Days Inn by Wyndham Los Angeles LAX Airport/Stadium Area

Parking was atrocious, there’s very limited parking in the lot and no parking on the street. You worry about having parking if you leave to go eat etc. We didn’t eat the breakfast, it’s in the lobby and there are literally 4 chairs.

It was nice. The only negative is that there is not enough parking for all the rooms and they charge you to park which was not expensive but a surprise

It is a great choice to stay for one or two nights, specially if you are travelling via LAX airport. You can reach the place from the airport by taking the shuttle to the metro station, take the metro and travel one station only, Then 5 minutes waking. The breakfast is very decent. Good beverages including coffee (strong), fruit juice (not natural), milk, tea, cold water, etc. Also cereals, cupcakes, granola bars, packed fruit and other snacks available. There are some fast food restaurants around, also one brewery with local beers, good choice to have dinner (bring cash if you want food). Our room smelled a little bit of cleaning products, noticeable but not saturated. The window has a view to a maneuvering yard, nothing fancy but quiet.

The staff was friendly and the size of the room was superb. The location was not as good, also the check in is a bit too late. There is only a.ceiling light at the entrance.

The location is a little tucked off but it’s really nice and local to the events I was attending. Also the pool was very clean and that was a plus

The room smelled badly of cigarettes and marijuana, soaked into the carpet amd aoft furnishings. I wish I'd requested a non smoking room when booking instead of a standard room. Situated in the middle of an industrial estate but located a few mins mins walk from the bus routes and metro for ease of getting around. This was far from a luxury stay but also take into account I didnt pay for luxury and it was an OK stay. Clean room, clean linen and towels daily, comfy beds. We were out all day and only showered and slept in the room. Small pool was pleasant enough and the breakfast offering although sparse was enough to start the day with.

I asked the front desk clerk to move us to the 1st floor because we had large luggages, and she would not. She also stayed they had no elevators. The next morning when I was leaving, I feel down the flight of stairs with my luggage and broke my ankle. The room smelled like weed as well.

It was absolutely dirty for one of the people staying in the hotel encountered a dead cockroach in their bedsheets after waking up which is always a delightful experience. Breakfast was all packaged minimal foods nothing cooked or delicately made just thrown on a counter. Area surrounding the building was no cleaner or appealing visually than the terrible room we were given. Not only is parking super limiting with about 6 rooms for every parking space but when complaining about how there isn’t any spaces because others took up space we were told to wait for there will soon be people leaving. Overall abysmal and horrid experience with nothing to write home about.

I have a suggestion for king bed rooms. Is there anyway the hotel staff can put 2 small and 2 middle towels. There is already 2 large towels but why not give 2 of everything bc I’m sure every guest like to take more then one bath and I’m sure their wanting to use a different towel after every shower usual

When I checked in, they did not have a ground level room for me which I had requested. Daisy was kind enough to give me the handicap room downstairs, which I desperately needed and I’m very grateful.! Many thanks to Daisy and her understand understanding my situation. The room was clean and comfortable. After two days on a plane, shuttles rental cars all I needed was a nice clean, comfortable bed and I am grateful I had it.

In all the years of traveling and staying at various hotel chains, this was the worst experience. We arrived early and their was no helping or convenience at all. We went back 30 minutes before check in and still no budging whatsoever. Instead, management prefers having all guests wait in a long line so everyone can check in at 4pm. Nonsense. Place is old and run down. There was huge gaps at the bottom of the room door. Someone could literally lay down in the hallway and look under our door to see what we were doing. We stuffed several towels under our door before we went to bed. Parking lot was small and not enough spaces. I had to park in front of the soda machines at 1am after leaving a concert. So called breakfast was served at 6am till 9am. The housekeepers were nice and friendly.

This was a in and out stay, the problem was the top covers on the beds were dirty and when i brought this to the attention of the front desk all they did was give us a set of sheets for all 3 beds instead of changing the linens. On top of that it was actually the top covers that were dirty and hadn't been changed. This made our stay very uncomfortable and for this we will not be returning. Other then that I've seen worse rooms it actually looked way better in the inside then what you think when you pullup. Parking was bad also so you better get in early for a spot or prepare to wait for someone to leave for parking spot. Continental breakfast was what it is. Was it worth the weekend price I paid? NO! I can't say I got what I paid for unfortunately. 😒

I must honestly say this has been the best Days inn I have ever stayed from the east coast to the west coast. You can honestly see there is Great Leadership here! The managers and staff are ALL friendly. It’s super rare that you get that from a hotel. It’s normally either the day shift is nice and night shift is not or the staff is nice but the managers are not!!!! It always either or…….. kudos to you and your teams!!!!!! Yall are the BEST.

The listing shows an airport shuttle but there isnt one. Tony is the absolute BEST. My family has been coming here for years and we keep coming back..he’s become like our extended family-we just love when he’s working. The maids are always so polite and helpful. Overall, 10/10. The only complaint I’d have is, some of the other tenants are SO LOUD. But regardless, we choose to come back here every time.

