Nothing! Even the owner/receptionist can’t stay there! We had to wait for someone to come from a different place to accommodate us/give us key. Even they can’t stand they’re own place ?‍♀️ The place is a slum!! It smells so much like weed and moldy wood. There were a bunch of roaches scrambling everywhere as soon as we turn the lights on. I’ve never seen that much roaches in my 30 plus years of life. There were hair in the bed, the door doesn’t even close or lock at all!! There are people in there who are either squatting or shooting idk. It was so dystopian. We couldn’t even last for more than an hour, we just took it as a loss and gave the key back to them and looked for a better hotel. They literally traumatized the crap out of us. I’m very cheap and don’t like spending for a nice hotel just to sleep, but that experience made me book a 4-star hotel, with a brand new mindset. Suddenly $200 sounded so cheap if it meant our safety and health.

There was insects crawling in the bath tub when I arrived. Insects were also crawling on the walls. The TV didn't work at all. The need was awful. All linen was dingy white appearing used up.

This hotel doesn't have an airport shuttle! They don't answer the phones and when they do they disconnect before you're able to get all of your questions in. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about this dump! Surprisingly they didn't have bed bugs!

We had to sleep in our car because of how horribly strong the smoke smell was. Not safe for someone with respiratory problems like asthma. I also had to pay a $20 cash key deposit which was not indicated before. Also bedbugs and cockroaches and stains.

Dirty, staff was rude, others also renting were smoking in their rooms. The security accused my husband of trying to go through the cars in the lot. A shooting had happened. The staff ended up taking my husbands work phone and when asked about it. Laughed

Horror show. Filthy little place. Low-life dicey people dealing drugs and a homeless man sifting through the garbage dumpster. Scary. After parking my car and observing for a few minutes I left without checking in and forfeited my pre-payment. Don't go!

I couldn't afforded to go anywhere else paid for 3 nights. Crackheads that live there up all night looking to make a buy. I couldn't sleep so they were my entertainment One guy riding on bike looking in folks cars came through 3x's. Then another man came and went througj the garbage dumpster. Then just stood there gor about 30 mins . You think me taking their picture would of encouraged them to leave and not come back...not the case.

About the area it's quite fair, my concerned was it really smells cigarette smoke, car noise, lack of toiletress like toothbrush, toothpaste, body lotion and lastly a face towel. Microwave doesn't heat food. Internet sevice were amazing.

Not clean (bed sheets and comforter with large stains), no fitted sheet on bed, cracks in walls, bathroom fan broken. Walls thin enough that heard car sounds from road and neighbors throughout the night/ morning.

Room was in a very sad state, the receptionist took a deposit for a key and when I returned the key said the deposit was “non-refundable”, only after I insisted he returned it. The duvet was super dirty.

The outside of it looked nice. But the walls were dirty, the blankets and sheets had cigarette burns on them, and when we were checking in there was a guy yelling at people.

It was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The person at the front desk was very nice! There was a hole in the wall that went to dirt people would use as a trash can.

Then a person, very irritated showed up.. asked me for more money as a deposit in cash if $20.. non refundable.. he did not accept a card as I’m used to do this type of business.. he Handed me the key to a room that was in a unhealthy smoking status.. it’s walls transpired so hard the smoke smell that I even cough. I wasn’t able to bring my wife and daughter to dwell in such condition. I headed to the front office to deal again with the irritation and miss treatment of the person in charge. I expressed my concern very respectfully and he offered a room with only one bed.. when I paid for 2 beds.. I declined the offer. He insisted to hand me an air sprayer.. as if that was going to fix it at all.. I declined again and requested very respectfully a refund. At that point I lost any hope that this room was going to work. I would not recommend this place at all.. this people in charge will do a great favor to the city just selling the place and upgrading significantly the management of it. Not considering that the infrastructure really need an upgrade. Specially for a price that is couple bucks away from a prime hotel experience as I experience that very night.

Hotel employee kept saying he was a Christian who can’t lie and that he returned my money to my card. Hotel booking company and bank said that was not true. This hotel will blatantly lie to your face and try to steal your money, it is that simple.

The toilet overflowed and I slipped and fell in disgusting toilet water that leaked all vet my clothes. The staff told me verbatim to get out and that they were calling the police. Worst ever.

