You will be satisfied if you go without expectations.

The room had a horrible smell The water was cold when trying to take a shower. The shower head was broken and had to be replaced. The lamps didn’t work. The room didn’t feel clean at all! The only thing that was convenient was the even I attended was in walking distance.

Great location for the Wiltern theater. Little rough around the edges.

We live out side of L.A. so when we come in to a show or concert we stay in a hotel. This hotel fit that bill perfect. It was within walking distance to our destination and we loved the food in the hotel. We will stay here again for sure the next time we need a hotel in L. A. for an overnight visit.

The location is excellent. A couple of min to metro, tons of good restaurants within literally a few hundreds of yards. The guest parking was only $10 for 24 hr.

Location was convenient, close to hotspots and restaurants, well secured and parking was easy. But if I can give 1,000 STARS to the STAFF i will do that! They were so SWEET, KIND AND HELPFUL! Thank you very much for being so awesome!!!! They helped make our trip memorable and wonderful!!!

The lobby was very nice and beautiful, the room was pretty normal, seemed a little dated maybe, but overall nice enough. I will say the lighting in the bathroom was not very good if you were wanting to do makeup

Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. As an older building i understand long term maintenance can affect pipes and room usage over time. The room was clean and comfortable for what we needed but we did notice some small cleanliness missed opportunities like higher on walls and bathroom sink/water.

The rooms are small and not well appointed. There is vinyl plank flooring on the floors and walls of the bedroom and tile flooring on the floors and walls of the bathroom. It's clean which is nice, but not super cozy. There is no headboard, just a bed frame and mattress pushed up against a hard wall. There were only two cheap pillows on the bed with no additional pillows available in the room. There was only one night stand on one side of the bed with no lamp, light, or outlet to charge your phone. The other side had a floor lamp - so no nightstand at all, and again no way to charge your phone near the bed. Since we use our phones as alarm clocks as well, this was somewhat inconvenient. There was a small fridge in the room which was nice, but no coffee maker which we thought was unusual. Where the fridge used to be inside the dresser/cupboard was just a big empty useless space. There is no art on the walls which isn't really an issue - just makes the space seem sort of sparse and a bit neglected. There is a restaurant on site that serves decent food with a decidedly Korean flair. Again, nice. Nothing stellar, but at least you don't have to leave your hotel if you don't want to. It suited our purpose which was fine.

For the amount of money that was spent we should have had a better space we should not have had to constantly call for maintenance to come up and fix electrical issues or things not working properly sockets in the room or things not even being in the room you having to go downstairs if two people are checking into the room you should receive two keys at check-in not just one

It was close to The Wintern theatre. The room was comfortable, big and had air conditioner. Didn’t offer breakfast. The shower drainage was clogged.

We ( my fiancé and I ) did not like that there was no hot water the whole time we were there. We also did not like the way the staff handled the situation ( no hot water ). After I complained to the staff that there was no hot water, no one did anything.

I checked in late (after 10 PM) and tried to take a shower, but even after letting the water run for 20 minutes, only cold water came out. When I contacted the front desk, I was utterly baffled by their response: they told me that hot water would eventually come out if I just let it run a little longer. I travel frequently, but this was the first time I had ever encountered such a situation—it was absolutely absurd. I do not recommend this place.

Wi-Fi is not fast and shower water’s temperature is not enough hot. But staffs are nice.

What a beautiful hidden gem! My daughter and I just had an overnight stay but were very impressed at how beautiful the lobby is. We took lots of pictures together on the spiral staircase. The restaurant was wonderful, too. The food was amazing and diverse, staff was incredibly friendly, and ambiance was adorable and fun. We’ll definitely be back!

Hotels in LA are usually lackluster but, this was an excellent property. On-site restaurant was spectacular too.

Rules felt like I was getting hotel for free. Wayyyy too many rules. Was literally scared to call for doordash.

