Very convenient property location, and the room was excellent. Very spacious nice furnishings and the shower and bathroom were well appointed.

Room was clean. The sliding door for the bathroom would not stay closed when in use. Area was safe and clean. Parking spots are TINY. No problems.

They also had complimentary coffee and tea. The fold-out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The other beds were relatively comfortable, but small. Parking is first-come, first-served, and spots are teensy, so if you don’t arrive early and have a small car, you won’t be able to park. Also, the lobby door and back entrance are just open to the world. We didn’t experience anything unsafe but I don’t know if it’s the most secure set up.

I absolutely loved the place—especially the fresh scent of the room. It was comfortable, the blinds were very nice, and the service was excellent.

Also, someone was having a very loud face time conversation in the courtyard area starting at 11:00 and speaking loudly well past midnight. Even after the the front desk was called. Parking was not really mentioned when we booked. If you can’t fit into one of their right parking spots maybe less than 10 total then you have to park in the street. You’ll probably have to park after 9:00 to get a relatively close spot. Someone with Florida plates parked poorly and blocked two spots. We notified the front desk as. They wouldn’t have them fix their parking. It was frustrating bc my mother is elderly. The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything but at least it was a comfy bed.

Please don’t stay here. The place does not look like the pictures. We did not stay longer than 15 minutes because room smelled like dirty mop and the bed and bathroom were dirty. When I asked the front desk to switch rooms they agreed the room was not good and said I had to pay to get a clean room. I asked for a refund and they declined that as well. Please don’t think that because this place is in Beverly Hills and its not cheap it will be a quality stay, this is not a hotel this place looks like a side of the road abandoned motel. Please look at the pictures, reviews and google maps street view before booking. Thank you.

I liked the king sized bed. That was all. I wasn't overly fond of the location. No amenities, extra small bathroom, hard towels.. the overall aesthetic was very below average. This was my first time in L.A. and this set a terrible precedent.

Easy check in and check out. The in room restaurant delivery was a pleasant unexpected surprise.

This is a hidden gem in a fabulous location, within easy walking distance of The Grove and other cute restaurants and galleries. Free parking!!! My only complaints: (1) when I pulled out the desk chair, there were stray hairs on the chair (not mine!) as well as a pice of broken necklace. A bit disconcerting; and (2) the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, according to my daughter. Nevertheless, the place was otherwise clean and comfy. I would recommend based on the location.

This hotel is True to the pictures Very Very NIce and CLEAN!!! They do not have elevators and I did not know that when I booked I came in about 10:30 at night with a wheel chair and my hubby and I was a taken by surprise they had no more rooms available but up stairs. BUT the manager explain he has a room the it was out of order because of a dripping faucet. I said if its ok with you i dont mind I will shut the door an not hear it. He made it our room. The park is not great for handicapp only one or two stalls and the park is small stalls that is the only down fall. BUT I THANK HIM FOR THAT.HE DID TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!! This place is off the chart compare to some f the highter end places. they don't hold a candle to this place VERY VERY VERY EXCELLENT. THANKS AGAIN. WE WILL BE BACK !!! OBTW ITS SUPPER CLOSE TO CEDAR SINAI.!!!!

The parking was not secure at all. Street parking was the only option, and the area wasn't the best place to park, only to come back the next day and find your car gone. We did not stay the whole night. I was too nervous about the idea, so we decided to drive back home for an hour.

We had a hassle free quiet one night stay here. It was very clean and simple. it was a Friday night and was very quiet. We also had a parking spot. There is limited spots but we got one at midnight. We will stay here again.

Nice stay in LA! Nice area and you can easily reach all parts of LA from here. It is located in Fairfax which is 20min away from Beverly Hills. - not enough parking spots: you really have to be lucky that a parking spot is available. We arrived at 9pm and were lucky that there was one spot left. Otherwise you have to park somewhere else and pay for that - the windows let too much light in during the night. This should be adjusted because it is not getting dark.

I had a pleasant three-day stay here while visiting Los Angeles. One of the highlights was that it's reasonably renovated so everything is new and doesn't have that "tired" hotel feel. They do provide parking but those spaces are a bit tight and they don't guarantee you one as they fill up. It didn't fill up on me so I didn't have to try on the street. They have complimentary coffee in the lobby but there wasn't a bottle of water in the room as one often gets. You could buy one at the lobby for a reasonable $4. The people working there were quite friendly. Noise traveled a bit and there was a bit of noise in the late night hours on Friday and Saturday night. But for the price, it is certainly reasonable.

