The lady at the desk was really nice and friendly. Easy parking close to my room door. Smelled clean and fresh as soon as I walked in the room. Room and bathroom were neat and clean, A/C worked good. Know that this in not a modern motel, the style is dated but well kept. And it's right off the freeway which was really convenient. It was everything I needed, clean, quiet, easy parking, quick easy check-in/check-out, the best deal in the area. Will definitely stay again whenever attending an event in Downtown L.B.

Older property. Good for a convent stay.

My room was very clean and seemed to be recently remodeled. Heat/AC worked very well. No outlets near bed for charging devices.

No coffee machine, but the owner hooked it up with some from the office. Secured well by the owner, knew as soon as I called for the reservation confirmation. Update to a lively paint
- 2.5/5
It was conveniently located. The room was shabby, I saw cockroaches in the morning, the location was noisy.
- 2.5/5
Well you get what you pay for if you just need a place for the night this is the spot. Also close to downtown long beach so easy to commute for us.

If you are looking for a simple room thats low cost but still clean and safe, then Travel Eagle is perfect. The owner is a really nice guy and keeps his business clean and safe. He has multiple cameras set up so you know you stuff is safe while you are out enjoying your trip. Dont let the location or other review fool you. This place was really nice and worth it. If i go back to LBC my stay will be at the Travel Eagle.

Owners were very polite and accommodating

Area doesn’t feel safe and parking is very limited
- 2/5
Musty smell, fruit flys, the bed was so hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Woke up stiff every morning. Stayed for the Veterinary conference. Will do better research next time
- 3/5
Cons: very old, dated rooms. Crumbling paint and stains on the walls. Only 1 outlet was usable in my room they are so old. This is a bare bones place and if you just need to sleep and shower and store your stuff it gets the job done.

close to weekend work in Long Beach.

The staff was great. Dirty. Mold in the bathroom, towels and wash rags were very old.

Love this place

There was no breakfast or food of any kind available! This room was a handicap room!!! That wasn't explained in the offering nor would I've accepted it if I knew in-advance. Secondly, it was definitely not in the "best" part of town, but thankfully, nothing happened.
- 1.5/5
It’s very small even the parking lot too
- 1/5
Location was pretty good. We didn’t stay there, even though we lost the full cost. The room was tiny and all the things inside it appeared to be worn out and very cheap. The exterior reeked of marijuana and some of the guests looked pretty sketchy
- 2/5
Worst sleep ever, room smelled of cigarettes. We were sharing a tiny blanket on dirty sheets. No extra pillows or blankets all around was just kind of an awful experience

The bed

The value for one night was great for what we needed. Attended an event at the Queen Mary and the Uber from the hotel was less than 10$ one way which was great. The ac/heater worked great. The check in process was great and there was no deposit needed which was a big selling point for someone on a budget. Parking was great too as the lot did not get very full at all and easy in and out. The area seemed a little sketchy, but had no issues. The bed was a little stiff, and the sheets/comforter weren’t the most comfortable. Bring an extra blanket or sheet.
- 3/5
Very old building
- 2/5
No air cond no tv work and in the morning they had the nerve to come to the room and demand I leave at 10 aclock on the dot I said I'm coming out the man pretending he's keeping my deposit
- 5/5
From check in to check out, the staff was very welcoming and kind. My room was impressively clean with a big bed to rest on at night. I’d highly recommend it to anybody looking for a nice cozy stay while on a budget.
- 4/5
Property was clean, but a little worn. The free parking was great, and overall a good stay for the price.
- 3.5/5
Plug point should have been near bed.
- 5/5
We felt very comfortable and safe
- 4/5
Nice and clean
- 5/5
Everything went well Bed was comfortable Room was nice enough
- 5/5
Very small, which made for easy in and out parking
- 3/5
Nice people, needs the bathrooms renovations and needs new table and chairs. Closet hanging clothes needs new paint. Needs more sides tables. Please needs better pictures in the wall.
- 2/5
Basic room, didnt feel welcoming. Shower was amazing though. Very cheap so good option for a one off. Wouldnt travel here with family or stay for an extended period time though.
- 4/5
The TV in the room did not work the first night - but it was fixed the next day. The owners moved their own car to make room for mine when the parking lot was full one night.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, very helpful.
- 4/5
Hotel was conveniently located for our purposes. Downside no restaurants nearby. Room had been remodeled and was quiet.
- 3/5
An okay place to stay is you are in a budget. The look of the motel from the outside will probably give you second thoughts but inside is not bad. Since I was only looking for one night stay and nothing more, this place worked out okay for me. The check in office service was fine.

