Reviews
Hotel Per La is a beautiful and centrally located hotel in downtown LA, with friendly and helpful staff. However, some guests have reported issues with cleanliness, hidden fees, and poor customer service from certain staff members. The hotel's rooftop pool and restaurant/bar are popular amenities, but some guests have found the immediate area to be unsafe and lacking in things to do.
- Beautiful hotel with a great rooftop pool
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Hidden fees and misleading advertising
- Issues with cleanliness in some rooms

The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, adding to the overall experience. A special shout-out to Victor, the bartender, who was exceptionally kind and friendly. What really stood out was that two days later, we saw him at the restaurant, and he remembered us. He came over to say hello, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
- 5/5
Everyone I encountered in the hotel check-in, valet, coffee shop and poolside staff was very kind and welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was fabulous and the restaurant severed very good food.

Wonderful day made easy by an exceptional staff. Highly recommend over the other competitively rated hotels in downtown a nice easy and beautiful hotel.

Great location, room, and price! Loved the rooftop bar as well. We’ll definitely be back!

The property is amazing. However, I'm afraid 9/10 of the hotel staff do not seem to be happy. Service seemed very forced and not with a smile. Even the bartender at the pool seemed to be bothered fulfilling my order. Maybe the hotel management needs to work on a service-first culture? The level of high design of this Autograph property would expect a higher level of accommodative customer service, in my opinion. I still give five stars for my stay as we didn't have a negative experience, but really this property should demand an enthusiastic five+ stars. I can't give that rating today, sadly.
- 4/5
Love the room, the sink was stopped up and they took away the resort fee. The closest is small but the ambience the space was amazing. It was our anniversary and they gifted us with a room credit and wine. So thoughtful.
- 4/5
Room is small, and the bathroom is quite dark. But the whole property is nice. The main attraction is the rooftop pool.

10/10 experience at this hotel. The manager was wonderful and so was all the staff. The rooms and the hotel was absolutely beautiful.
- 3/5
Hotel Per Blah. Dated feel, uncomfortable bed, A/C didn't work, street noise at the lower levels, staff offered virtually no assistance. Way overpriced and overhyped. Would not go back.
- 3.5/5
Some of the room are very small & you can’t even fit 2 people in the bathroom at the same time. Service in the restaurant is slow & waiters come out with food & have no clue which table to serve it to so by the time it comes to you, it’s cold. Nice rooftop pool/bar area. The area surrounding the hotel is very seedy & loaded with homeless people & tent cities. The smell of urine is overwhelming!
- 3/5
Hotel was cute and trendy. Things I found disappointing: no complimentary water bottles or easy access to drinking water; poorly used space in rooms e.g. lack of drawers, shelves or hooks yet lots of empty space in room or bathroom for it; no microwave or ability to add one to the room; overall vibe in the hallways and elevators was rundown despite other areas being very trendy. Still a good experience but didn’t match all the highly positive reviews.
- 2.5/5
Location only Very expensive and the staff was not very customer friendly
- 3/5
I felt like I was in a hotel in Cuba. Flickering lights, odd spacing, weird duvet. A window that I couldn’t open. One of the handles fell off the window. Pretty rickety old place. Was this stain in the shower floor. Was a mirror across from the toilet. It’s like the someone hired a discount designer. Definitely not worth the money.

Room was clean, but worn-my bathroom floor had rotted tile tiles right in front of the showers. valet parking was also overpriced.
- 5/5
I was there to sleep but the hotel’s surprisingly nice…I wasn’t sure about staying downtown but it was lively and there’s a good Italian place called Louie’s across the street. Everything in my room worked and I was comfortable. My flight left LAX at 6:30 AM and I stayed at the Per La because I don’t like airport hotels. The ride from Per La to LAX was less than 20 minutes.

The hotel is excellent—the location, the staff, and the cleanliness. It is pet-friendly, which is magnificent for those who have pets or support animals and need to travel with them. However, they really should designate specific floors for them; it is not pleasant to be woken up at 6:00 a.m. by a dog barking or howling when you are trying to sleep in a little longer.

Excellent breakfast. Close to metro line. Some nice properties nearby, but also some a little sketchy.

