It was very dirty and worn down. The woman working the front desk, Jane, was up all night partying in the room next to mine with several other people. They had the music playing very loudly, and people were screaming and yelling in the room all night long until 6 am. I recorded everything with my phone I didnt get any sleep and I was extremely nervous, scared and worried about what was going on in the room next to mine. I would appreciate a call back from someone in management. I have tried calling several times and I get transferred to a robot representative. It was very dirty and worn down. Breakfast was perfect for someone that runs about late all the time and staff was always helpful.

I like that it's quiet, I can clean my own room, if something is not right and I can't remedy it myself, I can call them. They should have bigger laundry facilities and rooms. Sorry. I am greedy.

Looooove the staff there. Make you feel safe and at home. Room was just ok I had to constantly clear the drains in the tub and sink other than that I felt safe and happy there honestly

I am disappointed that this hotel is even located in the suburbs of Lone Tree. It smells of cat urine. There are cats and dogs pretty much in every room. You can hear them and it smells of pets. There is hair everywhere from the pets. There's tons of dust in our room. Shower curtain with dirt on it, shower with hair in it. Old outdated appliances. I am very disappointed that Expedia even gave this place. A good review I wouldn't have never picked this place if it wasn't for Expedia, saying it was good. So I'm questioning Expedia representation at this point. No gym,no pool only unhealthy grab n go breakfast items. Luke warm shower. Holes in window screens. Stains on white bath towels. Floor and walls with water damage present.

1. Room not ready at 3 PM, making me late for an appointment. 2. Clerk incompetent, terrible communicator, and not customer focused. Horrible customer service. 3. Freezer made horrendous compressor noise every 20 minutes all night

The rooms were very clean, the lobby and the hallways and everything were spotless. The staff during the day and at night were super kind and polite and helpful. The people that may be staying there More than a couple nights are also very nice and have well-behaved pets.

This has got to be the worst hotel. I reserved a room here through Expedia. I selected the reserve now pay at the hotel option, and they just took my money straight away. So I finally get there it's 11:15 pm, I had to wait outside for over an hour for the night person to give me my room key. I get my room key, and I walk in on another guest who was in bed. So I go back to the front desk and tell them they have me a key for a room that was already occupied, and they proceed to tell me that they are completely booked. I all of they can put me at another extended stay, and they tell me that because it's now after 12 am- I wouldn't be able to check in until 3 pm- they said they'd refund me and it would take 7-14 business days for the money to come back to me. So needless to say I got to sleep in my rental car for 2 days because they had all my money tied up. it was only 7° degrees outside. Then to add insult to injury, it took them 14 days to even begin the process of refunding my money, and that's only because I had to call every single day for 2 weeks, which then took another 2 weeks to receive it. The manager apparently thinks it's all right to yell at customers, because he was tired of me asking questions. Totally unacceptable!!! This place is trash!

I checked in late. The person that came to the door was not identifiable as an employee. I thought he was another guest. The room was clean but old and the bed was hard. The floor i was on smelled. The staff were nice. Booked through Expedia with cancelation option. Stayed one night and wanted to cancel rest of atay. Received an email stating Expedia was unable to reach the hotel amd umable to return funds.

Check in with Jane was seamless. She's fantastic.

People need to pick up after their dogs & be responsible, not just let the dog drop big load then keep walking on.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I travel six months out of the year. The staff here is beyond unprofessional and downright hostile. At check-in, the front desk clerk ignored me for nearly 20 minutes while arguing with his girlfriend on the phone, leaving me standing there like an inconvenience. Things only got worse. Despite already paying for my room, they attempted to charge me a second time. When I refused to be scammed, they actually threatened to call the police and made a scene outside my door, trying to kick me out of a room I had already paid for. The level of rudeness, intimidation, and incompetence is staggering. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the country and have never encountered such disrespectful treatment from staff. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry, and I would strongly warn anyone against booking here. Save yourself from this nightmare

They charged me twice in the name of security deposit. When I asked they said to talk to their general manager.

The room was filthy dirty and smelled terrible. There were black hand prints all over the bathroom door and food stuck to the table. The room also smelled very strongly of weed.

This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had. It was beyond disgusting…so much that I left property early and went somewhere else. It’s not even that the hotel is beyond run down but it was filthy… no excuse for filth!

