The property was very modern and the aesthetic was very good. My room was beside the street so the car honks was very loud and disrupted my sleep. Also the building doesn’t have a pool for the amount of money charged I expect to see a pool. The food menu at the restaurant was very limited.

Burton House was such a great refuge from the noise and craziness of LA. For the price, it is definitely a hidden gem. The property itself was adequately maintained and modernized. We only stayed two nights but were surprised by how comfortable the experience was. It almost feels like a boutique hotel rather than a converted extended stay. We had a King Studio Suite and enjoyed a very comfortable bed, great couch that doubled as a sofa bed, and a very nice bathroom. Secured parking is additional, so buy it with the booking through hotels.com otherwise it’s $65/night. The valet can get backed up during peak times. Just fyi, Hertz rents cars out of the secured self parking garage. Going up to the roof gives direct access to the hotel.

Very dissatisfied. From start a $64. Parking fee its ridiculous. Secondly we were awaken at 3am due to a fire alarm. I have a hard time walking and I was forced to use stairs from 6th floor. I’m in a lot of pain and did not enjoyed the stay. Thirdly when we checked in we were given a standard queen bed room when I paid for a Kimg Deluxe room. We had to go back down from 6th floor to ask for a king room then they moved us and we headed back to 6th floor. In general very disappointed!

Very much enjoyed this hotel for my family of 4. From a very easy and quick check-in - to a very spacious and cleanly room! The room was very quiet and we all got amazing sleep! Everyone we encountered was professional and very courteous. We will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was excellent. Everything a little pricier than I am used to pay, but it is LA and the food was very good. The waffles and bacon especially were just like my mom made them. Could use a wider selection on the menu though. The staff also very professional and attentive. Will definitely come back. Thanks! The menu could have more variety. Would have loved a made to order omelette for instance.

Such a charming Boutique style hotel, not to massive and still it felt good. We loved the artsy and elegence of it all. We LOVED the decor and the cleanliness was excellent! My husband and I both agreed that we'd definatly stay here again! The parking costs are ridiculous, that should be a lot less no more than $50 it taps into what were able to do while vacationing.

I appreciate the staff at the front desk, but I have to give FELIX a 5Star rating. Not only does he help me fully when I stay there but he remembers all of the things I like (the style & location of the room I like etc…..) when I show up , so I do not have to explain anything when I arrive, he also , always greets me with a big smile and says my name, as if he is truly happy to see me. It makes me not book at the other hotel that I use to stay at before staying at this location a few years back. Thank you FELIX and staff for making me feel at home anytime I visit. PS. I love that you offer NETFLIX as well. 😁

Noise from the street from cars, loud AC, thin doors and you hear every sound from the hallway. The front desk staff had poor communication on how and when we can change rooms and ended up not being able to change our room due to some "policy reasons" despite still room availability, showing this hotel does not care about customer experience much.

Downsides -- not enough drawer space for three people for a fur-day stay. Our reservation was ffor 3 people but only 2 chairs in the room No Desk. In the 1 besroom suite, the sole bathroom was only accessible through the bedroom, not from the living room. There was a separate compartment for the shower and toilet, but no door!

Everything was good with the hotel only things that’s there was a lot of police staying here. Can be a good and bad things depends on you. The self parking gate is messed up and they don’t have parking like that.

Our two bedroom two bathroom suite was wonderful! Very clean and freshly remodeled top to bottom. Even the showers in the bathrooms were brand new, which wasn't shown in the photos on this site. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I'm a pretty tough critic on matresses. My only gripe is regarding the in-room Keurig machines and Green Mountain coffee pods. But seriously, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a while

The room was spacious, clean, and had a really nice view. The location is ideal if you need to be on the west side. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-In/Check out was a breeze. My ONLY complaint was there was no glassware in the kitchenette. Otherwise, its got what you need for a hotel stay.

it seemed like every time i turned around there was another fee for something. 60 per night for parking when the room is over 200$ a night. i had two cars and 2 nights it was almost as much to park the cars as for the rooms which is rediculous. a guy in line when i was checking in was upset because they dry cleaned his gym shorts. he was asking the clerk who dry cleans gym shorts? and they were charging him extra for the cleaning. the internet said they were pet friendly but then they charged me 150$ and a 20 something dollar fee for the dog. not a deposit a fee....the dog didnt make any noise or mess. so overall the place was not worth it.

