Gentlemen in the front desk night time was very unprofessional We found a syringe in the bed while already laying down when we fully took off the layer of blankets . We took it to the front desk ask for the room to be cleaned or to get another room and the guy refused turned around and went back in his office didn’t apologize nor say anything just stared blank at us as if we put the needle there

N/A. There was a domestic violence incident that occurred during my stay at the hotel. Very unpleasant experience overall.

Cheap motel. Bed was comfortable. The shower didn’t really get hot. Pillows were weird. Sketchy area. A fight broke out in the parking lot one night we were there and we had to call 911.

The room smell like toxic chemical cleaners. The remote did not work, even after I requested the staff to change the batteries. The female desk clerk acted like prejudice, racist bigot.

Nice place to stay but the smokers there have no manners. They smoke all night so i had to leave the AC unit on all night. Typical criminals.

I liked the bed size and room size and that there was a patio. I didnt like the fact that the bathroom and closet doors wouldn't close properly and there was some dangerous stuff in the closet that my daughter could have hurt herself playing with. Like nails and other stuff.

Terrible place to stay. Do not like anything They said that people can not smoke but the room was too smelly. Also bed sheets has burns from cigarettes, not proper light. You feel unsafe. Also they only accept the deposit in cash. Do not bother yourself to stay there. Weird people staying there. The counte even has a window, so you can notice that is not a safe place to sleep. I have asked to refund the money but they said that they can give another room because the reasons that I give them were not enough. But do not even want another room.

This place needs an investor to put some money into it. The bed was very comfortable, that’s the most positive thing I can say. Room numbers printed on a piece of paper and taped on the doors. No batteries in the heat/air remote. TV remote didn’t work. Floor freshly mopped with some pungent cleanser that triggered an asthma and allergy attack and the floor was still greasy. Toilet seat didn’t fit and had a lot of stains on it. Walls are dirty and in need of painting and hole repair. Electrical sockets installed upside down, so everything you plug in falls out of the socket. If it hadn’t been so late when I got back to the room I would have gone somewhere else. Staff not friendly. When I went to leave, there was a pile of dog mess in the walkway to the room. This place needs some love, it could be a wonderful property.

It was close to Dodger stadium The room was gross. It smelt bad. It was dirty. There was drawer on the bedside table that was stuck and my 15 year old opened it and there were nasty chonies, moldy jewelry and it was just gross. The tv did not work at all.

The noise was also unbearable. My neighbor kept hitting the wall throughout the night, so I could not sleep at all. It was an awful experience. On top of that, the room itself was not in good condition. The bedsheet was damaged and had many stains on it. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I would not recommend staying here.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location was wonderful since we were there for a convention. The refrigerator was burnt or something and was leaking some fluid out of the bottom. Our keys stopped working mid stay and no one could help us for about 30-45 minutes. So we had to sit in our car. The beds were so squeaky that when I got up to go to the restroom I woke up my whole family.

1. The WiFi doesn’t work unless you go outside your room. Even then, it’s not great. 2. Watch out for roaches. 3. Drugs are dealt in that place. 4. Water may be shut off while you’re there. It was for me. 5. Remote and sheets had burn holes. 6. Furniture is rusted like lamps. 7. Communication is horrible. I and Expedia tried to get in contact with them, and they were unresponsive. I’d recommend avoiding this place.

The listing claims check-in until 4am. I got there at 2am and had to ring the bell for about an hour before anyone came out. The lady was rude and dismissive and asked for an $80 deposit, which was also not included in the listed policies. When I pushed back on the deposit, the lady turned around, left the desk, and left me outside. I knocked on the door again until a guy came out. He asked for a $40 deposit, which I reluctantly paid. The room was in poor condition. As others have said, there were stains on the sheets, the bathroom door was falling off its hinges, and the wall mirror was sitting on the floor. Luckily, there were no bugs. Even for the amount I paid, I would have expected better.

The air conditioner did not work, the remote for the ac also did not have batteries, it smelled awful like musk and humidity, desk lamp was also non functional, bed sheets had stains, sliding door by the window did not lock which is a huge security issue, the place was not clean whatsoever, and it’s pretty overpriced for how poorly the room was kept.