The hotel was clean, the employees friendly, the area around the hotel was safe, upscale, restaurants, convenience stores, and best of all pet friendly!

I put my elderly father in this hotel after his apartment got damaged by water and they put him in a room with a refrigerator that leaked water for 4 days. We notified them several times and all the maintenance employee said was don’t walk here by the fridge. Finally they switched it out with a good one. Then we asked to be moved to the ADA room as my Dad doesn’t get around well and couldn’t shower. We were told that they would extend his reservation and give him this room the next week but then the Asst Mgr gave it away. He was very rude, had no customer service and didn’t care that he was letting us down, even though he was staying for at least a month.

Absolutely Love it here! Its quiet right next to major shopping and dining! I work right across the street so convenience of walking to work! Staff is amazing Jane at the Desk she is amazing checked us in fast answered all my questions and is so Helpful! Craig is cool too he helped me save a bunch by booking thru the website ! You gotta check that out! Thank you guys for being what and how you are woukd definitely stay here again 10/10

Its quiete cozy and close to work i am about 4 minutes walking to work i love it . The staff is Amazing and accommodating its Truly the Most Comfortable place i have staying in a while Jane at the Front desk is the Best she got me checked in and has answered all questions clearly and fully . No misunderstandings at all. Outside is clean and Litter cigarette butt clear. We are close to parks and stores and the mall. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

Hotel room was outdated and breakfast was a nutria grain bar and a mini packaged muffin. Elevators were upgraded. Staff was very friendly.

It was so loud there and one night the cops filled up to the hotel. The hotel room had what I think was burn marks on the counter and the room had a lot of dog hair all over the floor

If I needed a place to stay for a day or two this works for me, any longer and I would look elsewhere.

The room was in bad shape. There was a bar of soap in the shower drain. The shower drain was covered in calcium deposits. The kitchen faucet was also covered in calcium deposits. The kictchen counters, refrigerator and table were damaged and worn. The breakfast was coffee and hot water for beverages and oatmeal packages and packaged muffins for food.The hotel smelled of old food.

The door next to my room had been broken down by police weeks before and had not been replaced.

There seemes to be quite a bit of police activity and some domestic disputes on site or near the 7-11. park meadows is typically noted for being fairly upscale and I was surprised.

I appreciate that the property was able to accommodate me for my stay based on my hours I was going to need to check in. Whoever I spoke with on the phone initially was very kind an attentive and I was so thankful for that. Once I did arrive to my room I noticed a few things that really concerned me; when I was getting ready to shower I noticed there was a wet washcloth hanging from the shower head, then the headboard for the bed has these white spots on the far left, & lastly when removing the covers to go to bed there were blood stains on the sheets as well as other stains. It was around 2AM and there was no one at the front desk to call and have my room changed & I was exhausted when I arrived all I wanted to do was sleep so I just slept on top on the covers.

The location is great but after a long trip to Colorado the last thing you would want is for the front desk to tell you that they gave away your reservation because even though you already paid for the booking and room you technically aren’t “reserved” until you check in. Extremely disappointed and led to me having to sleep in the truck because every other hotel was booked for the night. DO NO RECCOMEND

My stay at this hotel was greatly enhanced by the availability of several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Good value for the price . Would have rated it higher were it not for a bathroom door that made a very loud noise when opening it; many long black hairs on the bathroom floor; extra loud bathroom vent fan; and a toilet that took 3 to 4 flushes to empty the bowl…which was ironic because the waste of water far exceeded the water saving shower head and sink faucet. Room 410 needs attention.

Our room was covered in dog hair, the sheets, carpet and even parts of the walls.

It was a great stay for the price. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was a little lacking but it worked.

Well to be honest, our stay wasn’t good at all. First off our bank card was over charged. And when we called to get the rates adjusted to what they were supposed to be, the lady was super rude and called me a liar. And eventually they did see I was right and they over charged us, so they did go ahead and refund me half of what they actually owed me for the over-charge. And the TV didn’t work the whole time, the tv in that room does not get signal at all zero channels. And the A/C and heat unit was broken as well and the A/C wouldn’t stay on, so the room became uncomfortably hot! Also the Freezer was leaking water down into the fridge. Also one of the guests was drunk and approached my wife and made her and I very uncomfortable with how close he got too her and how he kept following her when he saw her. And last but not least, we could barely get any rest because the people in room 220 had there tv so loud we could hear it through the walls all night and morning. Was really disappointed and hope for a better stay in the future.

