This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks.

The heat and air works good. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Disappointed about the room not having at least a refrigerator. Over all it was a nice place to stay.

The hotel offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere, ideal for rest and relaxation. It is also conveniently located near many beautiful places to visit and enjoy nature, including stunning sunrises and sunsets. We visited in December, so due to the season we couldn’t enjoy the pool, but our 7-night stay was still excellent overall. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The facility is quant and comfortable. Great location.

I felt the staff were too young and inexperienced to run a B&B. They weren’t knowledgeable about the area and handled several situations loud enough for me to hear. Hearing someone complain about another guest is never a good look

We’ve been going to this inn for about 25 years now. We’ve seen it go through 4 different owners. Rock city has bought the Inn and it’s lost that personal touch we were used to. Does not have that cozy feel anymore! And the breakfast is the minimum now, used to have a lot more food. Disappointed! Sad!!

Zimmer war ok.

Problem with how to use TV. Staff needs to be better informed indirections for driving on the Mt and how to get there. Also fine dining in the area. Otherwise, you are way above the curve

My room was Fantastic. I asked for a spa tub because of the long motorcycle and they exchanged my room for one with a Jacuzzi Tub. The bed was extremely comfy and I slept better than I do at home

Nothing I would never stay at this place again, not only did they lie about the views ( the beautiful view was a neighborhood and the relaxing fire pit was right beside a four way stop for rock city this place was nothing like they advertised. And then to make it worse they charged me 307. For a room no bigger then a good size closet. The robes had holes I guess from other guest. Then they put me in a room where they was a older couple, so while I was in the shower I could hear everything they said and done so I was so uncomfortable to even turn the TV up. On top of I drove 4 and a half hours to get there and ended up leaving after two hours being there and had to leave to drive 4 home. No wonder they have no return money policy. So I'm out close to 400. And 9 hrs of drive for a small uncomfortable horrible lying place ..
