Sunday breakfast was superb". 10 out of 10. Friday night dinner was awful: 3 out of 1. Billed as an Indian dish, it was almost tasteless; chicken was overcooked. Sauce remained uneaten. Amazingly bad.

Overall hotel was nice, clean and great location. Signage out front was misleading for parking, said complimentary parking but it was only for restaurant. Then the check in staff wrote our room number down and couldn’t even read what she wrote, it was so messy.

Stay was excellent. Room was clean and housekeeping cleaned up the room in a timely manner every day I stayed.

Great staff: engaged, kind, and professional. The food in the restaurant was quite good. Rarely do I leave reviews, and when I do they are typically negative. Not this time. Great value. Did I mention the comfortable beds! Yes, book this property.

Our room was newly remodeled and exceptionally clean, which made a big difference in the overall comfort of our stay. Everything felt fresh, modern, and well-maintained. It was clear that great attention is given to both the guest experience and the quality of the property. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Marriott to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. We will definitely be coming back!

I was impressed with the facility, the room, the experience - mostly. They had everything I might want. The "mostly" is things like wanting to take advantage of their little convenience shop, but having to wait in line to figure out how to pay for the item, so I bailed. Not a big deal, but not good. The room had just a whiff of staleness/moldiness when I first walked in, but it dissipated when I opened the window (which, thankfully, I could do. Some places you can't.) The moldy whiff I mentioned above. I would appreciate knowing how to handle resources like your little store.

My only suggestion would be to offer guest fresh coffee in the am. They have Keurig in the room but we like to get out of our room and sit downstairs and have our coffee. For this reason I would not stay here again and go to the neighboring hotel that offers this.

Our one night stay at the Courtyard Palo Los Altos was overall good. The rooms are a bit small. Initially we were put in the wrong room but the front desk staff corrected this and were friendly. The breakfast buffet is not included fyi but they do give you a 15% off coupon. There is an underground parking garage for guests which was convenient.

Everything was very nice and quiet and provided cool amenities like happy hour chips and popcorn. It seemed very family friendly as well, I will definitely be back.

This is a very clean and convenient property. We were visiting friends in Los Altos. It was easy to get up every morning and run/walk down Los Altos Avenue to the village (1.5 miles) for coffee and treats. As a female running alone in daylight, I was safe and there were other people out walking or running. During the school year, mornings would be even busier with the elementary and junior high schools on this route. It is also very easy to get into the property from El Camino Real, and park below in the garage. Easily able to get a parking space close to an elevator. The restaurant and bar were hopping every evening, and the outdoor seating area for the bar by the pool was great. The fitness room has good free weights, treadmills and they work! Staff is very nice, warm, friendly. We missed the happy hours but it looked like they had popcorn and were busy. The first evening we arrived, they had an outdoor trivia night which was well attended. Our room looked like it had been recently remodeled. Good bed, comfy sofa, microwave, small fridge, Keurig in the room. You could easily walk about a block to a Safeway store, and a little further to get to Trader Joes, Walmart or Target in the vicinity of El Camino and San Antonio if you needed anything. Would definitely stay there again.

This is definitely the best hotel we have during the whole half month roadtrip in California. The location is wonderful, only few minutes to grocery, pharmacy, and Stanford University. Around ten minutes drive to near shopping mall and restaurants. Easy parking and nice pool, my daugher enjoys the warm pool everyday there. The other best service is the laundry service, we can do our laundry in the hotel and really convenient. Staff here are helpful and friendly. It's my best memory in Mountain view!

The room was basic but very clean and the cleaners did a wonderful job during our stay. Parking was FREE (totally unexpected), safe, secure, convenient and easy - very important for us as we travel. Will definitely be back.

Needed one night in Palo Alto close to Stanford. The room is large and clean. There is a small fridge and a microwave. The bed was a bit too soft for my preference. They have lots of undgroud parking with a card access for the guests.

I was very pleased with the hotel. Clean, modern and up to date. Having to travel alone for the first time I felt safe. It offered everything I needed and more.

Room was nice, elevator was out of commission. No fee parking which was really nice. One drawback. No complementary ☕️coffee☕️ in the lobby. Every hotel I’ve stayed at has had ☕️☕️coffee☕️ service ☕️ in the lobby for its guests. Not here

Lobby under construction. Temporary front desk in dining room was awkward and hard to find.

This is a very nice, quiet, and clean hotel. They seem to be doing some construction or remodeling to the front of the hotel, but signage was helpful. I liked that I was able to park my car safely in the unground garage and easily take the elevator up to my floor. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, but it's very convenient. The room was very clean and smelled nice. Huge TV, several streaming services. I liked that there were plenty of outlets and charging stations in the room. The bed was super comfortable. Large bathroom. I think the best part, for me, was how quiet it was. No traffic noise, no noise from other guests or housekeeping.

The breakfast menu was a special treat; very nice!

It took too long to have hot water. I would turn on the hot water and then have to brush my teeth and hair before it was even slightly warm. Also, the lobby is under construction, so there was noise in the front of the hotel, which lent to a very less than satisfactory atmosphere. The one really nice thing was that they offered pizza and popcorn at 5 PM for the customers.

Professional and friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. A great gym and renovations/updates to the property are in the works.

A lot of bang for the buck at this location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant turned out an excellent grilled salmon and steamed vegetables dinner which I had in my room (no room service but they text you when your meal is ready to be picked up at the bar). The hotel does a very good job all around.

