Nice place, easy to get to from UCLA. Friendly staff. Loft room was really nice and spacious. On busy street so kind of loud even with a room off the main road. Downfall is no restaurant nearby. Grocery store with in walking distance across the street.

Based on other hotels in the area the price was reasonable. I did pay $38 for parking, but this was also typical for the area. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. I had read about the street noise and came prepared with ear buds and a portable sound machine. I had a good night's sleep.

Overall nice hotel but very busy road so there is not much silence at night unfortunately. I enjoyed the valet there in front and very nice staff.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful, but unfortunately the street noise was loud and we could hear it clearly inside the room. It made it hard to relax and sleep comfortably. The location was convenient, but the noise level was the main downside of our stay.

The small elevator is very slow. The noise transfer between rooms was surprisingly bad. There is nothing in the neighborhood other than a Ralph's across the street.

The room was absolutely clean(floor, sheets, towels). The staff was amazing from the vallet staff, maids, and front desk. They put their customers first. We were on the Olympic side where the noise from the traffic was loud but oddly soothing to sleep. I stayed in a queen room previously, which was spacious, and this particular stay we had double queens and it was comfy! Love the beds and water pressure! It was quiet and we felt safe! Big shout out to the front desk for an easy check in and friendly smiles throughout our 3 night stay!

Old apartment building converted to a hotel. Pictures make it look way better than it is in reality. But good value for the money. Over all positive stay, but their own pictures created a disappointment when we arrived at the location

Regarding the loft rooms - with an upstairs, if you need a bathroom in middle of night, you will need to walk down a spiral staircase. Also, there is only a queen bed upstairs and doesn’t sleep 4 comfortably. There is a queen bed upstairs and a couch that opens up. Location is amazing! Right across st from supermarket that is open till 2 am!! Really close to everything too! Would definitely go back there again.

The staff friendly. Valet parking was secure. The rooms were clean. There is a grocery store across the street and mall around the corner, very close in distance. The young lady that checked us in, Raina was amazing. We had a few issues at check in and she fixed them with no problems. Thanks again Raina!

Parking was easy; valet. Room was clean. The windows were not sound proof and traffic started early, 5-6 am. Not the hotels fault, but the person above us was loud till well after 1 am. So, the floors are thin.

It was fine for a business trip where I spent a majority of the time out of the room. Pretty run down hotel, although seemed to be clean. No amenities (restaurant, food other than a vending machine, gym). Felt safe running outside. The staff was nice.

It's a basic room. Clean, not a lot of room, but if you are just there to sleep and a place to keep your bags. I felt it was very safe aeea and close to much of LA Hollywood, West Hollywood, Century City area. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area nice place, I've stayed twice. Ilike it!

The location is a bit isolated, especially since we didn't have a car during our stay. It’s a bit of a trek to walk to the Century City Shopping Centre. However, there is a Ralphs supermarket right across the street, which made it incredibly convenient to grab supplies. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with reliable climate control and don't mind a bit of walking (or using rideshares), this is a solid choice!

Really disappointed by the experience. Will need to be careful booking via Expedia due to bogus reviews. Very small hotel missing basic amenities and super noisy right on the freeway. Couldn’t get any sleep either of the 2 nights. Small bathroom with wet floors due to shower water coming out

Fantastic stay

However, after extending our stay for an additional two nights, things took a very upsetting turn. Due to a miscommunication, valet apparently informed housekeeping that we were checking out that day when we were not. When we returned that evening, we were shocked to find that all of our belongings had been removed from the room and placed in trash bags behind the front desk. Even more concerning, several of our personal items were missing. The situation was handled very poorly. Staff appeared unsure of what had happened and placed the blame on housekeeping, rather than taking accountability or offering a clear explanation. The following day, I was able to locate a few of my missing items, including my mirror and straightener, but not everything was recovered. This experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and violated. While our stay started off well, the way this situation was handled overshadowed everything. I would strongly encourage the hotel to improve communication between staff and ensure better protocols are in place to protect guests’ belongings.

