Front desk staff friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Parking lot area below our room was being re-paved on check-out day; parking lot leading to front of hotel was blocked. No notice given or directional signs posted for exiting property, so had to go ask front desk. One of staff took the trouble to walk with us to show how to exit property. Much appreciated. Bathroom: no exhaust fan — smelly after use; steamy after bath. Tub water drain not working well, so standing in “dirty” soapy bath water during shower. Both shower curtains not water-proof, so water absorbed by curtains soaked shower rug and overflowed onto toilet area floor. Walls were paper-thin. You could hear conversations of people in adjacent rooms and those walking by the room along the aisle, probably on their way to their rooms. Windows were no better; you can hear cars and motorcycle zooming by on parking lot below; not helpful during after-hours sleep time. No advanced notice given regarding repaving of parking lot outside our window: loud equipment noise starting before waking hours. Also check-out day, so had to park vehicle on other parking lot a distance from entry to building. No ramp from building exit to parking lot; had to carry luggage down a flight of stairs.

The hotel exceeded expectations. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. (especially Trey) The buffet breakfast had great selections and the wait staff service was very attentive.

The room was very clean and the toiletries were excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I did not use the pool, so I cannot comment on that. The breakfast was very nice - scrambled eggs, bagels, pastries, bacon, sausage, cereal and good coffee. If you are looking for a nice hotel in Culver City, The Four Points Sheraton is a great option. Best of all, it's a 2-3 minute walk to the Westside Mall that has lots of restaurants and shopping.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and parking was easy. Perfect option if you want a quieter area while still being close to everything in Los Angeles. Would definitely stay here again!

I had to stay in this hotel for a few nights due to plumbing issues at home. I could not have been more pleased with this hotel from the kind, helpful and sympathetic front desk people (Nataly, Letina and Trey) to the onsite bar with the awesome bartender Zander to the heated swimming pool. This hotel is right across the street from a shopping mall and restaurants and has a reasonably priced parking lot that is easy to get in and out of (a huge plus in Los Angeles)! The room was a great size, comfortable and even had a little chaise to sit or lie on. I would recommend it to anyone visiting L.A. and/or wanting to be near LAX but not too near. Thank you!

Nice property to stay at prior to our cruise. It was conveniently located near LAX and not too far from the San Pedro cruise port. Nice location with a Westfield Mall, Target and Trader Joe’s across the street.

The room was very clean, felt comfortable to relax after a long day of traveling. The staff was extremely friendly. The atmosphere was inviting and welcoming. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast, was pretty good & for an affordable price. We will be making this our hotel everytime we visit the area.

All hotel areas were very clean and neat. Our only recommendation is to offer airport shuttle, because sometimes it is very inconvenient or expensive to rent a car or pay for taxi or Uber.

Had no lights in the morning. Got up early for work and was unable to see. Had to find out what was going on if it was only my room or the entire hotel. Very inconvenient to say the least.

My room was very spacious and very clean. the staff was great, I called several times as I was arriving late and they were so kind and reassuring. We were greeted each morning and evening. I wish the room windows had a darker shade or covering. I will stay there again.

I was pleased with the ease and abundance of parking at the property. Pay $27 per day for use with your room key, or you can park for shorter periods by ticket. Breakfast was available but I did not try it. Nice bar for the nightly happy hour. Nice exercise equipment room. Guest room was very clean and comfortable. Stayed for three nights and stayed before and plan on staying again. This Four Points by Sheraton is my go to hotel when I visit Culver City. I especially like the room/parking package.

Loved the clean room! Even the carpet smelled new. Staff was friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping.

The water in the bathroom was hot and then cold with pressure being low. The rooms were mediocre at best.

Unfortunately the food was tasteless. We ordered dinner one night . Sorry but it was overcooked and tasteless. Unfortunately American chain hotels appear to outsource to one or more caterers who meals badly let them down.

First night, got in at midnight, AC didn't work, Television didn't work. Someone came and fixed it on day 2, was nice and problem was fixed. Night 2, someone kept calling my room at midnight yelling at me until I unplugged the room phone, called the front desk who was frazzled and said multiple rooms were complaining about the same, he thought it was some high school kids who were staying... Why was this my problem? Asked to speak a manager the next morning when I checked out and have not received a response as of yet...