Hotel Per La is a gem! Beautiful decor, great restaurant and cafe, excellent staff. My only complaint is that there was no mini fridge in the room. There is a "cooler" that looks exactly like a fridge but doesn't actually get cold. I bought groceries (thinking it was a fridge), but ended up having to ask for bucketsof ice over and over so my food wouldn't spoil. That was a hassle. However, everything else about the hotel was fantastic and it was a great downtown location for my conference.

My favourite place to stay in DTLA

This Hotel was a lovely place to stay while we attended a wedding at the Oviatt Bldg. Staff was lovely and our room was very clean and had an old Hollywood vibe. Loved it! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
- 3/5
No impressed with facility cleanliness
- 5/5
Had a couple of issues that were addressed quickly: bathtub leaking and sink clogged. Alittle slow on service at pool. Asked for my check and it took 20 mins to get it. Bed was nice n soft and bedding was nice. High pressure shower was great and bathtub was nice and relaxing.
- 5/5
Such a beautiful hotel. Everyone was friendly, the decor literally brought me joy. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Great place. Would stay again
- 3/5
It's a nice property but very dated. The water was frustrating. The toilet was always a nuisance. It's a very loud area all the time. The surrounding area isn't the best but it is LA. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The parking is frustrating as well.
- 4/5
Adorable decor and fine touches. Really enjoyed our stay!

The rest of the room was clean. Bathroom didn’t flush very well though.

- 5/5
Best hotel experience in LA! Such a beautiful hotel. Loved the rooftop pool. Great location. I stayed for a convention- I will stay here again!
- 5/5
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, which made everything feel welcoming and comfortable. I also appreciated the valet service—they were attentive, efficient, and very helpful. One of my favorite aspects of the hotel is its historic charm. The building has a unique character, and the quirky architectural and design details throughout the property make it especially delightful. I also had an amazing chocolate latte from the coffee shop downstairs. The staff there were very friendly and sweet, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and I would happily return.

We had 2 rooms..One room smelled like sewer!!!! We informed staff and they said they woukd send engineer but no one ever came. Also, no ice machine on any floor..I was instructed to go to bar....so, I had to go to lobby, walk thru lobby and restaurant in my pjs to get ice..Then, next morning we all met (both rooms) to meet at gym and nealy vomited..The stench of sewer was bearable!!!! Since guest have use of hotel facilities across the street, we asked about what was needed touse gym....we were yold we cpuld eat at restaurants across strret but gym would be a fee. The location was great but hotel staff was not accomodating in resolving issues!

The staff is Amazing from the front door to the check in desk to the staff at the roof top bar. The rooftop is outstanding and the entire vibe of the hotel is hip and fun.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel! Beautiful building. Cool decor design. Great staff. Loved my breakfast and cocktail (not at same time). Only comment would be - entrance could have so much more potential. There is a cool gold carved door chained closed sadly on what would bring you into the beautiful grand dining room and possibly a path to check in desk. Instead, entrance around the corner thru regular glass doors and then you weave thru a glass hall which is kinda cool but not same feel as the rest of the building. Anyway, the whole stay was wonderful really. Just a side note on the initial impression when entering.
- 5/5
A complete pleasure to return to this hotel. Will be back soon 👍

But they put us in a road side room instead of a court side room like I reserved. I also reserved a king size bed, and they gave us a queen. I felt like we got played because we were so tired. We also requested using the Bonvoy App extra amenities and they never provided them to us. I didn't want to be near the street since downtown LA can be loud. Our fridge was also broken and we didn't know until we got back from dinner with leftovers and they didn't fix it until 10pm-ish (probably 2-3 hours later?). They told us they would move us rooms the next day since we didn't get any sleep due to the noise, and they never did. It was so loud that night, we barely got 2-3 hours of sleep after already traveling so much the day before. It was our 11 year anniversary weekend and I told them that and we were so disappointed. We ended up driving home the 6 hours to Phoenix after our concert that ended at 11pm instead of staying another night there. We got home at 6am. The only perk was the rooftop bar. The bartender was SO nice and he took care of us. He even gave my spouse and I a free glass of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. I definitely tipped him a lot because he was so kind and friendly and was genuinely interested in getting to know his customers. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Great service. Wonderful hotel with amazing architecture. Clean rooms and best shower ever
- 5/5
It was great!!
- 5/5
Spotless room. Great staff.
- 4/5
However, I was disappointed that nothing special was done for the occasion I was celebrating. I was told that if they had time, they would send a bottle of wine to the room, but it never arrived. I’ve stayed at many hotels that always acknowledge special celebrations, so it was discouraging that nothing was done here. The room itself was nice, but the small details — like the condition of the wall — and the lack of follow-through for the special occasion made the experience feel less special. Because of that, I’m not sure if I would choose to stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was very nice. Service was also very good. Close to everything we needed to do
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The room was clean and spacious. The roof top bar/pool was such a nice add-on!
- 5/5
We needed a last minute stay for a music festival that was rescheduled and the location and value fit the coterie’s perfectly. The hotel was in an accessible location and the room itself was super clean, tastefully decorated, and cozy! The staff was super helpful and kind throughout the stay and will be returning in the future.

