 2/5
Not far from LA airport Hidden costs, indifferent staff, room not particularly comfortable with deceiving photos

For the amount we paid to stay there’s parking should have been free or less then $20 per night! $54 per night is absolutely crazy!! We had some issues with our room and it took a while to get someone to come fix it. Bathroom could have been cleaner.
- 4/5
Solid place with huge rooms. Good location for LAX. Safe spot. Airport shuttle took awhile but very nice driver.

Close to airport with free shuttle service. Rooms were huge and extremely clean. Friendly staff Breakfast was ok but service is only till 9 and not a minute longer. Because it’s an airport hotel there wasn’t a huge choice for dinner
- 2.5/5
Better! Bacon, sausage, fruit!
- 3/5
More towels, parking too expensive, food need more variety
- 4/5
The rooms were very large. Plenty of room. They charged me double what the daily rate was. They said it was higher because it gave me unlimited in and out privileges, but once we parked the car, we didn’t leave until our checkout tine. I wish I had known this when I checked in. Also, the Starbucks was not open during my entire stay.

A full kitchen with dishes was nice to have. Also having a Starbucks and Jersey Mike’s right in the building was also a plus. The complimentary breakfast had lots of options including a coffee bar. Shuttle came quickly. The room was very clean and the bathroom had nice amenities,

Airport shuttle was a joke. Waited an hour and a half for the bus to come get us. Got to our room finally and couldnt take a shower. The water was only scolding hot and they told us to deal with it. Never again staying here.

Good spacious room, quite new hotel A decent gym Good bed with good mattress Big shower room Overall nice vibe for a transfer hotel If you park for the night be sure that parking prices are crazy. There are a couple of streets nearby to park your car but options are limited. A good choice as a transfer hotel before your car pick up
- 3/5
We stayed 3 nights and not once did the cleaners come to clean our room or stock our towels or nothing BUT they said it was mandatory that they came in every day to clean.
- 4/5
Size of the room, utilities in the kitchen - exceptional front desk staff and everyone who we encountered - good complimentary breakfast - attached parking garage was kind of sketchy with broken elevator - TV did not work - cables were not connected - lacking handle bars in bath tub area - slip hazard for my mom - random man knocked on the door requesting access to fix ceiling at night - called front desk and found out it was a mix up

I am a long-term client with a membership so I know that the Residence Inn never disappointed me The staff at the front desk judged me from my looks not even giving a chance to show them my membership number all because I've misplaced my card and suggested to pay in cash or the Credit card authorization. I felt so disappointed and was very tired to just come in this kind of place for trouble, I was really looking for accommodation that's it. They told me that the guarantee fee was 400$ for 1 night and that they machine was not able to receive a payment by tap

Nice hotel near LAX with big clean rooms
- 5/5
Great location, has a free shuttle from LAX, breakfast included, couple of restaurants around and staff was on top of their game.
- 5/5
Good location. Large clean rooms
- 2/5
the breakfast was terrible just 2 choices eggs & sausage, no cheese cold cuts 2 types of bread & we are using disposables plates spoon fork not expected for a Marriot hotel we are very disappointed not coming back
- 4/5
It was a pleasant stay. Once we figured out the parking in and out route, it was seamless. Very convenient to and from the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. The key card entry and elevator access helped us feel safe and secure. Didn’t need to use any of the amenities much. We’d stay again.
- 4/5
We've had great stays at this location. You would think that it would be incredibly noisy being that close to the airport, but you rarely hear anything, and it's very slight. It was great to have a kitchen, we used it every day of our stay.
- 4/5
We had to fly a red eye, so arrived earlier in the morning.... even though we had checked that there were available rooms and we offered to pay extra, we couldn't get in until 11am; still paying extra. Morning staff is not as friendly as the afternoon/evening staff. Overall, a great place and we would stay again....
- 4/5
Hotel and staff were immaculate! We were able to check in and out at an early/later time. The room was clean and spacious. The amenities were excellent! Looking for a quick getaway, I highly recommend booking with Residence Inn- Century Blvd.