It’s a nice hotel. However there was a problem with the refrigerator making noise. I called staff at night but no one responded. I wasn’t able to sleep the first night but they fixed it the day afer. The tv remote didn’t work as well.

WORSE HOTEL EVER in my 2 decades of traveling around US.. they charge incidental fee upon checking in that is more than the amount of my total stay & was told that it'll be returned after 2 days of check out..I just had a trip to SFO lastwk & stayed in Hilton, they only hold on incidental for less than $200 & was returned to me same day just like as my travels in NY, Boston, Hawaii,etc..VERY SMALL ROOM CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT THEY CHARGE..Coffee, tea and creamers were old. I left the garbage can outside the room to get emptied, they did but NOT CLEANED!!! Poor plastic cups to use when brushing teeth.. Customer service in the lobby were insolent, obviously manifesting racism and hangs up the phone during one 6am call.

Clean comfortable inviting room. Liked ability to open the window and let fresh air into the room. Nice happy hour and paid breakfast option. Lots of overnight parking on premises for $27 a day. Friendly accomodating staff. Located right off the 405 and across from the Westfield mall making it an even more convenient location. A very nice stay!

When we arrived, however, we had to wait about 30 minutes to check in because there were many people in line and only one person at the reception. I also didn’t like my initial room and asked to change it. It took a while, but in the end they were able to give me a better option.

Interrupted sleep. Everything else was great.

1.) Room Temperature: The thermostat in the room was locked at 68 degrees. If you need to sleep in a cool environment, you'll understand how uncomfortable this can be. Coupled with the inability to open a window to let in cool/fresh evening air, this was not a good combination. 2.) The ice machine on the 5th floor was inoperable, directing guests to go to the 7th floor to get ice. Sadly, I will not be staying at this location again due to the horrible night's sleep, which is unfortunate, as the location is fantastic for LMU parents.

I liked the convenience of having a restaurant on site at the lobby. The breakfast option was great and loved the variety of food, bonus points for the waffle maker and to-go coffee. Not a huge fan of having to pay extra for daily parking. It should be part of the stay. Also wished our remote and streaming options in the room worked a little better, was a little patchy/glitchy and slow.

I was really disappointed with the quality of this hotel. The lobby area was nice enough, but the room itself felt old, outdated and cramped. One of the « clean » towels I was given also had a terrible smell. I will not be returning to this property.

It’s disgusting to have your feet in the water that is not flowing so I had to be turning the faucet off and on in order to wait for the water to flow and it was annoying.

I like the large room and they had a disabled room available from what I requested and I like that. The staff was very friendly and the location was very good cuz it's right across the street from a mall. I like that the restaurant was open until 10:00 pm. It was very easy to order food and have it delivered as well. I also like the fact that you can watch movies on Netflix and prime by just logging on to your account. The breakfast food needed improvement it wasn't hot enough. They should have a Jacuzzi all I thought was a pool. I think they should have a shuttle to take you to the mall instead of you going over there if it's far especially if somebody is disabled and they can't walk that far.

Asked for a room change. No one ever got back to us. So we had to find other accommodation for second night of stay. Came back to hotel to pick up our things and check out. Car was in and out in 20 minutes. Hotel charged us for a full day of parking at $26. Called to get that fixed. Staff was terse. No apology for the mistaken charge. No word on the noise, no word on the room change.

You can hear everything. The cleaning crew knocks on the door before check out time.

The staff have consistently been friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stays. The double room is comfortable and spacious — I recently shared the room with my daughter (who had an infant) and a work colleague, and we still had ample space to move around without feeling cramped. The availability of self-parking is a great convenience and very easy to use, which I greatly appreciate. Overall, this hotel continues to meet my expectations, and I look forward to staying here again.

The hotel is in a convenient location with a mall right across the street. It is a quick 10 min drive from the airport which was a huge bonus. The room was clean. The bathroom didn’t have a fan however so it got very humid and hot very quickly. There were also a couple of cracked shower tiles.

