Reviews
The hotel is praised for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Its central location and free parking are also highly appreciated. However, some guests have complained about thin walls, small pillows, and lack of washcloths.

The room was clean, bed was comfy and it was spacious for the whole family. And most important was the adequate parking garage. We requested an extra bed and my Mother said the sheets doesn't smell good.

Everything was good except.. Make sure to check everything they deliver to your room. They accused us of breaking the iron table even though we never even used it. They delivered it to our room and we left it standing next to the door. After checkout we got a message saying we broke it and we need to pay for it. There was absolutely no proof or any evidence showing it wasn’t broken before delivering it.

Free parking which is amazing! In LA it’s so hard to find a place that includes parking! Rooms were nice and clean!
- 4/5
The room was decently clean for the most part, staff was friendly and the information they provided was direct and easy to follow. Room and facilities were old but well kept. Overall very good! Air condition worked great but loud. Room window was left opened, presumably to let the smell of cleaning agents air out. Resulted in a few bugs flying into the room. Wasn't a big problem though. Facilities are showing its age but still completely useable.

We enjoyed our night here. The lobby is inviting and the reception staff is very friendly. The building looks recently renovated as do the rooms. Free parking in the garage is huge in LA. And the location is close to the freeway and not far from cool neighborhoods like Echo Park and Los Feliz. I would stay here again!

My first time staying here about a couple years ago, I really liked it. So for the second time, I booked a room in this hotel again. I still have positive experiences with the staff and the hotel itself. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Los Angeles.

Aventura was a pleasant stay. The check in was easy and the staff was extremely friendly. The room and the property was clean and exceptional for the price. The area can be a little on the rough side but the property has security and free parking which felt secure and convenient. I will return when in the area.

My favorite hotel in LA! Clean, modern hotel and the staff are amazing. DO NOT miss the Guelaguetza restaurant down the street. Will always stay here when I'm in LA

The penthouse bathroom was clean, but the bathtub was too high and difficult to get in and out of. It also had no safety handrails. Parking in the underground garage was a much appreciated amenity.

- 4/5
The staff from the desk clerks to housekeeping were very nice. There is covered parking and a security guard which is nice as the hotel is close to downtown. The only issues were the amenities. The bed pillows really small) the size of couch throw pillows ) and there were only 2 on each queen bed. No microwave, and I have to ask for face towels and an iron and ironing board. The lack of the microwave was worse. The AC kept the room cool and the mini fridge worked well too. Not bad, but would have been much better with a microwave, full sized bed pillows and face towels.

Comfy bed with clean room. And free parking is PLUS!!! We will come back again on August 😃

Hotel lobby and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy. Great stay, highly recommend!

It was a great stay! Booked for 2 nights and it was smooth check in and out. The place is located in the middle of every good places to shop, dine, and touristy spots (about 5-20mins away from everything even the airport) which was our goal. Spacious room and clean bathroom. You’ll always have a space to park for free. Looking forward to stay here again when visiting LA.
- 5/5
It was lovely and very clean. There is a security guard there as well, but even without that, everything felt safe and comfortable. Would absolutely stay at the Aventura again.

Everything was fine, having free parking was great. Beds were comfy, but pretty narrow though - I had 2 double beds for a family of 4. Need to remember to book rooms with bigger beds next time.

Clean, staff, private parking, nearby stores and restaurants. There was a power outage on the first day of our stay, so some guests had to stay in the lobby area. I understand that this was beyond the hotel’s control; however, it would be helpful if there were at least a standby flashlight available in every room for emergencies like this.

The hotel is good for sleeping. It has no amenities. There are cafes withing walking distance. It is not located in the best of areas in KoreaTown. The staff is excellent, the room was nice with limited electric outlets. Okay place to sleep but not much else.

Absolutely everything is amazing here, from price to cleanliness to the staff. Compared to other LA hotels, great value and stay !
- 3.5/5
Nice location with restaurants in walking distance, and easy road access for drives. Parking is available pretty much whenever. Clean rooms and fair facilities. The wifi is slow and unsecured even with a password provided, there's just no way to use it. The elevator can be a bit slow at times. No hotel breakfast or anything of the sort, and no water bottle filling areas so finding water is an issue. Noisy area but not the worst either, very room dependent.
- 4/5
The check in process was fast and easy. Parking underground was well lit and safe. Air conditioning worked very well. Pillows were too small. TV worked well. Shower and soap conditioner shampoo were good quality.
- 4/5
Staff excellent, loved the included parking in the basement garage, room was clean, loved the direct route down Olympic Dr straight into downtown by the arena and convention center. Water pressure in the shower was just ok, restroom was clean but a little worn. I would definitely stay again at the price point, but definitely a fairly basic hotel and not the nicest surroundings. But great for economic rest and good access to LA.

