This hotel was fantastic! Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel provide shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I will recommended this hotel to anyone.

One thing that was not disclosed was that they’re gonna charge you upwards of 100 bucks to park overnight on site. That’s a game changer for me. One other thing to think about is to check on the construction in the area because the roads were all torn up. This seems to be normal at LAX these days, I was told. Staff was friendly and the rooms were fine.

Its just not worth it. Marriot just nickel and dimes you for everything. $6 for a little water bottle, over $70 for one night of parking, $16 for one night of internet (unless you are a Bonvoy memeber, whatever), minimal product in the bathroom, key cards that don't work, loud HVAC units next to your window, musty smell in the room...I could go on and on. It feels like an Ai is running it. The only redeeming quality was the staff, gotta give it to them for trying and providing decent service. But for now I'm writing off Marriot brand hotels if I can help it. Probably not, as they own some many now.

The menu was good, the service mediocre, and the food worse. However, I'd stay again because of how quick the shuttle service was and the room was overall clean and quiet, I just wouldn't eat at the restaurant inside the hotel.

Johar made our quick stay so memorable! He truly was the difference of what exceptional felt like. The hotel was great but his personality and positive attitude really made our stay so memorable.

Was a beautiful facility. It was nice enough we almost felt we didn't belong. Staff was awesome. The only potential downside was the pillows were too soft. Definitely would stay here again.

Quick overnight stay. Wasn’t on property for too long before flight. Not a free self parking hotel. Different rates for different type of parking.

The property was well maintained. It featured a restaurant and a pool, but we only stayed there for one night while traveling back from Palm Springs, and it was a pleasant stay. The only downside was the high parking fees, so we decided to return the rental car and use the property's complimentary 24/7 shuttle to the airport to save on parking costs. They offer a great, round-the-clock shuttle service to the airport, which made our trip much easier.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel every time just for the night before we fly home we’ve never had any issues. Great place to stay great amenities the front desk ladies checking in are always on top of everything had a little issue this time, but it was nothing on their end. My son left some headphones in the room and just working on trying to get them back and they are doing what they can to help us.

Forgot the gal's name who checked us in, but she was quick to recommended what to eat, even though she's a vegetarian. Took her time to look up our Bonvy# so we could get free wifi. The staff is what makes the experience anywhere. Combine this staff with the GORGEOUS hotel, and it's close to my favorite of all time. I plan to tell everyone I know to book at Renaissance

Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite dated and the shower was too low for me (6ft) The hotel hasn't returned my security deposit despite a month passing and me leaving the room as I found it. It's been impossible to contact/hear back from anyone. The staff member at the front desk who checked me in also acted somewhat bizarrely. She spoke like a character from a Manga cartoon reading off a script - totally disingenuous and robotic.

In particular, Jose our server was very friendly and attentive. Cons: Charging $15 per day for wi-fi is cheap, cheap, cheap. I can order a coke at McDonalds and get free wifi. At this hotel they add 10% for wi-fi. We never signed on to wi-fi, but $30 was still added to our bill, with no notice!! We’ll likely never go back for this reason.

Parking is very expensive and confusing. You need to get into an elevator to go to the lobby then a different elevator to your room. Parking was an issue as you need your room card to exit. My card did not open the gate so had to inset credit card which charged twice for parking.

The staff sho checked us in was very nice and helpful. They gave everyone a complimentary small bottle of water. Y9u have to pay for parking but it was convenient to use the toom key for access ro garage. Overall the hotel was nice and clean. There is a restaurant on site and lounge. They have a nice pool and gym on the 2nd floor. The room was basic and clean. The beds were comfortable and hotel is close to the airport. We would stay here again.

This is a great option if you need to stay close to LAX. The shuttle is free and runs 24 hrs a day. And the bed is SO COMFORTABLE.

I was disappointed about the front desk staffing. When I came to checkout, I could not process my account items notwithstanding waiting for 15 minutes (nobody ahead of me) for the staff member to get off the phone. It was 6:30 a.m. and there was only one person at reception who was constantly in the back office and on the phone (repeated calls). Accordingly, because I needed to get to my flight, I could not do an orderly checkout. Really disappointing.