This was my second time at this particular property many years ago. We did not recognized the entrance and lobby it was completely redesigned. It was nicely remodeled with an old Hollywood film theme. Having said that my only concern was as a Marriott Bonvoy member I was disappointed that our room was not ready when we arrived. We waited for over 45 min. I would describe the property as business friendly and despite the inconvenience of room being ready I would stay at this location again.

My only frustration was that there was a lack of towel racks.

Overpriced in comparison to other similar hotels

The stay was fine. When we checked in, the clerk found that someone was staying in our room. The towel rod and door knob in the bathroom were loose; the rod fell off. The breakfast service was awkward. There did not seem to be a consistent approach to service. Cards were provided but were not consistently collected during our stay. There wasn’t any change in the items offered for breakfast.

My stay here was great here! The beds were very comfy and the bathroom was nice. The location of the place was also convenient, there’s a mall right in front of the hotel which we enjoyed to go eat and walk around. I also appreciated the staff as well! They did an amazing job with how busy it gets so be patient with them ☺️! Plus they do hold your bags as you wait for your room which was a plus. Even cleaning staff was amazing, would recommend this hotel.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, no A room wasn’t ready when we arrive at 4:00 pm, an hour after check in time. They offered an accessible room and I agreed to it which I should have told them I would wait for another but I didn’t. It was a 2nd floor room, no tub of course and the shower was dirty on the floor tiles so we didn’t even use it. That was the only disappointment. Otherwise I would come back to try a regular room. Location and price were good.

Be prepaired to spend $30 more dollars a day on parking. Not the greatest of views and breakfast is over $20 daily.

Hate that it wasn’t a fitted bed sheet. The bottom sheet was constantly loose and not staying tucked. No water pressure at all in the shower. Wish there was a mirror at the desk seat rather than a picture. Could have used it as an addition get ready place since bathroom was so small. Fridge only got slightly cool. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean.

Great location if you desire to stay mostly in West LA. Quick access to LA beaches, especially Venice and Santa Monica. Quick access to freeways (405 & 10). Good location to shops (Westfield Mall) and eateries near Culver City. Only critique was no complementary breakfast.

Wonderful in every way. Easy access to anything on the west and north of town, from LAX to UCLA, the Getty Museum and points north, or from the PCH to Beverly Hills. A lot of dining options within close range including many national and regional chains within walking distance, as well as many local gems featuring worldwide cuisines. Great as a home base for exploring the whole west and north sides of town without having to battle the traffic closer to the center of the city. Hint: although the property is adjacent to the 405, there are arterial avenues in all directions from the property to get you where you want to go as quickly with less stress. Excellent parking on property with restricted entry and exit. Excellent business and workout areas, as well as an outdoor pool. Great staff and comfortable rooms. If taking in a concert at the Hollywood Bowl is on your agenda, there is a direct transit shuttle from the parking lot on the other side of the adjacent shopping mall, which beats any other option for getting to and from that difficult to approach venue.

My overall experience with this property was good. My only complaint is the high price of the breakfast and the fact that to eat breakfast, you have to use the buffet. I never eat that much food. My scrambled eggs and sausage were very dry...perhaps the food needed to be changed out but had not yet been. I would have liked another option...let me purchase yogurt and fruit or cereal, fruit and milk separately. Staff was very attentive and it appears that it is a well run property.

Stayed one night to attend a baby shower. Room was nice size well furnished. Nice set up. Very clean. Need was comfortable. It was quiet. Breakfast was good and fast. Service was very good.

Air conditioning was arctic, which felt nice to come back to — especially during the heatwave this week. Spacious gym with state of the art cardio machines. Pool area was nice and pool had a variety of depth for kids and adults. Would stay here again.

The stay is just average but the staffs at the breakfast cafe are super friendly and attentive. This hotel has some security concerns. There is no proper access control at the entrance, so anyone can walk in, including non-guests. I saw several food delivery come in to drop off orders, and instead of collecting them at the front desk, the staff asked them to deliver directly to guest rooms, which is not very secure. Also, the elevators don’t require keycard access, meaning anyone can go up to the guest floors. Overall, I feel the hotel’s security measures are quite inadequate and should be improved.

I was disappointef with breakfast. It was a 20 dollars plus tax and plus tip and it was as inferior as a cheap motel breakfast. You guys can do better.