Parking fee of 38.50 is ridiculous! I made sure I checked the parking rate here before i booked. When I called, I was told it was $20 to park here so I went ahead and booked as I thought that amount was reasonable for Los Angeles rates for parking. The whole reason I’m staying here is my son is inpatient at Ucla Ronald Reagan Medical Center for some heart procedures. Money is not something I have a lot of and having to consider the price to Park is huge for me. I explained this to the clerk when I checked in that I was told it was $20 to Park and she could care less - the fact that her attitude about it was so nonchalant really bothered me. Busy on her phone as if I was interrupting her. Also, the room I was assigned to faced Olympic Boulevard and the noise coming from that street all night was absolutely awful. No rest. I will make sure not to stay here again.

There isn't a pool or rooftop lounge or restaurant or any of those extra features. What it does have is nice rooms and friendly staff.

There were some minor dust and dirt here and there. The couches were a bit stained and a chandelier bulb was flickering, but housekeeping had the room cleaned and the bulb didn’t bother me after the first day. Both housekeeping staff and Raina at the front desk were a great help during my whole stay and very accommodating. There was always someone at the desk and in the parking garage so it felt safe. Was also nice to be across the street from ralph’s and less than a 15 min walk from the westfield mall for dining and shopping.

The room was modern and clean. The only downside was the large windows are quite thin, so you hear the traffic outside and it gets very loud at times; I did find out, once I was checking out, that they do have complementary ear plugs at the front desk, you just have to ask for them.

I have to mention the FANTASTIC staff, especially Raina. I have stayed at the hotel twice for surgery. I don’t think anywhere else would have been so wonderful, helpful, and kind. I truly and honestly believe that. I actually gave 3 stars in the various categories, not because I thought it was a 3 star area; but because I wanted to show how wonderful the employees were. All of the employees, especially Raina are an asset to this hotel and company. I, personally, would write a letter of recommendation to any future employer in a heart beat.

The rooms was very clean

Very convenient to the freeway and Century City shopping. Had to pay extra for parking, the lot was pretty small. We had to walk through the garage to get to the street. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room is clean and they provide free water bottles, which was nice. If you’re staying on Olympic, you definitely hear the street noise. I brought earplugs and I slept fine.

Despite limited amenities, this hotel was great: excellently located, very reasonable price for L.A. and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Westfield Century Mall wasn’t too far with its excellent restaurants, stores and movie theatres. Parking was available on the premises.

OK staff Parking N/A - I had no car. I thought it an odd entry point. There's no main entrance. That door is locked. No shops to speak of nearby and hard to access on foot because of 6-lane Olympic Blvd.

The information about this motel was very very misleading. Pictures were definitely. Not accurate. While checking in the female staff was very rude. Was old. Said it was recently updated. I don’t know what they consider updated but definitely not the lighting was very bad in the room the showerhead was broken or messed. Something was wrong with it because water shot out everywhere carpet was dirty not worth the stay was so very disappointed in hotels.com felt very misled and deceived by the information and pictures about this not even a hotel but motel.

Our stay would have been absolutely perfect except for two items that were overlooked when preparing our room: 1) the shower curtain was missing and there was no drain stopper for us to take a bath instead. (We noticed it at a time we wanted our privacy rather than having someone come in to handle it.) 2) the refrigerator wasn’t cold and we were baffled trying to find the controls. To their credit, the front desk staff were suitably apologetic when we communicated these at checkout. One suggestion to hotel management. Several reviews have mentioned (negatively) the noise from Olympic Blvd. Hotel management is evidently aware of this, since rooms away from the main drag can be chosen for a higher rate. We weren’t bothered by the traffic sound, but the hotel might consider installing sound-dampening blackout curtains. They’d be expensive but worth it in guest satisfaction.

TV was not operating properly. Unable to watch anything.

Spacious, beautiful interior design, and nice view

There were very limited supplies—barely any shampoo or towels—and after check-in, nothing was replenished. No towels, no shampoo, no conditioner. The entrance was also inconvenient, coming from the side through the parking garage, and there wasn’t even a proper lobby. Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. I only stayed because the booking was non-refundable. I wish I could give 0 stars—this motel would have been a much better choice.

