This is DTLA's best hotel experience, hands down. While at the pricier end of the hotel room rates in downtown, it is well worth it. The property is beautifully designed, the staff professional and supportive, the rooms (and beds!) are fantastic, and the restaurants are exceptional. This is a must-stay.

My stay was great after maneuvering the road closures due to an event nearby. The location is excellent; across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The staff was professional and extremely friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the choice of favorite pillow, extensive. The drinks at the bar were on point, with a beautiful view. The breakfast we had was delectable! It was a wonderful stay!

Truly lives up to its reputation as one of the finest hotels. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming from the valet to the front desk and to Raven the pool attendant. It’s a pricey stay but you justify it at every moment you’re there. Location to the Broad, Music Center, MOCA, Dataland and Disney Hall is unmatched.

This hotel is an excellent option for those with a taste for nicer and upscale experiences without feeling too stuffy. A lot of DTLA are hype, trendy, micro-hotel, budget friendly type. Nothing wrong with that. But, if seeking quiet, clean, comfortable, and an elegant stay with all the amenities a 5-Star hotel offers, then the Conrad DTLA is the one. Breakfast was excellent, so was dinner both at the award winning restaurant. The customer service was also excellent. Amazing stay.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff made our trip to LA very enjoyable. San Laurel breakfast was amazing. Valet parking so helpful. Beautiful views. We had the best time. This was a perfectly run hotel.

The hotel was very modern, clean, and safe. Everyone there, the valet, front desk and concierge, and security, were very kind and professional. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are staying in downtown LA.

As soon as you entered the hotel, you were greeted by the smell of cleanliness. The staff were super nice and helpful. I also loved that the hygiene products in the bathroom were Byredo as that is one of my favorite brands!

Modern hotel in the arts district of downtown LA. Started well with an early check in. We had three meals over our 24 stay all well served and very Beautiful roof top pool unfortunately due the topography of the building the sun comes the area mid afternoon. Nothing must be one the. best city centre hotels we have stayed in.

The entire experience from the beginning to the end was excellent. Entire staff is pleasant and helpful, restaurant and lobby bar are great, and lobby and rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Only small complaint is the expensive drink prices, but everything else more than makes up for it.

Service was fantastic, top tier. Room was lovely and had everything you’d need, and if it didn’t, the staff would bring it up within minutes. The view from our room was stunning. Very comfortable room at a great size. The bed was wonderful. Great location and delicious breakfast. The had the room ready for early check in and it was much appreciated. Enjoyed having an espresso machine in the room. The water pressure in the shower can be improved ( the shower itself was nicely designed ). Only have the option of valet parking.

Also the staff and service at the pool were really really sub par. Not very friendly or attentive and took almost 40 minutes just to get a diet coke and forgot our orders for another 40 minutes before asking what our food order was again. The pool manager needs to do a better job running his team, not on par with a 5 star hotel.

Luxe accommodations, amazing staff! I wish the restaurant menus had better kid options and the pool had more towels but those were tiny things. Overall, we were very pleased and comfortable staying at the Conrad! Will return next time I’m in DTLA

Beautiful property. No complaints besides the $300 a night incidental fee. It would have been nice to know about it prior to check in. Heads up regarding an iron and ironing board, they are not located in the room. However, a simple call to guest services and it was delivered. Staff pleasant, clean rooms, beautiful property. I would stay here again.

This hotel is amazing. I travel to LA a lot for work and I had never felt so safe and good in any hotel. The staff is incredible. The rooms are nice and always clean. There are not enough good things I can say about this hotel. I love it very very much. Will be back in a couple of week!

My boyfriend and I stayed in LA to celebrate our anniversary. We booked The Conrad due to its proximity to many places we were interested in going to, its modern vibe, pool, restaurants, and cleanliness. In communicating with The Conrad prior to our stay, I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary. I messaged The Conrad the morning of check in asking if early check in was available and for our room, it wasn’t. BUT they were so gracious to upgrade us to a premium room with a beautiful view that was available earlier as a complimentary upgrade. Thank you so much! We loved our stay and will come back!

The feedback relates to the San Laurel restaurant, specifically breakfast. My son ordered eggs Benedict. The egg white was runny which it shouldn’t be under any circumstances…Our waiter Yasmeen who couldn’t be nice enough said I’ll take it back and speak to someone. She came back and said they told her it’s the way it should be and we have to ask for the egg whites not to be runny. Really! So if I order chicken at this restaurant should I insure to ask if they cook it. The only thing the restaurant did was to take $10 off for the avocado I ordered which makes no sense.

Second time staying here. Wonderful, beautiful, smells INCREDIBLE. Staff are nicer than ever. Two great bars and lots of cozy, aesthetically pleasing spots to sit and enjoy downstairs. Rooms are immaculate, comfortable and gorgeous. See you next time!