Will come back for future stays , the only set back is the parking.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Thank you to the front desk staff for being so kind.
- 4/5
Room was large, fit three adults comfortably with the pull-out sofa. Very clean and comfortable. Only had two large towels for a stay with three adults but easily rectified.
- 4/5
Clean room; staff wasn’t the nicest, but not complaining; breakfast didn’t love but glad they had things for everyone
- 5/5
Excellent location and service
- 3/5
shower was too cold and the falcet was too hot to use.
- 4/5
Everything was good about the hotel, except for the breakfast menu which could be switched up a little bit for variety. It got a bit monotonous towards the end of our stay, it would be great if you could serve fresh fruits, yogurt, different cereals, omelette, tea etc.
- 5/5
We arrived after midnight from the east coast and were greeted by the most welcoming shuttle driver (I wish I caught her name.) She was friendly and personable. The staff at the hotel were all so friendly and helpful. It was a short stay but it was a perfect way to sleep off the jet lag.
- 3/5
Breakfast was not that great, very limited choices during our stay. Pool was too cold to swim in, only good for a very quick dip. Not family friendly. Store prices were very high! Like $11 for small bag of popcorn and $4 for a small bottle of juice. My room had all kinds of dirt and damage but they refused to change my room. Saw a few homeless folks from my window in the hotel plaza. Not close to much at all, just some stores that you can walk too. Very disappointed, won't be returning.
- 5/5
Good!
- 2/5
breakfast was very poor as for Mariot. There was nothing normal to eat. The rooms were totally not cleaned within 3 days and the parking cost was 64$ plus tax daily while Paris hotel in Las Vegas which the level of this room was incomparable high value was only $20 daily...didnt expect Mariot to be like that and will never go back to that hotel
- 5/5
Yes. The laundry service were easy to use and came in handy
- 5/5
Eric from Marriot helped with instructions on our shuttle which was great. Then when Our shuttle with Herman was awesome-he was very friendly and family oriented! Most shuttle drivers can care less about small talk, but Herman was the best! Joseph, who checked us in our room was amazing as well, very personable, and made us feel welcomed. Joseph was very sweet asked us our preference on which room we would like, as we came from a 15 hour flight. Joseph informed us about breakfast and other eating spots near by. The room and kitchen was more than accommodating for our family of 5. Huge fridge, dishes, silverware, and even came with a dish soap and a sponge for convenience. One of the cleanest Marriott’s we have ever stayed at. The buffet didn’t have too many choices, but there was a Starbucks and Jersey Mike’s ext door. The staff is so sweet and helpful and we would definitely book again!
- 2/5
Disappointed on the breakfast , serving only scramble eggs, pancake, tots potatoes and oat meal. NO meat, bacon or even sausage at least like some hotel of same level. Also, requested extention of at least 12pm to have more time to prepare as my son came in late 1:00am but front desk Erica did not allow and she wants us to pay $20.00. First time to experience this kind of customer service.
- 5/5

Good hotel 15 min from the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle is a bonus for getting to the hotel and back to the airport.
- 3/5
The water was not hot enought in the bathroom or in the pool either!

The staff was super helpful. We experienced some travel issues prior to checking in and the staff member up front was so kind and helpful. Clean room. Love the restaurants below. Great location to the airport.
- 3/5
The window blind would not close, air condition made so much noise couldn’t leave it running and go to sleet and the refrigerator had to be turned off at night because of the noise it made.
- 5/5
I would live here. Rooms are set up so nice

Room was spacious check in was fast and simple as well as check out , good breakfast

When water was partially restored, it was milky white with visible dirt particles, which was unsafe for showering or other essential use. There was no management available on site, and no alternative accommodations were offered. The lobby was filled with other guests frustrated by the same issue; some were even sent to nearby hotels to shower. This was a complete disruption to our evening and plans. While emergencies happen, a hotel must provide basic amenities, and this stay failed on multiple levels. We do not recommend this hotel unless these issues have been fully addressed. Expedia did everything they could to correct this but unfortunately all the local hotels were fully booked.
- 5/5
every thing over all
- 5/5
Will stay again for next event
- 3/5
Photos of Hotel in booking were not as photographed. The pool is very disappointing. The only reason we booked there was based on the photos that they showed of the pool. Which was definitely not. The pool. Hotel itself was clean room was big. Disappointed they charged us 50 odd dollars to check in an hour early.
- 5/5
The room was perfect and the atmosphere was great. The room had everything my husband and I needed. The staff is very kind, and helpful too.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the location was convenient & the front desk personnel were very friendly & helpful, especially Cheyenne.

