The staff was wonderful to work with and very understanding of my situation. The room was clean and with kitchenette, perfect for a long term stay. Pool and hot tub were clean. Also near grocery store and other places.

Decent hotel with friendly staff. My room was in the newer building, and it was clean and mostly nice. The breakfast buffet was better than expected. The HVAC system in the room is loud. The balcony is inaccessible (one has to move the work desk to get through), minuscule and has no seating.

Far enough from the road that it's more peaceful love relaxing at the pool and then the fire pit before calling it a night. Every employee is friendly and the breakfast is always on point.

A very clean and bright place for a short or extended stay. Large rooms and kitchenettes and an ample hot breakfast bar. A bit tight on parking spaces so if you return late from dinner you might have trouble finding a space. The grounds are lovely and it exudes peace and quiet while actually being off a very busy road.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from the front desk staff, particularly the representative who was working. Her demeanor was completely unprofessional and unwelcoming. When I tried to ask a question, she responded with heavy breathing and long, unprofessional pauses ("uhhhs"), making the interaction feel awkward and rude. The front desk staff lacked basic customer service skills and manners. To be frank, I have received better service at a fast-food drive-thru. This kind of service reflects poorly on your business, and I hope it will be addressed to prevent future negative customer experiences.

This property is nice, has a great location, and is quiet. Check-in was excellent. However, it seems to be understaffed. We tried to get some towels, but received no answer, so we had to ask for them in person at the front desk. Additionally, housekeeping room cleaning was minimal; they missed one day, even though we had requested it, and the carpets were dirty.

The breakfast was amazing!! The room was outstanding and my family and I enjoyed our stay!

The place was quiet and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly with helpful suggestions about the neighborhood for shopping and dining. The room was quite big with everything in the kitchen so you can cook meals by yourself. It’s just like an apartment. Walkable distance to Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Safeway etc shops for everything you need. We like it, but only one thing needs to be careful: don’t get into the shower tub until you have warm water coming out because the shower head can’t be moved from the top.

Negative: The hotel website state that it was fully renovated in 2024. They probably did some touchups but overall the hotel is outdated: very noisy and dysfunctional AC, old showers, old carpets, old appliances, old and small towels. Service: front desk staff are very nice. Housekeeping (brief refresh) is only once in two days and "cleaning" once a week. The room did not feel clean. For the price we paid we expected better Housekeeping.

One bedroom suite is an excellent accommodation. The staff is extremely helpful. This is a perfect place for an extended stay.

I like this hotel a lot. I always stay here when I am traveling to the Palo Alto area.

I thought the staff was kind and accommodating . My problem was that they pump fragrance intro the air in the lobby and hallways. I’m sensitive to smells but my husband isn’t and both of us woke up with headaches . It’s impossible to keep it from the rooms . We would have to cover our mouths and noses walking in and out of the room. These fragrances are no joke . They are not safe for humans. I dare them to post the contents of the fragrance in a public place . It’s just horrible .

I usually stay at this hotel when I come down to that area. It's a nice hotel.

I requested a room on the first floor because my daughter was having surgery and wouldn’t be able to walk far… they put us at the end of a long hall on the second floor. then when I asked to change rooms the stated they were sold out for the evening… I checked the properties availability on Expedia and there were multiple rooms still available .. i spoke to the front desk again to no scale. I ended up checking out and going to a different hotel

We have to ask 4 times to get the towels that was huge inconvenient every day

Omg! This place has amazing breakfast. I don’t think there’s another breakfast that is more satisfying than this place! Also room is comfortable and spacious. It was clean and the staff is so friendly. Highly recommend!

The sheets are rough and the door is very heavy and slams loudly. We were kept awake early Sunday someone was moving out and slamming the door for couple of hours. They need to make the doors close slowly. Also the hotel is behind the Toyota Research Center. When you pull in there is no obvious sign where the lobby is.

Amazing stay

Toilets in room Number 159 needs all new mechanism inside of the tank. The rubber stopper kept allowing water to seep out. Tank kept refilling making noise, which was annoying. also, sometimes the metal arm inside, wood catch, not allowing any water to refill the tank at all. Ida at the front desk was phenomenal in her friendliness and service. Very accommodating throughout our accommodation.

There was a surprise $24 a night parking fee even though the hotel was half full amd there was plenty of parking. Not much you can do after you've driven 250 miles to get there. The air conditioner in the room didn't work and the front desk's response was "it's old". No attempt to fix it. Watched a maintenance man waste hundreds of gallons of water washing down the sidewalks even though it had just rained. Other than a good breakfast, an underwhelming experience and a waste of money.

I have been Marriott Gold member for years and I have never been to a Marriott that was so outdated that the A/C could not go below 72°F because the individual systems began to ice up. I have a medical condition that requires me to keep the temperature below 70°F, otherwise my feet and hands burn horribly. There was nowhere on this or Marriott's site that states the rooms were locked at 72°F. This should be noted so guests like me can avoid them in order to sleep and keep my immune system up. I spent the entire time in a hospital with my father and I was going on very little sleep because I was in pain each night. Management was notified and they did not do a thing. I asked if I could move to the Residence Inn less than a mile away and they never responded.

Well maintained hotel in a good neighborhood

Room description wasn’t clear but the studio and 1 bedroom are similar in size. The only difference being the layout where there is or isn’t a wall/door partition that separates the sleeping area. Otherwise, seems to be the same room so get the 1 bedroom if you need the privacy and if you’re by yourself, the studio might be better choice since the room feels more open. Other than that, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Has a full kitchen with sink, electric stove, fridge and utensils. They also serve complimentary breakfast for the guests too. Would definitely stay there again.

I turned down vehicle parking which was very expensive (additional $24/day). But I still get charged for it despite telling the front desk during checkin and upon checkout.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean, perfect size for family with kids, close to stores and restaurants.

Our room was not cleaned even though we requested it twice and were told it would be. We also did not get toiletries in our room (soap, lotion), and when requested only got the lotion. There was also a musty odor in the room and no towels at the pool. At breakfast, not all the tables were cleaned, they ran out of plates and seemed very short-staffed with long lines and wait times for food which also was not very good.

Like hotel and location, been there several times in the past. People working there, very good! Like closed garage. One of reare places that allows pets and have very nice courtyard for quick morning bathroom walk. Hotel needs some TLC ASAP. Visible deterioration over last few years. Carpet and sofas needs cleaning ASAP.

Not trustworthy. They did not honor my booked and canceled it exactly the same day that I was ready to check in despite of taking the charging amount out of my account 4 days in advance, causing lots of mental and financial damages.

Stayed here for a week for business travel, love the big rooms and quiet neighbourhood.

Very nice area. Check-in was easy and the receptionist was super friendly. The room was very nice and accommodating. Really enjoyed the space and wish we could've stayed longer.

the breakfast was not hot and a microwave is provided in the eating area to at least heat up what you are going to eat

-The air condition was very loud -The fire detector went out during the night for no reasons. -The bed was small queen , too small to fit 2 people and way too soft. -The sofa bed was not have sheet or any thing cover , have to ask housing keeping and make the bed by myself

The grounds are well kept and clean. However, the service was lacking quite a bit. I was put on hold for 10mins when i called about a faulty shower head. It then took 48hrs to fix so i spent 2 out of my 3 nights holding the shower head while showering.

My go-to hotel when I am staying near Los Altos. I like everything about this hotel.
