Nothing at all they should not be renting units I went to 4 different units all four units had bed bugs and I was bitten by the bed bugs the owners still charged me and didn’t seem to care this place needs an inspection by the health department I have videos also

Other than the front desk person being nice I hated everything It was absolutely dirty. There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom of the hotel. I attempted to be refunded cause I couldn’t stay another night however they gave me the run around and I still haven’t heard back. There was also human feces in the parking lot. It’s terrible

Room was incredibly run down. I'm not even sure if this is up to hotel standards. Floor boards were old and needed to be replaced, and wifi did not work. For some reason windows were tiled and missing a tile, so room was cold at night.

Nothing We checked into the hotel on February 14th, but upon arrival, we were shocked to see that the room did not match the photos on the website. The conditions were completely different from what was advertised. Due to this, we immediately decided to leave and cancel our booking. However, the front desk staff told us that they could not cancel the reservation and that we needed to contact Booking.com directly. They also said they could not issue a refund because they did not have the money. Please help us cancel the booking and get a full refund.

Roof leaked over toilet during rain. Slept on top of the bed (not under sheets) and a day later discovered I didn't leave the room alone. Crabs! It doesn't get much worse than that. I don't know how the city lets this place stay in biz.

The fact that after I was Buddha was brutally. Pepper sprayed without any justifications. By the employees at booking.com made it very impossible to help me locate a room so I can shelter myself. I was forced to walk in the rain. Stay in the rain for quite some time. After being pepper, sprayed feeling scrutiating pain in my face. For something that I didn't deserve and booking. A camel in. You even assist me in getting a room. After I have been practically almost wrong. That wasn't cause it's exactly rob. And I'm not as that but d to the pepper spray due to my blindness. Due to the detail, the commotion that it caused to be pepper. Sprayed. My water somehow fell out. Somebody must have recovered it. Oh I have no i didn't have the opportunity to be able to lose some of my water. Because I was completely blind on all the way until I was finally in the hospital, when they began to wash it out with solution and do different techniques to attempt to remove the very extreme sticking pepper spray that I was shot with and my waterllet. I lost the process at. Boogie calm little 2 nothing about the situation and just force me 2 to try to find a way to to get money that I didn't have no more to.How's my cell?Because I was stranded now.Thank you booking.com for that