Hotel has changed tremendously since I stayed a couple years ago. Needs some serious upkeep
- 4/5
Staff members were nice. Room was functional and breakfast fine
- 5/5
Room was very clean , price was great for a last min booking , the front desk host was very helpfull
- 1/5
I carefully researched and selected this hotel after reading many reviews and descriptions, so it was extremely disappointing to be informed of such a serious issue only at check-in time. They made it sound like leaving at midnight to find another hotel was simply our choice and responsibility. Since there were no rooms available elsewhere at that hour, we had no option but to stay. The bedding did not appear to be freshly cleaned, and even after we went out the next day and returned, there was no housekeeping service — no cleaning and no towel replacement. This was one of the worst hotel service experiences I’ve had. I would not choose to stay here again.
- 5/5
nice place to stay for overnight!
- 3/5
We didn’t have running water when we checked in, so we couldn’t take showers. Also the room alarm clock went off at 6 am.
- 1/5
we checked in around 19:00. No water for the first night. We all had to go to bed without taking a shower. TV does not working. No apologies or any information. It is ridiculous that we have to pay $550 for 2 nights
- 3/5
Was unable to take a hot shower after a long day followed by a long flight. For the price I was expecting better or a discount on stay
- 1/5
Room was no upgrade and only had 1 bed needed to be dress for my 8 o’clock event at 7 o’clock got undressed to take shower but water was still off while naked in room heard door open it was house keeping came in room saying he was told room was empty stayed in room for about 1 minute explaining why i hid behind the door saying im naked.when I complained all they said is I would get free parking. Horrible experience
- 1/5
When we arrived we were informed there was no running water and no way to be able to use the toilets. So we cancelled. We were told they would refund us, but it would take a while.. So I am hoping they will keep their promise to us. I don’t understand why they did not inform us earlier so we could make other arrangements.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 2/5
Everything was fine but the water went off in the night and they told no one. I went to the gym but wouldn’t have it I had been alerted in any way. Would have been so easy. Post something by the elevators or leave a message on the occupied rooms. I spent almost $500 to arrive at an important meeting disgusting.

- 4/5
Hotel is great! breakfast great. Room was clean, comfortable beds and great staff, excellent attention. Parking is a risk/hassle, as most of all hotels around an airport, will charge you nightly and also depending may not allow you to go in and out. You can use hotel's option of pay park per night with in and out chance, BUT
- 5/5
Great breakfast Easy to get there Room was very nice
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. Good amenities. Parking is expensive
- 3/5
When we checked in, we were told that the elevators would work for us to get up to our rooms, but we would have to call to get back down. No one answered the phone after several tries.
- 4/5
Clean, nice. Nothing around the area though. Not good area to walk around either. Lots of drugs , crime and homeless.
- 5/5
Spacious clean room and helpful staff.
- 4/5
It was a great stay
- 2/5
Internet—now as essential as oxygen—worked for a minute, didn’t for hours, flickered to life for two minutes, then gone. Staff wholly indifferent. That, plus the property’s showing its age.
- 1/5
My room was ready BUT had to pay $90 to get in early
- 5/5
We really liked the floor plan of the room we were in and love the dining options downstairsd

- 5/5
Room was clean and tidy, decent amenities
- 4/5
It was good for the night
- 4/5
We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and overall enjoyed our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. However, the breakfast could be improved, as it was the same every day and the eggs did not taste very good. Despite this, the service and overall experience were very good, free shuttle service to the airport. Very expensive parking $$$
- 5/5
Excellent option for a long layover in LAX! I stayed for a night with my 2 young daughters and we found the staff extremely nice and pleasant. Included breakfast as well which is a big plus for families traveling with kids. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Check in was easy and fast. Staff was happy and made a great 1st impression.
- 5/5
Great stay. The room was nice and the staff were friendly
- 3/5
The room was really dated and the furniture was half broken. I was also disappointed that all “services” came with a price tag. Early check in shouldn’t be an additional cost if the hotel can accommodate customers. Felt it was quite exploitative. Also housekeeping should come at least every other day but was told the come every three days by reception.
- 5/5
I was pleasantly surprised by how well soundproofed the room was. The bathroom materials also seemed to help moisture dry quickly, which made it very convenient for drying small laundry items (of course, the on-site laundry facilities were also available and helpful). The shuttle service was extremely convenient, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The only minor issue was the occasional noise from the refrigerator, and the sound when the air conditioner was turned on. If these could be adjusted in the future, it would make the stay even more perfect. The staff were very kind and considerate of my situation, as I stayed for more than a week for medical reasons. Throughout my extended stay, I felt well cared for and overall very satisfied with the experience.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, easy access to the airport
- 5/5
very spacious and clean room, high ceiling, awesome airport view from the 9th floor, well equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, very kind and friendly staff, rice and soy sauce for the breakfast. We had a wonderful stay!!!!
- 3/5
Very clean room!
- 3/5
The so called breakfast was a joke at best, My Husband and I went down at 8:15 AM for breakfast, there was little to choose from to begin with and after the servers restocke! !!!! The options were are fallows. Oat meal white bread cereal ,sausage eggs and well under cooked tater tots. . no Milk yogurt juice etc.Ive seen better breakfast offering at far less expencevie Hotels This was real eye opener.
- 1/5
The front desk staff member, Shay, was particularly rude and unhelpful. Despite another front desk employee confirming that our room was ready and available 45 minutes before the official 4:00 PM check-in time, Shay insisted on charging a $39 early check-in fee. Due to this miscommunication and unprofessional behavior, I had to escalate the issue to the manager, who ultimately apologized for the front desk staff’s handling of the situation. Unfortunately, the poor service significantly detracted from an otherwise acceptable room.
- 1/5
I didn’t stay at any of these places I’m trying to get a refund.

