    I’ve been in so many hotels. But seriously this is the worst. It smells so bad. Couldn’t sleep. Made a reservation here because couldn’t find something affordable last minute. I seriously don’t recommend this place to anyone. Specially if you have kids. Don’t go there!!!!

    Hair in the bed, smelled like tobacco (even switched, same result), people arguing outside window at 3 in the morning, leaking faucet, crappy towels, unsafe neighborhood, run down. Nowhere to eat nearby. No ice. Vending machine broken. Hotels.com should inspect what they offer. I booked two nights, stayed one without any refund. Worst place I have EVER booked online. The lady who checked me in was very nice.

It was rough location though and the entire property with driveway and all is so small its one way in one way out and your car barely fits in the lot.

    When I checked in, the guy at the window required a $20 deposit in cash, which was kinda strange. I did get it back though. When I got into the room I saw a beetle scurry across the ground; smashed it. Towels and washcloths had some serious stains. But bed sheets seemed ok. And it was relatively quiet.

    The shower is really big enough for three or four people and the water pressure is really good too but if you bring your own accessories everybody's happy yeah really big bathroom shower so beautiful and it keeps up clean too bring your own towels the management was cool and gave me extras but bring just in case. We really tell l you how much but this place is really great I love it I'm going there again as soon as I can.

    The photos of the property presented on Hotels.com were not representative of the actual condition for the room in which we stayed. Walking into the room (102), there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke from previous occupants (there was plastic wrapped around the smoke detector, presumably placed there by the offending smokers). On the inside of the room's entry door there was graffiti written across the top of the door. The inside of the bathroom door was duck-taped to hide a hole punched into the door. The walls and wood trim of the room were dirty and stained. The HVAC unit did not look well maintained - we didn't even try to operate for fear that it had been years since the filter had been replaced and that it would cause the room to smell even worse. It was not possible to take a proper shower as the shower head was not properly plumbed (water would spray out of the fitting when the center knob was turned fully to the shower position).

    The whole room was dirty, there was food under the bed, dry blood stains on the walls and behind the front door, dirty towels, dirty bathroom, there was a man going into a room with a prostitute, there were two suspicious men in the room next door and seemed to be on drugs the outside was littered with trash, parking is super cramped and over all did not feel safe with the door having a small lock honestly walked in looked around and just decided to leave and get my security deposit of $50 back and sleep in my car as far away from there as possible.

    Had a hidden CASH ONLY deposit which isn’t mentioned anywhere, typically you would expect it to charge your card but no CASH ONLY! Also their NON-SMOKING rooms had a smoke smell as well! They let me try 3 rooms and all of them had that scent! Which I am sure all of rooms must be the same… Highly recommend avoiding this spot if you can!!!

    Honestly the room was really bad . There were cigarette burns on the sheets of the bed . The toilet and bathroom looked dirty when I arrived . I honestly didn’t even stay the night as it was just horrible . On top of the management came knocking on the door telling me check out is at 10:30. When I booked the hotel it stated checkout was at 11:00. I told him that and he just walked away without saying anything . Never coming back

    Room smelled. NO hot water, had to have a freezing cold shower. Room next door kept playing loud music, loud TV, and was in general way too loud even after midnight. The owner was rude. Room had stains on walls and doors, there was graffiti throughout the room (even on the shower curtain). Not worth the price I paid!

    The room sucked. Walls were filthy. 2 small pillows. Noisy all night. Drug users asking if I'm diabetic or if I had needles. The staff harassed me even paying extra for a late checkout. This place has gone down hill.

    Um, nothing spectacular. The floor was very dirty. The next room had 2 young toddlers that wouldn't stop crying in the middle of the night. Neighbors on other side were very loud my 3 days that I was there.

    I had a very terrible experience with this hotel. The bathroom toilet leaked from next door and into my room, in the middle of the night. The owner/manager was very rude. In addition, it is one of few hotels, if not the only hotel, in Long Beach that requires an early check-out of 10:30 (as opposed to the standard 11:00). I asked for an extra 15 mins and was told no, and was threatened with a $10 fee.

    Property has a severe infestation of “bed bugs”. I was bitten all over my body. I complained to management and showed them my bites. There were upset at me for my complaint, but acknowledged that I had been bitten. This was a very bad experience for me. I am still itching and bites are turning into open sores.

    The hotel owners were very nice and everything in the room was operating without problem. They hardly provided any towels. For two people: Two thin not full size bath towels and one thin hand towel. The cleanliness of the room was below standard for a hotel. The parking was tight but good. Given the sketchy area, the door and window should have additional security locks on it.

    Parking lot was unsafe, more so after midnight. There was a dude outside my window listening to everything I was doing. Room next door sounded like they were beating someone. Owners no where to be seen, except when they wanted more money then up your a** till you leave. Did not feel save at all.

    They give bad service and the place sucks they do not have parking for the clients it is supposed that if you pay a room you have the right for a parking space but this hotel didn’t have it I have to park in the street and the next morning I had a ticket But where you are supposed to park? I asked the hotel manager and he told me that it was not his problem I do not recommend this hotel so far it is one of the worst and honestly if you are looking for hotel do not waste your money there , look for something better .

