Room was dirty and had bugs all over. There were holes and burn marks on the comforter. Didn’t even touch anything it was so dirty. Outside the room people were doing drugs and blaring music. We left immediately

There wasn't anything that I like about this place I asked for a non-smoking room and it wasn't on smoking room but when I went in there it was a smell like smoking there the sheets Were torn a little bit I didn't have a good night at all I will not be coming back here

This "trailer park' on a slab CLOSES @ 3pm or some such ABSURD BS. I walked all day to get there to be charged for a room I NEVER EVEN SAW!!! Almost NON-EXISTENT office hours.

The fact there was a bed in there to sleep. People played loud music all hours of the night. There were baby roaches crawling in the floor. The internet would not function properly and the manager got an attitude when you pointed it out.

No staff at the desk when we arrived. Just a note that said the last check in for online reservations was at 7 pm. We tried ringing the bell with no answer. On Booking.com under facilities and services it says they have a 24 hour front desk. This is clearly untrue. Thankfully we were able to find other accommodations, otherwise we would have been sleeping in the streets as we were traveling without our own vehicle and took an Uber to the property.

I was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff and the ultra clean room plus accomodations. This motel is in a quiet part of Long Beach and it can't be beat for the price.

Parking easily accessible and available. Staff was great and explained everything throughly.

When we arrived and checked in, the clerk asked if we were smokers. We told him no, and he said he would place us in a non-smoking room. However, as soon as we entered the room, there was a heavy cigarette smell—so strong that our eyes started watering. That should have been our first red flag. As I looked around, I noticed multiple cleanliness issues. The bedside tables were missing drawers, and there were hairs in the sink, shower, and on the floor. We also found wrappers left behind. The room was clearly not cleaned properly. To make matters worse, there was mold in the bathroom, and the smoke detectors had no batteries and appeared to have been tampered with. I went back to the clerk and asked if the room could be properly cleaned. I explained that we had found trash and hair throughout the room. He came in wearing only socks—no shoes—and simply wiped down the counters. At that point, we knew we had to leave. Save yourself the headache and spend a little more money on a better hotel

There was parking which was a plus but the place is very dirty, smelly and we also saw bed bugs in one of the smoking rooms. The walls had nasty stains and the smoke alarm kept going off which we had to unplug

The sheets had holes probably from cigarettes or drugs paraphernalia A staff were nice. The parking was just too tight. I accidentally hit my mirror on the pillar The place was quiet for what it was. When the price I can't expect more Amenities like a hairdryer refrigerator. That's pretty much it. I didn't drink machine downstairs in an ice machine. I believe they had Microwave, in a different room.I know.Check

If you need to stay in Long Beach and you don’t have much money this place is a good choice. Just keep to yourself and don’t bother anyone. No bed bugs so that is always great!

It was absolutely filthy. The bathroom shower was broken and unusable. There was urine smell reading the bathroom. Blood stains and dirt all along the wall. Completely unsanitary we went and bought Lysol just to sleep

Truly the rooms need lots of work and fixing, bathroom doors had a whole, shower curtain had mold, bathroom toilet needs to be replaced, shower handles need to be replaced they were about to fall off the wall, the room it self definitely needs a good cleaning and paint job. The pictures didn’t justify what it truly is.

Its a shame the way they keep these rooms. Everything was old look like people of the night and wee hours of the morning stay here I would not recommend here the toilet was nasty the toilet paper area was rusty old toilet paper that was never changed and when I went to move it a crack pipe fell out toilet seat had something on it that would not come off..

The bedding was clean but that was about it! Have no idea when the last time the walls were clean. The toilet I had to wipe off before use. Didn’t feel like bringing a critter on my body home. Outside of building was not much better. Trash all over parking lot. Cleanliness is not the finest point of stay. Do not recommend!

The property isn’t too bad for it’s price. But the neighbourhood is absolutely scary. The staffs were well behaved but the room had a smell.

The owners were incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. They did not speak much English but after reviewing my reservation from Expedia, they helped me to my room. I give poor ratings because at least my room was a little dirty. There were a few holes in my sheets which didn’t bother me much. Location was great. Amenities nearby were great. The biggest issue was my shower did not work at all. I had to go about my day with no shower. Which was unfortunate. Main issues, cleanliness and non functional showers.

The staff is wonderful but the hotel could use a bit of work removing stains, fixing cracks/seals, and better bedding. I would stay here again just would bring my own bedding.

I attempted to contact the property advising that the smoke detector was not in place. I wanted a non smoking to which they gave me a smokers room cuz u can smell it! The photos show a view of the boats and beaches however no view was seen. They never reached out to me to fix the issues

We asked for a non-smoking room but we’re given a smoking room. The innkeeper first lied and said we had reserved a smoking room. When I showed him on the reservation we didn’t, he said we could leave without a refund.

This place was pretty filthy and in a bad area. The staff was nice, enough and they offered free parking. I used two parking spots for my stay and I was happy I didn't have any problems with this.

Dirt and splatter marks were all aver the place, and it appeared to be old and dirty, chewed gum on the wall by the sink. The bed was uncomfortable and made loud noises when you moved on it. Into the early morning hours, we kept hearing loud sounds of furniture being dragged across the floor. Definitely wasn’t a pleasant stay.

The towels were dirty. There was dust on our bedside tables. The guy told us we had a king and it was a queen bed instead. And they gave a room key to someone else. Thats right. My boyfriend and i are in our room hanging out and then some guy starts trying to open our door. Luckily it was lovked. My boyfriend opened the door and the guy said the front desk had given him a key to our room. The walls are thin and we were placed next to the ice machine so we heard people getting ice all night long.

Personel non caring,acted like your lucky to get a room,wouldnt anwser the phone, went to check out and rang the buzzer and the guy whipped back the curtin and said,yes,i said just letting you know were checking out,he never ask any thing about our stay,didnt care!

I really enjoy my stay with my family

very upset with management. I reserved a non-smoking room the day prior to my arrival on Expedia. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to get there and sleep. It was a SMOKING a room. It was extremely unpleasant. I went to tell the gentleman at the office and he said he ran out. I don’t blame him. I’m more upset that the room I planned my whole trip around wasn’t what I was promised. I got my money back and went elsewhere. Will never go here again.

Disappointed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone conservative.