Our room is very smell bad! So me and my husband bring our air spray to smell good and fresh but still smell not good.

Well j got there and your app said i was gonna be charge $73 total. But when i got there they charge me 80. Second the bathroom kept overfludding so i ghought i vkulx handle it. Bjt whag really got me mad was there were bedbugz. J killed 2. and i got pictures go prove it..

Will never stay here for the simple fact the owners add their own price for a room key that’s not included with your room and the price u already paid . 200$ for a room with no key card . And their lazy and very disrespectful

First off all room was dirty. Smelled funny.. The tv was leaning ... Chair was dirty. Only one nightstand. Slippery shower.. The worse condition ever. I need a refund but hey my lost and yalls too bcus ur motel and service sucks

When I asked to be moved to a room with a heater I was told they had no other rooms which I knew was a lie. I will not return to this location. They treat hotels.com customers like neglected step children.

This property needs an upgrade! Look, I get it, its a cheap hotel, and you get what you pay for. However, there is a large sheet of plastic over the flatscreen, in addition to the new tv film. I asked at the desk if I could remove them. He told me no, I'm only staying 1 night. Also had to ask for hand towels, as there were none in the bathroom. Thought I asked for her first born. I felt lucky to get just one.

The heater in the room didn't work and when we brought it up to the manager all he would offer is an extra blanket.

So unsanitary there was hair on the bed, bath room was moldy in the shower area, walls were dirty and TV did not work .

The whole room was dirty, dust, roaches, and stains on the sheets. They took pictures to make it look like a nice hotel. The room was way to small there was one night stand in the middle and both beds were 5 inches or less away from the walls. Bathroom toilet was wobbly and there dirt streaks in the bath room.. we had to go to a different hotel because it was awful... this was the worst hotel I have ever been too

Well I guess I don't have nothing good to say because when I arrive to the hotel I see a caple guys smoking weed & drink alcohol on front of the office. so I sed to my wife no way we can't stay on this place, not like that so my kids are so tired I drive all night to get some other nice place to stay

Sketchy neighborhood. We smelled pot from the people next door, smoking outside their room. Dirty towels, questionable sheets, felt unsafe all night. We won’t stay there again even it’s for free. Nice fella at the reception though.

The location wasn't what i expected. Kind of in a bad neighborhood for the price i paid i could of reserve some where near the airport and nicer. However, good customer service.the guy was very nice to call the cab for me at 3am and gave me update when he's arriving. The room overall clean but i just didn't go outside due to the neighborhood

I needed to check in early due to medical reasons, and they were very accommodating. I also liked that the room had a microwave and mini- fridge.

I feel like I overpaid. Even for a budget hotel this place wasn’t great. The beds and bathroom were clean but everything else felt dirty. Check in was efficient but when we had a parking issue I wasn’t thrilled with how it was handled. The TV remote didn’t really work and the WiFi was slow. I won’t be staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay. We were on a family trip and ended up planning an extra day so we had to find a hotel last minute. I'm the type that does a lot of searching before booking a hotel and this was an excellent choice. I was skeptical at first but I don't regret it. Very clean, great service, room was better than I expected, good price, would definitely book again.👍👍 It was better than other more expensive, luxurious hotels I've stayed at.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The room was not as pictured. They used a bogus picture. The was clothes and Towels looked like they cleaned the streets with. We had to go and by lysol and wash clothes and towels. Our door would not close unless we slammed it. Just the worst.

They didn’t want to give me a refund after telling them the minute I got there my room smelled like smoke, huge odor in front of the trash cans, environment is not safe for my family

The towels are super thin, and you get a washcloth. No hand towel. The soap is the little tiny one, that is not replaced during your stay.. so I purchased a bar at the nearby Dollar Tree. There is a chair in the room, and end table but NO desk. This is annoying if you have to work and have work to do. At least the internet is good. There is a coffee maker and mini frig in the room. The AC works well. The bed however does make squeaks with the metal base its on. It would have been great to have a light blanket if you are the type to want some weight on your body. You do get your room cleaned everday. but it seemed a bit haphazard.. one day no towels, another day.. my pillows not on the bed, or not made up at all? Overall, if you are going to be out of the room for most of the day, and just looking for a cheap place to put your head down... Go for it.