    Second, the staff do charge us for deposit for keycard at 5$, i do except to pay but on check out date, same guy his name is heidi pretend that we not pay any deposit to them and tell us we good to go....so i ask him how about 5$ deposit, he ask us did you pay? I think this show how the staff dont have any honest with customer, and try to cheat customer when they have a chance Third, we do put do not disturb on the door, but when we come back seem like the door was open during we not in the hotel, so how security and private to your customer? Last, bed so dirty as thay have a bug in there bed, it was bite me and my friend till we cant sleep, on check out date i told him about bed bug, he just quite and not do nothing even say sorry I do exept that we cant expect much with cheap hotel but the staff is so terrible he not should be work in the hospitality industries at all

    I paid for 5 nights. I only stayed 2. The only positive was a comfortable bed. This motel is not in a good neighborhood. A police officer told me that this was an unsafe motel and I needed to go elsewhere. Luckily I had a friend in the area who alternatively let me stay with him. I do not recommend this for a solo female traveler especially. The motel has approximately 16 rooms and only about 8-10 parking spots. Parking is not guaranteed. If the spots are full you will have to find street parking which is not readily available in a neighborhood you do not want to stay in at night. I requested a partial refund for the last nights, since I did not feel safe and the man at the front desk just reiterated their no refund policy. On the last night I was there someone tried to open my door and I was happy that I had flipped the deadbolt. I did feel safe once inside with the deadbolt secured.

    Not really sure what happened but the staff in the morning time knocked one time and then came immediately in the room just before 9 o’clock and said we have to check out I explain that check out is at 10:30 and that’s what’s posted and he looked at my room number and said oh I’m sorry and walk to the next room luckily my girl was already dressed but if it had been minutes prior he would’ve walked in on her naked without even asking if anybody was in the room. That was my main concern there was also only one bar of soap in the shower was clogged as well as not working properly. That just seems as if the staff was not in communication they probably should know that the floorboard is coming up as well and it will cause a lawsuit if it’s not taken care of.

    Limited parking. Besides that if parking is full, there is no additional parking. I didn’t even get a parking permit. Room was a non-smoking room and yet that’s how it smelled. Bathroom didn’t smell pleasant on arrival. Area around doesn’t seem so trusting. The room did a microwave and a mini fridge at least. It was overly priced for a weekend stay.

    Bad customer service. The manager didn't even bother to look for my name when I checked in. I basically told him to do his job and look for my name on file. I couldn't even hear what he was saying through the glass, he had pre written signs and jus showed them to me to read which is unprofessional. They were charging a $5 fee jus for using the card key for the room. There was alot of commotion at midnight from the next room and were outside blasting music and talking loud and they didn't even bother to go and stop it. It's common sense to do without anyone having to call the office to stop them. Rooms were nice and comfy and had a microwave and working mini fridge which is a plus for me. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

    It's a tiny, dingy motel on a busy street with rumbling cars going by. When I checked in, the receptionist charged me a $5 deposit for the key card. The room they gave me had just been cleaned and I noticed the window was fully open. When I opened the door to the NON-SMOKING room I was hit with an overwhelming stench of weed. I rushed to turn on the bathroom fan and started flapping the front door to fan in fresh air. After 10 mins of trying to air out the room, the smell was still there. I went to the front desk and asked for another room. The guy said he had two other rooms available, but they were both smoking rooms. He opened one of them to show me. As expected, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke, but ironically it smelled less disgusting than the skunky room. He also offered to spray the skunky room with air freshener. Taking a moment to decide, I went on Expedia and found a great deal for a much better hotel, booked it, returned my key, collected the $5 deposit, and left.

    Stayed here overnight before our trip to mexico. The guy at the desk did not know anything about my reservation and had to call somebody else to assist. I got a non smoking room but when i went inside room 112, the room smelled so bad. The restroom was clean but the rest of the room, especially the sheets which looked like it wasn’t washed properly, was mediocre.

    As GPS took me down the street I was realizing this isn't the part of town where I'd like to spend the night or even get gas. When I saw the motel, I kept driving and choose to loose my money versus gamble with my car in that very dark tiny parking lot. It was dimly lit and the whole building looked terribly old. Too sketchy of a place, situation; not worth the risk

    The room was a good size but that's the only good thing about it. The carpet was dirty, the room smelled, there were cigarette burns on the bedspread and carpet, there was no coffee maker, and there was a leak in the bathroom near the toilet. It was also very difficult to park because the parking was very narrow and dangerous.

    Was amazing stay the owners and staff were very polite and courtesy I arrived a few hours early sick from traveling very dizzy and weak. They stopped everything and cleaned a room for me and allowed me early check in. That meant a lot to me. Thank you Tower Motel

    I stayed at the hotel for two days. The room was clean and quiet, but the dryer was broken. Overall, I think the hotel is OK to stay. There is fast wifi, TV, and microwave. However, the location didn't look safe and quiet. There are many automobile repair stores.

    The shower curtain had mold on it, there was gang writings on the mirror and on the wall, stayed there two days did not remake the beds for the second day the air-conditioner did not work at all , Had some homeless person knock on my door in the middle of the night and I drive a new Lincoln navigator and I was fearful that my car might be vandalized at night on a positive note this little hotel has potential the manage and staff , was extremely nice , They just need to put a little money in the place and upgrade the quality of standards on a daily basis

    The room was dirty and I could smell the smoking even it was classified as non-smoking room. Although there were microwave and fridge in the room, there was no hot water or glass provide. The room condition was so terrible. The room next to us was so loud even after midnight. It was so scared to stay there for even one night as I didn't feel safe at all. I would never book again.

    STINKS ENOUGH TO GAG A MAGGOT. LOOKS LIKE BLOOD SPLATTERS ON WALLS AND CEILING FILTHY FURNITURE HOLES IN THE BEDDING CARPETS CURTAINS.. OPERATOR DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH OR REFUSES TO. REMINDS ME OF THE DRUG DENS OF THE 70'S

    Overall an OK stay. The walls are thin so if you like peace and quite...good luck. I had loud neighbors with kids and I think the housekeeping had kids with them too. They started in at 8am.

    Definitely not somewhere for tourists to stay. I recommend paying extra $ to stay in Hollywood. Left here after 1 night, loud music, sirens and the walls are paper thin. The neighborhood is dodgy as, you wouldnt want to be walking around at night.
