    Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, very attentive. Spent my birthday weekend there. Ms. Tiffany Ellis helped me out made sure I had a wonderful stay. Once again I shall be staying soon. Highly recommend this place. My kids also enjoyed their stay. They didn’t want to leave.

    As first time LA visitors, we booked two nights & thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Omni based on previous reviews. The valet portion was a new concept for us but they were all very welcoming and friendly. Definitely worth paying the valet service fee despite previously wanting the option to self park. We loved our stay & plan to return to Omni whenever we visit the LA area.

    The hotel smelled so good in the hallways and was so clean. The staff was so nice and helpful I haven’t had service like that from a hotel ever and I have been to plenty. Everyone was so nice and had so good hospitality I was very impressed and I’m a hard person to please. I would definitely stay there again.

    We were booked for three nights. The hotel has three foot tall windows in every single room that are positioned at floor level. We were not informed of this so we didn’t realize until the following morning after checking in the evening prior and my 2 year old son had unlocked the 10th floor window and opened it. The second night we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and they completely forgot my mother’s food. The third night one of the people who cleaned our room stole an expensive skincare bottle from the bathroom counter. When I spoke to the manager about my experience he said “What do you want me to do about that?” At least they credited me for the stolen product but the service was absolutely appalling.

    The breakfast was well prepared and tasty. We had a bartender on two evenings who was very knowledgeable about scotch whiskey, which is quite unusual. The limo drivers were very friendly and do an excellent job. The front desk employees were also very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a great 4 night stay.

    Very nice hotel in downtown LA close to all of the art museums and the disney concert hall. Staff were all very helpful. Lots of amenities and fun things to do. Our room and bed were nice but could have been cleaner. Overall it was a very nice stay and the service of the staff members made it even better! Would recommend this hotel for a stay with walking distance to the downtown’s attractions.

    The Omni hotel is excellent- the staff are all super friendly and helpful - The receptionist Prime was particularly friendly, sweet and helpful to us - a really great receptionist to have on the front desk:0) and Charlie was great too and helped us out with our cases.     Friendly valet staff, evening shift was moody and unprofessional. I was there for a business conference. Not an ideal location for outside dining. Must drive to a better neighborhood unless you like street Mexican foods. Will not stay there again unless it’s for business. Will not recommend.

    They have a great marketing team because the pictures online are completely different as to when you check into your room and visit the pool. The room smelt stale. The tile was crafted. There was rust stains on the fixtures. The pool was small and did not look very clean. Very disappointing.

    The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly. The only hiccup was the shuttle. It sounded like a great perk, but when we tried to use it to get to Union Station for the Dodger Express, we were told to come down when ready. Once downstairs, it turned into a 40 minute wait. A more organized system, especially for events, would make a big difference. Also worth noting, parking and fees added up more than expected. It was $69 per night plus a $35 daily fee, which came out to about $220 more than we planned for. Still a great stay overall. Just a couple things to keep in mind going in.

    The Noe restaurant was amazing. Serving staff was incredible and friendly and Frank the bartender was a step above the rest. Friendly, inciteful, helpful. Just added to the amazing culture the Omni Hotel adds in addition to the stay. And let me not forget the room attendants. Every morning we saw her she was smiling, greeted us with warm hellos each morning and always wished us a great day. Again, I can't say enough good about this stay other than if your are considering it, stop and just book. You won't be sorry!

    The price of the room per night was more affordable than I expected for an high-end hotel. Optimal location for easy walking access to major cultural locations in the downtown area. Love that there was a restaurant and cafe onsite. And the staff were some of the kindness and most helpful I’ve experienced at a hotel.     The directions provided by hotels.com were horrible. They took us under a bridge/tunnel that told us our destination was on the left halfway thru the tunnel. We switched over to Google Maps and finally found our way after much frustration and several loops around the property. Once we got there the property was great. They acknowledged the errors in directions provided by the mapping services.

    It was torrential rain and the hotel did not have umbrellas to give out. They “ran out of them”. Also when checking out I called for my car to be brought around and valet never answered so called the front desk who said they’d talk to valet to bring it around. I went down 5 minutes after and the valet still did not have my car at the front and he had no idea to do so. This almost caused me to miss my flight.

    It was a nice environment, my favorite part was the water pressure. I have thick hair and most hotels water pressure in showers take me for ever to wash my hair. The staff were nice however we called for an extra blanket and waited over 30 minutes before just going to go get it ourselves.     The location was beautiful and within walking distance to many great restaurants. The hotel atmosphere was clean and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The room service left nothing to be desired. The best part was the staff. They were kind, courteous and made the stay special. We are looking forward to coming back and staying a little longer to fully enjoy the amenities.