I booked on accident, they wouldnt let hotels.com cancel my booking, they were still going to charge me for the night so obviously I had to go, I get there, I hated the area, I get in room, the air/machine wasn't working, the whole face of the machine came off (previously broken) I went in the bathroom and behind the door was holes like someone may have been socking the door to maybe get out? Anyway that should have been fixed before they even put someone in that room, didn't leave me with an easy feeling being there. Not being from the area I wish I knew what I was walking into! ABSOLUTELY WORST $100 I EVER SPENT ON A ONE NIGHT ROOM!!!

The pillows and bed sheets were dirty with strands of hair everywhere, the bath towels had stands on them, the paint was chipped all over the walls, there was a dirty microwave and fridge in my room with old food residue, there was no heater so I lost a lot of sleep from being cold, and I had to kill a roach that was crawling up the walls. I will never stay here ever again!

Great rooms in the middle of the city

The owners were nice, but if you are going to run a hotel/motel of any kind, you must take care of your buildings. The walls and hanging pictures were stained and the room was filled with fumes from their cleaning products. Bathroom door had a hole punched in and I left with irritated skin and a few itchy bumps (my skin was irritated and itchy throughout the stay). The internet was also inconsistent. I have no problem with shady people or shady neighborhoods, I've lived everywhere and I know how to keep it moving...but I at least expected the room to look as it did in these pictures, and I did not receive that. I found hair in my towels and tub. I couldn't use them on my body....nor did I sleep in the sheets (which had a few oil-like stains and small holes). Lastly, I saw a roach on my last day. People, just spend a few dollars extra and book a more decent hotel. It's worth it.

I was positively surprised with the extra furniture (to make coffee and microwave) and the cosiness of the room the small price I paid for a motel in LA. I would definitely recommend this place! Good and safe area as well. Of course it is not top quality but you always get what you paid for, and in that case it is definitely a good price for the value.

My room was close to the street and could not sleep even for one minute as all the day and night there was car noise and other sounds. In addition, the location is somehow sketchy and the price was high and it is not worth it.

No table in room; cobwebs on the walls. Fridge not cleaned. Bathroom smelling of urine. Manager was however very friendly and helpful.

This independently run motel has a family working hard against long odds in a dicey neighborhood. They have taken a wreck of motel and have a work in progress on what appears to be limited funds. If you are a back-packer this doesn't work for you either, the price is expensive for what you get. Better option is a hostel. My small room lacked even a chair to sit on much less a table. Yes a small student size fridge and microwave, one on top of the other sitting on the floor. A bathroom sink at a height that only a tall person could reach comfortably. That said, the motel was full when I arrived and full when I left.

Door had been kicked in, bedding was stained, bathroom window broken. I have no idea why anyone would stay here. It felt unsafe.

It really is just a shame because the owners seemed really nice. The motel is just run down in general. I was happy there was protected parking because the neighborhood is a bit sketching at best. The door to my room didn't fit exactly, it was too small and had about half an inch of open space at the bottom so you could hear everything outside. This was a bit annoying especially because it happened to be raining and there was a huge puddle outside and all I could hear was the drip drop into it...talk about border line insanity inducing. I opted to not shower because the towels were sand paper... It is what it is overall, I needed a cheap place to lay my head for the night, but otherwise....never again.

The check in was not the friendliest. The building had caution tape around it because a car has driven into the side.

It looks like a prison from the outside. Inside the courtyard where the doors to the rooms are located, it appeared that every window had bars and the outside walls were dirty. When we talked to the manager, it was difficult to understand him due his thick accent. We told him we could not stay at the hotel due to the poor condition and wanted our money back. He said that he would do that and gave us the number to call for a refund. Upon calling your company, you in turn, made a call to him and he refused the refund. later. No honor!

Ameen and his wife, Bhakti (I'm sure I butchered their names, ha), are tremendously hospitable. Motel is in historically shady area, however they have made this place a safe-haven for the weary traveler. Recently renovated, I felt quite comfortable, as the room is very private w/large shades in each room - would definitely come here again! : )

We only needed a bed for early flight from LAX, for this purpose it was excellent. Room freshly decorated and clean, beds comfortable, shower pressure good with hot water. Check in staff friendly and helpful.
