There is music playing from the hotel’s outside speakers all night. The walls/ceilings are very thin and the family above us allowed their child to jump so that the pictures would shake in our room. You can hear people walking above you all night and the trash can was still full in our room. We asked to change rooms and were told there was nothing available. So we had 2 nights of horrible sleep! The front office/desk did call the family to ask if they could not jump—that worked for 1 hour.

Comfortable, clean, made the trip easy. The gym is bare-bones, but you can use the Lone Tree Rec Center for the locals fee with if you show your room key. Kitchen was a great amenity to have.

The room was great and fully stocked with dishes and cooking implements. Everything was nice and smelled clean. There weren’t any gluten free options for breakfast, so having breakfast available was moot for me.

Clean, nice staff, amenities, free parking Internet and cell service was poor. Stayed there to get to an early tournament but discovered after we booked that breakfast didn’t start until 7a. Coffee in the room was terrible and in the common area it was not good.

We stayed two nights and our room was not made up between nights, although we could have requested fresh towels. The breakfast was among the best hotel breakfasts we've had. We've stayed at other places in the area, and plan on returning to this hotel the next time we're in town.

Hotel and room found to be clean and well presented. Room had a nice little kitchenette if your having an extended stay.

Clean rooms with nice amenities such as a pool and work out room. Staff was very friendly. Good sized rooms with refrigerator and small cook top. Breakfast was good, pre-made omelets, bagels, waffles and other things. Not much to offer someone with food sensitivities for breakfast. Sitting area in back with fire pit. Overall good stay. Larger work out area with more equipment would be nice. Healthier choices for breakfast would be helpful, I had to provide my own food besides the oatmeal for breakfast.

I stayed here for 3 nights last month while attending the Colorado Renaissance Festival in Larkspur. The beds are very comfortable and the room had a full kitchen! They have an amazing hot breakfast prepared by chefs and a comfortable dining area. There’s also a large gas-powered fire pit outside that’s relaxing to sit next to on a cool night.

The stay was amazing!! Great workout room, pool, outdoor patio and the breakfast was amazing!!

Breakfast was better than expected. I looked forward to making my own waffle each morning! Coffee was great! We expected to sleep three in our one-bedroom suite but the pull-out sofa bed was very uncomfortable so the third person went to a friend's house to sleep.

Bed was very comfortable in a nice neighborhood only reason why i gave 4 housekeeping kept knocking on my door at 8 am 9 am and 10 am even though i had the do not disturb sign on and check out was at noon

This property is very clean, the rooms comfortable, and they have one of the better breakfast bars. We will be staying here again for sure.

Good clean appearance. Good complimentary breakfast. Great front desk. Comfortable. The shower head was installed for NBA players. I’m a good 5-4 and had to tip-toe to reach the handheld shower head. Moderate water pressure. I don’t expect daily room cleaning but the scheduling needs tweaking. Also, I expected the pullout sofa to be made on cleaning days. It wasn’t.

Overall the hotel worked for us because we just needed a place to sleep, we were gone most of the day. When we were there you could hear EVERYONE in their rooms. The walls are super thin. At one point I could hear the person next door talking on the phone and I could hear the person on the other line. The breakfast was subpar, there were very little options to choose to eat.

We had the best room. It was right at the corner of the breafast area, lobby, and pool. All the front desk staff was very helpful.

Good location on i25 but not loud at all. Great breakfast, helpful staff members. Enjoyed the free HBO Max Internet was very slow and the walls were a little thin (could hear conversations of nextdoor room very clearly) but not a big deal.

While some things like the pungent second floor fish smell may be a guest and not the hotel's fault, the stay was a bit of a let down. The black hairballs left in the sink were gross. The soggy bagels in the morning matched that vibe. The biggest issue however was the condition of the property outside. Between large piles of snow in an overall unplowed parking lot, and the large sheets of ice covering the walkways, it was better and easier to walk on the snow covered 'grass' to avoid slipping and sliding everywhere else. Seeing the staff walk out back for a cig slip and almost fall but not do anything about it summarized the stay.

I will always stay here when I go to Denver. Great staff and front dest, and also great rooms and prices.

