What I did not like, was the room I was in(which was nice in size)was not fully clean. There were children’s markings all on the metal bedside drawers and writings on the table. The wood floors were nice but not thoroughly cleaned. Towels appeared clean but were very stiff. And bathroom tub had black molding. All this room needs is a very nice paint job, replacing of damaged furniture and caulking the bathtub.

This is a gem tucked in a not busy and noisy street. Very accessible to everything at Wilshire. The staff was very helpful. Easy check in and out. Super clean rooms.

The free parking is great, esp in this part of LA. Filthy, like disgusting filthy. Had previously stayed here and it was okay. This time there was hair everywhere, stains, smeared substances. It was plain gross.

convenient location I booked a non-smoking room, but upon entering, the room smelled strongly of marijuana and cigarettes, along with an unpleasant sewer-like odor. The overall cleanliness was also very concerning. The bedding had visible stains and a strange smell, the headboard had noticeable handprints, and the refrigerator appeared dirty. The carpet looked unclean as well, which made the entire room feel unsanitary. What made the experience even worse was the lack of customer service; when I brought these concerns to the staff, they were dismissive and unwilling to accommodate or offer any kind of solution. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and not a place I would return to.

Average.

It was clean and people were kind and tried to do their best. Probably rooms need upgrades.

They charged me on the days I didn't stay. The manager and staff were rude and unhelpful. The rooms were gross, and the environment was very noisy, making it hard to sleep.
- 2/5
Incredibly loud. Hard to sleep. Workers moving stuff around all night long. very loud thuds. Bathroom was dirty.

Blood stain in the bed sheets

Room was mostly clean but some disrepair

This property felt very safe, with good off-street parking, and it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The coffee machine in the front lounge was worthy of the Ritz. The staff was lovely to us, and overall, this was an exceptional value for the money. We were attending an event in Santa Monica, and this was convenient to Olympic, Pico, and the 10.
- 4/5
Good location! Staff was really nice. AC was in a weird area of the bathroom and very loud.
- 3/5
Cons: The sink was outside the bathroom( I don’t know the other rooms). The A/C was old school and noisy. The towels were clean but had a strange smell.
- 3/5
Looks reasonable, low cost, works if you are just passing through. When you look closer you can notice the flaws, dirt, age, quality. Rooms need updated bedding and towels, otherwise it worked.
- 3/5
It was decently priced relative to other hotels but cleanliness wasn’t all there. Some of the surrounding streets also didn’t seem the most safe.
- 4/5
Blankets were full of burn holes(even though we were in a non smoking room) and were too itchy. Bed was comfortable though and the sheets were clean. Also the ice machine didn't work during our stay. Coffee provided in the morning was good.

I seen 8/10 stars so I stayed but it looked like a motel 6 and it was in the hood definitely. I don’t recommend

Female front desk agent is a natural for the hospitality business. Her ability to make quick, guest-centric decisions which also benefit the company and build guest loyalty was such a relief in this current state of the business. Thank you !

Easy and friendly check in. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Super easy free parking, quiet area (no late night bars). Fridge and microwave were super helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Staff was amazing. Hotels like this are usually terrible customer service, but these girls were so sweet and helpful. VERY surprised! Good job ladies ❤️
- 5/5
Very friendly. Good clean room with a view. Great staff.
- 3/5
This property is very conveniently located and inexpensive! The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in terms of the actual property. The rooms are old, outdated, and not the cleanest. There were also plenty of broken things in the rooms, one being the safety lock on the door. If I was traveling alone, I would not have felt safe here because of that, so keep that in mind.
- 3/5
Clean room but walls extremely thin. Heard things we didn't need to hear. Free parking was nice.
- 1/5
a room was booked for a resident whos apartment was going under renovations but since the resident didn't have an ID they wouldn't let her stay in the room. However the hotel kept the full payment of the room and wont refund any of the money paid up front. The resident never stepped foot in the hotel room.

I shared a spacious room with my adult son during a 4 day trip to visit LA. I would have preferred the option of 2 beds but that was not available. We made the king work though. The room was adequate for our needs (sleeping, and being close to my daugher's house). The bedding was clean although an extra blanket would have been nice. We were there in Nov and nights were a little cold. The AC/heater worked well but was very noisy coming on throughout the night. We had to ask for more towels at the start and maid service didn't replace the proper amount. No problem asking front desk for them. Frigde, microwave, TV all very good. There was some grout funkiness around the bathtub that could have been cleaned with clorox ,but not terrible. Most importantly it was a very good price, safe parking in courtyard and I felt safe (even when I slept there alone one night).

Super easy check in. Friendly staff. AC worked well & nice hot water in the shower. Room could use a little updating but overall was great for the night.

This property was very nice. I couldn't believe they had toothbrushes fir you in the room. That was awesome since we forgot mine. The check is ant out was pleasant. Very friendly staff and even had a expresso machine which was wonderful. Definitely would stay again.

Stayed for 7 days. Fridges don’t come with a freezer. When I arrived they didn’t ask me if I wanted upstairs or downstairs but they asked the man in line before me and that rubbed me the wrong way. The room I got was clean, roomy. You have to call the office and ask for their maid service to come, that felt inconvenient. Parking spaces are too narrow. The staff isn’t very approachable and the on-site manager said if you pay directly it’s cheaper than online but that wasn’t true and ended up wasting my time looking into staying there longer. Left after initial week. Overall it’s a decent, quiet place in a high-traffic area.

This place is absolutely amazing and I would stay here any time! Wendy, deep and Jim saved my as*! I thought I was going to be sleeping outside as the place I originally booked- stylish hostel- did not honour my stay- I showed up and no one was at the property and no one answered the door or the phone. After wondering around LA by myself, as a young female, for 4 hours and contacting Expedia/orbitz to help with my situation, Expedia set me up with this place and they were so helpful and accommodating! The room was clean and had everything needed, I am so grateful for them! Would highly recommend!

The room was nice and clean. I was a little disappointed. There was no pictures on the walls and no coffee maker.overallvery nice just a little disappointed.

The Inn is on a clean and safe residential street in Koreatown. It's got a lot of bus stops around for easy access to downtown area or Citadel outlets (use Citadel's free bus line 600), or short Uber drive (prepare to pay extra $10 hidden booking fees on top of Uber price in the app). The Pico blvd. around the corner is full of excellent budget restaurants (besides Korean, you can try Salvadorian El Trabol's best in town Pupussas, and Mexican Tacos El Compita's delicious Tortas).
- 4/5
centrally located, and the staff were super friendly. our first night we didnt get any sleep as there was people making noise till 3am. if you just need R and R this is not the best place, but for the price its worth the location

Friendly staff, easy to park and go up to our room, but the walls are paper thin and the beds are very uncomfortable. I couldnt go to sleep until everyone else did...and I woke up with a back ache!

Everything was great
- 2/5
The room was unfinished and there was black mold in many places.
- 3/5
My problems was that the drains in the basin and shower were clogged. I reported the problem but the next evening nothing had changed.
- 5/5
Good value for your $$.
- 4/5
I stayed for one night for the TWICE concert and it served its purpose
- 2/5
I would not stay there again. We paid $174 per night but this was a cheap motel that was not worth that kind of money.
- 3/5
This property was ok, but the one major issue we had was a dresser in the room kept tipping over repeatedly. It knocked over a few drinks from just opening it.. the whole thing would tip over. It was really annoying.