Stayed in the Queen Suite for 10 nights. Spacious bathroom and large soaking tub, nice full kitchen with a small balcony. Free underground parking is a big plus!

The room is sparsely furnished, doesn’t have the amenities that you did expect for a couple, such as two bedside table with bedside table lamps. only one bedside table, and no lamp. There is no bedside table lamp, so you have to use the ugly bright ceiling light when you’re reading at night, then get up and out of bed to switch the ceiling light off. There was foreign hair on the bed. But we were so tired and wanted to go to sleep, so we just dealt with it by disposing them, The bedsheets are pilled (see pic), the pillows are lumpy, and the bed is squeaky. There’s no comforter, only a cheap polyester bedspread with a cheap microfiber blanket underneath. Location/parking is convenient, but you can hear the street noise while sleeping because the windows are thin

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I booked this room because of connecting rooms as advertised. We have a toddler and paid extra to get connecting rooms so that we could enjoy a getaway stay. She sleeps in one part (pitch black) so we can enjoy on the other side. That was the plan and I spent hours looking for this specific feature. When we get there the staff tried to tell me that I was not only not getting connecting rooms, he proceeds to print me a paper and highlights the words “connecting rooms” but tells me I am misunderstanding the definition of it. He then proceeds to tell me that I would need to pay another rate to get the actual connecting rooms and that I do not know the layout. What a scam of an advertisement. Also, obviously I don’t know the layout of their hotel or rooms! Their staff could care less about our concerns and did nothing to help our experience. I asked to talk to a manager and there was no manager on site. They give us a coffee machine to use in our room but wanted to charge us $2 for a bottle of water to use the coffee machine. Everything was such a rip off. All he repeated was sorry and did nothing to resolve our situation. Mind you the hotel was pretty empty. If you falsely advertise at least correct your wrongs and give us the rooms as advertised. The parking was tiny and gross. Poor laundry and service ladies working in horrible conditions with no sunlight. Room was tiny and not proportionate.

Terrible stay during our Thanksgiving trip. Dirty bedsheets in both rooms 504 and 507, plus a roach in 504. We had to leave close to midnight for a clean hotel. The manager on duty refused any compensation, then ghosted us during my second call. We eventually had to get Expedia involved to secure a partial refund. Full Story: We stayed at this hotel for our Thanksgiving trip, and the experience was awful. In room 504, even after staff changed the sheets 2–3 times, there were still long hairs in the bedsheets. The other night, we saw a roach running in the bathroom that quickly escaped under the sink. The front desk moved us to room 507, but that room also had hairs on the bedsheets. Close to midnight, we had no choice but to leave and find a clean hotel. What made it worse was the manager’s response. When I contacted the manager, William, he refused to offer any compensation for the nights we had already stayed and even said something like, “We don’t know if what you saw was a roach. There’s nothing I can do.” When I called a second time to discuss the issue further, he ghosted us—put me on hold for 15 minutes and never came back. I hung up and asked my husband to call; he picked up immediately. In the end, I had to ask Expedia for help (luckily I booked through them), and they finally got the hotel to partially refund one of the two nights. Overall, the hygiene, service, and management were terrible and ruined our holiday.

The staff was lovely. I didn’t expect much at these prices. They have nice touches like the Nespresso machine that you would find at upscale hotels. Room was spotless. The old adage does not apply here you get a lot more than you payed for. The only thing that I would suggest is that you bring your own pillow. At these prices that’s the least you can do. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, not something you expect staying in the city. I have to come back to Los Angeles and will definitely book again. If you’re worried that you would find a crappy hotel at this price point. Book the room and you will be pleasantly surprised, just like I was.

Parking was easy. Did have some little flies in the hotel when we got in but not too bad. Super clean and service was great.

Clean nice stay and very friendly staff. Excellent parking. However the room on the 2nd floor had thin walls so you could hear conversations in the room next door. So they changed us to 3rd floor rooms which were quieter. They should amend policy to provide free bottle of water every night and not just on the initial night. Also should install a safety box inside room. Overall decent stay.