The hotel could have been cleaner. Our room stunk. The only way to improve the smell was running the ac constantly. That's not ideal when it's the middle of winter. The parking lot and the road leading up to the hotel were ice packed and hadn't been maintained. I'm sure they won't be surprised with a lawsuit when someone falls on the ice. The hotel put a charge on my credit card for in case incidentals, which did not occur, that remains in a pending status a week later. I called to ask why and they were of no assistance.

Very clean and updated. Breakfast had plenty of options and was different all 3 mornings of our stay. Rooms were spacious and kitchen suite had just what we needed to cook meals instead of going out. They even allow you to check out small appliances if you want. Will stay here again!!!

I really enjoyed my stay, everyone was super nice and the rooms were real nice. It was super convenient and close to everywhere we wanted to go. This was my fifth stay here and I will be staying again.

Without being asked, the clerk assigned us a room for hearing impaired, first floor. We left to attend an event, returning around 10pm. At 11, we were awakened by a dog literally howling in another room. It woke us 3 more times during the night. Since we were trying to SLEEP, changing rooms was not feasible and we kept thinking the staff would do something about the dog. They did not. In the morning we mentioned it to the front desk clerk, stating it was the worst night we've ever spent in a hotel, and telling him what transpired. Not only did he NOT apologize or take responsibility, he told us that we should have called the front desk (in the middle of the night) and asked to change rooms, insinuating that we were at fault. He was extremely rude and made no effort to make it right. I wish I'd kept my $189 and slept in my car. Would've gotten more sleep and less attitude. How can I get a refund?

The kitchen and accessories in the room

The room (#134) w 2 queen bed assigned to us was a disabled access room. We had booked a regular room. The bathroom floor is cracked with 5 large cracks running in all directions and drain cover hanging 1/8" above the floor with possibility of impaling you if not careful. The staff told us at check-in at 4:30p that all other non-disabled room were already taken. At 4:30p? They could not move us to a king bed (since my son did not make the trip and there were only 2 people now) becoz the booking was thro Expedia. They could not refund us any money becoz the booking was thro Expedia. They asked us to call Expedia who would have routed us back to the hotel, I'm pretty sure. Expedia was not accessible as they were impacted because of global IT outage (and nor is there a CS number listed on Expedia site to call them). We paid nearly $200 on room that was more like Motel 6 room. The staff said this was a 7 year old hotel- the decor, carpeting makes it look like from the '70s. The hotel manager told me that this was one of the better rooms when I complained about all this. I wonder what the worse one looks like if this one was a better one.

We really enjoyed our stay, however when my 3 year old and I came down for snacks we were informed it was either charge my card or run it to my room and yall wouldn’t take cash. And I know that hotels carry petty cash. So that’s was pretty frustrating and my 3 year old was upset and hungry because door dash screwed up our order so bad.

Other than being put in the wrong room (booked two queens for 4 people and given a king) the stay was fine. Breakfast staff was great. Very helpful, and very engaging with the customers. One of them took the time to chat with a young family and giving clever trivia to the kiddos. One of the check in staff was helpful, the other was dismissive of my room being too small to accommodate 4 adults. Luckily we were down to 3 adults and made it work. I shouldn’t be paying almost $200 a night, to “make do”.

Place smells like smoke throughout. Staff isn’t attentive or professional. Amenities are very poor including breakfast, no working ice machine and terribly uncomfortable beds. Would never stay here again.

The location was close to highways and provided nice views. . The breakfast was okay. I would prefer traditional bacon and eggs to eat alongside the waffles. However, there was a variety of breakfast items and staff kept all things stocked and heated. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if traveling with family/babies/toddlers. I would gladly stay here again!

Very clean with wonderful amenities. The staff was all beyond polite, the food was good. If there was any downside it would just be that all of our rooms weren’t available on time-for us this was NO problem though and so worth the wait.

The kitchenette was actually my favorite thing. It's small, yet had all the amenities, ie: fridge, stove top, dishwasher, cookware, plates, and utensils. Since we were there for business, we decided to just pick up a few groceries to cook.

I did find that the hanger the ironing board was hung on wasn't screwed in and the iron had burned stuff on it. But I let management know, and all worked good enough for me.

convenient location for our needs ,,,, did not like the cell phone coverage. Unable to use our phones for calls or text in the room .... noise was problematic. Insulation between room is very weak. TV noise from other rooms, walking on upper floor, voices from hall etc.
