Great place for business or family trip. Everything is near and hotel staff are very helpful.

This is a nice solid hotel. Quite good for the price. The heating fan in our room made a lot of noise and kept us awake, and the breakfast was pretty pathetic. Just a credit at their snack bar where they have a few muffins and things like that. Don’t bother paying for it. The room and lobby is nice and clean. Showers are very nice. Views are good. Location convenient.

Hotel is at an excellent location if you're goint to Peacok Theater and/or to see the Lakers. Only downside is they don't have self-parking lot, however they do offer valet parking for an additional fee.

Honestly, everything was fine except the parking lot.

The hotel is beautiful and our room was very nice. Ample size and nice separate sitting area. The only thing was there was no complimentary water upon arrival. The parking was outrageous. Valeting only at $75 per night. That was a lot! But it was very close to our son’s graduation and very convenient to other amenities.

An amazing hotel right next to the Crypto Arena. Amazing staff that were super helpful. All parking at the hotel and nearby are paid parking.

Only problem is late night check ins may lead to miscommunication between staff but overall I had a good experience with the housekeeping, locale, and valet service. It was on the higher side to valet at 62 a night. Perfect for DTLA events!!!

By far the best hotel I’ve been in and I travel for work an have been in many hotel situations. If you want a hotel downtown this is the property to book.

It said family oriented but seemed more like a party hotel. That's great, if you are there for that. I was there for with my 2 small children, one of whom was just discharged from the hospital. I would totally recommend it if you're out to enjoy L.A and party. Do not recommend it with children.

Forced valet parking for $65 is outrageouse but my main thing was that the Room is a weird layout and was so noisy we couldn’t sleep at all. Didn’t sleep. I would never stay there again even for free.

One of my favorite hotels in Downtown LA. I highly recommend this hotel and room views are nice. I always feel safe and secure here.

I liked the idea of $15 credit for breakfast. The Capiccino croissant was very good. Many hotels charge $100 /day for breakfast, and I love your system. Quality breakfast at a reasonable rate. Wish there were a Microwave in the room.

This place was a great find. We stayed overnight in LA for one night after a concert downtown. The hotel was very clean, the staff was super friendly and the hotel was very quiet. We had a great night sleep in the comfortable bed. The room had everything we needed and also very clean. We will definitely stay there again next time we need to spend the night in downtown Los Angeles.

Close to the venue I was visiting There were extra charges like parking, parking tax, city tax, destination fee, convention and tourist tax, ended up paying more than $130 over the room price.

Convenient location by Crypto.com Arena/LA Live for concerts, comfortable room, AC works great during a hot summer weekend Destination Fee didn't include all things advertised on the property policies on Booking.com- wasn't honored even when I showed it because they're "subject to change." It still lists those things inaccurately today: no free skinny pop, welcome drink, free glass of wine/beer...

Staff was great, room was nice, and complimentary amenities were awesome to have. The only thing that was of issue was the valet parking. It seemed like after a sold out concert, they should've been more prepared with the valet check outs the next morning. But other than that, everything was awesome.

Excellent location. Housekeeping schedule was slow. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned even when we vacated our room for the day during their 9am to 3pm schedule.

Great location, right across the street from LA LIVE and the crypto arena! The staff was really nice, and their security team was amazing and helpful when my girlfriend and I had a safety concern off property. The room was clean and possibly my favorite part was literally the shampoo & conditioner, that brand & scent was to die for. I now buy it for myself!! First time I’ve ever loved a hotel shampoo. The food options aren’t to rave, and using the food credit was a bit confusing

Room was not made up when we arrived at about 10 pm. So sent to another room. The next room didn’t have bedding for the pullout couch even though they knew we had 3 guests. Room was nice though finally. Breakfast was nice, too.

The hotel’s location was convenient to the BET Awards at the Peacock Theater that we were attending. The staff was very helpful in getting our room ready when we came early after driving straight from Atlanta to Los Angeles. She even upgraded our room to include a kitchenette. The valet attendant helped me with my bags when he saw me struggling to get my bags out of the car which was very nice. The only downside was that it was pricey, but you are paying for convenience and location.