We had a really nice stay at the Burton House. It has been recently renovated, and the rooms and lobby felt super modern and comfortable. We stayed in a King Suite with our two kids. We had enough room, and the kids were very excited to be on the pull out bed!

The parking is expensive at $60/night, which feels userious as all the street marking nearby is metered or permitted. Good value for a couple of nights as the rooms provide space to spread out.

The hotel has been nicely remodeled, clean, quiet and staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby area was nicely laid out. Our one complaint is that while it is billed as a suites hotel with kitchenet, there were no glasses, silverware, plates, etc. provided - just four paper cups and some paper towels. While some of this was probably available upon request, the suite should have at least been stocked with water glasses, wine glasses, and coffee mugs. Also, with only two elevators it can be a bit of a wait when things are busy.

I only stayed one night and they have a very nice lobby designed for socializing or relaxing outside of your room. The room was spacious clean and I would definitely consider returning or staying for a longer visit if needed. So close to everything in Beverly Hills without being in the thick of it. Parking was a breeze.

The room I stayed in looked EXACTLY like the photos I had seen online. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly. I had a few packages shipped directly there and had to leave my bags to be watched before my late night flight after I had checked out. No Problem! I had a late night cocktail one night and it was a great way to wind down and wrap up my day. I will definitely come back and stay again.

Great hotel!! I loved my spacious and quiet room. I would go back to stay here. Loved the convenience of parking on the same level as where my hotel room is so I can just walk straight to my room close by. Love its location too.

Very convenient with parking right at level of room. Felt safe and comfortable. Rooms were very well designed and spacious.

We had a very nice stay. The rooms were clean and quiet and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The valet guy was great. Front desk was adequate but when bar is closed front desk should be able to sell a bottle of beer. Other than that Hotel was exactly as expected

I loved the contemporary feel. The area to the left is a little dirty, but a twenty minute walk to right and you’re in the heart of Beverley hills. Staff was super helpful and rooms were tidied perfectly. Would recommend!!

Parking is very confusing, inconvenient & expensive. Ramp goes up is narrow & circle around until you reach the 5th floor. No other exit! You can’t park when you check in unless you have a room key or valet park your car.

Hotel was very nice and in a great location. My only issue was breakfast was hard to find. Nothing in the area, including the hotel, opened till 7 or 8am.

Great room, clean and new

we booked with complimentary buffet breakfast, but due to the change they gave us $10 voucher that's after we asked them. Each item in the menu was at least $20 and there were four of us. We sat and ordered food and it took soo long to come and they brought one dish after 20 min they brought other dish.

The hotel was in the process of finishing up the remodeling of the rooms on the first floor. One elevator was not working for the first day and the working elevator was very slow. The hotel was in the process of changing the floor levels. Floor 1 was changed to floor 2, floor 2 to floor 3 etc. They posted some signs, but it was still very confusing and at one point our room key did not work. They did advise us ahead of time the issue with the key. However the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was good-they could have a few more items. They only had valet parking because of the remodeling. However, they charged self-parking fees not valet fees. There was only one valet attendant and he worked very hard to get your car in and out. The location of this hotel is excellent. So all in all, I would recommend this hotel because the issues will all be resolved once the remodeling is complete.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, even got me into my room for an early check in. The room was modern and clean, very comfortable.

All the staff was helpful and cheerful; from the valet, check in desk people, etc. The continental breakfast was kind of simple/ limited/ bland. It wasn't bad; it just was not spetacular. Some breads, bagels, muffins, cereals, coffees, yogurts, bananas, hardboiled eggs.

We loved our stay at the hotel, they gave us the newly renovated room at 7th floor. We got a great view of the city! Very accommodating staff too. I dropped my earring in the sink and they helped us retrieve it. ♥️
