The place was clean and comfortable. It was close to the main highway

Close to I355 and great restaurants and bars.

We were a family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. The room size was great 2 queen and 1 sofa bed however the linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. The shower head had horrible water pressure. We were on the third floor. It was sad that the sink faucet had more pressure than the shower head. Breakfast was decent same thing all 3 days soggy scrambled eggs and sausage. Also had cereal, waffles, and yogurt. Our first morning the Manager was arguing with the clerk over what the night shift did not do and who’s job it was to take the trash out. It became a yelling match. Later the same day still more arguing. During our entire stay the side door was broken and didn’t lock. Luckily our floor was pretty quiet.

The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The mattress appeared to have been soiled, and management refused to switch rooms, replace the mattress, or even clean the room. There were insects present as well. Common areas were also in poor condition—the first-floor ice machine was broken, the swimming pool was dirty, and the small gym had non-functioning equipment and no working lights. To make matters worse, people were having bonfires behind the property, and management didn’t seem to care. Overall, the lack of maintenance and attention to guest comfort made the stay extremely unpleasant. I cannot recommend this hotel and hope management takes serious action to address these issues.

Our room was infested with ants, there were stains on the bed sheets, curtains and towels. Ants crawling out of the walls in our bath tub.

It was fine for me but my wife is much more particular and pointed out items that could have been cleaned better or items like drapes that were stained and should probably be replaced.

Curtain did not close completely and the light was coming in. Towels had blue stains. Sofa bed mattress 👎👎 $240 plus a night? Not going back.

The breakfast was a complete joke. No where to sit (think Breakfast in Mumbai) and all the food is cleaned out. It was about 8:45 AM (breakfast is not over until 9) and the breakfast attendant refused to make more eggs and sausage. She was rude and inconsiderate to the hotel guests. Several people asked but her response was "No more! We are closed." We spoke to the desk attendant he was little help. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. It just felt dirty.

How spacious the room was, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean and roomy The only negative experience was the ice machine. The opening where the ice drops from was dirty, and when I looked underneath to look inside, it had black mold…. Another suggestion would be to replace the couch and the chair from fabric to vinyl

The first room I was put in had ants crawling in the furniture and carpets covered in dried food. The second room was a bit better, but not great. The elevator was VERY slow or didn’t work so when I had to leave a day early due to an emergency, I had to drag my suitcase down the stairs 3 floors because the elevator never showed after 10 minutes of waiting. I reached the front desk only to be told, “You will be charged extra for leaving early!” I wasn’t asked how my stay was or ever offered a receipt. This was my worst hotel experience ever.

Issues...2AM my bed was vibrating from the bass from someone's music. I use a CPAP and was still inhaling all the weed someone was smoking. The hotel, outside and inside smelled of weed. Our bathroom was clean, but... The couch in our room was atrocious. I covered it with a blanket to sit down. The drapes had something on them so did the chair. The staff was pleasant, but short staffed. When I did call the front desk at 2AM, they did get whomever was playing music to lower it down.

People are so loud till late. The front desk doesn’t do anything with their guests. I wouldn't recommend travelers to stay thrre overnight if they have a big event to attend.

BUT, the breakfast was fresh, good variety and tasted good.

Only thing I liked about it was the bed in the room The room was not cleaned before I got there. It had an empty bottle of liquor on the floor. Had a key card on the floor as well. The tv did not work and wasn’t connected to the cable. The shower had no water pressure. I would have more water pressure if I put a bag full of water above my head and poked holes in it. The hot water lasted 3 min then it was cold. I had to open the back of the toilet every time it was flushed to fix it to get water to fill back up. The heater did not work. I set it to 72 on heat and all it did was blow cold air all day long and never shut off unless I did it manually. The breakfast was horrible. Grainy wet eggs. Bad sausage. That’s all u get for hot food for the breakfast. Same thing everyday. The toaster only had 1 side that worked and the staff knew because they told people. If you know then get a new one. It was so black on the inside I almost didn’t use it. The pool is only 4 ft deep. Never seen such a little pool in my life in a hotel. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The back door didn’t lock. There was a piece of paper in place of the locking mechanism.