Mattress had multiple stains. Bathroom sink was barely hanging to the wall. And I didn't receive my full deposit back. I wouldn't recommend unless you have no other options.

Location was pretty close to a lot of things in Korea town and DTLA. Hot water, microwave and fridge in room all worked perfectly. Tv worked great. Comfortable bed Staff was not very welcoming or friendly when checking in. The cleanliness was lacking inside of the room, I wear typically white socks and after being inside for a few hours the bottom of my socks were extremely dirty. The water pressure was extremely poor. No WiFi or if there was the information was never provided to me. No bedding provided except for a sheet.

This is a run down Motel. Absolutely terrible. Do not stay here if you value your safety.

Photos here are very old and miss-leading - this hotel lack basic maintenance. Holes in the walls and celling, open electrical wires hanging out of wall outlets. lamps with shredded shades, sheets nailed over windows (no blinds), nowhere near the price rates they are charging, steer clear of this one!

Room should be remodeled. Bathroom walls didnt look clean. Bathroom towels weren't new. Bathroom window had slight mold spots. Air conditioner had a bad smell once it turn on. Mini refrigerator handle wasn't cleaned. My room wasn't ready , after i check in.

Probably the worst stay I’ve experienced. Place was roach infested and there were stains all over. WiFi didn’t work at all. Lastly, the smoke detector and back door leading outside was busted and couldn’t close so you could hear everything in the surrounding units and neighborhood. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I got there early to check in they said they had no rooms ready. So I left and came back at the check in time. When I got there at check time and was given my key and the room was not ready and dirty. They made me wait 30 minutes in my car to clean it .

I stayed two nights Motel? For business the staff was amazing if I need anything out of the ordinary they will try to help me. The staff was full knowledgeable.... The room was nice and clean and fresh I will definitely stay here in the future

The booking of this property is also making me reevaluate using Expedia as my go-to for booking accommodations in the future. I am disappointed that they value their contracts with these run down careless hotels more than their customers who keep their business running.

they first gave me a small room with a full sized bed when i paid for a big room with a king bed ( AC should be fully functional for all rooms) i told the guy at the front he gave us the wrong room. he didn’t care, he argued with me claiming it was a king bed ( it was not the bed sheets stated the bed was a full” he gave us a new room after 10 mins. the AC did not work, the room was extremely hot.

The housekeeping staff was kind. I should’ve taken more pictures but the roof was filled with flies. The balcony glass door was off the rail and you could tell had been attempted open based off the wall. Gaping holes not only safety but probably how the flies get in. When reporting the conditions of the room to the office staff they told me it was fine and there were no rooms available. Instead they’ll raid the flies and if I return and there’s still flies, I can keep the bottle.. also said it’s fine because there is a wall beneath the room and no one will climb it.. we couldn’t even raid the flies because they would’ve fallen all over the bed. Bathroom window had mold spots. Room 127 should not be booked in those conditions.

I got to the room, brought all our stuff in and then notices there was mold all over the walls, writing on the walls, but the worst part was the bed. The bed was filled with dirt and oily stains, there is no way they washed the bedding. It looked like someone took the bedding and slept on the parking lot asphalt and then put the bedding back on this bed. Horrible stay!

Not the type to leave a review because im a firm believer on not really caring about where i stay cause ill barely be in the room but it was just horrible from top to bottom. While it was continently close to a lot the overall standard of the room was trash. There were stains on the sheets and towels, the headboard didn’t even fit the bed (a king size mattress with a twin size headboard), our tv didn’t work at all, the plumbing sucked as the water would not drain in either sink or tub, and it smelled like pee in some areas of the room. I know you get what you pay for but dam $350 for two nights is insane with how much didn’t work. Will NEVER RETURN. Good luck trying to talk to front desk staff as they will just stare at you then one another. Just awful

Per chi cerca esperienze forti lo consiglierei … abbiamo cambiato 3 stanza in due notti per i forte odori nauseanti . Direi che le stanze per essere dolce sono state pulite con del Miele come detersivo per descrivere l appiccicume e come straccio un bel cane bagnato il tutto fumando a finestre chiuse . Biancheria così pulita che si sono formati dei buchi di sigaretta virali anche sulle tende . Rinominerei la struttura the horror rooms

There was on dim lamp for the room as well so it was hard to see. Lots of road noise as well. Fridge also was not cold. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is a waste of money.

