We have booked this hotel multiple times for employees that have training in London, OH. The hotel is conveniently located 15 minutes from the training center. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, and breakfast is good. There are also a variety of restaurants in the area.

This is seriously the best hotel Ive ever been to. And im 40! Had room 103 so we was right by the front desk where breakfast is and the 24/7 coffee machines. Staff was amazing. They have a pool i didnt get to swim in, but have a little gym i exercised in until 4 in the morning. Very kind and friendly and the best breakfast bar ive ever seen in my life! If I could give 10 stars I would! If in Columbus again, will definitely book here. Very nice and cozy and the showers are amazing! So refreshing! Also the mirror has a bright light around it and a good counter right there to put make up on at. Thanks guys!

The hotel was fine. The rooms were clean. The pool area needs maintenance. The staff was helpful. The elevator wasn't working, so we had to carry our things up the stairs. Breakfast was fine.

Fresh breakfast. Need better curtain for privacy and there was no room Coffee , no toilet paper no extra rags and towls.

We were charged and unable to stay because the property did not receive my reservation. The attendant made me aware this happens often. My reservation was reserved on booking.com my card was charged my reservation did not exist. It caused my 2 year old daughter and myself to be stuck in a snow storm on highway 70

Clean, neat, comfortable and thankfully quiet. I honestly didn’t expect to find such a nice hotel off the highway but I’m glad I did.