Housekeeping does a wonderful job. I have never had anything come up missing. I am a single woman and I have never felt unsafe staying at this hotel. Manager here.provides exceptional customer service and always remembers me even when its a long time between my visits.

I like the hotel room, it is spacy and very clean, with top of the line toiletry. parking is convenient and plenty. being so close to major streets,it was really quite. I will go there again.

Great and clean. They made the beds everyday. Staff was so nice and helped us when our keys stopped working.

Arrived 2 hours early hoping they would let us in. Did not happen. Rooms are ready at 4pm, so we waited in the lobby. Finally entered and room was not ready. All pillows on one bed without pillow cases. Only 1 towel in the bathroom and we were reserved for 4 people. When we called for towels, they acted shocked we wanted 4 towels. We were pretty tired and had to leave for a concert. The hassle to just shower was exhuasting. Maid appologized and was very nice which was appreciated.

What we needed for the stay.

Noisy behind the hotel in the morning but you do have a 24hr Randy’s Donuts around the corner.

Not much around the hotel. Not walkable at all. Close to public transportation, which was nice. Facilities are clean but very worn down.

Room was nicely decorated and better than we expected. Breakfast was disappointing. Only cereal and toast served in the main lobby which could only seat six people. Noise due to construction behind the hotel but otherwise fairly quiet. Less than 15 minutes from LAX Airport and 5 minute walk to Metro Rail system (which was very efficient)

So we arrived on Sept 20th at 12 pm noon with 11 am check in option requested via online when he said with utter disrespectful attitude to "leave the hotel and come back at 4 pm" and that online check-in is "not guaranteed" when we never ever received any follow-up email to their original sales email of early entry option telling that it will not be possible and cc payment will not be processed. Instead, he told this right when we already arrived and told it is cancelled right then in front of us - when we were already there!! All Day's Inn needed was a follow-up email to notify customer that early-entry online submission will not be possible so that neither Sharma nor me had to face such an unpleasant experience of arriving at 12 noon and waiting 4 hours till 4 pm. We could have waited in the airport after our long 7 hours of flight from PA. This must not happen. Shame on Day's Inn! Even more shame is to heir employees with absolutely no curtesy to interact with customer with respect - after all Sharma's salary is coming from customers like us. Never in 35 years of living in the US had me and my wife faced such a disrespectful agent as Sharma and the Inn

THEY ARE TRYING TO REMODEL. THE TOILET LOOKED NEW BUT THE TOILET SEAT WAS LOOSE. THE SHOWER DOOR HAS A PLASTIC AND WOULD MAKE NOISE. PLACE LOOSED CLEAN BUT DIDNT SMELL GREAT. THE GUY IN THE LOBBY WAS YELLING AT A MAINTNANCE GUY ABOY HIS LUNCH. AND LAST WAS A COMPANY BEHIND THE HOTEL WAS SOO LOUD IMAGINE THAT WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SLEEP IN.

Bad: called twice in the mornings on two separate days and the person I spoke to was kind of rude. The pool was very dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Also very cold; kids couldn’t swim at all.

My stay overall was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. There were only two things that i didn’t like. When we first pulled up the outside of the hotel looked very deceiving, meaning it looked like a cheap ghetto hotel. The second thing was the breakfast area was way too small, there was literally one table and a small counter. We did not try any of the complimentary continental breakfast for this reason. It was just too small and there were already some other guests in there. Other than that it was a good experience.

The pool was supposed to open at 10, but wasnt open before 11 and it had a lot of debris in it. The bed also had a motion sensor light on it that was going off all night long. We stayed one night as it was close to the airport, and it was convenient for that, but i wont be back.

This hotel did not meet our expectations and definitely did not look like the photos we saw when we were booking. It feels like it needs a deep clean and upgrade to very outdated and tired decor. We didn’t feel very safe and I would definitely not recommend solo travellers. Did not feel like value for money and actually very over priced for what we got

We were pleasantly surprised by the newness and cleanliness of the room as the location was suspect, but there were no issues. The only problem that we encountered was a business directly behind our room that had large trucks which came throughout the night and blowed the horns as they brought in material waking us up.

It's pretty good value. The breakfast isn't the best, but most hotels don't offer any breakfast anymore, so I guess it's alright.

I liked that you actually got room service everyday. The last couple of hotels I have stayed in never came in to clean up and give us more towels. So, I was so happy we actually got room service! We always had soap, toilet paper, and towels! Plus the beds were made.

Our room smelled very strongly of cigarettes. We would have asked for another room but did not feel comfortable to do so. It was otherwise clean, just scruffy in places. There were minor black stains on the sheets which looked old. Walls were thin and we could hear noisy guests in adjoining rooms. One of our keycards didn't work. There was not much in the surrounding area and we felt a bit unsafe out at night. It was useful to have parking but I'm not sure how secure it is there.

The parking for a truck was a little tight, but the rooms were clean which is the important part. Would be a lot better if they had elevators for the second floor. Over all it was a good place to stay

The place is dirty, swimming pool, parking area, the stairs the carpet is smell bad. The front desk lady is not accommodating.
