Reviews
The hotel is praised for its cleanliness, central location, and friendly staff. However, guests frequently complain about the lack of comfort in the beds, thin walls leading to noise disturbances, and additional charges for parking. Some guests also mention issues with the air conditioning and the lack of certain amenities.

good location In the room where I stayed, the air conditioner was very old and missing the part that directs the airflow; it only blew downwards onto the head of the beds. There was also no remote control to adjust the settings; it was locked to a very cold temperature, which was terrible since it was hot outside—the room became uncomfortably warm. I suggest that this air conditioner needs to be replaced.

This is a clean, comfortable room with easy access to downtown attractions. The interior has been tastefully updated, parking is available for an extra charge, and check-in is independent of staff but works easily. I rate hotels based on value for the money. This is a stripped down room, exceptionally well maintained, for a stripped down price. I think that makes it a 9 or 10 overall. Again, value for the price.

Very roomy. Bed not very comfortable. Ok for the brief time I was there. Not enough channels on TV. I couldn't find any news 24 hour channels. I had to resort to my phone. If not for the phone, I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Location, Staff, Shampoo :), Flip Flops included, Microwave, Fridge - everything is ok. Having microwave without any dishes - only on 3rd day I found there's kitchen on the floor where you can grab staff. BUT - its opens only at 9 a.m. So no breakfast in the room. Also WIFI was bad. And shower hardware was broken.

WiFi was very poor, only Libra Hotel 3 5g worked ok. Walls were very thin—I could people in neighboring rooms having conversations. All rooms are on the second floor, so disabled people should avoid.

The hotel was inexpensive and in an accessible area. There were a lot of restaurants around and it was easy to navigate to and from the nearby metro station and bus stops. The room was clean (no bugs) and had a TV, fridge, and microwave which was really nice! The rooms were pretty soundproof and we couldn’t hear anyone through the walls or hear the noise from the club nextdoor. This hotel is great for its price and location. The hotel seemed a bit sketchy to my partner and I in the beginning. The pictures didn’t exactly match up to what our room looked like or lobby. The hotel itself is pretty outdated in terms of interior design and the vending machine wasn’t accepting my cash (not a dealbreaker but more annoying). Upon our arrival, there was no one at the front desk (or at the desk throughout our whole stay) so we had to walk upstairs to check in at the office. The hotel owner was very friendly and sweet, but it was something my partner and I were not used to so it made us a little nervous. The stairs were small and steep which made carrying 50lb suitcases up and down tough. I wish there was a more accessible option to getting from main level to the rooms. For a cheap hotel this wasn’t too big of an issue, but something travelers should keep in mind. The bed was pretty stiff and we only had one thin blanket and one thin sheet, no duvet/thicker blanket. We had to turn up the AC so we didn’t freeze during the night. Luckily there was another blanket in the closet, but it was still thin. It was unusual to not have much blankets covering the bed. We wished there were more blankets accessible. My partner and I thought that putting the maid service/we want cleaning sign on the door would entail more stuff but it didn’t. The only thing they did was take out our trash and fold our towels. We were hoping to have had the bed made or new sheets given, but they didn’t, so it was a little disappointing.

well located, right by the wiltern in the heart of koreatown, felt like it was a good value for two friends in their twenties who mostly just needed a place to sleep. seemed to be locally owned and operated. the mattresses weren’t very high quality but they were passable, the blankets were very thin so i would recommend asking for extras. the a/c was very cold and hard to change the settings on.

This is a simple hotel, clean, very well located and amazing staff. I forgot my laptop and they were able to send it to me within the day safely and securely. It is near the Main Street so it may be a bit noisy.

Simple yet clean room for what I needed for one night. Also convenient location near the Wiltern theatre, CVS, cafes and korea town. The owner was also friendly. You have to call when you first get there because there is a gate and they give you a code to buzz you in.

Room is comfortable and clean. Sunny is very nice. This hotel is close to restaurants and the Wiltern Theater is walking distance. Would come back again 10/10 Traffic in the area is tight but manageable. Parking is an extra fee + refundable deposit but still worth it. There is a quiet hour.

I like the location. It's close to metro, and there are markets around the hotel (one to two blocks away). The AC works well. The manager is really nice. There's a vending machine in lobby. The room is clean. The airflow is good, and u can see the street clearly. The price is pretty good. The street smells a little bit bad, and the room has a dim, bad smell when I enter, but it is really dim and could be acceptable regarding this price. It is next to the street, so the engine sounds could be a bit loud (but this is not a problem for me at all).

I loved the self check in and the ambience of the place! The customer service was amazing and was very accommodating. The hotel and the room was clean, neat, and have good ambience. The communal kitchen was also really nice. The room itself even had a microwave, mini fridge, and a show rack with indoor slippers! This was perfect as we just needed a night to stay somewhere inexpensive to go to universal studios in the morning! $20 parking, but it's also koreatown so there isn't much space for parking anyhow. And street parking isn't great, but it worked out for us.

Air conditioning was working well to combat the heat during the hot days we stayed there. The rooms were very clean including the beds. Our room was quickly cleaned up after our food spilled. Pretty good location too. Very affordable when traveling in small groups. The overnight parking pass/addition had a strange way to access it as it was via a remote control that we had to keep with us at all times. There was no direct way to access the parking from the hotel lobby and had to go out of the hotel and access the parking space through the gate via the remote control.

Almost everything Didn’t find Elevator And Room wasn’t Dark enough. Curtains should be heavy. Day time should look like night for couples

The only downside is finding parking, the location does have private parking and it is $20 for a day and a $20 dollar deposit for the gate opener. Totally worth it and not have to fight for parking!

Everything was great and its a really good location Maybe just update a couple of furnitures and things in the room but everything was great in general

The hotel was very well located, next to the subway and in the heart of Koreatown. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price is very competitive. The place is very basic, the AC/heating unit, if you need it, is extremely noisy. The television did not work properly. The shower was old and was hard to regulate the hot water. The winodws are all the the second floor and wre not very well sound proofed.

The lobby was SO PRETTY! The staff was so nice. You do have to pay $20 a day for parking but it was convenient because its hard to find parking in LA. Cute cafe right next door. Its also in the heart of koreatown so theres plenty of shops and food within walking distance Definitely worth the money, recommend! The $20 for parking was a little much and trying to contact the hotel to get in was a little difficult.
- 3.5/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cute, and the price was right. We had a full-sized bed and a twin. The twin was okay but the full was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It was still a very likable room for the price.