Clean hotel. Walking distance to LA Live which was my destination. I could see LA Live from our bedroom window. Friendly staff, good service.

The Courtyard was very clean and very comfortable. The only things I wish it had was more robust restaurant or at least warm dinner options, and also complimentary water bottles in the rooms.

Second time my husband and I stay at this place and already booked for our next concert. Walking distance to restaurants, Crypto arena and Peacock theater. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and courteous. 10/10

Location to Crypto was perfect. Room Was recently updated and spacious. Parking was a bit of challenge with valet, but staff were kind and helpful.

The line for the cafe was always long. Wish there was a way to pre-order such as from a kiosk or through an app. My husband stood in line for 40 minutes the one evening. The staff was cordial though and we appreciated everyone's kindness.

One night stay in LA planning to catch the Star Coastline Amtrak train for a tour of the west coast. Nice hotel, felt safe, took an uber to a comedy show. Small dining area as it appears some construction going on.

I really love this hotel, the rooms, the quick and easy valet, and the proximity to LAlive! However, this trip I was shocked and extremely frustrated that rooms were not ready at check in. We spent around $800 for one night and were not even able to enjoy it the full time we were allotted. We were not comped anything or even given apologies.

I don’t see the benefit of the Destination Fee. Valet parking is a bit expensive. Would have been nice if this is free considering it’s a driving state. If not the parking, at least a buffet breakfast to be included in the room rate.

We were pleased with our room but the lack of parking in the area forces you to use valet. Thankfully the valet team was great. I enjoyed our stay but would look for a hotel with parking and or breakfast included.

The stay was amazing, even tho they where going through some renovations, they did there absolute best to make us feel at home, and it was in the middle of la kinda so uber wasnt to much. For the 1st time i felt kinda rich it was amazing.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful nice. The room was big and clean. The hotel is located in a very convenient spot. Even though it’s in the middle of downtown the area at night was quiet.

The friendliness of the staff was top notch as well as the valet services. I forgot my charger in the car and without hesitation, within 5 mins I had it. When checking in my room was not available and the front desk did a courtesy upgrade without a fee. The customer service was exceptional!

Pros: near crypto waking distance, taco trucks nearby. CONS: Surprises fees when you checked out. Valet fee $ 60, parking fee to add with, (like it am I gonna expect elevator fee next?) And here comes destination fee $30, and if you order Starbucks coffee in the lobby, ypu want to pay cash but you are tab to just charged it to your room and violah here comes room service fee. ( you can just order coffee from doordash. There is a parking area just accross $30 flat fee, if you want more security go next block there is gated parking with security $30 a day. The Courtyard Marriot Live LA has no breakfast so dont be fooled.

They only have valet parking at $60 per night. They also charge you $30 a day to use at their restaurant which is a coffee house. When they tell you about it you think they are giving it to you but in the end its a additional charge.

I would have given this 5 stars except for the weird $30 allowance to spend at the cafe each day. The only way to use it was to spend it all at once. Which means you were stuck buti g things you didn’t want or need. Why even do that? It Causes waist and it doesn’t really benefit the customer.

Andrew at the front desk was AH-MAZING! I love how this hotel was walking distance from Peacock Theater and the LA convention center. Easy access off the fwy too!

It was easy to get a taxi/uber from the location. Good dining options in walkable distance. Don't need a car if you're staying here. Gym was good, and getting coffee onsite each morning was also good.

Was at this property for a convention and everything was great! Kind and helpful staff, great location and very accommodating services for our stay, including a baggage check for our later flight. Room was lovely and just as advertised.

Property is in a great location. There were some homeless, one particular sleeping and hanging near the property. Although, he appeared harmless, watching him sleep on the side walk and hang out in front of the hotel everyday is not optimal for guests.

You need to pay close attention to all the incidental fees and taxes. Adds a lot to the cost.

Hotel itself was fantastic! Only negative thing was a $30 charge per day that yielded a few perks, including a supposed $30/day credit to the mini bistro in the hotel, but this was frequently out of food options.

The hotel was nice, its a good location to stay if you plan on visiting different parts of LA and its right accross from the Crypto center. Jist be weary that there are a lot of homeless and the hotel does charge a parking fee of $55 a night ($65 for large vehicles).
