Great quiet property

The room was clean. The furnace/AC is loud whenever it’s on. The breakfast is getting worst though, no coffee cups at the coffee station and food are just stale and dry.

Is very dirty, stinky like mold and asbestos everywhere, Noisy and very dirty, We booked for 4 days we only stay 1 Could not stay another night my wife got serious breathing issues soar troat, I did feel the same way, the room is very outdated looks and remind me my grandpa assisting living place, Lights on this room was turning on automatically with out any one touching the switches, For all the money this company charge for staying is a big rip off 250 per night 12 parking fee a day And if you bring pet is a $500 pay for the pet Breakfast was not good, So make Story short I check out early and I will never ever coming back to this hell place Not worth even free staying, I rather stay at circus circus hotel like.

Always love the suite very spacious and clean. Everything there is perfect except the pool and jacuzzi the water was milky and dirty.

The hotel is dated, it’s definitely in need of a facelift but the employees were nice.

The bathroom sink area was dirty. Looked to be toothpaste splashes on the mirror. Maid service came after requesting twice the following day and still didn’t clean. We have our dog with us and took him outside while they supposedly cleaned but they only did bare minimum. We rented a suite which had a broken dishwasher. The dishes in the cabinets had food caked on them. The pull out bed smelled of urine! Was unable to sleep on it. However they had no problem charging us $ for pet deposit. Signs were posted to pick up after your pet but there was poop all over the grounds. It wasn’t picked up the entire time there. I would no t recommend this place.

Staff was amazing!

The elevators are filthy. The first room we were given smelled like a chain smokers house …. The second room they gave us had a chemical smell and three or four flies in the room. It felt very dirty and rundown will never stay there again.

The property is so old and dark very depressing ….. I had to pay for the one night couldn’t cancel so paid and went down the street !!! I would not stay even one night ….. I felt like a senior citizens old old age home horribly…. And the staff was t very nice either

We had a great one night stay due to our electricity being out at our house. Needed a dog friendly place. This property could use a paint and face lift, but it was clean and comfy and the service was impeccable. The woman who checked us in was beyond helpful and accommodating to our needs. It’s labeled continental breakfast but to our delight it was a full hot buffet. Get there before closing because they do close on the dot! Bed was super comfy and the temp in the room was perfect with AC. Also, didn’t hear our neighbors at all!

I like it and will be back to staying in the area again.

This property is run down. The curtains were ripped, the furniture is outdated. They really need to renovate and change the carpets. I asked for non smoking and it smelled like cigarettes

We took our dogs out of the room at 0900 for the day and thus requested housekeeping services. We came back at 7:30 pm and no one had been there.

It’s clean People eating n drinking by pool and I can hear noise from upstairs n next to my room so hard to rest

Parking charge was not explained nor were we told to put the card on the dashboard. Fortunately I saw it before I turned in.

It was an acceptable place to stay. Clean if a little old looking. They were very accommodating about early check-in after a cruise. The pool and hot tub were great. The only bummer was how uncomfortable the pull out was. Get the multiple real beds or be willing to share is my advice. Breakfast was well done and clean.

It’s a beautiful property and the room was large with a full kitchen. Just didn’t care for the $10 a day fee to park.

Room set up was what we needed, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Breakfast was decent. Outdoor area was well maintained. The first room we were in had a broken lock. We were told that engineering would not be available until the morning and we were offered to switch rooms. We did so and the 2nd room had a strong food smell. After a full day of trying to air out the room ourselves, we were offered a fan. Housekeeping brought us a pan vs a fan. The shower head was clogged with calcium build up so the water flowed sideways. The WiFi and cell coverage was basically non existent. I was attempting to work from the hotel and was consistently dropped from calls. At one point I was walking the parking lot while on a call trying to get coverage. The room felt dated.

Staff was very professional including the cooks for breakfast. I felt at home during my visit, will repeat stay if I am ever in the Seal beach area. All the staff deserves a raise

The property could benefit from some updates, as both the rooms and restrooms felt quite dated. I was hoping for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience overall. Additionally, there was a strong, unpleasant odor upon entering the building, which set a negative tone from the start. Overall, the stay was just ok.

2bdrm / 2bthrm. Living room with pull out couch. Full size kitchen. I absolutely loved this place. The price was on the heavy side. But with the space and privacy they offered, it was worth it.

It was ok experience here.

The grounds were pretty. The staff very friendly. Walkable to restaurants. Costco gas nearby. Never stayed at one before for just 2 of us. Only did this time because family stayed there. I loved having the extra living area. We are not breakfast people but went down and got some one day and it was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. I would stay here again.

It smelt like Mariajana. The front would not allow pizza delivery to room. Silly when I paid for delivery and they had name and room number.

The staff was very friendly. Manual was extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location was extremely convenient.

Smelled like weed on multiple occasions. Furniture and interior could use an upgradge. They did come and change my room over everyday which was nice. Just a stale smell in the room every day all day. It was a decent stay overall.

The hotel needs a deep cleaning to get rid of the old smell in the rooms and the grout in the bathrooms and tiled floors need to be cleaned and repair. It so unfortunate that such nice accommodation did not have the level of cleanliness to get a 10 rating

Suite i got was not in a good condition. Curtain was ripped and air vent was not clean has dust all over. Room has weird smell and for these reason i left he hotel in couple of hours. I went to front desk and told them that my wife didn’t like the room condition so we are going to leave, instead she asked why, she told me i will be charged early checkout fee, i was like sure go ahead and check us out.

