Cleaning service guy I think his name is something he’s a really cool sweet man I’ve been the owner is a very on top of his game and his wife is a very polite. Overall, the staff is great. I love the way they’re so laid-back and accommodating to whatever it is that you need no matter what it is.

I did not like anything about that place That we had cockroaches and the people nextdoor were loud and banging on walls all night until the morning shouting till morning.

Let me start off saying dont come here run dont look back, the customer here horrible, rude and disturbing. The room omg disgusting, there was whole on the bed sheets, i asked for a smoke free room didnt have one (when i made a reservation i selected smoke free room)the staff keep spying on me creeps. Wholes and cracks on the wall and floor, the towles didnt smell clean, I asked for my deposit back didnt want to give to me. And cleanness none what so ever very gross, i couldnt believe that there was a microwave outside

The check in was impossible to see who you were talking to through the little window. Could not hear or understand the people on the other side of the glass. Bed spread had cigarette burns. Toilets were dirty. Felt extremely unsafe, left after 4 hours

El peor hospedaje en el que he estado. La habitación olía a húmedo, pedí zona de no fumadores y las personas alrededor fumaban mucho. Reclamé al encargado y me dijo que si no me gusta que me vaya, solo me quedé porque estaba muy cansado, eran las 10 de la noche y conseguir hospedaje en sábado a esa hora en Los Angeles es complicado. El aire acondicionado sonaba muy fuerte y ni siquiera enfriaba. La televisión no servía. Una pésima experiencia en general. No lo recomiendo y no volvería jamás. No esperaba un 5 estrellas, pero la verdad que es fue demasiado malo, y tampoco fue barato, he estado en mucho mejores hoteles por ese costo.

Uncomfortable when I check online said room with jacuzzi an wasn’t saying with microwave and the microwave is outside in the middle of the complex I didn’t sleep until I got super tired after 1 am because the person on second floor was walking back and forth their boots sound like a horse on my roof

The room was deluxe but there was nothing deluxe about it. The door for the restroom was barely able to close without hitting the toilet,it had no lock on the door either.

This motel is not worth more than $40. There were ants, burns in the blankets, other bugs and the floor, and the shower water didn’t get warm. The staff was difficult to understand and rude.

Upon arrival hotel staff was difficult to understand the staff member through the window. We did have two vehicles and the staff did not have the extra car towed, which was nice of them. The room had the bad odor that comes with cheap rooms like these. The bed was basic and had some stains below the sheets. One of the pillows was stained, we requested another and thankfully they gave us the extra pillow and blanket. The blankets did have a bad odor as well, one that makes you question how they clean their rooms. The room only provided us with one large towel and one soap bar. When asking for another they said they could not give towels at that time. The bathroom was decent and the shower did have hot water. Overall would not stay at this place again, thankful we did not find roaches.

Booked a room and was told I wasn't able to check in because there weren't any rooms available. Orbitz gets a 1 star rating as well as they wouldn't refund me. I've been using Orbitz for years, but no longer will be after this incocident.

Staff was very helpful. No frills motel. One of the lowest priced in area. The premises was very quiet. We had a relaxing time.

The location isn't the best... The front desk man wasn't particularly chatty or welcoming, though he was efficient - no problems at all. We went to our room. No Soap, but when we asked for some, housekeeping was very friendly, apologetic, and prompt to bring plenty. The room was very comfortable with new paint, linoleum, tile, shower fixtures, and luxurious linens. Although the area outside the motel is somewhat questionable, we turned up the a/c and got very comfortable sleep. It seems like the current management have made a lot of recent upgrades.