Zero stars!!!! Don't do it!!! Feb 2,2026 I booked a 1 king size standard room. I live over two hours away and arrived Feb 14,2026 at 11:45am for a 12:00pm check in. I was charged $10 for garage parking at the time of check in. I arrived early for an event we had later around 6pm. We go up to our room and it is NOT the room from the pictures. Our room was so small. The TV was small and didn't have service!! I informed the front desk and the maintenance worker said that the whole side of room had been out for 1 week without TV!!!! I was mad!! What to do for 6 hours after a long drive!!! So I decided I would iron my clothes for the evening. Well there's no irons. I called front desk and the provided me with an iron that ruined my clothes due to the old smelly water it had in the iron. It smelled horrible and messed up my outfit for the evening. Don't get me started on the bathroom, there was mold. The whole room had a smell of old buildings. I'm not sure how they haven't got shut down by the health department due to the dirtiness and health issues it can cause. NEVER STAY HERE

Very friendly and accommodating staff, our room was clean and well-equipped. Ktown is a super chill area close to lots of the action, so it was a great place for me and my partner to spend the weekend. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable stay in LA!

The staff were very friendly, and the bed sheets were clean, so my stay for a few days wasn’t bad. However, the mattress squeaked a lot and the bed itself was uncomfortable, so I had back pain and didn’t sleep well. It was also disappointing that there was no microwave and no coffee provided. Still, thanks to the kind staff, I didn’t get angry or complain.

The hotel was fully booked, so I couldn’t be moved, and management didn’t offer any kind of credit or compensation. I expected a clean, smoke-free environment as advertised, and instead left with the exact opposite. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be staying here again.

last minute stay for my trip. Location is busy but very easy to catch a lyft, waymo and is very close to the metro lines! parking is underneath the building and very safe. Room was a bit different from the photos but i believe it was renovated since it looked much nicer! Staff was also very kind :) I recommend staying here!

Last minute stay for us. This was a great location and a beautiful hotel and an easy Uber/Lyft to do nightlife things. The room was immaculate, beds were cozy, and the parking garage was big enough to find easy, safe parking. There’s also a grocery store across the street, which was very convenient!

The room itself was incredibly small, with barely 2 feet of clearance on three of four walls—a tight squeeze through a short hallway to the restroom. The pillow covers were tarnished and dirty, which was disappointing, but overall, everything else was kept clean. The bed tilted oddly when sitting on the corner, yet it was still comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. It’s manageable for just one night if you're heading to a show at the Wiltern, but I definitely wouldn’t want to stay longer. The rooms were clearly run down, reminded me of Motel 6 back in 1980s. However the staff was amazing, very sweet security made sure we made it across the street to the grocery store and back safely.

Parking garage too limiting with taller vehicles. Rooms were a little outdated and old. Felt like the rooms could have been presented nicer. Restrooms needed to have better lighting and dual sinks and lid for the toilet seat.

The hotel is conveniently located near great dining options. However, the noise level is high, the bed is uncomfortable, and the elevator is too slow.

The shower did not get hot enough to keep me warm. Staff was friendly. Space was clean. Sadly the restaurant was not open for breakfast, but we walked 5 minutes to find a delicious breakfast.

Stayed her for convenience for a show at the Wiltern as well as to Universal Studios. It’s great for that, and if you’re not going to stay in the room for long. The lobby was beautiful but the room was outdated and shabby. The mattress was sooo bad, firm, lumpy springs and the pillows were non-existent they were so flat. In the colder months I’d imagine their super thin cheap “blanket” if you can even call it that, would make you freeze. So bring your own pillow and blanket, we bought pillows. I’m actually surprised that our ac unit held up because it must have been an original from when the building was built, (1991) guess they skipped those during the 2005 renovation. Shower was nice, TV was sitting wonky and we weren’t able to turn it off with the remote, had to get up and push the button (no big d.) The dresser that the tv was mounted over, and the office table were gross dirty. Luckily I bring my own Lysol wipes, but after wiping them these stains were removable, this made me doubt cleanliness of the rest of the room and effectiveness of housekeeping. Over all, it’s alright and worth a low hundred/night. We did feel safe as they lock up tight after midnight. Including the garage. We came back after 2am a couple of nights and had to ask them to open the gate for us. Again, no big deal, and for the area I felt more comfortable that they did this.