Very cut and dry hotel. If you need a long term this is it. There is a little kitchenette which is nice. Not overly friendly or a warm environment, just serves its purpose.

Please remove the smoke smell. It made me extremely nauseous.

This place was just average. Nothing special. Advertised free breakfast and it was a brown bag take and go. Won't stay here again.

The hotel was convenient to the area we needed to be in. It was easy to access freeways, shopping, restaurants, etc. It was also clearly understaffed, as rooms were not ready even well after the advertised check-in time. The person staffing the front desk also had to go in person to see if rooms were cleaned. Breakfast was definitely a generous descriptor of the offerings. It would be better not to advertise any breakfast at all.

The 10 point cleaning protocol was not followed for the room. Windows haven't been touched in months - at least. Based on the hair and other items on the carpet, I'm pretty sure vacuuming didn't happen either. Didn't check in until 8pm and room wasn't ready. One luggage cart for an entire building is inconvenient. Elevators weren't in prime condition either with one becoming inoperable the morning I checked out. For $2k for one room, for a week, surely there must be overage for cleaning and maintenance!

Absolutely disgusting room. We found bedbugs. Hotels.com did not give us a refund because the hotel manager denied our request. Call the hotel directly they said Hotels.com would have to reach out to get us a refund. The general manager at the location was the one who declined our refund. Do not stay here. It’s disgusting.

I was very disappointed with my stay. In two occasions someone came in my room unauthorized. I will not recommend to stay here.

Sheets had stains. Walls were thin. The properties in Missouri came with a few plates and cups. This property didn’t. Other than that, it was ok. Convenient location. Friendly staff.

All that is provided in the listed breakfast that is from 6am to 930 is a breakfast bar nothing else haha, dont list something that you dont provide. Also it lists coffee is available which it is instantly put away at 930am. They use so much bleach when doing laundry that the 1st floor and lobby honestly smell like there is a pool there which they dont have one.

I felt like I was more in a hostile than at a hotel. I dropped a pair of black pants on the floor when I was unpacking and when I picked them up they were full of pet hair and dirt. Then having to go to the front desk when you run out of toilet paper is just unprofessional. There was mold around the tub, part of the wall falling apart and the electrical plug near the sink would trip every time I tried to plug something into it. I was embarrassed to take dirty towels to the front desk to switch out for clean ones. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

While showering, some water got on the floor. While drying the floor, the towel was black. The phone couldn't dial out. The AC didn't not work but was only needed for cooling the first couple of hours we were there.

I went to sleep at 1130pm at night and when I went to check in, I was denied - over capacity. Unprofessional - I should have gotten a courtesy call.

The first room that I had, the tv remote did not work, had to switch it twice. the room smelled and to top it off the shower was pointing to the celling making it impossible to shower.

Great stay for an overnight doctor appointment. I am allergic to fragrances and the bedding was not washed in fragrances. I smelt the floor cleaner in the lobby but tolerant

There was no microwave in the room,the sheets looked like someone had already slept there,and the bathroom sink had male hair and whiskers laying in the sink. This room obviously had not been cleaned and set up for the next person. I could not wait to check out of this place. It is nasty and run down. Parking is a joke. There is no where to park. Shady people staying there.. Not Safe.

The area in which this hotel is is not a safe area trash all over the parking lot every day oh if you need clean towels, you have to bring them the old towels before they will let you have new towels, like I really want their towels at the front desk continuously wouldn’t recommend this to anybody just go back up the street. There’s a lot of nicer hotels for the same price.

Very rundown and shabby. Room was pretty grungy and the grounds and area around the hotel are not in good shape.

The room we stayed in was not clean there was dirt and whatever else in the bed and behind the tv stand was someone else’s clothes we didn’t have any soap or anything to wash our hands. At first it seemed nice but the longer we were there the more things we saw that were gross and dirty.

Very clean and quiet. Easy access to south Denver areas. Super happy with our stay!

This was a good motel for the money. Friendly check-in, clean room; reasonably comfortable accommodation. I was only a one night stay, but the room would have been quite acceptable for a longer stay.