Amazing staff

all the staff was very nice and the breakfast was fantastic. I loved that breakfast was something different each day. People in the pool had their music extremely loud and someone near our room was smoking mariguana. The smell was horrible.

We always love coming to this hotel, beautiful grounds and very nice comfortable room. Sad we have to sign that we accept a $500 service charge and $10 per day parking fee. Still 3 days later i still haven't received my $500 deposit returned.

Room was nice and big. Breakfast was good. The room smelled like mildew and we finally figured out why when water began pouring into our room from the bathroom ceiling. The response we got when we notified the front desk was underwhelming. There was no urgency or apology from the staff. I was overcharged for parking also. We smelled natural gas outside one of the entrances and when we let a staff member know she said ‘it’s fine’ and brushed us off! We did let the front desk know how unhappy we were and that we won’t be staying ever again. All they did was give us some worthless ‘points’ that we will never be using. A refund is what should have happened, at least for one night. Terrible

Nice place easy find

Quite an unbearable stay, and their only suggestion was to move to a room across the hall, where there would still be smoke as well as the flea infestation. Save your hard earned money, healthy lungs, and unscathed skin and stay elsewhere. Very disappointed in marriott.

Close to my sons house when we come to visit. However the A/C only cools the room off to 68 which is not cold enough for me. I have to bring a fan every time. Also bring your own T.P. Theirs is like newspaper.

I got the packnplay the first night. But because the fridge was super loud, we changed room the next day. I borrowed the packnplay from the hotel, I left it the old room and simply thought I can get one in the evening. However, after I got the room at around 8 pm that night the first thing I do was to call front desk to get a pack n play. The front desk lady said because all packnplays are in storage, only room cleaning people have the key and they were all off work. So I can’t get the pnp. I asked if anyone has back up key, or if she can call anyone who has the key to help. She said no one has the key and refused to help. I also asked if she can ask nearby Marriott hotel, we can pick up ourselves. She refused to help. And then she started to blame on me not to bring the pnp with me from my first room. I said no one told me that. She replied it is not their responsibility to tell me I need to bring it with me and it is not their responsibility to give me another one because they gave one to me last night. So then what is their responsibility? She then blame on me that I didn’t call them early enough so the room keeping people are still here. Do I have to know all their schedules to be qualified to stay there? We finally had to buy one from target so my son was able to sleep.

I got the one bedroom suite. And I loved it. Only drawback was there is only a cooktop no oven. But I made do😊

Arrived 3:30. Check in is at 4pm. Clerk told us room isn’t ready we will call you. Asked for Number. Great! Never received a call. Came back at 7:30pm told them they never called me. Told me she will cover the parking. Didn’t know I had to pay for that. Great! Later I get an additional bill for Parking. 7 bucks. Also a lot of flies all over the premises. Due to Allowing dogs. Other than that. Great place.

Besides getting charged a fee for something I didn’t do it was a good experience. Never going back to residents inn because of charge with insufficient evidence

Loved the cleanliness and quietness.The staff were friendly and helpful.The coffee was great.The outdoor scrubbery was beautiful. You need to update the room by making it more bright and cheerful. The carpet needs to be replaced. I prefer the new hardwood floors. It is heathier.

The place clean, neat and quiet

We had a 2 bedroom unit, and it was just ‘okay’. The beds were doubles (queens would have been nice) the pillows were lumpy and saggy, and the pillow tops on the bed felt old and worn. There were pieces of trim falling off the walls, dirt in the corners of our unit, the carpets left our feet black, light fixtures in the main shared areas were falling down.. overall it presents well, but up close there were a lot of poorly upkept features.

Disappointing

Never understand the money grab for parking when a hotel is not downtown and has its own dedicated lot not even a covered garage. But outside of that not much to complain about. Nice amenities and nicest breakfast crew you’ll ever find.

Stay was nice, however, we had 5 people in a 2 room suite and in the living area only had seating for 3. Could have used a coupld of extra seating chairs. Dining had 4 chairs, but not comfortable enough for leisure seating.

Good quiet facility and close to many restaurants and highways

My only issue is that I was charged twice and double what I booked both times. When I went to chat with the front desk about it, they basically just said to wait a week and then call the hotel or check with hotels.com guest services. I went from being charge $230ish to being charge over $1000. When hotels.com tried to reach out to the hotel, they were unresponsive. So, I'm just waiting to see what's happening. It's an honest mistake so outside of this issue, I would have rated the hotel with high remarks and, assuming this gets handled, I would stay here again.

Found my new favorite hotel for a quick getaway. Very quiet, family friendly and the room was perfect for my family of three. Loved having a kitchen with a large refrigerator and stove top for making food. Bed was very comfortable and my daughter even said the roll out was too. Complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. Lots to choose from to start our day.

very disappointed with my recent stay. they didn't provide maid service unless you were staying 4 or more days. the hotel is very dated in the room. didn't care for the set up in the kitchen. hardly any ammenities. only reason we stayed there was because of the kitchen where you could cook things. i'm in the hilton honors program and they don't have any hotels with kitchens. that's why i stayed at the residence in by marriott.

The room was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, full size refrigerator and dishwasher ! 2 flatscreens and a sofa bed. Excellent!!