The room was very clean, but it was lacking some conveniences like having to request hand towels and wash cloths from front desk because there weren't any in the room.

The blanket was thin and not up to the standards of a hotel. Free parking was not bad, but the open garage without any security gates did not give us confidence that our car would be secure. Overall not worth the price charged for a hotel. More like a motel.

Very average hotel in ktown. Full size bed. 3 deflated pillows. Sheets looked and felt used. Room was damp and had a weird smell. Window was left open. Only 1 outlet by the bed. No iron. Hotel doesn’t have a lil shop for snacks drinks or toiletries. BUT staff is courteous and nice. Hotel lobby clean and smelt great. Free parking was a plus.

Great hotel, clean room, friendly staff. Free water bottle, shower supplies. Room has fridge, hair dryer. No microwave, iron. A/C & heating work well. Can walk to nearby restaurants. Parking was free, but it may be hard to find a spot late at night after an event.

Super-friendly staff but room was just OK. We had room that was adjoined to another and we could hear the people talking in the next room and I assume they heard us too. I put towels in the large gap between the floor and the door to minimize the noise. My biggest complaint is the A/C unit. The temperature fluctuated a lot. We went from too hot to too cold all night long. The room looked clean, but the carpet was questionable. Maybe it was the color choice, but we didn't dare walk around the room without shoes on because it looked dirty. Parking was great. In downtown LA parking is impossible, so it was great to have that under the building and free.

Excellent and affordable hotel for a short stay in Ktown. I would recommend wearing earplugs as the walls are quite thin, however overall a great option. Free parking onsite is heavily utilised but there is also street parking as well.

I found this gem two years ago and have been coming here ever since. My husband and I wanted a hotel close to Universal Studios for Halloween Horror Nights and in 2023, finally found the perfect spot. The staff is friendly, the location is perfect, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the price is extremely reasonable. I love it here and will continue to come back every year!

I love Aventura Hotel, its always my first choice whenever i travel to LA for concerts.

It was clean and spacious.

Every time I come, the staff is so kind and nice.
- 5/5
It was wonderful place for staying in LA. It was perfect clean to the room and also bathroom and any furniture. The gym was also nice to work out there. Cause, the conditions were clean and diverse tools. The staffs were very kind and polite. So, it was easy and comfort to ask anything and get an informantion.
- 5/5
The staff was great and hotel was clean.
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay in LA, everything is close to the hotel. Good restaurants, good stores. 10/10. The room was very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Best hotel in LA.
- 1/5
I booked two rooms and traveled for 20 hours to get there, only to find out upon arrival (at 1 PM) that there was no running water in the rooms until 6 PM—something we were never informed about in advance. Despite this, the hotel still want to charged us an early check-in fee, even though the rooms weren’t fully functional. When we returned to the hotel at 7 PM, we were told we’d have to wait until 9 PM to get hot water. I was completely exhausted and had no choice but to take a cold shower, which ended up making me sick for the rest of the trip. Really disappointing, especially considering how great my previous visits were. I hope the management takes steps to improve communication and service.
- 4/5
I stay at the Aventura regularly when my work takes me to downtown LA. The rooms are always extremely clean. The parking is free and off the street, which is a huge bonus for me. The front desk staff have always been polite and helpful. I don't always sleep well in hotels but I do at the Aventura. It's a great value and comfortable.