The worst part of the hotel is the super poor Shuttle Service from LAX. Had to wait more than 40min. Finally the car came but was almost full because the service shares Marriott.

The check in line was about 12 deep when we arrived and we stood in line about 15 minutes, The dining room was awful, waited at a table for about 10 minutes and was never approached by a staff member Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable .

The room was beautiful and spotless, and I slept amazingly well. The lounge was also great—I ordered the birria quesadilla and it was delicious. Rooms were large, with comfortable beds and pillows. Cleaning staff had missed some food on top and bottom of the nightstand, hair in a few places around the room and mens beard hair from being shaved in the soap tray by the bathroom sink. The stay was really good other than the few small things that made me wonder what else was missed in the room.

Room was in ok condition, seemed a bit worn. To park your car at this hotel was $75 a night. I wish I had known about that before staying here, I would have tried to find a place that doesn't charge. Also, no hot coffee in the lobby, just brew your own in your room. There was live music in the lobby in the evening but it was really loud. I didn't hear it in my room which was nice but it was not very welcoming after a long day. Nothing special about the place. I probably would not stay here again.

The Check in was fast I arrived a little early and the receptionist was able to help me with an early Check in, breakfast is available but not free you will think for the daily rate it will be since they also charge me 70.00 for parking for one night without notice till i approached the front desk and the guy gave me a discount. They sure need to let guest know about the parking fees upfront. Room was very warm through the night even when ac was set up at 65 only warm air kept blowing again brought it to their attention and they only say they will let someone know without any apologies did not slept comfortably at all, This hotel had been my preferred stay since 2021 while visiting LA but I will be changing that.

Close to LAX and has a shuttle to get you there. Was also close to where I needed to return my rental car. Neighborhood wasn't the greatest - no fear while the sun was up but would be cautious in the dark

The air conditioner in the room was louder than a train. It made strange noises throughout the night and constantly woke us up. People in the adjoining rooms kept trying to open the doors into our room and were making noise all night in the hotel not doing anything about it. When it was time to catch our flight the next morning, the shuttles never had enough space, and even though we had been waiting longer the shuttle driver welcomed a pretty lady to cut the line, and when we told him we had already waited two shuttles, he said “not my problem.”

The parking lot was chaotic, with cars taking up two spots because most spaces were compact. At check-in, the front desk staff was kind and allowed us to check in an hour early, which we appreciated. We called to request extra blankets and pillows for the couch sleeper before heading to dinner at the hotel restaurant, Studio 12. Only pillows were delivered, and the staff member told us the blanket had been “stolen off the cart” but would be brought later which didn’t happen until we asked again at the front desk nine hours later, around 12:30 a.m. At Studio 12, our server was friendly, and we were excited to try the food. My husband ordered the burger and asked to upgrade his tater tots to the “loaded” tots shown on the appetizer menu. When the food arrived, the burger was missing the bacon jam, and the tots were plain. The waiter first said they “don’t have loaded tots,” then another server told us the kitchen was too busy to fix it and that they don’t allow upgrades to meals none of which was explained upfront. Back in the room, the air conditioning never cooled properly, blowing warm air all night. And to top it off, housekeeping entered our room twice in the morning once at 7 a.m. and again at 8 a.m. despite us still being asleep. The only positive I can mention is that the bed was comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had to leave another hotel due to broken A/C and the kids were tired, on the verge of meltdown. The staff quickly checked us in to a lovely room. The airport shuttle was very efficient in the morning. Overall, a short bit excellent experience :)

The front desk manager was fantastic and our entire stay was exactly what we needed — quick, clean, and quiet, with easy LAX shuttle access.

I really liked how easy it was to stay here, rooms were sound-insulated so even though people were talking a few feet away in the hallways we couldn't hear it. If you create a Marriott Bonvoy membership and give the concierge your number at check-in they can give some perks. Also, there's a lounge there on the 11th floor with snacks and also appetizers and desserts on Sunday.