- 5/5
Room is awesome large living area and kitchen
- 4/5
Unfortunately you only have 1 door to the bathroom which is through the bedroom from the kitchen area other than that a pleasant stay
- 5/5
Very clean spacious room all amenities were great
- 3/5
Expensive parking, lack of room service, long wait times calling front desk. Breakfast was nothing special. Pros: Room was nice, staff were very nice. Was pretty quiet for being next to LAX.
- 2/5
Limited options
- 3/5
The workers tried their best but not their fault
- 2/5
The room we choose was 2 queen bed with studio. But they allowed us accessible room making it difficult for 4 people to use. We requested the hotel from r change but they said that's the only available option. The breakfast was not so great!
- 4/5
Room very clean. Staff friendly. Helped us get a Uber by getting the app. Information on the bus to go to Target. The room has a kitchen with plates, mugs, utensils liquid soap. Love the breakfast.
- 2/5
Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Less variety but it was freah. More choice of fruit would be good. Housekeeping and service was bad. We requested fresh towels and comforter multiple times but did not receive in time.
- 4/5
The staff was fantastic. Both night and morning shift. They know how to have a helping presence. Rooms were ok. Mainly clean. There were a couple of hair ties left behind in the bathroom and they were obviously run very rented out rooms. But clean. They had a nice snack shop and fresh donuts. The continental breakfast needs the most help for sure.
- 1/5
When speaking to staff , everyone has different information , and the information that is given is never clear .
- 5/5
Large room with comfortable beds and plenty of accessible power points to charge up devices. Although we didn't need it, the kitchen was a decent size. Overall staff were great and the 2 shuttle drivers we had to and from the airport were good. We didn't fit on the first shuttle bus that stopped and the driver was quite rude (one person actually got off and caught the next shuttle with us as she was so rude to him).
- 5/5
staff was great
- 4/5
Location
- 5/5
This is our favorite hotel!
- 2/5
I typically will stay at a residence inn cause I’m familiar with their service, but I don’t recommend this location.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, quiet
- 5/5
I wanted thw choice of making my waffle, choice of breakfast meats
- 5/5
Great room and wonderful staff!
- 5/5
Very convenient to the airport, free shuttle to the airport is very desirable, hotel staff are friendly and courteous.
- 4/5
Shuttle was very convenient. My only complaint is there was no Wifi available. This was hard as we were counting on using it to contact family from out of country.
- 5/5
Breafast was fine. Room was big. Shuttle service was great.
- 5/5
Great hotel! Very spacious room.
- 3/5
The room was in Ok condition. Not great Bed was soft. Fridge was very noisy all night
- 4/5
Something else
- 5/5
The airport shuttle was good
- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
The airport shuttle was great, we thought charging for the parking was ridiculous’
- 5/5
Very clean and very spacious upper floor room
- 5/5
My father has an amazing stay
- 5/5
Always friendly staff
- 5/5
Rooms were very quiet. Clean rooms with kitchenette that is well stocked. Comfortable beds. Water pressure is great. Very hot water. Comfortably slept 5 people with pull out couch. Couch is quite comfortable. Luggage weigh scale in lobby is convenient. Pool area is very clean. Breakfast in the morning is decent. Very clean area. Well laid out. Easy to get food on hotel property. Staff very friendly We needed towels and a blanket. I made it to the room for about 25 seconds when it was all delivered. Excellent service. Overall a great stay. Especially being next to the airport.
- 3/5
Staff were very friendly
- 4/5
Airport shuttle was easy to find. Room was nice but not as nice as the reviews I read before going. Also the area has very limited eateries. You have to travel for finer dining. Over all it was a nice stay thanks to confident people that worked there. Appreciate their opinion on stuff to do while we were there. The pizza on site was actually pretty good.
- 4/5
Yes
- 3/5
Well Residence Inn was good
- 5/5
Everything excellent
- 3/5
Staff courteous, room clean. But a mistake made with my booking! I booked with accrued points and the hotel still managed to charge me full room rate. I explained that the room was prepaid, but I still have a room charge on my credit card. I was told that it would be credited back but have not seen the adjustment as yet.
- 5/5
The shuttle was very easy to find and we loved our room , and the vreakfady ..we will be back
- 4/5
The Staff were great with the exception that often the Front Desk was unmanned OR had only one person there which meant waiting to have a simple question answered behind 2 people taking at least 5-7 mins each. *Having said that, All the Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Maggie M.
- 2/5
good location
- 5/5
Great service. Highly recommended. Staff were friendly and nice. Room was cozy and clean
- 4/5