The reason I like this hotel is because there is FREE PARKING. Plus the front desk is very nice and helpful and the place is very clean. There are quirks about it, but I really don’t care because the rooms are clean and nice and easy to check in. In DTLA not only are the hotels more expensive, the hotels charge $45-65/night for parking, plus “resort fees” that are often not disclosed until check out.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Perfect!!
- 5/5
The hotel was perfect. Easy check in ad check out process. Hotel staff was friendly. Not much variety to eat around the area.
- 1/5
The receptionist was very helpful during check-in, which I appreciated. However, in the first room I found a small bug and hair on the pillowcase, and more hair under the blanket. After I notified the receptionist, they moved us to another unit, but I again noticed hair on the bed. While the staff was polite and responsive, the cleanliness standards need serious improvement.
- 5/5
Polite staff, parking available, clean room and convenient location.
- 1/5
Check in was easy staff very friendly, the lobby looked nice but as soon as you get to the hallways the place is nasty and smells really bad .
- 5/5
Great place in Koreatown
- 5/5
Love underground parking garage
- 4/5
The rooms are nice and the lobby is well appointed. The interior courtyard structure gives everything a bit of a motel feel, however, and can get pretty loud due to echoing. Staff seemed nice but room service failed to provide fresh towels or remake our beds for the duration of our stay (2 nights). The location in K-town means easy access to what that neighborhood has to offer (mostly Korean restaurants and shops) but that's about it: anything else requires an Uber or figuring out the bus system.
- 3/5
Listing says 'queen' sized bed, but they are not. They are more like a double. Pillows are small. But I very much loved the shower and how clean everything was.
- 5/5
From check-in to check-out, all my interactions with the staff were wonderful and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. Love the underground parking garage option. Plenty of options for food and shopping within walking distance. Would stay here again, if I’m ever back in L.A.
- 4/5
Staffs are kind and effective.
- 5/5
Absolutely comfortable, clean and convenient option close to USC. Staff was wonderful, free parking was extremely valuable and felt incredibly safe. Will stay again for sure.
- 5/5
I stayed here for 3 nights for a concert an for was super convenient!! The area around is little rough but nothing I couldn’t handle. There’s a cute cafe a 6 min walk that have yummy coffee!! The parking garage was well lit and had plenty of spaces. The room was also comfortable. I would stay again, highly recommend.
- 5/5
This is a wonderful hotel! The staff are absolutely lovely and it is in a great central location. I was in town for a concert at BMO stadium and even with traffic it was only a 20-25 min drive (which for LA didn’t seem to bad to me)
- 3/5
Good hotel, only problem I have is the bed was full size instead of queen which is what I paid for
- 5/5
One the best hotel
- 4/5
Good place to stay not to far from BMO stadium.
- 5/5
A gem in LA. No frills and a true value. Highly recommended.
- 5/5
I chose it because of the parking
- 5/5
Thank you everyone who assisted us.
- 4/5
Great hotel. It has a parking garage which is nice given the area surrounding is a bit rougher.
- 5/5
This place doesn't have fancy things, but it has all the things I need. The room was clean. The ventilation was great. The fitness center was relatively big. The only drawback was the lack of a microwave oven.
- 3/5
Room 319 was quite nice and spacious. In the common area, there is only these cheap plastic seats to sit on. Definitely more can be done to improve this area as it look a bit chincy
- 5/5
Really enjoyed
- 5/5
I needed a room for tge night because I am sleeping in my husbands hospital room at Cedar Sinaiabd beeded a good nights sleep
- 4/5
Good overall but the area is a little bit dangerous
- 5/5
Great stay can’t complain great rooms great service definitely would recommend and will stay here next time in La
- 3/5
Great location but don’t expect 3 plus stars experience.
- 4/5
Definitely appreciated the free parking in the guarded underground lot.
- 5/5
Lovely stay, the amenities were easily accessible! The only inconvenience we had was one elevator, but at least it was spacious for our entire party of 5 to occupy together with our luggage. The area is also very close to Koreatown Plaza and other eating/window shopping areas. Felt very safe staying here, especially with the free parking and an elevator that takes you to be the parking garage!
- 4/5
Rooms were very noisy at night between neighborhood and surrounding rooms. Bed was lumpy and pillows were not comfortable.
- 5/5
All the staff at the hotel were super friendly and polite. The room was very clean, and it was attended to each day (a rarity these days). The property was centrally located. We particularly appreciated the on-site, off-street complimentary parking!
- 3/5
My stay was okay, we stayed one night. The staff were nice and friendly. My only complaint was the beds were not comfortable.
- 1/5
Dirty place, not updated
- 5/5
My second time staying here. I knew what to expect and it was exactly what I wanted . Fast check in, room as described, easy access to area around. Definitely friendly staff. Recommend highly and I will surely be back again.

