It’s well located, the staff is friendly and genuinely care about other people. I still think that FS is the best hospitality school in the world. Here in LA they were sometimes a little overeager to assist during breakfast, but it comes from a good place, so I give it top marks. It just doesn’t feel special anymore. Too corporate. Too flavorless. It needs to be redesigned into something that makes it special. For me every FS should be about 2 things the service and the space. They got the service nailed, but not the space.

The location was excellent. I liked the complimentary hotel car. There was no extra service, like coffee or fruit at reception as they do at Ritz Carlton. Also the parking at $70 per day is ridiculous!!

I was very pleased with the staff’s attitude and the overall quality of service. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel is cozy and comfortable, making it an excellent choice for a short trip. I also requested a hose in the restroom, and it was provided immediately, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. All is good

Staff was great, usual Fours Seasons hospitality. Pool side was serene. Our only complaint was the mattresses, we stayed in one of the suites, our king mattress was really worn out and the pull out sofa mattress was bad ( but they always are) . We asked for mattress toppers and they did not have any. It was uncomfortable

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills. Very clean and comfortable. Turn down service was wonderful. Great coffee and muffins in the morning near the lobby, comfy bed, nice little balcony off each room. Nice pool and hot tub area. Beautiful flower displays throughout the hotel. Safe and walkable area. Parking was great. Felt safe and secure and at home. We will be back!

It has been awhile since I stayed at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. The staff and service was top notch. Not many places better in that respect. The facilities were very nice and clean. It is an older property, and there were a few nit picky items I would like to see changed, but they are not even worth mentioning here. Book this hotel with confidence.

Most beautiful hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying at in LA, I will definitely be back. The front desk staff, spa and valet parking team are genuinely world class! Can’t wait to visit again.

It was OK but def not worth the money. Used to be much better but nowadays it’s just like any other 4 star hotel. Restaurant service was up and down. Great one day and really bad the next.

I have visited many Four Seasons hotels that have always been amazing in every way. I had just flown back from Tokyo where I also stayed at the Four Seasons Otemachi, and was expecting the same high quality Four Seasons service I have encountered in other cities. I have been to about 10 other Four Season hotels as a regular customer of this chain. This Beverly Hills Four Seasons is very dated; the staff isn’t as welcoming; the service and food at the restaurant was terrible. I was very disappointed with the overall experience.

It is a perfect 4 Season's Property

This by far was the most wonderful stay, I have ever had. I stayed in room 1602, which had the amazing views of the Hollywood hills. The staff was unbelievably attentive, and made the stay for me, my husband and my daughter definitely one to remember. The way they went above and beyond for not only me and my husband but for my daughter in specific definitely makes me feel as though I want to come back as soon as possible. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to be taken care of in the upmost way! 10/10 hands down!

My home away from home

This hotel is a hard one to review, on one hand it still has amazing comfortable beds as always, yet on the other the bathrooms are really below average (3.5 star hotel feel), the rooms feel old in aesthetic and condition and the service, although attentive is kind of that forced kindness that feels awkward and uncomfortable (that's obviously subjective!).. Not everyone, the bell staff are always really lovely.. but yeah. I dont think it's worth the price - which was $800 a night for the lowest priced room when i booked.

Truly, the greatest hotel. It’s not the fanciest of the most updated with the most technologically advanced. It’s just classic customer service, comfort, and beauty. It’s a splurge for me to ever stay there, but it’s worth every cent.

Lack of coffee making facilities in room even tho Espresso machine … no milk… no cups… and coffee station in lobby closed super early… had to run the coffee gauntlet and spend $20 on two Capps from the bar

This is a beautiful hotel and the location is close to dining and shopping. It is also convenient to UCLA, just a 15 minute drive. The lobby was decorated for autumn and was gorgeous. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. All staff members that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the poolside wait service was terrific. We also had dinner at the Italian restaurant onsite, and it was wonderful. Hope to return again soon.

DIRTY. Outdated. Pool a mess. Rooms outdated and dirty. 15th floor smells of smoke. The coffee in room set up is horrible. This is NOT up to par with the Four Seasons. This is NOT okay.

Absolutely amazing stay highly recommend this hotel it is just perfect and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, made our stay just brilliant!

Would return in a heartbeat if back in LA in the future

Close to all major sights in Beverly Hills. You may end up meeting a celebrity in the lobby.

Lovely property and staff but a bit isolated. No shops or restaurants in the immediate area thus you need to take a car to reach everything. House car listed as being available but only on certain days between 5PM and 11PM so really of limited use. As long as visitors are aware of this issue the hotel itself was excellent

I’ve been a guest at this hotel over the past 7 yrs. It used to be my fav, but now things have gotten scary. You cannot wear nice jewelry, fancy clothes, or carry a nice handbag or grocery/shopping bags in this area. If you do, you risk being followed by masked “tracker” gang and attacked. A woman in that area was attacked in broad daylight by robbers. Def don’t use any ATMs which are located outside or anywhere a transaction might be seen. Have whatever you might need BEFORE you go to BHs. FYI: Hotel requires guests to produce their personal medical information for the use of all hotel spa services, including the nail salon. Good Luck!

Perfect location, impeccable hotel!

Customer service was top notch. The user friendly messaging system on the iPad to make simple requests was an excellent experience. Also making room service requests via the iPad and being able to choose a time for delivery was quite convenient. Pool area was quiet and comfortable to hang out. Overall, a great experience.

I loved this hotel! Great location, and the staff and amenities couldn't have been better. The restaurant, Culina, is also wonderful and had live music on Thursday night.

Just an overnight but we felt like we really got away and had a mini vacation. Everything was truly perfect especially Teddy in Cucina who provided kind attentive service on that awkward between lunch and dinner time.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and have always been pleased with the property, the staff and the rooms. It truly is always a delightful experience. I think it is the best value of all the premium hotels in the Beverly Hills area.

Hands down a great experience. Only one thing....With COVID-we were served plastic cups versus glasses for our margaritas by the pool. I feel for the price, we need real glass. Otherwise, lower the price. Other than that, you can’t find a better hotel!

First class all the way. Great location and the pool is fantastic. Breakfast best meal served. New dinner menu and the there are better choices on the menu but the food is not as good as it used to be.

Entire staff was amazing.

I loved the decor and the balcony! Loved the complimentary little note and chocolates! The bed frame was a little dirty that’s the only bad thing I would say but everything else was perfect! The masks and hand sanitizer was a great addition! Will definitely be coming back!

This was an excellent choice for a hotel during COVID! There was no valet parking because of the virus, but onsite garage self parking was complimentary - which was a nice touch. Inside the room we were provided with extra face masks, a bottle of hand sanitizer, and extra surface sanitation wipes. As soon as we arrived and checked into our suite, a staff member brought up a complimentary platter of fresh fruit, a ton of bottled water, and a handwritten welcome letter from the hotel manager. Staff was attentive and very friendly! Room service was also still available until 10pm. We ate at the properties restaurant for dinner, and for breakfast the next morning. Everything was exceptional! They have A LOT of outdoor seating - so reservations were not necessary at anytime, which was nice to not have to think about. Also - the pool is open with full service! I highly recommend this four seasons location!