Very nice check-in staff. Convenient/easy/quick shuttle to the airport. Nice/spacious rooms. Breakfast was OK, not bad/not amazing. Only complaint is that I believe there must have been a dog staying in the room before us, there were short black dog hairs on the kitchen counter, on the bed side table, and on a couple of the pillow cases. As a non-pet person who has children that get stuffed up around animals, I’m not impressed when I can tell that a dog has been in our hotel room, but it was a quick 1 night stay before flying home so oh well I guess.
- 3/5
The room next door to us partied until 3:00 am. Where was security? No one at the Front desk! Four hours sleep really!
- 5/5
The room was super clean and up to date very nice. I will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Early check in, the air conditioning wasn’t working when we first got to our room but was rectified quickly.
- 3/5
I like the hotel, I wouldn’t stay again due to the parking situation. It was complicated getting in and out of the structure and many customers were waiting to get in and out due to all the confusion. Then they charged me 54 dollars for it, when you park in the ska estructure without the hotel involved it costs 26. I find it distasteful to up charge your customers in such a blatant manner.
- 5/5
Different dining options were super close Would definitely stay again
- 1/5
Extremely rude front desk staff that literally hangs up on you.
- 5/5
New gal at the counter was wonderful even though she was still learning her job. Great personality that made the end of our long trip nice and refreshing
- 4/5
Airport Shuttle was easy to find however the drivers were very very rude. Not helpful at all, Specially the one that pick us up at the hotel. Staff members in the hotel were very nice and pleasant. Breakfast was always good. The cleaning crew was nowhere to be seen, I stay there for 4 nights, the first 2 nights I had place the not disturb sign outside my door then I removed it thinking they will go in to clean it but I was very wrong!! My room was never clean the hole time we were there, I ask why this happen, front desk said that you have to request the cleaning otherwise it doesn’t get done! On another note, we like Pool area, it was nice and clean, fresh towels and water temperature was good.
- 5/5
Good choices
- 4/5
Wifi dropped out they said it was because of rain. I guess USA rain is stronger than Australian as this doesn’t happen in Australia. Airport shuttle was excellent but make sure you give full name of hotel as there a few Marriott hotels. Breakfast was not worth the price of adding to stay.
- 3/5
We had to get an uber to go 1.4 miles to lax
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
May need more staff for checking in however very friendly!
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
I needed an overnight hotel near the airport. This was a huge room with what I needed to be comfortable. Very nice!
- 4/5
Area around was dirty, limited dining, industrial-ish looking. Two places for food right on property. Would have been a half mile walk or a $40 uber to go get any other food. No stores in the area for shopping or last minute items that were forgotten. DoorDash and uber were convenient and life savers (although we paid a price!!).
- 2/5
A queue of 14 people waiting to check in when I arrived.
- 4/5
My housekeeper was excellent.
- 5/5
Shuttle goes by too fast to read the sign and the it is gone!
- 5/5
Nice clean friendly staff
- 3/5
Close to the airport
- 4/5
We did not like the laundry room as one of the washing machines was filled with smelly water (it was unplugged) But before we noticed any of that we threw part of our clothes in, where are you?
- 1/5
Rooms and left us standing there
- 3/5
The staff itself was sweet (especially the breakfast people), however the shuttle driver was rude, but he didn’t belong to the hotel.. it was odd as well, because every other airport hotel usually has certain times when the shuttle leaves the hotel, this one doesn’t so that just made it really annoying in the morning. Expedia said everything was covered, tourism tax and everything but the hotel still charged my credit card for it - trying to get it back but they are unfortunately unresponsive
- 4/5
I like staying here but I have a real issue paying $54 for parking! I paid $250 JUST FOR PARKING!!!!!! That’s ridiculous! AND there is NO VALET!
- 5/5
It's great for family . Rooms are roomy and has all the necessities .
- 5/5
Didn’t need kitchen but space was nice Food spots downstairs Good salads at Pizza place
- 5/5
Great staff clean rooms and good size
- 4/5
Breakfast essentials were good and replenished right away. Water bottles are not provided not even a water fountain to refill.
- 5/5
Very clean and affordable
- 5/5
Very good hotel and experience.
- 5/5
Liked continental breakfast, friendly staff, robot that delivered fresh towels. Could improve by having my luggage carts available.
- 4/5
It was a decent stay. The front desk agent needed assistance
- 5/5
Great location, large suite and good price.
- 5/5
Nice rooms - a bit sparse in decoration but comfortable. Staff were superb in helping you. Lobby area was great.
- 3/5
Moisty and dirty
- 5/5
Front desk enployees was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Will recommand this hotel to others.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Staff were very accommodating to our last minutes needs and requests