- 5/5
Bed and pillows were very comfy. I slept like a baby. Very friendly staff. Free parking is a plus.
- 4/5
Good location.
- 3/5
The best thing is the free parking.
- 5/5
Ultra clean, ultra quiet, good location and friendly staff.
- 4/5
We stayed on the 3rd Fl, which has a beautiful outdoor courtyard. It’s great for getting fresh air without LA noise. The room was newly renovated where everything works well. Lots of restaurants nearby, but you need a car. I’m giving it 4 stars because they don’t have breakfast.
- 1/5
Didn’t really enjoy my stay at this hotel I wouldn’t recommend it I had to get a new credit card after it was missed you by staff there please be careful with the front desk staff there he is a very racist as well
- 5/5
Great location. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Lovely property in a quiet residential area of Koreatown. Friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food nearby, and 24h security guard for those unsure of city life. :)
- 5/5
Very clean, staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.
- 5/5
The hotel is very clean; reception is attentive; has security.
- 4/5
Good place to stay. Staff is friendly and felt safe in this are as traveling solo.
- 3/5
It’s a nice hotel with great self parking. The rooms are ok.
- 4/5
Good location for USC parents. Hallway carpets and walls were showing wear. Polite staff and free and convenient parking but not a lot of other amenities.
- 4/5
This is ours repeat stay. We like the hotel cleanliness and staff attitudes. The area is in middle of Korea town but also next to shady neighborhood. This time, everything was good except i can't get an ice bucket in my room.
- 5/5
the staffs are helpful.
- 4/5
Front desk is a nice girl but a young staff guy we met at the elevator is not friendly or no greeting at all. Everything is fine but the old sheet needs to replace with the brand new sheet cuz it's kinda rough not smooth. Overall is ok.
- 5/5
staffs are kind.

Pretty good

I am not super picky when it comes to hotels. I need it close to what I am doing, safe and clean. I got this hotel for a conference at Loyola Law and it was the best rate within a few miles. I really like this hotel. It is just off a major street but you dont get the noise from it. The bed was nice, but the bedding was fab. Super soft flat sheet and a very soft fleece blanket instead of the usual hotel cardboard. So it wasnt heavy but was very cozy. The shower was roomy (i hate any hotels with curtains anymore and this had a glass partition). The stairs were easy to access ( i dont use elevators, so I look for smaller hotels and easy stair access) The staff were very friendly and everything was easy peasy. I would def stay here again.
- 5/5
This is the best k town hotel.
- 5/5
The Aventura Hotel property and staff were excellent. The open air entrance to the rooms was a different experience, but not negative in the least. The rooms were very clean and the accommodations were a great value. The area of location was a little concerning to my wife, but we did not have any issues. Night Security on premises. Secure parking garage under location. Overall, great experience. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Mucho ruido de los inquilinos toda la noche
- 5/5
Friendly hotel staff, super clean rooms, plenty of dining options in walking distance. Great spot to stay overnight if visiting LA for a concert or show. Hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us with our Uber Eats delivery.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Quick check in, friendly staff, room was good with a big roomy size restroom
- 5/5
Safe place. Good parking garage
- 4/5
I really enjoyed my stay . Check in Was Welcoming and Easy .Free Parking was very convenient and my favorite part of this hotel . They had security so I felt safe with just me and my daughter . The only downside is that the bed felt like a full size instead of a queen . If I was with another adult I would get two beds . Other than that it was PERFECT !
- 4/5
Everything was good except bedding, specially pillows
- 4/5
I had a pleasant stay overall and was satisfied with the hotel’s amenities and service. However, I did experience some discomfort due to the noise coming from the refrigerator in the room.
- 3/5
The room had a smell and the soundproofing was poor, so it was noisy. Overall, the hotel was just okay. The only good thing was that parking was free.
- 4/5
Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is ok, they remodeled it so the interior actually ok. It’s a whatever neighborhood but you get free parking. There may be a chance the parking garage full. The only thing bothered me what the thin wall, especially from upstairs. I also heard person from next door snored. Other than that, everything is fine.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The area is quiet and there were no distrubances, but like many areas of LA a bit of caution is good, in particular if you are alone. That being said, I loved how close it was to many good restaurants and cafes and had no problems getting around. Will definitely consider it as an option again next time I visit LA!
- 5/5
Polite helpful staff, clean rooms and free garage parking a plus in this town.
- 4/5
i check in late around over 11 pm, front desk needs to more kind answer, and uniform ...... little more clean
- 4/5
Probably was nice. Wish they had like a microwave in the rooms or breakfast.
- 4/5
Hotel was great. Area around was very basic. Not unsafe, but not attractive. very less dining options. Rooms were great, staff was very friendly. They didn’t have creamer in the room. Had to go to lobby to get it, they didn’t deliver to the room.
- 5/5
Very nice! Would stay again!