This hotel is absolute trash. The pictures are deceiving. The lobby and restaurant are beautiful but thats where it stops. The rooms are filthy

Upon check in, I was double charged, I was not given a receipt and I was treated poorly when I questioned the charge. Though they finally refunded the extra charge, it was a Saturday so I was out $300 for my trip until the bank processed the refund. The room was unreasonably hot and stuffy. The remote for the air conditioner didn’t work and is the only way to control the temperature. When I asked for assistance with this, I was told to read the guide on the table. It took several hours just to get the remote replaced. Meanwhile, it was 85° in the room. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. We ended up leaving at 6am due to how uncomfortable we were between the temperature and the beds. The only upside was the distance from our event.

Like the parking lot was close to the building, a lot of places nearby that you can go site seeing walking distance from the hotel.

Location to why I was staying in the area Air conditioner didn’t work, bed was very uncomfortable. Tv didn’t work right away.

The Hotel was nice, but the beds were a little uncomfortable and the area was a little crowded. Underground protected parking but there wasn’t always security guarding the open entrance.

Glad I always carry my own bedding and pillow because their pillows stank like sweaty heads. Night lamps not working. They charge for their parking garage. They ask for a crazy $300 deposit for one night. Insaneeee

The hotel room was old and run down. Barely any charging points in the room. The local area was also run down and lots of homeless people about. Don’t go out on your own if visiting this place. Incidental charge 300 dollar was excessive compared to the other 5 hotels we stayed at which were all cheaper to stay at and a lot better quality stay.

Friendly staff, my friend and I left our key inside our room during the day and came back late night and realized our key was inside our room. The staff gave us another key free of charge. during the day, the staff was super attentive and another staff member had complimented our outfits and gave us recommendations on things to do in the area based on our age group.

Compared to our previous hotel this was a palace. I did request a late checkout though and was called twice at the original checkout time. Also was woken up by someone trying to give us towels we didn't need.

A nice hotel in Korea town. It might be a little no frills, but it is extremely convenient for events at the VERY nearby Wiltern theater!

We left after walking into the room it was dirty, stunk, and did not look well taken care of. We asked for a refund and they refused - we went and booked at the Marriott.

The look and design of the hotel is pretty cool. The parking was very convenient. I would have liked the have access to a microwave in my room.

Very nice staff, room was clean. Convenient walking distance to stores, restaurants and Wiltern theatre for a show.

The lobby was absolutely stunning, the rooms however did not match. They were very small and subpar. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. They require a 300 deposit as well on top of what ever your rate was. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again. It was a okay hotel.

I had to change rooms because the wallpaper was coming off just generally very dirty. They need to clean the place really well they should use bleach in the showers tile & tube caulking is moldy.

Very Close to the venue we were attending. Walkable to grocery store across the street. Very quiet. Felt safe.

We stayed here for one night because we went to a concert down the street at the Wiltern. It was OK for that purpose, but I would not stay for more than that.

If you stay here, it’s solely for the location and the $10 parking. The hotel itself is extremely outdated with old furniture, drapes. etc.

The staff at this location were incredibly nice and helpful with accommodations. The room was spacious and had a great view of the outside. The con was the room was slightly dirty as the bedframe skirt had some markings from the previous stay. In addition, there was a fake eye lash on the mini fridge. All things considered like the price and accessibility, I would recommend staying at this hotel. Final comment, the restaurant connected to the hotel was great and had great music selection.

Refunds for deposit take longer than other hotels

Hotel was nicely located across the street from The Wiltern, the concert venue we went to. The hotel was clean and the check in staff was great. We ended up changing rooms because thr first room bed was not comfortable. The staff let us check out 2 other rooms to find a more suitable bed. Which was really nice of them. Our 2nd room was nice, standard king room. Bed was more comforable. I accidentally left a charger in the first room and the staff immediately helped and returnes the charger to me. Overall great one night stay. Thank you all so much!

Don't see drinking water anywhere.

Property looks very old, and dated. They did have a very good cable service with lots of choices, and was very close to the Wiltern

I had a ROACH in my bathroom...

The service was fine but the room and hotel was dilapidated. The furniture was in poor shape (bubbled and chipped). The positive would be the proximity to the Wiltern Theater where we were attending a show. Also, the entire hotel smelled like stale food?!