En las políticas del hotel aquí en la pagina de hoteles no menciona que se tiene que dejar un deposito, y me pidieron un deposito de 20 dlls. Las instalaciones son viejas y descuidadas, la habitación si estaba limpia, pero nunca fueron a limpiar me quede 3 días 2 noches. Lo bueno del lugar es que es céntrico, esta cercas de universal studios que es a donde iba, también esta cercas del paseo de la fama de hollywood y del letrero, cercas de Bervery Hills y a 40 min de la playa de santa monica, son los lugares que visite. La estancia por la noche es tranquila no hay ruido, se puede descansar agusto

No food options, bed was big but not the most comfortable, pillows are uncomfortable, police were on the scene as soon as I got there because someone crashed into one of their units, just for them to still be there the next day. Prostitution going on at this facility but if you stay in your room you'll be good

Poor paint job, scratched up furniture, unreliable network, freezer for a refrigerator aside, there are scuffs in the tub, a dusty moldy vent, mushrooms growing out of the walls and to top it all off: roaches. I’ve been to cheaper motels that I expect this from that were better kept than this. $100+ per night for this is overpriced and judging by the inspection notice still stuck to my door that they recently replaced, it takes being reported for proper maintenance to be done.

Our room was disgusting the bathroom door doesn’t close it literally gets stuck on the toilet so you have to go with the door open. Mold by the shower, stunk . The bathroom and window above the door have no curtains people can see you in the bathroom from the parking lot and stairs, I ended up driving home instead of staying because of how horrible it was.

Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis war wirklich okay. Pasadena ist eher kein Touristen Stadtteil. Wer aber mit Land und Leuten klar kommt, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Ist sowieso nur zum Schlafen da. Auto direkt vor der Tür. Passt

It was good room was nice, bed was well kept and the bathroom was very clean :)! 10/10 would recommend just be safe because this is in downtown Los Angeles

Save yourself a trip to the ER. Deplorable roach infested rooms.

Cons: Terrible roach problem. More roaches than I've ever seen in my entire life. They were everywhere and got into everything. I'm worried about bringing all my stuff back into my own house. I'm gonna have to shake everything out and check everything. Also, every time I turned on the AC unit, a strong stench of urine poured into the room. I had to alternately spray it down with cologne and just put up with being a little hot. Overall: I feel like the roach problem and the urine smell are fixable. If those were fixed, I would happily return. Good price + parking to be in walking distance to downtown LA.

It was ok there was roaches in the bath room and they have old dirty carpet. They need to remove that lol but the bed was very comfortable

This is a Motel and they do have a sign indicating it on the top. I stayed here for a few days and got what I paid for. The place is pretty run down and used. The area you staying isn’t the best but I expected it to be like that. There are homeless people living around the next block. I would come back because I don’t mind it.

Bed bugs

This is not a hotel — it’s a trap. I booked a clean, modern room on Expedia. The photos looked great. What I got was a disgusting nightmare: dirty sheets with hair in the bed, an ancient bathroom, and an open drainage hole with sharp metal sticking out — completely unsafe. One wrong step and you’re bleeding. I have photos to prove it. I went to the front desk and said, “This is not the room I booked.” They admitted the nice rooms are gone and gave mine to someone else for more money — pure bait and switch. They told me I could cancel and they’d refund me. That was a lie. I contacted Expedia immediately. They tried to call the hotel to confirm the refund. Guess what? The number listed for the hotel is fake. The hotel gave Expedia a phone number they never answer — while their real phone number is something else. So, they ignore all calls from Expedia, block the refund, and keep your money. I spent three days going back and forth. Expedia finally gave up and said, “Sorry, we can’t reach the hotel.” This place is a scam operation, stealing from guests, lying, and hiding from accountability. They rent disgusting, unsafe rooms, bait you with fake photos, and block refunds by using shady contact info. The owners know exactly what they’re doing — they are manipulative, dishonest, and abusive to customers. Avoid this dump at all costs. If you book it, you're throwing your money away and risking your health.

My room in particular has been remodeled! My room had a comfy bed, Huge flat screen T.V. With many options from Netflix to Shotime on demand! The coolest part was the huge balcony !