They didn’t give me information about their hotel when I checked in. I had to ask about breakfast, elevators, where my room was located, shuttle hours, parking (which btw it’s not included. You pay parking separately) and the guy helping me at the front desk didn’t tell me about this so I was stuck in my vehicle trying to get out of the 50 dollar a day parking area. I walked back inside to ask about the parking situation and that when the staff said “oh yeah parking isn’t included” Oh and the pool was “under maintenance” so we weren’t allowed to use it. Funny cus our room window was looking directly at the pool and we spotted a few men swimming and I have pictures to prove it. We were told we can walk across the street to use Marriotts pool. Where across the street? I’m not from this area. We parked at the very top since all parking was taken. We noticed the whole left side of us had signs designating for rentals and ended up parking against the wall where there was no sign in sight. The lady from the rentals got into an argument with me because we didn’t park where we were supposed to and we were parking in her “rental” space. I pointed at the wall where I was parked and asked, do you see a sign where it says I can’t park?” She responded with there’s a sign in the beginning of the parking space (which was false)

The hotel was decent…first room I got the sink was clog and disgusting…they did immediately give me a different room….BUT daily parking while staying there is ridiculous $71 a day for self parking!!!! Also, if you find parking the spaces are not fit for any size SUV…only sedans or smaller.

There was a sewer issue in the first room that we were placed in on the 2nd night. We were moved to another room which smelled like dog poop so we waited nearly most of the day for someone to vacuum and deodorize the carpet. There was dog pee in one of the chairs in the outside area. The food was amazing. The front desk employees were awesome. Some of the housekeepers didn't speak English so I'll give it a 3 star rating

Great staff, great room, warm pool, excellent gym. Would recommend to anyone staying around LAX.

Arrived tired and upon check in, staff member said my reservation showed cancelled and literally dismiss me stating I should call Expedia and figure it out. I got on your website and there was no number available to call and speak with associate. Only option was to “chat” with ???? and unfortunately my cell phone battery was very low. The situation was resolved after some 30 mins by way of resending reservation. Extremely frustrating and disappointing !!!!!

Until the Metro station is complete, the whole area on the north side of Century Boulevard is a nightmare to walk or drive.

It was ok

The hotel and property were absolutely beautiful! Not much to do around the actual hotel, but we enjoyed some relaxing time before our flight the following morning. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. It was close to the airport and they provided a shuttle, definitely a bonus!

Comfortable Bed

Had a great stay staff was friendly and just make our stay safe and comfortable

Outdated water saving toilets show fecal stains and use more water than they save trying to flush away the stains. Shower hardware was not installed properly and wrench tightened at an angle towards the shower wall. Grout dirty in bathroom floor. No place to hang towels reasonably near the shower.

Checking in and out was so convenient.

The manager Gloria was wonderful!! I had some concerns and questions before arriving and she was prompt with answering questions and making sure I was comfortable with my choixe in this hotel.

It was a great Stay! The staff was courteous and worked at a fast pace. Everyone from valet to housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Will definitely choose this hotel again if I'm in the area.

The hotel is very nice looking, my bed was nice, and the gym was impressive. There was a bad smell coming from somewhere in the bathroom of room 311, and since the windows in the room do not open it was unpleasant and gross that odor.

Nothing really unique, but the staff was 5 star. It was worth the price.

The warm and friendly welcome by the hotel reception check in. She was great!

Small parking spaces and the Expedia website gave options for shuttle when the shuttle is free. I didn’t use the shuttle so I hope Expedia will give me a refund.

Property was clean and staff was wonderful. We were put into a room next to a crying/screaming baby (yes I know they cry I have 3 kids) and I know you can’t control it. But needless to say I paid 250$ for a room to sleep. I called the front desk and they didn’t question me at all, within 5 mins someone brought us a new room key and switch us to the new room immediately! Highly recommend

Clean and nice property

My daughter and I were in LA for a quick trip for a concert and from when we arrived to when we left we had a wonderful experience. The front desk was wonderful from accommodating my early check in request, to providing me with information for the best option for travel to and from SoFi for the concert, not to mention the convenience of having a shuttle to and from the airport!

The charge fornthe parking was excessive, but is a good hotel in general.
