As soon as I gave this place a good review, they drop the ball. There was extremely loud noises coming from the room next door. I feel like it was being done on purpose. I could hear people talking outside my door, they were louder than the TV. It seems they have security guards now. It's just weird because they aren't there when I arrive. I only see them after I get there an check in. I don't like being watched while I'm trying to relax. I should have never given them a good review. They are just a 2 minute hoe tell! I'm going to look for a better place to spend my hard earned money.

When I first arrived they said my card was declined (I hadn't even given them a card yet just my ID). I said ok i can give you another card the work says no you have to pay cash. So i had to go to the shady liquor store next door and withdraw a large amount plus pay the atm fee. He says it's $173.12 including the $50 deposit. I hand him$180 and he says i gave him$170 I'm like i gave you all $20 bills. He says ok then says the price is $175 now instead of $173.12. i understand not having enough change but don't make me pay more even if it is less than $2 it's the principal. So I pay and get my room key and tub stopper. They said oh btw you can't have any visitors. I paid for two adults so I'm entitled to have at least one other adult in the room. They only tell you the rule after paying. I get why they did it lots of prostitute's up and down Figueroa Street in Los Angeles just outside the hotel. The room itself very old and dated the jacuzzi was extremely old not really well maintained but comfortable none the less. Loose tiles in the bathroom and jacuzzi area. There were barely any outlets in the entire place or so far away that it's hard to ise devices. Tv was wall mounted 24inch flat screen that you couldn't see. The bedroom area is extremely large and TV was in rhe sitting area. Also had a yellow tint to it. Which made watching the TV nearly impossible. Checkout is at 11 they came around 10:45 telling me it's time to check out. I say I'll check out at 11 like i paid for.

We did not stay the night. Knife was sound in the food. Sheets were dirty. There’s was people outside the hotel trying to causes problems /fights with my sister man’s

The cost is reasonable, but the surrounding is not good!

This place is so ghetto, literally saw a rat. Staff is tremendously rude, the place was so dirty. But i guess you get what you pay for, spend the extra 40 dollars and get a better hotel I BEG!

V. nice stay. Non-plastic/formica furniture. Spacious rooms. NO frills, however. Neighborhood is a bit questionable, but if you can get over that...nice room for the price.

Terrible. A/C Heater didn’t work at all. Room was extremely cold. Blankets looked old. Didn’t like at all. I ended up getting a cold.

When I arrived they charged me an extra 50 dollars of the room price, for the security deposit and that everything must be with cash

Bed had a plastic under making a noise all night.

They require a $50.00 CASH deposit at check in and they will not give you a receipt for the deposit. REALLY bad neighborhood right on busy street. Not enough towels. No hand towels. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

Property in a bad area and very rundown

okay we’re to start. check in was easy overall however finding the room was not and directions were “in the back” doors were not marked once we found the room. things were looking up the room was impressive honestly however towels were unavailable apparently towels are only available in the mornings so u can’t shower day of arriving. sheets were dirty. ur provided two very small soaps for ur body and hands and a small single use of shampoo yes one. the bath tube was beautiful and great looking however water would rise from cracked in the tub when ever i stepped in water would be off. chairs were dirty. tv was very far from the bed and a/c worked but wasn’t the best. parking lot was very small and for all the rooms there isn’t enough parking. on the up side u do get your deposit back.