- 3/5
AC was not working properly, it was hot in the room, 80 degrees fahrenheit, very uncomfortable. Water in the shower was very hot, had to turn it all the way cold and it had very little pressure.
- 3/5
They received us in a really nasty way at night when we check in… so I’m sorry but the costumer service really need attention at this location.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay here. The receptionist this evening was fantastic when I checked in. Warm welcome, helpful and extremely attentive to ensuring my stay would be great. The room was excellent and very large. Also had nice bar, small shop and breakfast area. Nice to relax and recharge here. Thank you.
- 2/5
We booked a 2 queen bed room and when we got there they said they don't have any of those rooms left and wanted us to try to fit our family in a 1 king bed room. Then we heard a staff member tell the receptionist "just give them that one" so they all of a sudden had a room for us and we were grateful at first but realized a few hours later that the AC was broken. It was August and I was 8 months pregnant. It was miserable but at that point it was already 3 AM and my kids were asleep and we just wanted to try to sleep a bit. I was starting to understand the "just give them that one" comment. We didn't sleep much because the room stayed hot all night. Also, when we first got in the room we went down to get a few snacks for the kiddos and it was $70 for 2 hot pockets, a frozen burrito and a small sandwich. In addition, for a hotel with so many rooms you'd think their breakfast area would be bigger as soon as they put a tray of food out it was gone within like 3 min and then everyone was standing and waiting for the next tray and that was just the pattern. Not to mention the $50 parking fee and you share a parking garage with urgent care patients and the airport. It was not a good experience. But the breakfast staff was very sweet and helpful, loved them.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and safe. There was Starbucks @ the property. The room otawlf was spacious and very quiet. There is a pizza and sub shops there also.
- 5/5
Spacious, clean rooms.
- 4/5
There should be restaurants and shops on site.
- 5/5
The room was comfortable with good soundproofing: being located next to the airport - you don't hear any noise.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, our room was very clean.
- 5/5
The room was amazing. Very clean and walking distance from the airport and rental cars. Our room was big and roomy. Staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely go back.
- 4/5
Very convenient to LAX with a free airport shuttle 24 hours a day.
- 5/5
great staff, very clean, reasonable prices, great location, shuttle service!
- 5/5
We picked this hotel because of the airport shuttle and need for a larger room for a family of 4. It worked well for us
- 5/5
The hotel was nice and clean, its a good place to stay
- 5/5
Perfect layover family stay.
- 5/5
It had everything a family of 5 would need for a short layover stay between flights. Good value for Monday.
- 5/5
Very nice place
- 4/5
I really like staying here! The staff were so helpful and nice and the airport shuttle is really convenient. The room overall was clean and nice !
- 5/5
The breakfast staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The front desk staff were always so kind even when other hotel guests were quite rude.
- 4/5
Near the airport so if you choose to take a flight to LA this is a close hotel. Also next to Starbucks and In n out. Parking is expensive. I like their breakfast. It is a bit far from famous tourist attractions or downtown.
- 2/5
Be prepared to drop another $300 to buy food and travel even for just a couple of days. And another $200 for the already damaged room that your deposit will need to cover.
- 4/5
Close to airport
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and helpful, very knowledgeable, and answered all my qeustions and request. I would also like to give the highest praise to the shuttle drivers, amazing we had to go to the airport the day before our flight to fix itinerary and they knew everything we had to do and talked is thru the process, honestly without them communicating with one another in different shuttles this could have been a nightmare of a vacation, my family is thankful for the entire time we spent there.
- 4/5
Na
- 5/5
Nice room. Friendly staff and the shuttle is convenient to and from the airport.
- 5/5
We were just staying here overnight before leaving for the airport the next morning. We would definitely consider staying here the next time we come to LA for a week. E haven’t been to LA in 2 years but the area by the airport has changed exponentially. Nice hotels, all the restaurants, clean, safe. It is near the beaches, the 1, 405, 5, 10….so it would be a great place to stay for a family vacation. The pool was nice. Starbucks and pizza in the lobby were great.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious property .Staff was supportive and professional(front desk and break fast staff in particular Irma
- 5/5
Everything was amazing including staff