I'll rank it as 4+stars. It may look an a little bit overpriced, but if can appreciate the comfort, it will pay off completely. P.S. The quality of food in all joints is excellent!
- 5/5
Wonderful staff and wonderful property. Downtown LA is what it is but if you stay inside its a wonderful hotel:)
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel! Staff was friendly. The only issue I had was with room service.
- 5/5
Hotel is cute, easy access to things downtown. The staff was so nice, I would for sure stay here again.
- 5/5
Great hotel in downtown LA! Excellent food and rooms and great rooftop pool and bar. Would recommend and stay again!
- 4/5
Lovely architecture. Valet & service overall were great. Nice, dark bar. Only complaint was we could hear a lot of the noise in the hall-not great soundproofing. Would definitely return though!
- 5/5
Very good hotel but downtown life is not safe and attractive

Good at the hotel was limited & a bit expensive but lots of options in the area! Hotel was unique & beautiful! Rooftop pool area was awesome!!! Staff at front desk was so helpful and friendly!

This is a stunning historic property that’s been beautifully renovated. Love the rooftop pool and the gorgeous dining room/common area/co-working space. I also enjoyed the little perks — the daily dining credit, the free tickets to the Grammy Museum. This is definitely one of the finer options in DTLA — stylish and elegant without being so trendy that it attracts the influencer hoards. This was a very quiet, peaceful, perfect stay!
- 5/5
Beautiful boutique hotel in DTLA. The bed in my room was a dream. The rooftop pool area is amazing. Food service and coffee cafe are also very good. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Very unique hotel. The rooftop bar and pool a hit!! Staff so friendly. Very clean.
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing staff from the door staff, front desk, bar & restaurant, and cleaning staff. TOP KNOTCH
- 5/5
Brilliant
- 5/5
Lovely pool. Nice gym. Great amenities in the room inc a good speaker. I’d prefer an iron over a steamer in the room but I bet housekeeping had one I could have ordered up. Food delicious. Staff lovely. All round a great time.
- 3/5
The hotel says they are pet friendly, but you can’t bring them up to the outdoor restaurant, you can’t leave them in the room unattended.. so is the expectation to be bound to your room and eat from your room the entire stay .. also the hotel claims there is grassy area outside the building it’s not and is a couple blocks away..
- 4/5
My stay was amazing! The hotel was a total vibe all staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
-odour in the hallway on the 5th floor -stain in shower on ground so I wore my swim slippers to shower -tv did not work Staff was friendly and service was good!
- 5/5
Very beautiful property. Rooftop poor and bar is a plus!
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing and the staff are always very friendly
- 4/5
The room design and decor are amazing, and the water pressure in the shower is great! But I would prefer the hall way & carpet to be updated. A little scary when the hall way is out of date and a bit dark.
- 3/5
Everyone is super friendly here and has amazing customer service. The rooms are so comfortable and the bathroom are amazing honestly. You don’t get a lit of room but you do get a big king size bed. Room super clean hen we got there. Only down side to this amazing place is the parking… it will be 70 per night which can add up fast.
- 5/5
Great water pressure in shower!
- 5/5
It is a convenient place if you have in the downtown area. The staff is very welcoming and I liked the cleanliness of the rooms.
- 5/5
Loved the surprise of the credit -- great coffee and pastries, great restaurant. Design elements were fabulous.
- 5/5
Awesome I love this hotel in Downtown LA 🔥🔥🔥
- 5/5
Nice hotel but Downtown LA is still so nasty. It’s very convenient to where we need to go and breakfast is amazing.
- 5/5
beautiful old building! Very friendly staff. Room is small but efficient for me and my spouse. Should have water saving showers is my only suggestion for the water situation on CA and surrounding states. Loved the decor!
- 3/5
I have stayed here a couple of times in the last few years and I enjoyed my stay so I decided to stay here again while visiting friends and family in LA. While the location isn’t great and I knew that, I loved the hotel for its aesthetics. However, on this visit, I thought the hotel has gone down hill. The elevators were dirty and appeared they haven’t been vacuumed in days. Some of the positives are the valet attendants and the bar and restaurant in the hotel, which is very pretty and they serve decent food and good cocktails.
- 5/5
Nice hotel and lovely staff.
- 3/5
Night start had made me feel very unwelcome. A lot of amenities that they offer online are only provided with an additional fee. Pictures do not match what was offer and I needed to ask lobby to change too . They end up changing but it still lacked what they were offering. They refused to tell me in detail about the 35 dollar destination fee or the 18 dollar credit.
- 3/5
By 11 AM, the elevator floor was already dirty. The doors facing 7th Street were draped with rough-looking fabric, and one of them was chained shut with a dilapidated lock on the outside. This does not signal luxury; it signals neglect. In the room, the shower was leaking into the space, and the marble sink was chipped. These are not small quirks but signs of deferred maintenance. Overall, the hotel clearly has seen better days. We will not be returning, which is a pity. Grade: C.

