Room was clean Breakfast was not very good. Selection was good but the eggs were over cooked, sausage had no flavor.

When we first checked into the room at about 330 there were two bags of trash in the hallway, which were still there the next morning. That should never happen. Paragraph also when I parked my car first thing in the morning around at 8:30 AM there was a man sleeping in the bushes in front of the car where I parked. He was tucked in there very nicely so nobody could see it. I don’t think it’s a good idea that he sleeps there. Thank you for your concern.

As expected

All staff was super sweet and helpful, the breakfast was actually super good and more than we expected! Beautiful views of the mountains!

Check-in was slow, as the clerk was flustered that I booked through Hotels.com The sprinkler system outside did a nice job of watering the street, particularly since we are in an extreme drought situation.

The room and property were super clean. Great price for a nice room. Breakfast was always delicious. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Clean. Spacious bathroom. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was good - we were impressed by the array of toppings for oatmeal and always love good pork bacon. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe aside from the usual transients. We did experience a lot of issues with our room keys not working - apparently caused by a recent system change. Overall very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable quiet clean good location close to restaurants As most of the the continental breakfasts food wasn't terrible but was definitely bulk processed

Very clean and well-maintained hotel with an excellent breakfast.

Some confusion at check in, due to change in their system and matching up rewards, but they were patient, and we got it done. Didn't realize i had booked a room with a roll in shower, but that was OK. Not impressed with in room coffee, and the hot tub was not working, but it is a clean and generally well maintained property, wit a friendly and helpful staff.

Shower was clogged and not draining from the minute we used it, the next morning we asked for help with the handicapped chair in the whirlpool and pool, told” it’s broken”, when asked why we were not told at check in , there were no amenities. The clerk response was, “I don’t know why they didn’t tell you” when we checked out and asked for a refund for the next two days , l was told “ you booked with a third party, we can’t do anything for you. We left after returning our door keys to find another hotel for my 93 yo mother on her birthday. On 5/28/26 I returned a call to Mary struthers who stated they were having trouble checking me out” on message she left me. she was not available when I called. II called again and spoke with another staff Kristina, she was nice they sent me a bill and reversed the charges, Expedia charged me for all three nights. Horrible experience

Convenient location and the property had a very new look and feel. Unfortunately, I dont think the new look will last long- more to follow…Room and common areas are clean and tidy. Check in was LONG, slow and frustrating. Apparently they are dealing with a new reservations system, and boy did it show. There was lots of confusion, lots and lots (and lots and lots!) of keystrokes and multiple instances of having to repeat myself/provide the same info multiple times. Also the credit card reader did not work so I had to enter my CC info manually. Probably took every bit of 30 minutes for 3 guests to get checked in…by TWO clerks at TWO terminals. I get that new systems have challenges, but seriously, that is just ridiculous. Do better training before rolling out a new system. Do something. Your guests are paying the price for your terrible software conversion and thats unacceptable in ANY business, let alone the HOSPITALITY business. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection of the room, the ”new look” seems only skin Deep. The fit and finish of the amenities was really cheap- lousy lighting in the room- cheap plastic lighting fixtures in the bedroom and zero vanity lighting in the bathroom. I could barely see well enough to shave. The shower doors are clearly too heavy for their hinges and are already sagging and difficult to open and close. Too bad. I’m afraid their developer and/or contractor went super cheap on materials and this place is going to fall apart fast. So, okay for now, but…