The staff was very friendl and the rooms were very clean. However , the photos of the exterior are deceiving. We were placed in an exterior room, no sleep due to all the traffic streetside/highway and you could hear all the foot traffic in the rooms above.

We had a flood in the room the last night from the rain coming in through the wall .

For the prize, the room was OK. The challenges are the maintenance of the property. It’s old. The properties in the back are sort of rusty and rundown a bit dumpy. There is a tremendous amount of road noise. There’s zero amenities, but it’s very centrally located.

I absolutely loved the room. It was perfectly clean. The bed was beautifully made. I got an upgrade to a loft room which was so welcome after the week that I had. Everybody was so friendly, from the gentleman in the valet, to the front desk people. The hotel is simple, but was exactly what I needed. It was close to an event that I needed to attend, and rather than drive back home to the valley, I stayed in Century City. It was the perfect decision. I would absolutely stay here again!

The first room had so much road noise that I couldn’t go to sleep even though I used a white noisemaker. I requested a room change which was granted, but the second room didn’t have a refrigerator which I needed for medicine. Once again the staff was accommodating and moved a fridge into the room the next day. The next day there was yellow caution tape all up and down the hall because the carpets were wet. Not sure why, but not so great for mold. There were no fans going to dry them out.

Staff were all great, very helpful and kind. The bed is very uncomfortable, the room was pretty dingy, missing crown molding in spots, the flooring chipped and stained, the carpet stained.

The staff were extremely accommodating with my late check out needs and extending my stay. The guy at the front desk with the glasses and the valet man as well were extremely patient, kind, and thoughtful. The hot water in the water machine in the lobby wasn't working. The vending machines could have had some more breakfast options like RX bars or oatmeal as well but that wasn't really a big deal. The room furniture could have also been arranged slightly differently to have a desk area separate from the television. That desk set up felt a little crammed.

The location was excellent - easy Uber from LAX and near my doctors appointment. I only came in, slept, and left, but the room was comfortable. I appreciated the noon checkout so that I didn't have to carry my luggage to my doctors appointment.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient part of LA. Staff were all very friendly. Hotel was clean, rooms were large, and beds very comfy. Had a cool old art deco Hollywood vibe. Stairs right in the lobby made it very easy to skip waiting for the elevator. Had a very good time and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay! My boyfriend and I loved it! The two floor suite is definitely worth it! Clean and modern and cool. The staff was kind and understanding. They also allowed us a late check out upon request. We are in Los Angeles often we will come back again for sure! 😁

Staff were great. I extended my stay and they made that easy. The rooms are in an old, old building that has a shiny new (internal) face. Large rooms, recently redone, though with the original old, cheap looking infrastructure. One bed and the wall had blood? ketchup? smears on them, which is just kind of a yucky reminder that others have been messy there and cleaned up after. The room was right on the street and the street is loud.

Like!!! The room stunk and whole place was terrible. The woman at the desk was super helpful in getting a refund along with customer service at Expedia. Don’t stay there!

A few of the light switches appeared to do nothing and the phones in the room did not work. So, I had to physically go to the front desk to file my complaint. There was nothing the attendant could do about the phones, and the light switch situation was inconsequential. The attendant offered to change my room. I thought that was nice and accommodating.

Staff was super kind and helpful, parking attendants were all friendly, and the hotel was quiet. We stay to visit our daughter at UCLA, and we used to stay at Hotel Angeleno because it’s a shorter drive, but Century Park was so so much quieter. Definitely with the extra 7min to get to campus.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room decor was very nice. Towels were great. The bed luxurious. The loss of 1 star is because the pillows are way too hard. I couldn’t make a dent in them with my head so I had a terrible neck ache all night and morning. I would stay again and bring my own pillow. Otherwise they need to invest in one small soft pillow in each room.

Noise from the road unbearable

Adorable room, all the amenities, helpful staff, comfy bed. We stayed here while exhibiting at the Beverly Hills Art Show in 2025, and loved it. Westfield Mall is a half mile away with many dining choices.