- 5/5
Great property for the LAX stopover. Staff helped with late check out.
- 2/5
Booked two, 2 queen bed suites. Instead was given two, king bed suites. Second room was not ready until way after check-in and was never notified.
- 1/5
Booked 2 nights, paid upfront 3 weeks prior through Expedia. On arrival at 11:25 pm on July 12th after a long plane ride, I was told there were no rooms due to overbooking . They only offered a refund, no alternative. I spoke with the manager and asked for relocation assistance—none was offered tell 1am. and no explanation given. This caused stress, extra search time, Refund was issued through Expedia with apologies, Last the hotel need to fix its booking process; this experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointed. At 2 am I was forced to find an alternative hotel for my family and I.
- 4/5
But once it is figured out...Easy Peasy. Breakfast normal, like all hotels. Pool, nice. Fitness room nice Elevator works fast. One night- big room for 3 people.
- 4/5
💰 we were not aware extra cost for parking; cost at almost $75/day (including tax, etc) 🙄 room smells … probably due to artificial room refreshing spray 😞 kitchen drawer is broken 👍 Nice to have Starbucks, food restaurant within the hotel 👩💼 encourage Floor Manager to be more friendlier with smile when answering guest’ request
- 5/5
Breakfast was lots of different foods to choose from & they kept it clean & restocked with fresh foods the entire duration of breakfast 7-9:30 am The staff was awesome & friendly & even the plumber came to fix our sink immediately, right after we checked in! I would stay here again for sure! 15 minutes from LAX airport but can’t hear the planes landing at all!! Bravo to you & your staff!!!
- 5/5
They have starbucks, jersey mikes and a pizza place conveniently located at the hotel The price was reasonable for a Residence Inn, the lobby has a bunch of snacks / drinks / ice cream / microwaveable foods you can purchase. Parking is located in a structure not too far from the hotel The cost was about $53-$58 for one night i cant remember exactly how much ( kind of pricey ) However for the convenience we would recommend staying here if you are visiting the area
- 5/5
This hotel was perfect for our family of 5 to stay overnight for an early flight. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Pretty quiet given it is across from the airport. It also has a 24 hr shuttle and a small 24 hour market in the hotel if you have to catch an early flight or return very late. Includes breakfast and has a Starbucks and an Italian place on sight. Lots of other choices within walking distance. We also were able to return our rental car the night before flying out, which was so nice that we didn’t have to do early in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Loved how big the room was and the kitchenette
- 5/5
Amazing service and very clean property.
- 2/5
We were checking in at the lobby when my husbands backpack got stolen. We were told by the front desk people that they don't have access to the camera. We had to call the police to report because nothing was done to help us. Our passports were there in that backpack. I liked this hotel but its scary that your belonging will be stolen inside the hotel. Security was not in the area at the time and doesn't even know we got stolen. Why go o Marriott when its not safe?
- 3/5
For the price of the room, I was disappointed. It needed to be updated, furniture was old, tv was small in living room. The bathrooms are big, could of had some lounge chairs in there or something to set on. I was not impressed for $600!
- 4/5
Not good
- 5/5
Great hotel I stay there often
- 5/5
Great service clean rooms! Very convenient to Lax
- 3/5
AC didn’t work. They were charging $60 for parking which Expedia didn’t mention upfront the actual cost. It increased the overall cost significantly
- 4/5
The front office staff was super friendly and made the check-in process easy. The parking was a just a bit confusing but we got it worked out by just calling back to the front desk. The room was so nice and roomy, clean and big. Loved the separate kitchen area. Great if you need an extended stay.
- 3/5
The hotel itself is good, the room was great and the complimentary breakfast was delicious, but it was really annoying to arrive and find out only then that parking costed over $50 a day & wasn't even connected to the hotel. It's an arbitrary cost for such an expensive hotel. And the fact that parking costed money was not listed anywhere in the details of the booking.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing! They asked about my trip and when they found out I was going to a concert they were able to connect me with a shuttle to pick me up and take me back from the show. I was so excited that I didn't have to worry about a ride or Uber and that they had information for me directly at my fingertips when I asked. I enjoyed the robot maid when I asked for more towels that visited my room one evening. It was also very exciting to see that there was a Jersey Mike's and a Starbucks inside my hotel! How many other Resorts have the same food that I love on my vacation for easy access!! I would highly recommend. especially if you are coming from LAX airport. They were conveniently close to the airport and we did not have to worry about getting a shuttle to and from the airport on our first day there. I stayed at two other hotels on my trip that were far more expensive and Elites and I had horrible experiences. This was such a tremendous joy to stay at the Residence Inn and I will most definitely be coming back when I am in LA again! In fact, I will be back in August for another concert at the Kia forum. And I told my friend about this hotel so we will most likely be staying again at the residence inn!