On a positive note, the location was great and the restaurants and nearby shopping were very good. If you have a car, make sure it's small to fit on the parking spaces.

Great location, safe and walkable. Clean and attractive property. Our bathroom had a broken light and the fixtures were a bit old. We chose it because of availability of free parking, but unfortunately the spots were all full. The surrounding area has signs posted that permits are required but we street parked anyway and were not ticketed. Staff were friendly and responsive.

Excellent location and great room. There’s hotel parking but not enough. 1st come 1st serve basis. The staff is warm and friendly and we absolutely loved the stay. Only thing I was bummed about was no irons. But other than that I highly recommend this hotel. The smell is absolutely amazing!

The hotel secured our luggage for us since we arrived before check in. The hotel was clean. I appreciated the lighted mirrors in both the bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of towels and wash cloths were provided. Only negative i found, was there really isn't much storage for your clothes in the room.

Details: The location is great! Was able to walk to the Grove and other points of interest. Also, short Uber/Lift rides to other stuff. Parking at the site is as available on first come first serve basis and they did not charge for it. Room was OK and spacious. Oddly no closet or place to hang anything up. AC worked great!! Fridge in room barely works, bring your own cooler/ice. Staff nice by not very verbal. No iron/ironing board in room, you have to ask. I only got an iron. NOTE: The surrounding neighborhoods are loaded w/cars. Two-way streets seem like one way due to heavy parking. I recommend early check-in and staying parked for the time you are there.

Parking was fine. We parked and used Uber to get around. The room was plenty big but only had one desk chair. With two people one had to sit on the bed. There was no closet and no hangers. The staff was helpful and friendly. The air conditioner worked fine.

The good things: 1) the courtyard is cool-well done, but again there’s no security, so we didn’t use it; 2) it’s close to the Grove.

The air conditioning was fine. The parking spots available are tiny, and if you're not early, you just won't get one. Room was sparse, no decor. Bed was comfortable. It was clean. No ironing board or iron. (Most people who travel have packed clothes that get wrinkles.) No closet or hangers. There is a thing with 4 pegs to hang things on. My room had a sleeper couch that I didn't bother with. It's akward as a couch with a huge mirror opposite of it. The TV was opposite of the bed. It was okay enough that would use it again if I needed to.

Loved how clean and modern it was, location fabulous The only thing that I can fault is the room I stayed in had no wardrobe or hanging space, this may have been because it was a room with 2 double beds, but some hanging space would be great. I would still stay there again though as everything was spot on

Walking distance to the grove. Quiet. I took one star off because of parking. There are only like 8 parking spaces and they are very tight. Overall I would return.

The place was in a convenient location for out travels in the LA area. The room was what we needed, nice and functional. Parking can be a challenge for wider cars. No ice machine working on property.

Great little boutique hotel w/in walking distance to everything in WEHO, great staff, this is not a bad thing but just an esthetic/logistics note - in the bathroom there are no hooks or handles for hanging towels and what seemed like an empty space could have either used a table or a couch ... so the design of the room is well thought out but could use some things like towel hangers and maybe some fold up luggage chairs you typically see in hotels so you dont just leave your purses luggage on the floor. Other than that, loved the place, parking is good. Thanks for the stay!

This isn’t a bad hotel to stay at if you’re on a budget. It’s pretty central to West Hollywood and surrounding areas. When we got to the hotel room, it reeked of bleach and it felt a little humid/musty in the room. The beds were comfortable enough for the price. One aspect I didn’t love about the hotel is the noise. You can hear everyone who’s talking at the hotel. Especially if someone is staying in the room next to us. It woke us up multiple times. The AC isn’t great either. It’s just a little in unit machine

It is conveniently located with varying buses, coffee places and some restaurants within a few minutes. Easy walk (approx 15 min) to The Grove which had plenty on offer, restaurants and shops etc, popular with the locals. It was a shame however there was no elevator for carrying suitcases up and down, otherwise this was not an issue, and a couple of cold bottles of water would have been appreciated. (In our case - Arriving at 1am after a 30 hr trip from Australia, didnt leave us with a lot of options at that time of night.)