Our room was infested with ants. Also we were here for a soccer tournament and the staff could not keep up with anything. The breakfast in the morning was so slow getting to us that we were almost late for our game. More than 30 minutes to get our French toast!

Nice pool area with two hot tubs

My only complaint is the walls were paper thin. The gas next-door party late and woke up early partying and that’s not acceptable on a Sunday morning at 6:30. Also, I am still waiting for my 200 deposit that was taken on the 31st and tomorrow is the fifth. I get that it’s a holiday. I also understand that Properties, bank and bank properties and someone getting interest not me. I will think twice before putting down a deposit.

Worst part is only two bottles of water was provided. when ran out, it will cost you $3.85 for one (1) extra bottle. What a riffed off.

The only thing that it needed was the free breakfast every thing else was perfect.

And this hotel does EV charging right. Plenty of Tesla and J1772 chargers, no app or necessity to get them turned on.

Everything about this property was wonderful, i woukd have given them 5 stars if they would have had our room ready at check in time. We got there past check in time at 320pm and was not checked in until about 345pm.

We had a very quiet, clean room on the first floor. The room had been renovated and was quite comfortable. The common areas are tired and need renovation. Only complaint is that the breakfast was very expensive - $18 for two cappuccinos with a tip.

AMAZING! Staff was so sweet and kind!!! They even wrote my husband a personalized handwritten card for his birthday!

I have been staying at Marriott Courtyards for probably 25 years or more. They’re always fun and have a good breakfasts

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Everyone was so accommodating and very nice. From the front desk, waitress/waiters, to the bartender. It was such a relaxing 2 days. There was a gentleman who was sitting at the bar there that asked if he could play the piano, and he sounded so good. We enjoyed our stay and would come again:)

Coffee machine and microwave are broken. Air conditioning is for cool air only. I stayed there on 12/2 - it's a winter day. The blanket for the sleeping bed is too thin. I was too cold to fall into sleep.

Loved that there was no charge for parking. Nice underground parking garage felt safe and comfortable. Disappointed in need to pay for breakfast. Room was nice but small

The breakfast service of the property is substandard.

I liked everything. The pool area and comfy sun-chairs, the dozy bed and all the room amenities, the cleanliness of the whole facility, the free snacks (pizza, popcorn, chips)...The only thing I didn't like was a $200 deposit (for one night) that isn't refundable for 5-7 business days. This was excessive. Otherwise, I'd happily return.

The staff is incredible. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The restaurant had really good drinks and the tuna tartare was everything. 10/10 would recommend, i look forward to my next stay here.

This is a very nice hotel. The room is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. A refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker are included, which is very helpful. The room have a very comfortable chair-and-a-half with an ottoman -- a very nice spot for watching TV or reading. Much better than they typical hard straight chair that might be in other rooms around a table. A pleasure to be here.

We love the Courtyard Marriott Los Altos Palo Alto- they have an awesome staff that remembers us each time, it’s quiet and always comfy.

The overall stay was very good, the room was clean and the service staff was friendly. One thing that needs to be improved is that the garage is not gated and outsiders can easily enter the hotel which is a concern for security.

This is a lovely hotel. Small, but very comfortable room with a small refrigerator and a microwave. I had a lovely dinner in the restaurant even though I arrived fairly late. The facilities are fairly new and very nice. The only problem is security. Anyone can get into the parking lot and take the elevator to any floor of the hotel — no key required.

We only stayed for 1 night so didn't really explore the hotel that much. But the room was clean the bed is soft. I had a good night sleep. So I'll give it two thumps up.

Also, I requested a towel and extra coffee the night before and called the next morning and never got them.

Everything was great except we asked when the restaraunt opened for breakfast on Sun day and we were told by woman at the front desk- 6:00 a.m. We called down to the front desk Saturday night to confirm that the restaraunt opened at 6:00 a.m and we were told it was. We came down Sunday at 6:30 a.m to find the restaraunt doesn't start serving until 7:00 a.m. We tried to give the guy at the front desk feedback so that he could share with staff that they give out accurate information and he didn't seem to care.

Had a great stay. They had deee pizza and popcorn which was a nice treat for the kids before taking a swim. The staff was nice and the place was clean. Our room was clean as well and comfortable. Would stay here again

I liked the stay I was skeptical with noise but staying here you hear noise but it’s not bad at all. It’s a safe area it was clean I felt at home in my stay and it’s close to everything your in the middle of everything I’d return again.

This is a great option around Palo Alto area if you don't want to pay through the roof. It is very conveniently located if you are here to visit Stanford, Sand Hill Rd, etc. It has a great unassuming restaurant with American fare and fully stocked bar and lots of areas to sit around with a notebook and work. Highly recommended and great value for money.

We loved this hotel! First impression upon walking in, large spacious hotel with a great vibe. A nice restaurant to eat and a Starbucks in the same area. a bar with plenty of tables and tv’s to enjoy a cocktail (& complimentary drink tickets upon arrival). Pizza served at happy hour along with chips and popcorn, and ice water always available. This hotel is big, rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable and it’s quiet. Free parking available in the parking garage, and staff allowed us to check in early with our large group and was very accommodating. The rooms include microwaves and fridges, as well as keurig coffee makers which the housekeeper replenished. We didn’t use the gym or pool but they are available … some decent restaurants available nearby, we loved Gotts down towards the university, which this is located about a mile and a half from.