    Loved this stay in downtown. Check-in was friendly and informative. We appreciated the Angel Flight tickets received at check in. The room was spacious with a great view and the children loved that there was filming for a tv series out front of the hotel. The food at the central markets is delicious and a short walk from the hotel. The Broad is a short walk and the free exhibition is fantastic. Highly recommend.

    I had a great experience with Omni in LA. I stayed in OMNI in other major cities of the USA and I love the consistency and level of comfort that is top notch in all their hotels. The room was spacious and Nicely decorated in OMLI style (traditional classic). The bed was super comfy. I love their luxury robe. I wish I could buy one :)) I had beautiful view from my room. The gym was perfect for a workout. Sabrina was super friendly and helpful. Robin (the driver) was extremely professional and friendly. I absolutely enjoyed their courtesy car services. Such a nice addition of luxury service that this hotel provided at my stay. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel who likes luxury and comfort for a reasonable price.

    There was also a $35 daily fee for transportation within 3 miles, but it was basically unusable since it was always booked and took hours. One staff member was very rude when I asked questions and brought up concerns. I felt dismissed and spoken to disrespectfully. Valet parking was $65 per night, which is pricey, and while the valet staff were nice, getting the car often took a long time. The gym was also disappointing and didn’t even have a squat rack. Overall, not worth the price and I won’t be staying here again.

    We traveled at Christmas. Aside from the wonderful hospitality Omni had little touches like sweets at reception and stockings on doors at Christmas Eve. The property is lovely and very accessible to museums and other places of interest like Angel’s flight. There are podium areas with Starbucks and Pressed that make breakfast and snacks a breeze. The welcoming lobby area allows friends in separate rooms to congregate. Our room has a wonderful view and was clean, spacious and well appointed. We loved our stay here and if we’re in LA again, would return here

    It used to be a very nice hotel, but it aged and in need of updating. The good thing it is very close to a few museum, concert hall and opera. It served me well, but I probably will not vibe back. Bathroom is so out fashioned. When I had some problems in the room, they said ‘sorry’. But words did not matter . A nice plate with fruits or a bottle of wine would. But nothing followed. No manners there .

    The room is clean, tastefully furnished . The bed and pillow are comfy . The amenities are fantastic, valet parking , shuttle service within 3 mile radius is very useful for us to enjoy the downtown LA. Also front desk helped us book the tickets to the Broad, MOCA.     The car service staff was excellent and accommodating! The room was a bit disappointing between my loud and stiff shower door and sheets with holes in them. The walls weren’t very insulated because I could hear every word of conversation happening in the surrounding rooms. Overall, there were several minor issues and inconveniences that took away from the experience (especially for the price) but the kindness of the town car staff and speed of service was nice.

    The room was spotless but the most impressive feature of the room were the beds. Extremely comfortable with down bedding and pillows. I slept soundly and I generally have difficulty sleeping in hotel beds. The temperature of the room was also easy to adjust which aided in my sleep ability. No noise from the adjacent rooms was also a plus. The view from my room on the 12th floor was wonderful. It included the Disney Concert Hall and mountains.

    I messaged 10 days ahead about a rollaway and got no response. I was told upon check in no rollaways were available. I was traveling with three 14 year-old boys who had to take turns sleeping on the floor. The day I checked out I received a message that I could secure a rollaway for $100. Very disappointing. Also no ice or trash/recycling receptacles larger than an ash tray? And why no self check-out for the commissary items in the lobby? The front desk staff were very kind, as were the bar and restaurant staff and valet. However they seemed overwhelmed.

    On positive side, room I got was nice, particularly for the rate I paid (last minute booking). Staff I interacted with was nice. My room was really quiet for a hotel. On the “could improve” side, Why did I pay a resort fee? It should be easy to use attached self parking garage (it’s not). Room was not ready when I arrived (I was early), I was told hotel would text when room was ready, and no one ever texted me. I found my room was ready when I checked back with front desk later.