GOOD SERVICE
- 5/5
Everything about the property was beautiful and clean, extremely kind and attentive staff, delicious food and drinks! We loved everything about our 3 nights here and would love to go back.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Love the stay it was great
- 5/5
Valet was phenomenal. They were courteous and helpful helping us to navigate unloading and parking. This is the customer service the Pali hotel lacks. Check in with was easy and quick. The room was small but perfect for two for one night. We’d love to try the hotel restaurant during our next stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. This hotel is a short 15 minute walk from Grand Central Market and other sights. i would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again for a long weekend.
- 5/5
Hotel is gorgeous and in a great location.
- 5/5
Awesome!
- 5/5
The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast and matcha were delicious. It would be nice to have access to water/ice in the future.
- 5/5
This is such a fun and unique hotel with so much character and attention to detail.
- 5/5
Gorgeous property and very comfortable bed and linens
- 5/5
Cool older place. Good location if you are good with downtown. Room was pleasant. Bar and restaurant really nice. Rooftop bar and pool look nice but unfortunately day I was there was big group partying and kind of took over whole thing. I’d stay here again.
- 5/5
Hands-down, our favorite hotel for a staycation downtown! Always immaculate, welcome drinks, and the most beautiful breakfast spread… the little details at this hip, delightful hotel make it very special!
- 1/5
I had a terrible time at Hotel Perla in LA. I stayed there for two nights and noticed charges at the hotel bar for over $100 (I don’t drink alcohol) the front desk lady was also quite rude about the charges asking me if I was sure I didn’t go up to the rooftop bar. Double check your receipts when you are checking out this place is terrible.
- 1/5
This hotel fundamentally failed to meet basic hospitality standards. While the restaurant, room decor was photographically adequate, the overall experience was unacceptable. 1.Guest Services: - No luggage assistance upon arrival despite multiple requests (carried all bags myself) - Unwelcoming staff attitude throughout 5-night stay. Felt actively unwelcome and unwanted, I would’ve left immediately if they refunded even 20%! 2. Substandard Accommodations: - No view with Zero privacy (windows directly facing other rooms, non-opening) - Missing standard amenities (no water/coffee-tea facilities) - Exploitative minibar pricing 3.Valet Failures ($60/day): for WHAT?! - Daily 30+ minute delays requiring excessive follow-up - Inconvenienced plans due to poor service 4.Predatory Fee Structure (Destination fees) (+$40/night): - Mandatory fee. The "big perk”? A $18 daily credit for their restaurant..BUT with restrictive conditions: *Daily expiration -Non-transferable between days (can’t accumulate it!) *No room service after 10pm *$20+ minimum per item 5.Billing Violations: -Multiple unauthorized POST-CHECKOUT charges for multiple times! #Financial Impact: - Base: $1,100+ (what I paid through Orbitz for full stay amount) - Additional fees: $580+ - Unauthorized charges: $250+ I reserve all rights regarding the unauthorized charges and may pursue further action if not resolved satisfactorily.
- 4/5
Did not like not being recognized as a gold member and having to ask for upgrade and perk that before was offered up and was not a gold member.
- 5/5
Beautiful stay.