Original room had a broken AC and they fixed the situation quick by getting us a new room right away.

I come to LA twice a year to go to Cedars Sinai and I've stayed in the hotel several times and it's been consitently great. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is old and quirky, but they do a good job of making sure it doesn't feel run down. I love being able to walk to Century City Mall, there are so many food options it's very convenient. There's also a grocery store across the street, also a bonus. I can't understand why this hotel doesn't get better reviews. Also the loft rooms are really unique, very cool. It's also a very short drive or uber to the hospital if that's what brings you to LA. Of course I am going to complain about having to pay $37.50 per day for valet but that's anywhere in LA. I'm surprised LA doesn't charge you extra to breathe. You have to pay for parking everywhere you go and you will not find a decent hotel with free parking, not in this posh area anyway! The valets are always super nice and I've never had to wait more than a minute or two for my car. Also, even in calculating the cost of the valet, this hotel is still about half the price of the double tree next door.

The hotel over charged for a night of parking and there was no live agent available to dispute or discuss the charge with and the agent at the main hotel number simply refused to help.

I enjoyed it's old, classic build structure and feel (like from the 1960's/50's and earlier).

The location was perfect for us, and felt it was a great deal for the price.

Staff was nice and checking in and out was also great. I was only there a night and definitely wouldn’t want to be there any longer. My room faced the street and it was extremely loud and all night. The surrounding area isn’t great so not a good place to walk anywhere. It was good for the night

The hotel itself was fine. The room more than met our needs, and we were very happy with the place for a one night stay. In fact, the room was quite nice. We did not have a car, and that makes getting places tough. An arrival after 8pm, and all the restaurants nearby (which were at the mall, closed at 9. There is nothing in the immediate area, so forget about a night cap or late dinner if you don't have a car, or expect to walk somewhere. One of the CSR's did not seem to know of other restaurants other than the ones at the mall. The staff was very accommodating though on giving us a late check out. So, overall, a good stay, and the flaws we found were more with the area than the hotel.

Needs more upkeep

Overall, the experience was subpar, and we will not be returning. The one positive was the gentleman who checked us in, Daniel ,he was super sweet and welcoming.

I found both staff and the room to be absolutely fantastic. Modern features cleanliness flatscreen TVs fireplace. My only critique I have and this is not necessarily catered to the hotel, but that in staying in a loft space there is no restroom in the upper area so that if you need to go to the bathroom for example in the middle of the night, you have to walk downstairs to get to it

The hotel was so convenient to the Century Park bldg and close to shopping mall. All staff members were so nice and kind. The room was quiet and comfortable except (1) no refrigerator and the staff brought it that had condensation noise all the times, and (2) I heard a tread from ceiling at 3 midnight - may be ceiling was old & thin.

location works for me really well first nice was good but second night was SO LOUD I COULDN'T SLEEP A MINUTE ALL NIGHT. Slamming door and people stomping so loudly that the bed literally shook

Reasonable Hotel with on site parking.

There should be some breakfast offerings, perhaps a voucher for "The Bistro" next door. Also, the current way of entering the hotel isn't very presentable.

The room needs updating. Refrigerator was luke warm at best. The bathroom was decent but needed more toiletries. The lock didn't work. The noise was awful. I mean scared us in the middle of the night awful. Concierge oh wait what Concierge? When inquiring about the advertised breakfast, we were told to run across the street. Will not be back.

This is a basic hotel, nothing memorable. It is however clean and staff seems responsive.

Hotel has really nice room, we were 4 people and our stay was very confortable, recommends this hotel, very modern suite. They also received a package from Amazon and keep it for us which not all the hotels do.

Other than lukewarm fridge, everything fine. Exceptional with Rayna at front desk and housekeeping. Definitely would recommend.

Stay was good for a cheap hotel, area within walking distance wasn’t great but there was a grocery store right across the street which was convenient. Listing said there were laundry facilities available, but none were present at the hotel

This was our third year staying here and it never disappoints. No amenities really, but that doesn't matter if you're looking for a clean space with friendly staff. We will be back again!