We called the staff ahead of time and they were nice enough to keep our bags until cjrck in but it wasn't thr nicest place I have stayed in
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean, and comfy.

Tv was small bed was wigh
- 1/5
It’s too old and dirty.
- 3/5
One wash cloth only, no towels. Toilet paper was nearly gone no extra roll. I asked for at least 2 hand towels & 2 washcloths for 2 people and a roll toilet paper. No hand towels were given, but got 2 washcloths only and a roll of toilet paper. Mr Patel was very nice man, but I guess he just did not have enough towels for his guest.
- 3/5
Hotel had everything I needed and location was ok. They need to replace bedding and towels.
- 3/5
Property was clean. However. Requested the sheets be changed as the ones on the bed had several burn holes. They were garbage and should have never been placed on any bed in the first place. Also the TV had no signal.

worst web page i evee try on my life i reserved 3 rooms in this hotel and hwn i got to the place the owner told me he already booked them and only had 2 when i try to get my money back from "expedia" they never answer me wack as place
- 1/5
The Room: The Bathroom was disgusting... it looked like a skilled nursing home. The toilet paper was half done... thank goodness i was only there for one night, but I did use the less than half of roll that was provided The Bed had absolutely NO Blanket... there was a sheet ... and a thin lining with a pattern, absolutely no blanket, and 2 pillows. I check every dresser, there was not extra pillow or blanket in sight. Thank goodness the heater worked or i would been freezing. After i checked in I left the motel for dinner and I accidentally left my key card in the room. At 2:00am I returned tot the motel and had to ring the bell and bang on the window till the man and a woman woke up. He was angry because i woke him up and stated "why you dont have key?"

The managers were really nice. Place was super clean. Convenient location to the Long Beach Convention Center. The area around the motel was very busy but I felt safe staying there.
- 3/5
The location of this motel is convenient to attractions in the area however, it is not very appealing. I would not stay here again.
- 2/5
Yeah there was a cockroach, but I didn’t have high expectations either. I knew what I was potentially getting myself into
- 3/5
It’s definitely cost efficient. It gets the job done for those who need to quickly get a moment of sleep in. We did notice a few bugs towards the end of our stay; two of which are roaches. Otherwise it was an okay place.
- 4/5
It was a good place to sleep. The bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and ther was a functional refrigerator and microwave. I saw no bugs except a couple of gnats. The furniture was really beat up except for the bed and the paint was patched and peeling. The bathroom was quite nice, shower only. It looked like a remodel in progress. The manager kept insisting that check out was at 10:00 am but his window and the website said 10:30. He knocked on my door at 10:15, again insisting that check out was at 10 o’clock. The smiled and said,”No worry, 10:30.” When I again pointed out his sign. Would I stay there again? For one night sure.
- 4/5
Great location and good value for money. If you don't want to spend too much, it's the ideal choice.
- 3/5
It was ok the room overall looked really run down and not enough toilet paper
- 4/5
I stayed there to attend a conference at convention center and commute time to the center is around 7-8 minutes with Uber. There are also buses passing in front of the motel (number 3) that go to convention center for $1. Another option is to ride scooter which takes around 15 minutes and costs around $4-5.
- 5/5
The owner allowed us to check in early because we got off the cruise early. they are great polite and hard working. It is very affordable.
- 5/5
We returned to this property for yet another cruise. It was quick affordable and clean.
- 4/5
Beds are comfortable. It’s clean and quiet. Not a luxurious stay but decent for a quick business stay
- 3/5
Cleanliness not perfect. Very noisy (near the road) No blanket in the room and the night is fresh. Nothing to do in long beach, car is mandatory for visiting
- 3/5
It was a decent stay would stay again. Displeased with such an early check out of 10:30 am. Was clean, comfortable, quiet.
- 4/5
Pacific Coast Highway is not the most upscale area (liquor store & tattoo parlor are next door). Some homeless people. Owner watches and protects property like a hawk.
- 1/5
The people that run it act like they don't speak English so they can't provide service and they were quite rude and antagonistic. If it hadn't been so cheap I would have left without staying one night. I did leave early and lost a paid night because I got fed up with the attitude and mean faces. Never again.
- 5/5
Great and comfortable experience. We shall return!
- 5/5
The motel need has some older fixtures but still great near alot of the places we wanted to go and at a good price the manager always waved hello and asked if we needed towels this motel is worth it I was there for five days
- 4/5
For me the motel was conveniently located on the Pacific Coast Highway, and with generally easy access to various freeways. It is very basic but the accommodations were sufficient. It is not in the center of town.
