Although my key card didn’t work initially (and another guest had the same issue), the front desk staff noticed I was tired from carrying my luggage. Instead of just reprogramming the card, they kindly walked upstairs with me to make sure it worked and that I could get into my room. I really appreciated their willingness to help and their thoughtful customer service.

Loved our short stay. We stayed in a one king size bed room. The room was in the smaller side, but it was clean and neat. Bathroom was clean. The subway was just a short walk away. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

Floors need mopping, not just vacuuming. The small fridge should have items to consume, like water, and be charged at ck out. There is and iron, but no board. A suit case offloading platform could be usefull.

The property was accessible, we did find mold on our sink , cleaning staff helped with towels , beds were big also

Hair in the bathroom was left as well. Not recommend for a long-term stay, but fine for a one-night quick stay. Close to Manhattan’s F/M lines to the city.

The room was small

Requested extra towels and one of the staff members started interrogating us on if we were staying there. This was immediately after checking in

Bring cash! Unfortunately we asked for early check in. According to Prodiga, young lady at the front desk, the only way to pay for early check in is cash. OH WELL! The surrounding area around the hotel was not desirable. Not much to do near the hotel. Getting to and from the subway is relatively close but again, not desirable. Next time I would spend more to stay at a more convenient location!

What I didn’t like no, cups in the room, no ice bucket liner, one wash cloths and asked for another one didn’t receive, no remote for the tv until Saturday morning, when housekeeping came in, went to the basement, no ice, soda machine wasn’t working, had to go to the hotel next door to get a drink and change, lobby was hot, went next door to cool off, for the money I send on the hotel, will not stay again, I work in hospitality for 22 years, not good at all.