We liked that it was on a small scale and remodeled but the pictures were deceiving. The loft bed was absolutely horrendous. The couch was old and the pullout bed was terrible. The people who worked there were very nice. It’s a cute place but not comfortable, not one bit. I would never recommend because not one of us 3 could sleep.

There was still a lot of noise from cars, even though we paid to be on the quiet side. The staff we met were very kind, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean.

Very happy with my stay. Hotel looks old and quite standard, but (at least) my room seemed to have been remodeled and modernized. I was very pleased.

You can smell weed all over the place. The night staff is very rude. You can here people upstairs dragging furnitures and making a lot of ruckus.

Overall, great stay in the loft suite. I appreciated late night quiet hours, the attentive housekeeping and valet parking. Conveniently located on Olympic, close to century city, and midway between hollywood & santa monica. I’d probably stay again.

It was clean, well appointed and easily accessed. Staff was friendly helpful. We needed a hotel that was close to Cedars Sinai, where we could feel safe, and rest. Nice part of town as well.

Hard to sleep because our room faced a very busy street with really loud cars racing periodically throughout the night. Staff was excellent and the hotel itself is clean and nice.

Might want to warn people staying street side how loud it is. Also, some signage inside the rooms about the water being free and using the call buttons Cute space, though, and the beds were super comfortable.

The only CON was that my AC was broken and it was so HOT! I asked if they could fix it and the issue was never rectified.

I think the highlight of this hotel is that it does not feel like you’re in a hotel. It feels like a small apartment.

We stayed two nights to attend a graduation. We found the beds And room to be comfortable. Everyone we encountered during Check-in.Check out and the valet service all very nice and helpful. Having the grocery store right across the street was also convenient.

They don't have a dining room for breakfast, but there is Ralph across the street. And yes, it's not quiet. Even if my bedroom was off Olympic on a side street, the car noise with the tires hitting the road concrete joins was present. I sleep with ear plugs so it didn't bother me. In summary I'll go back, i slept well and it's close to the office i was going to.

Olympic is pretty loud but other than that it's a nice hotel

We got stuck near this hotel after my car engine overheated on our way back to Arizona. The front desk staff was so helpful, helping us extend our stay and remain flexible. One gentleman also helped us find a reliable mechanic that same night. He saved us! Other than the service, the rooms were really nice and clean, the bed was so comfy. Good for the price!

A nice hotel. While there is nothing immediately nearby, it is conveniently located and only a 3 minute drive to a mall. room was a little noisy - I paid for an upgrade to not face the main road but noise from it still filtered into my side street room. Rooms were clean and everything worked well. Parking attendants were friendly and available 24 hours a day. Beds were comfortable.

Check in was easy and the front desk associate was professional, friendly, efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great vibe. I’ve read other reviews that the loft is great, but going to the bathroom in the middle of the night is daunting. I couldn’t agree more. Really appreciated the loft feature, but nit in the middle of the night. Otherwise a great stay, would definitely stay there again.

Great for proximity to UCLA, clean, efficient. Hotel is on a busy street and sound-proofing not great in rooms facing Olympic, but ok if you’re a sound sleeper

Behind a bland exterior this hotel has very special rooms. Loved my loft with two story windows, comfy llounge and separate bedroom. Friendly staff. Only issue is street noise--it's abusy road.

Hotel was a bit tired and decor felt cheap. Staff was very nice. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

We did not stay at your property as we had asked to cancel our booking. But we were told that as it was from Expedia you would not be able to cancel. Which was a bummer.

The staff are very nice, very helpful.. Especially the Valley people and front desk.. i Really recommend it ..

The staff were very professional and attentive.

The hotel is cute, but on a very busy street so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The refrigerator in the room was not functioning. Guests above us were very noisy, and a call to the front desk at 2:30 in the morning did nothing to resolve the issue. And be warned that valet parking is the only option; no self park. Honestly I will try another hotel the next time I am in the area.

Great location and room was in great shape

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The only thing that I didn’t like was that it is very noisey on the Olympic St side. I’m not sure if the windows are double pained.