The location is great. The room is completely bare and naked and smells of disinfectant. Not a picture on the wall. The only mirror is in the bathroom. There is no coffee service in the room. The room was cold and there were no blankets. there is not central air so the old-fashioned style heater air conditioner unit next to the window is loud very loud so loud that you really want to turn it off to sleep. Really not worth what I ended up paying which was $470 for a two nights stay. I would not go back and I would recommend no one else to go there..

The room was great ! My only feedback … would be the shower hot water did not get hot enough , and whatever cleaning product they use to launder and dry the sheets had an overwhelming scent . I am sensitive to cleaning products that have a strong scent. The scent traveled home with us and we could smell it on the pillows that we brought. Other than that … I highly recommend this hotel ! The room and the beds are very comfortable. It was very quiet in the room we were in !

I found this place off Expedia and when we arrived check in and everything was really easy it was cute and the room was cute until we went in the bathroom after going out. I had a surgery in the morning so I needed a quick place to stay and shower. The showers were disgusting there was mold inside and out definitely a health hazard. So disappointed there was potential and we did not receive a refund.

There was non stop noise the entire time. My room was below the walkway for the second floor, it was so loud people walking all night long/all day long. There was really loud music from a room almost the whole night. The parking spots are tiny, I have a small SUV and could barely fit in a spit and open my door. Street parking in that neighborhood is impossible to find. It really is more of a motel, as it’s completely open for anyone to walk in off the street and felt really unsafe. The security latch was removed from my room door and felt really unsafe staying the night. I live in a major city and am comfortable in a city, this felt sketchy. I ended up leaving at 1:30a and stayed in a friends couch instead of staying the whole night there. Do not stay there.

The shower head had leak and made noise,we couldn’t sleep all night,we requested to fix it or change room but they didn’t help us. They told me refund some amount but they never refunded.we are not happy with them and never go back there again

The room was beautiful with a recent remodel and new amenities. However, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from adjacent and rooms above. I was not able to sleep at all because of the noise from the room above me. It’s a great deal for young people who want to stay up an party.

The only thing that we were not really happy about - you can hear absolutely every move and even a single step from the floor above, this was really disturbing. Other than that, everything was great, especially for the money we paid!

The property was great, accessible, and in a good area. Always wonderful to find a good pet friendly hotel. The area around the property was very nice; walkable area with a park across the street and local stores all around. Limited parking, so need to check-in early next time. However, there is convenient street parking nearby.

The property was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were good. It also was a short walk to restaurants and the Farmer’s Market. The blinds don’t completely darken the room. There is no coffee maker in the room, though there is one in the lobby.

Slept very poorly due to thin walls and neighbor blasting TV all night, every night. I used the messaging App to try to communicate with the front desk, as I was invited to do when I checked in. I never heard back. When I found a manager to speak with, he told me the App was not working and the only way to reach staff is in person. This was very frustrating, as I was never told about this. Bottom line, I lost a lot of sleep at this hotel. They promised to refund some money, but I have not see it so far. So despite the nice room and good location, I had an unpleasant stay.

Spacious room, easy check-in. There was a fridge in the room I stayed 5 days and nobody changed the sheets only towels and bins were changed once. It didn't feel like a suite/hotel accommodation, I believe there were probably families renting some of the suites long term and kids running around in evenings. No water was provided and it was cash-only to get anything. No iron in room or additional facilities like a coffee machine in the room.

In this fabulous area, this hotel is a gift. The grove is 5-10min walk. Nice restaurants are next door. Hotel staff are friendly and kind. Room is spacious and CLEAN! This will be my second home in LA.

Except that this hotel is at drivable distance to Hollywood Walk of fame etc., it is very basic hotel. They don't even offer complementary water bottles for the price they charge. If you are booking this hotel assuming you can use the sofa bed then don't because it's terrible, one can feel the springs from the mattress.

Very good budget option. The room was large with king bed. Updated, tasteful interior. The bathroom was equally acceptable. Everything was clean. It was only a 10 minute walk to The Grove shopping complex and Farmers Market. Receptionist wasn't alert at check in. I was stood about two feet from where he was sat for about a minute. He didn't notice I was there until I said something. I assumed he was busy because I was so close but he just hadn't noticed me. The reception area was in the process of being cleaned so I had to step over a pile of dead plant leaves and a spray bottle to stand at the reception service area. The cleaner came back a couple of minutes later to remove the obstacles. TV didn't work. Aircon was quite loud and made some strange noises for an hour after turning on.

We were comfortable, noise was minimal. Amenities were good. Our only complaint is that parking was a little tricky. Unless you have a tiny car, it can be a challenge fitting into the existing spaces. Despite this, we would definitely visit again.