    My stay at the Omni Hotel was unexpectedly cancelled due to flooding on one of the floors. While that could have been a major inconvenience, the staff immediately stepped in and fully arranged my accommodations at the Intercontinental. As much as it was disappointing to hear at first, my experience turned out to be wonderful. I truly appreciated how the Omni team took care of everything and made sure I was comfortable.     Our hairdryer didn’t work. I called the front desk and she said, “We’ll take care of it.” And in a few minutes, they had brought a new hairdryer.     I’ve not stayed at this hotel before. We lodged just one night being in town for a Jeffrey Osborne concert.     We arrived at the Omni to find two disconcerting developments: 1) the hotel no longer has a piano bar, which had proved a wonderful respite from the crowded urban scene for years, and 2) we were informed that a pop music concert would be performed in the adjacent courtyard from 5-12 p.m.! Never have heard such thundering techo "music" in all our lives. It proved impossible to sleep anytime before midnight. Sadly, the ambience of the hotel has changed so significantly that we will not return in the future.

    We'd recommend better pillows as they were stiff and one of the beds was squeaky. For the few remaining nights I heard a constant high pitched sound that made it nearly impossible to sleep.

    This hotel is only half way working . Understaffed ,falling apart . The same carpet and rooms for more than 25 years . I think they do not want to put any money because the property has gone up in value so much they would just be throwing away their profit. They barely have fresh flowers and there is no spa and the restaurant is no longer just a snack bar for camned burgers and spagetti for kids . So sad .

    Location in downtown LA was very convenient for our stay & the free shuttle service to and from Union Station (when we attended a Dodgers game) was great! The exterior of the property was a little outdated but the interior was very nice!

    The hotel is very nice and has a lot of amenities. Hotel is located near metro, MOCA museum, Angels Flight, Disney Concert Hall, Grand Central Market. There was a free outdoor concert next door which my husband enjoyed but others in the hotel did not as it was loud. Be aware that a $35 resort fee will be added and only valet parking is available at $65.

    To make matters worse, the resort fees were excessive. On top of the $35 destination fee per day, the $65 parking charge felt outrageous, especially considering there was nothing special about the hotel to justify these extra costs. We also paid extra for the club room, which was equally disappointing. There were no live food counters, just some frozen bagels, cereals, and fruit. It didn’t feel like a premium experience at all. For a downtown location, we expected a more vibrant neighborhood or at least some cool amenities, but instead, we got an uninspiring and frankly unsafe experience. We won’t be staying here again and would not recommend it to others.

    The rooms were very nice. The valet was nice. DTLA is kind of dead post-Covid. What I did not like was having to pay a $35 destination fee/day for (and another $65/day for mandatory valet) basically, the "free" coffee downstairs in the morning--like any other hotel. What I hated was that the coffee was only available from 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Seriously? They said they're "working on getting that changed." Go down to the Hilton Doubletree in Little Tokyo.

    Lets start with location..amazing. its in a safe area and so pretty with the museum down the street..shopping and lets not forget FOOD! i down 1 block from Grand Ce tral Market which is always a good place for a variety of foods. The valet is pricey but lets be real, its valet. Its going to be expensive for someone to park your car for you and have it up front ready to go when YOU need it to be. Check in is such a breeze with such a great staff. The rooms are lovely and spacious. I pay for space and cleanliness and Omni does both. What I dont see in reviews guest who leave a "bad" rating is listing their complimentary services to each guest. You get a car service within 3 mi radius (Crypto Center yes...LA Live yes) AND they also include museum tickets. While it is considered a pricey hotel, the amenities and complimentary services make up for it. If you're expecting luxury for a MOTEL price, this place isnt for you. Stay in your wallet lane. And I only say that because of the reviews that complain about "outdated" furniture or spots on a window that you cant see unless you get within centimeters of it. This place is AMAZING and falls nothing short of luxurious. We will definitely be staying again and because of our spectacular experience we will stay at Omni hotels when we travel anywhere else!!

    The hotel was great, they offered a free shuttle to the union station which we used to then catch the metro up to Dodgers stadium. Much more convenient than paying for parking at the stadium and dealing with that traffic as well. The service was great at the hotel and it was really clean. Will definitely recommend.

    I had such a great experience at The Omni in LA! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Check-in was quick and easy, and the lobby had such a clean, elegant feel. My room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with a bed that made it hard to want to get up in the morning.     This is the second time we stayed here. Great property. However, this time we were put in a room with a adjoining room (two doors separating two rooms). The soundproofing between the rooms were awful. We could here word for word conversations between the rooms with mom/dad and their crying kids. I've never been in a 4+ hotel with a that significant shortcoming in sound proofing. If it had been a bedsheet hung between rooms, it wouldnt have been worse that what we had. In the future, if we stay again, we'll ask for a non adjoining to see if it makes a difference.