Pool not clean. Seat covers were not changed after it was used.
- 2/5
We checked in, got to our room and as soon as we walked in, a smell hit us and it came from the bathroom. Sewage backed up and there was a viscous black fluid that was in the sink that rose about 2 inches. The fluid also was on the floor as if it exploded from the sink. That is out of their control, fair. But how the guest services handles it afterwards was off-putting. I called and let them know there is a sewage problem in the bathroom that we just checked into and asked if we could be moved. She tells me that the rooms are all sold out and she would call an engineer to take a look. I check online and there are a few rooms still available for that day. I call again and ask her to double check, but she pretends she can't hear me "sorry you sound far away" when the phone is up to my ear and mouth. Engineer arrives and confirms the sewage issue and I hand him the phone and tells Guest Services that we need to be moved. Only then did she start taking action. So she lied about rooms being sold out and pretended to not hear me. We get moved to a studio suite. It was stuffy and there was a flea on the sheets. Also the steamer to iron my clothes hadn't been cleaned it's just mold. And the window sills were full of dust and debris.

Location is great
- 5/5
Enjoy the stay.
- 5/5
Love the decor, very art deco and moody. Room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. 3 of us were very comfortable in the space. Staff were so nice and attentive, especially the concierge. The roofdeck pool and bar was the cherry on top! So relaxing, clean and awesome staff. Food and drinks were always tasty. Location in LA is less than desirable, very dirty and a lot of houseless individuals with mental illnesses. Thats is not the hotels fault, but just be aware. Location is convenient to many attractions. Our favorite coffee spot was Sandcouch, just around the corner, thats very important information. Over all i loved the hotel and would stay there again.
- 5/5
This hotel was outstanding. The rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant and bar downstairs great service. The rooftop bar and pool are spectacular and Victor the bartender up there is the best. The attention to detail at Hotel Per La is second to none and exceptional. The staff goes out of their way to say hello and make sure things are going smooth during your visit. The remember faces and names and make you feel at home. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Downtown LA area
- 5/5
Definitely would stay again. My experience was lovely.
- 5/5
Stunning room full of charm and personality. Gorgeous rooftop pool. The best breakfast we’ve ever had. I would absolutely stay here again.
- 5/5
Good hotel. Very comfortable bed. Rooftop bar was interesting but closed quite early. Unfortunately I was caught up in the curfew so couldn’t go out to eat. Had a burger sent up to my room which was great. Would return if in LA.
- 5/5
Nice and cozy room
- 5/5
The place has some history, it was in the past the Bank of Italy, it is so beautifully decorated, maintaining its charm from the past. Very clean rooms, very attentive personnel and good restaurants available. Wonderful view from pool and bar at the rooftop. Centrally located in DTLA, but still safe to walk around the are. If you stay at this place make sure that you visit the basement where they old vault is located, it's pretty awesome to see that. We definitely will be back for our next visit.
- 5/5
The whole experience was great, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the rooftop bar and pool.
- 3/5
The property amenities and staff are as you have read in the other reviews. However, as one who has been traveling globally for nearly 4 decades for personal and as management consultant - please do not stay here if you don’t want to sleep on a flim-flam bed. This is an older converted botique hotel and not worth the price as a Marriott brand. I recommend the Citizen M in downtown LA for solo travelers that need super quiet, a firm bed, adult friendly.
- 5/5
It’s a cool, older hotel in DTLA. Rooms are smaller but very cozy and quiet. Best hotel we stayed at in LA so far.
- 5/5
Beautiful boutique hotel in DTLA. Close to the Metro and Bus station. You could easily get a share ride anytime of the day. Very safe location. Close to so many restaurants, coffee shops. Staff are nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I could come back here in LA.

Room was small but comfortable! The bed and pillows were great & I appreciated that there was a small table and chair to sit and eat at. The only downside was the location. While convenient to shops and restaurants, overall staying downtown is pretty out of the way when trying to get to Weho, the beaches or the more serene areas of LA

I have become a loyalist to this hotel. I've stayed twice and both were outstanding experiences.