- 5/5
Clean, spacious big room, beds were comfy and fit 3 of us perfectly. We also felt safe!
- 5/5
Attentive staff. Convenient when going to LAX
- 4/5
Convenient for those wanting to stay close to airport. Parking, if done through hotel, is horribly expensive. Nearby parking options at half price possible with a bit of research. Hotel staff is top notch, however.
- 5/5
great place to stay
- 5/5
Restauant next door & provided free shuttle service. Close to airport. Out side noise level easily heard.
- 5/5
It is super close to the airport. We were able to walk a 1/4 of a mile to get back to the airport.
- 5/5
Very clean, staff very courteous, and happy to help.
- 3/5
I had a really good checkin process. I asked a lot of questions and the front desk attendants were very helpful with arranging transportation and discussing luggage storage etc however on the day of check out a very grumpy and some what difficult manager was very confrontational and contradicted what the attendants had told me. I was a little offended from her tone and was upset that the info I received was different then what I had been told. Since the manager's issue was about what time we would return from a concert I thought she was being petty and her expectations unfair. Disappointed in the manager
- 4/5
Great clean place, very friendly environment. Just expect to pay airport prices for parking
- 3/5
$54 nightly parking fee not disclosed when making reservation
- 5/5
Front staff was great!
- 5/5
It was perfect for my family trip
- 4/5
Overall good. The clock didn't work, food options were a bit pricey. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and clean.
- 1/5
At 9:00 pm, the hotel did not let me check in because I did not have a credit card with value to pay for the security fee. They don't take checks or Apple Pay. I can only wait in lobby till midnight. Then I can take shuttle to airport and wait there till flight in morning. Hotels should have another method for payment to be more accommodating.
- 5/5
Last minute stay when my flight was cancelled. The young lady at the front desk was so helpful! And the room was beautiful.
- 3/5
The shower was poorly designed with water going all over the place. Very limited toilet paper. We were assigned to a handicapped room when we are not handicapped. There was no lotion. The shower bottles of shampoo conditioner and harsh soap were barely readable. Drapes were hard to use and difficult to figure out. Very helpful friendly staff.
- 5/5
it was great
- 5/5
Stayed here for three nights to attend a concert at SoFi Stadium. My room was accessible, and the amount of space was more than adequate! There was a kitchenette area with fridge, cook top, and various cupboard items. In addition there was a small kitchen table, which I appreciated as I don’t like eating meals while sitting on the bed. The bathroom was perfect - big walk in shower with sturdy shower chair. Although, the shower curtain was too short and didn’t always contain the water. Not a big deal - just fold a towel and place it next to the shower. Problem solved! If anything, the only area where this review is not a five star is the bed. It’s not the most firm of mattresses, but it worked. And I felt the king size wasn’t truly a king size, seemed more like in between a queen and king. Other than that, everything was near perfect. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the shuttles were super convenient, the Starbucks and Jersey Mike’s are just around the corner from check in near the elevators, and the breakfast staff kept replenishing the hot food so nothing was cold. As a bonus, the hotel, via a third-party, offered a shuttle to the concert that was way cheaper than any ride share service. Genius idea! As a Marriott rewards member, there is a certain standard I’ve come to expect from their hotels. And I can honestly say the Residence Inn does not disappoint. I will definitely stay here again when I visit LA in the future!
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
The stay was good, no complaints as per usual with a Marriott property. The complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel was pleasant and reliable. Nice hotel with the convenience of having a Starbucks, sandwich and pizza/wings place at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was also decent. Great hotel!
- 3/5
We had arranged an early check in as we were arriving from cruise ship but were told it would be $59 to check in 19 minutes early . It was unfortunate that we couldn’t drop bags in room instead of storage as we were running out to Dodger game and couldn’t change our clothes.
- 5/5
Other then me loosing my ID and my Apple Watch at the property and no one turn them in I had a great birthday I left my watch my the pool but no one turned it in I’ll get another one thanks for the experience tho
- 5/5
Room is very spacious and well appointed. Every is clean. Breakfast and shuttle to the airport are included. Shuttle leaves every 30 minutes. Great pizza place on the premises.
- 5/5
Clean and convenient with a nice fitness center and good breakfast.
- 5/5
The beds are comfortable which is very important when traveling