This is a great spot if you need to be in the area, and don't feel like shelling out for a fancy hotel. Very comfortable, good shower, plenty of space, and walkable to the grove, markets and many dining options.

The hotel itself was comfortable, but the air conditioning was so noisy that I couldn't sleep well.

The room looked nice and clean in a very updated modern look. There are no blackout curtains so at 8 AM. It is very sunny in your room. There is a gap underneath the door that is about 1 inch, this does not help when there are people in the courtyard that are being loud. The room was moderately priced at 150 bucks. Parking is very squishy and only fits about 6 cars.

Only complaint was air was not on when we arrived in room and the room was VERY warm and took a bit to cool down. With the layout of the room and the only mirror being in the bathroom which included the toilet and shower it makes it inconvenient for multi people to get ready at the same time. Would be nice to at least have an additional mirror in the room.

The overall experience is good. However, the hotel has limited parking spaces, so if you check in late, there’s no guarantee of getting a parking space and you will need to find a street parking.

I was surprised how much I liked Lyfe Inn & Suites and can recommend it, especially if you are traveling by yourself or with another person. I found it to be very clean. And when I say, clean, it was very clean. Perhaps the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in the past few years. The room is large, comfortable, and the bed and pillows were great. The bathroom has a small sink with very little area to put your belongings, but it works. The shower has good water pressure and has a shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispenser. The wall mounted AC works well. It's not too noisy either. There is a very good restaurant called Terroni just across the street. Delicious food inspired by Italy. The only downsides are the parking is limited and cramped and I was nervous the large SUV next to my car was going to ding my door, but the driver was careful and didn't. The TV channel line up is rather odd. No major news channels, no major entertainment channels like HBO, and no option to access Netflix nor Prime. It's a Spectrum provided TV service with the odd numbering, like 26-2, 26-3, 26-7 and the choices of programming seem to be from a bygone era: the 1980s. But you know what? I'm there to sleep, so I watched Netflix on my laptop then went to sleep with a great pillow under my head. I'll definitely stay at Lyfe Inn & Suites again.

They really made this beautiful. The courtyard was lovely, they had coffee. It was jsut a great stay for me I was more than surprised by what I found in this place. It wasn't in Beverly Hills at all. Just call it what it is West LA. It was still nice, but it wasn't Beverly Hills. Parking is tight but it is free. No microwaves in the room which could be helpful. The refrigerator in my room didn't keep things cold. Every thing else was great.

Shall I go on? Ok! There was no safe in our room. The sliding bathroom barn door would get stuck every time you closed it, and someone from the outside would have to open it. I have claustrophobia, so this was a horrible experience for me. Lastly, this was the worst wifi I have EVER experienced. It would kick you off every 5 minutes. I have never been so excited to leave a place.

My stay was great! The room was clean and housekeeping ladies were very nice and helpful. I only have one small complaint which is parking. There are only a few parking spots for guests.

Easy to get to but very limited parking spaces for guests. We had to park down the street and could not guarantee the safety of our vehicle.

Overall it was a pleasant trip. Facility was fine. No coffee maker, No Iron, no micro wave in the room. Bathroom had no hooks to hang cloths. Room was fine. Limited parking space. Facility location was a plus. Will come back again.

The hotel charged me the wrong amount prior to my arrival, recharged me again with the deposit upon arrival, they have since refunded me the wrong amount charged initially, but they have not refunded my deposit and won't answer my messages or emails, and they don't answer the phone, and my bank has cleared the charged, so they never refunded it. I now have to contact Booking.com or dispute it with my bank if Booking.com won't help me. Oh, and they do have bed bugs as another customer advised in their review. I have 3 bites on my back.

Besides the very limited parking, it’s a great place to stay. Very clean.

I needed a quick stay. It was clean, quiet and near all of the major attractions in the HollyWood area. It’s renovated and modern with very clean rooms.

The shower head was position in a weird spot so when the shower was turned on it would spill outside the shower when warming the water up. Location I was ROBBED !!!!. I got my AirPods stolen. I was able to track my AirPods back to the hotel and later on all over the city. I spoke to the manager and asked him to please tell the staff to give me back and I would just forget about it. But he refused to even consider the fact that somebody from his crew could have Taken it. I’m extremely disappointed. Be extra careful with your belongings. If you get robbed also, they will not do anything about it. Not even ask the housekeepers. What a shame.!!!!!

