I got bit by bed bugs and when I went to the front desk he told me to leave and my money would go back on my card. I never received my refund.

The room exceeded all my expectations - it is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is peaceful, and privacy is completely ensured. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is completely misleading. Nothing about this hotel looks like the pictures shown when I was looking for a hotel. Expedia needs to remove all current pictures because it's false advertisement. If this hotel remodeled, it remodeled backwards for the worst. Another very important lack of advertising is half of the hotel is being used to house homeless. I found that out when I spoke to security about the limited amount of parking because the larger portion of their lot was blocked off by cones and the security said that portion of the lot was for their homeless tenants to park. Its a nice thing this hotel is doing to give shelter to the homeless, but I still was surprised. I needed somewhere affordable to stay the night that from the advertised pictures didn't look run down and ghetto, but this place is exactly that. Unfortunately all the nicer hotels were charging extremely higher rates than normal, so this is what I went with. I will never stay here again and I warn everyone else to not stay here. It is loud, people driving in and out blasting their music. The window rattled from the bass in their music because of how loud they played it, and this was all night long. Honking their car horns all night and not from setting their car alarms. Security did nothing. The room was old, run down and dirty. No carpet, dirty floor. The bed comforter, sheets and pillow covers all had burn holes from cigarettes. Stained pillows. Room smelled weird. Old, stained towels.

It wasn’t too bad for the price, but I wouldn’t say it was a great hotel either, some of the staff was kinda rude but they got the job done. You get what you pay for yk??

Really small refrigerator. And no iron. ..some one was playing loud music at 1 or 2 pm in the morning.

The owner was nice you can tell they trying to remodel it so I let the unorganized go but other then that it’s a nice place also there ice machine didn’t work and you have to pay for the ice crazy . All the people going in and out all hours of the night and the people playing loud music all night long .. some rooms had microwave some didn’t and then they don’t accommodate you they tell you they have one outside of the lobby that’s nasty..

Only good side of the place was its convenient location for what I needed during the trip. Cleanliness was average, furniture and appliances were in poor condition, windows are bolt shut and there's no way to air the room properly other than opening the door.

Had to wear shoes inside due to the soles of feet turning black if walked on the carpet. Shower head was taped up so water sprayed everywhere but out the shower head.

My stay was fairly adequate for just an overnight stay. However there were a few things that could have been better. A room booked for 4 people should be equipped with more towels. The extra cash key deposit was not mentioned in the promotion. Had to contact the front desk to request the tv remote. There was no phone in the room and they need handicap accessories for rooms located on the second floor.

The staff is nice and friendly and its a really nice place if you need to get away for a few days. Its never dole in the area either, lol. They do however take awhile to bring you towels.

What i didnt like was Its not to many choicest of food to eat aroud the area; And they dont have a pool. I loved how big the rooms are. Cable tv is always a plus. Everything was clean and safe

The place was the only nearby hotel to the event that I was going to attend at SoFi stadium. The place decent overall. The only thing I disliked about it, was the fact that as soon as you enter the parking lot, you will see how there a lot of people living there. And they are starting to take over the place. These are the less desirable type of people, if you know what I mean. The owner manager and his wife were very nice. Overall, I would stay here again but remain vigilant during my stay.

There was no shuttle to the airport. It was hard to get a cab to take me back to the airport. Despite the picture you have, my room had neither phone nor clock so no wake up call for an early flight. Staff was disinterested at best.

We were really not happy with this place. The photos posted on expedia is very misleading. It is not like it looks in photos at all, it was not clean. We ended up bringing in our own disinfecting wipes and wiping all surfaces down. The carpet was not clean either, if you walk without slippers bottom of legs will be black. There was also a bad smoke/marijuana smell in the room. While checking in there was an older gentleman at the counter who told us we owed him $5 even though we booked everything through expedia, so when we asked what it is for, he would not tell us just that we need to pay $5. We didnt have any cash on us and he said he will charge our account. We thought all prices would be clear and charged through expedia. Anyway when we were checking out it was another gentleman who mentioned nothing about owing them anym money, so i am wondering why this other guy was telling us we owed him $5..This place is definetely overcharged for $130, would not recommend.

The housekeeping is very pleasant & very helpful with anything needed. The front desk is very polite & welcoming I enjoy them so much. Also my puppy loves the property & the motel welcomes my puppy to stay which means the most to me!

The first room we were in the shower didnt work so at 6:30am we had to move to another room which was FILTHY. The walls are nasty and the carpet and lounge couch was totally dirty.

The room was extremely dirty, the TV on the wall was maybe a 20inch that was barely visible from the bed! It also took 30 mins just to be verified to check in. Horrible, Nasty room. Things were left in room from prior visitors!

Last resort motel. We booked 2 rooms for family trip. Rooms are very outdated and in bad condition. One of the rooms had ants crawling all over the nightstand. The only good thing was king size beds were comfortable. The temperature of the water was opposite of the way it's supposed to be.

I am contacting supervisor for a refund.