Loved this hotel. Great facilities, updated and clean rooms, sublime design, great pool, restaurant was excellent with good service. High quality cuisine. Only negative was the valet parking set up. We didn't realize that nobody was bringing the car up after texting. We were sitting in cold and I finally looked around and realized there was a booth out of sight around the corner with a guy sitting there. There should be an explanation of the level of service when it differs from the norm. It might be because it was very early, but regardless, the attendant was not very friendly and very terse. A huge contrast from the rest of the staff who were great.

Day one we happened upon the room cleaner - she could not have been nicer and really did a great job tidying up. Day two, we came back in our room to change in the afternoon and the room had still not been made up - we put the "make room up" light on when we left for the evening at about 4:30, came back at 11 and nothing had been cleaned. Mini-bar (in a drawer, might have been just a drawer, we didn't verify) had sticky looking residue (again, we did NOT verify) in one of the empty spaces. The restaurant - Laurel room - had good food but terrible service. At breakfast we finally got some attention from a "Wait-staff assistant" who poured coffee but it got cold by the time someone remembered that we had asked for milk, and all this is at $9 a cup Close to the Broad and the L.A. Philharmonic, but in a totally deserted and sad complex with no stores or restaurants nearby.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the valet staff! The facilities were excellent and everywhere was very clean. Would highly recommend.

The property was beautiful and modern. The staff was polite and helpful. Housekeeping was wonderful, room was always cleaned well and turn down service was provided. Comfortable stay. Came for my anniversary weekend and was a little disappointed that even though it was noted by me, there was no thoughtful gesture provided. I know it’s not mandatory but it would’ve been a nice touch.

The first night when we arrived, there was a music festival or concert nearby, and it lasted until pass 12am. We can hear the music rhythm pounding through the room. The second night was better but can still hear light music from the bar downstairs. Avoid living in rooms facing the pool!

While my stay was mostly perfect, I did encounter two minor issues. First, the pool was advertised as being kept at 82°, but it felt much colder, which made it less enjoyable. Second, when I scheduled a time for the Bill person to come up for checkout, no one ever showed, causing a small inconvenience. Aside from these, everything else was top-notch. The service, the food, and the attention to detail made for an unforgettable birthday celebration. I’d definitely recommend the Conrad LA for anyone looking for luxury and excellent service!

My check-in experience was not satisfactory at all this time. After staying in the hotel for close to 2 weeks a couple months ago, this time was surprising. I arrived at the hotel early, and was told my room wasn't ready but they would put a rush on it and text me when it was ready. I was guaranteed check-in at 3pm but even after 3pm i was still left waiting until i had to complain again that my room wasn't ready. I wasn't offered any kind of apology or acknowledgement for the inconvenience.

From the wonderful Israel who greeted us warmly at 3am (our flight was delayed) to Shane the bartender who entertained us with his amazing travel stories. The on site restaurants are incredible. Our room was lovely. We are world travelers and have stayed in many 5 star hotels- the Conrad checks all the boxes! We can’t wait to return.

Across from Walt Disney Concert Hall - perfect location!

I have travel to many places, this place is one of the best hotels I have stayed in the states. Their service is 5 stars plus.

Gorgeous property, stunning rooms, outdoor space, easy parking access, across the street from museums and concert halls. Loved this hotel!

Outstanding service!

The hotel is less than 2 years old and consisted of every modern convenience possible. The food was excellent. And, you can't beat the location--directly across the street from the Walt Disney Concert Hall and caddie-corner from The Music Center. But, best of all, was how genuinely friendly the entire staff were, especially Adam in guest services.

Our room in the hotel was impeccable and luxurious. Staff was super attentive. The only remark is that on one of the evenings we stayed, a driver was making donuts with his car at the intersection of Broadway and 1st street around 12:45am. It was so loud that the noise pierced through our room's double pane windows. Ultimately the cops showed up but the car got away. Hope security cameras got footage of this event.

Was in DTLA for a show at Disney Concert Hall. Hotel is right across the street so it was very convenient to just stroll over to enjoy the show. Also the Broad Museum was one block over. The staff was wonderful. My room was facing east and requested a west facing room and was moved to a room with a great view of the concert hall!

Peacefull

From the moment that the valet attendants greeted us, we felt taken care of. All of the staff that helped us were beyond excellent. They were polite in greeting us and took care of us without delay. The hotel could not have been better located for theater or museums. The room was appointed with everything except drinking glasses ?? We had a wonderful stay.

Noah at the front desk was so attentive and friendly! I appreciate him making my finances birthday even more special. He sent a complemtary bottle of champagne. I would recommend this hotel it was beautiful and so clean. All the staff is extremely nice and make you feel special.