Nothing like the pictures. The bathroom door isn’t even a door, room was extremely small, parking spaces are too small if you have a big SUV. They only dropped clean towels and didn’t make the beds. Weird smell in the front desk too.

This hotel is a good location to stay in LA. We enjoyed the area and it was a short drive to the comedy show we went to. The rooms were renovated / generally nice but there were a couple things that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The main reason for the lower review is that when we woke up, there was no water in the hotel. We weren’t warned about the beforehand but the front desk seemed to know about it when we told them at check out. So we couldn’t shower before our travel day which was a bummer. That did seem like a one off situation but definitely tainted our experience. Overall, the hotel works as a home base to explore the city and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel rooms are great great size great style. Service is horrible not a care in the world for client comfort or issues and one night ac didn’t work. Staff is very inconsistent with parking rules. Not at all customer friendly.

I am disabled and requested a downstairs room i didnt get. Had to walk two flights of stairs. Handicapped parking had a car parked in it with no handi placard. I had to park on the street across from the hotel making my walk further. Hotel advertised parking on premises for $15.00 a night. The sheets on my bed had ink type stains all over them. I took pictures of it.

The only complaint I have is the lack of parking and the width of the spaces.

LYFE INN & SUITES by AGA - Beverly Hills was a great last-minute find! The location is in a really cute and lively area that I hadn’t explored before, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. It was super convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the local scene. The hotel itself was cozy, clean, and budget-friendly for the location. Definitely a great option if you’re looking for an affordable stay in the Beverly Hills area without sacrificing convenience or charm. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was a hidden gem in one of my favorite areas of LA. It is hard to find nice, affordable places to stay in the mid-wilshire/Beverly area, and this spot definitely checked all of those boxes.

It was good but we had the experience that they called at night for a noice complaint but we are already sleeping for hours so we were woken up from the phone call. We do think know if it was just a mistake but we were disappointed about that.

The stay was very comfortable and they were very accommodating to our late check in and baggage holding. Especially for the price.

Room was clean and spacious. Fridge did not have a working top freezer and I was there for surgery recovery and needed ice packs for the freezer. There is an ice machine downstairs thankfully. All parking was “compact” and we drive a Tahoe SUV. Front desk man was nice and accommodating.

Parking for us with a bigger vehicle was a bit of a pickle because of the parking spaces are compact. There are limited spaces available. Maybe around 6-8 spaces. So there is a possibility of having to park on the street. You may also want to bring some rest plugs too. You can hear people very clearly as the walk by if their talking and what not. Or down stairs in the quad with a bit of fake grass with patio chairs. As far as the customer service the guy who checked us in gave me the impression that he was having a cruddy day and was annoyed. He wasn’t entirely rude, but he wasn’t nice either. I had come back to the front desk to ask and be assured of the parking and about the WiFi. He answered in a hurried manner and rolled his eyes. Then when I asked for the WiFi he points to a small piece of white paper on the plexiglass that separated us. He just didn’t have the best bedside manner. But whatever, seems to be the common attitude these days 😕. Other than that it’s a value for your money in this area. I would still recommend this hotel for the price and the room.

For the price, this room is a good deal. The location is good and the accomodations were nice. I was a bit disappointed that the soap in my room was completely out, so I had to wash my hands with the body wash from the shower. There was a bit of noise from the people staying upstairs, so if you are a light sleeper try to get a room on the second floor.

But I would definitely stay there again knowing to ask for a room with proper closet/dresser, and knowing where to park. One more thing is that as beautiful as the bathroom is, no where to hang a towel or place your personal toiletries.

Small boutique hotel with nice amenities for the price and great location close to The Grove. The hotel looks very unassuming from the outside but nice rooms. We waited about 30 minutes to check in though because there was no front desk clerk and no one answering the phones.

Just OK. Parking is brutal, very small soaces, and the floors of the unit made all of our feet black so they must have been unwashed. Nobody at the front desk often when you ring for service, Wifi not written clearly anywhere except a tiny strip of paper taped to front desk window. No Netflix, only cable. The saving grace is the neighborhood, proximity to Erewhon and The Grove.

This place was great. The rooms were new and clean and comfortable. It was a great area in Beverly hills with walkability to a variety of food spots and Erewhon. Quick drives to Rodeo Drive, the grove and sunset boulevard. The parking was tight but not bad. I'll definitely stay here if I go to LA again.