Had a great time. Beautifully designed hotel.

While the property was amazing the amenities were lacking (no iron or ironing board). The switches for lights were toggles and complicated to use!

We were here for a rooftop wedding and it was beautiful. The rooms are very dark and the lighting is not good for getting ready such as makeup and hair

This hotel is run down, it used to be nice when it first open now everything’s closed most of the time, they wouldn’t even get me a cup of water, things are durty and run down. From your room you can hear every word in the hallway and the sound of the elevator beeping/opening. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Friendly staff, clean room and great location

This property is an artistic oasis. A visual delight. The staff was excellent and in a short visit we knew key people who helped us enjoy a major family event. Its not economical. But worth what you spend

Hotel and its incredible staff Aliya and Jasmine especially. Art noveau? It was a bank that catered it Italian and women back in the day. Gorgeous setting . Eclectic. Decor adorable. Staff in restaurant so sweet. Pool roof top Instagram worthy

Charge extra $30 per day just so to get bakery breakfast. Bed is not clean. Service is terrible, won’t go back again!

Great hotel nice roof top pool and bar. Dog friendly. Limited space for the dog to pee but a park is a block down the street with a dog area. This is downtown LA so expect people likely homeless and security in the park

The inside of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture. Just be aware that it's located near Skid Row, so the area outside might feel a little challenging.

Really beautiful hotel with great amenities and helpful staff! This is the only hotel I would want to stay in everytime I go to Los Angeles

Nice staff clean property. Nice pool.

Staff is super nice and helpful. During breakfast hours there seems to be a shortage of staff

The restaurant needs to stay open later, at least weekends, when visitors return from a show or game. The immediate area is VERY unsafe so going to a neighboring place ~1 block is NOT an option. Add a marketplace w/variety of options

It was amazing. Tho we feel a little bit discriminated by your waiter that was helping us out yesterday in the roof pool bar area. We order her a beer and took 21 minutes. I saw her going in and out or of everyone else tables non stop. I had to tell her to cancel my beer. And when someone where else cause if felt bad.

Excellent decor, great rooftop bar with great food! Friendly service and valet. Everyone was kind and accommodating! I wish they had smart tvs but that’s just a silly thing! will def go back!! Great stay! If you’re coming to Cali. You have to stay there!!

I have mixed feelings about this place. Nice and clean. In a relatively nice walkable area of downtown. The room was a little smaller than I expected and featured an upside down area rug under the bed that didnt look right, also, the blackout screens let too much light in. The pool closes at 7, which is too early. Comfy bed and the attached restaurant was good. The listing says there is parking, but there isn't. Valet or park across the street at the Downtown Athletic Club.

I stayed there for four nights and it was wonderful. The staff was so kind and helpful. But my favorite part was the bathtub! I plan to stay there in the future. It is my new LA spot.

As a Food and Beverage/ Hospitality Professional at a resort I was very impressed with the level of hospitality at this establishment. Any question I asked was met with a smile and a solution or answer immediately. It was some of the most accommodating and professional staff I’ve been serviced by in a very long time. My husband and I were staying there for a wedding so we had an early ish morning, I went down to the restaurant to grab a couple Bloody Mary’s for us. The bar was not open yet but instead of letting me know when it would open the MOD insisted that they could accommodate and he would have the drinks out right away. I was very impressed and thankful for their prompt service and Hospitality. I would happily return to The Hotel Per La and recommend it to just about anyone.

Really enjoyed my stay-will definitely come back!

I loved the esthetic of the hotel. It felt very nice to walk in and comfortable. The bed was wonderful. The room was clean and inviting. Conveniently located close to whole foods and next door to a fantastic restaurant called Little Sister. The breakfast at the restaurant was wonderful, but the service at night wasn't the best (ristorante per l'ora). Only feedback is that if you're looking for a quiet night's rest, I wouldnt suggest the courtyard room on level 2. There was a draft in the room from the patio, very dusty curtains, and it was very loud all night - you can hear the bar traffic on the street from level 2.

Fantastic stay! The staff is very lovely, professional and attentive. The room was large, I had room 921, and it was very clean, cozy and spacious. I trully enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