Staff was outstanding. Beds were comfortable for me but my daughter didn't like them. The curtains were disgusting. They need to take them down and replace them asap. The furniture look like something that they took off the side of a street curb. They try to do some updating but it really didn't matter or make a difference.

First room was disgusting and literally had bugs in the bathroom. Only half of the curtains would close, the peephole was huge and not coverable, and the door safety latch wouldn't close. Requested a different room. Second room was slightly cleaner, but still had boogers all over the walls, carpet looked like animals had thrown up on it and not been cleaned, curtains closed but were filthy. Bathroom appeared clean. Didn't see any bugs.

location room was hot on entry, no internet (got room to do a online video testimonial for business using the quite) failed miserably requesting my money back or voucher for another day there's internet working to reset in the short fall.. , no towels to whip sweat off face because it waws hot inn room until it got up to a comfortable temp. Paid an extra early occupancy 40$ fee to set up for video after asking deck person is internet working, once in room set up password for internet multiple did not work at allll.

Lift don’t work

We stayed overnight as a family with our toddler. The elevator wasn’t working so we had to use the stairs (hopefully it gets fixed ASAP). Two things I did not like is they put the coffee machine in the bathroom right next to the toilet (not very hygienic) and the pillows are too small. The area felt safe and secure. Breakfast was good and the lady there was very nice and attentive. Overall, it was good.

Water pressure was horrible, kids running up and down the hallways early in the morning. Then going in the elevators with no adults pushing all the button. Closet door would not shut in our room. The pull out bed was gross

I definitely would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. I have massive bedbug bites all over my body!! (Nape of my neck; on my thighs; ankles and hands!) Housekeeping never came to my room! I'm still trying to make certain I didn't bring any bedbugs with me! I had to dump a suitcase full of clothes, put clothes in the cleaners, toss my comforter and throws! It was a horrible experience!!! Never going there again!!!

Upon arrival, the room smelled really bad. There was not enough towels, and there was not enough toilet paper. There was no blanket on top of the bed only a sheet. We didn’t even stay the full trip.

Our room was not clean & the t.v. Didn’t work told front desk he suggested it was because people play games on it. Never changed our room every staff was just rude. Stayed one night won’t be coming back.

The good fiest: the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bad: the walls were quite thin and even a small gathering a few rooms away sounded like a rager was happening in our bathroom. The property was not in great shape. Paint had been applied liberally, but the drywall above the pool was ha ging in strips and the floors were dirty. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing: not a lot of options. Good staff but let down by the state of the place.

No water pressure in the shower and the sink. Like taking a shower in a water fountain.

Aside from the cockroach in the bathroom, the room was fine. Decent amount of space and the beds were comfortable. It was also quiet throughout our stay. We were there four nights and a note in the bathroom said housekeeping service had to be requested, which I find ridiculous. It also said there would be full housekeeping service after the 3rd night. We came back to our room that evening and there had been no service. We had to empty our own trash and go get more towels and toilet paper. That’s terrible service overall and such an inconvenience. Honestly, it’s a deal breaker for me. I would choose a different hotel in this area in the future. We paid for service we didn’t receive.

Comfy and clean

Got to the room and everything was good until we got into the room. You could tell the sheets were not clean there was stains all over them. The pillows were so thin so if you HAVE to stay here and it’s your absolute LAST resort bring your own. Our key card deactivated numerous time so we kept having to ask for new ones almost every single day. Parking was an absolute nightmare. Got to the hotel one night and there was no parking. The breakfast was the only ok thing. Still the food was pretty gross and the biscuits they had were as hard as a rock. Do not recommend. Stay literally anywhere else

Staff was friendly

This hotel is in need of updates. We found the beds/furniture to be uncomfortable, showers had poor pressure, and the curtains in our room were stained with what appeared to be blood. This hotel is not in a walkable area.

Beds were full size and not queen sized and uncomfortable, pillows didn’t feel normal sized either, water pressure in shower was low, trash in room from prior guest, hallway smelled of pot, room not well insulated as you could hear everything from hallway and other room next door.

This is a clean and affordable stay for the area. The building is outdated– for example there's a tub shower... not a walk-in. The pool room didn't look inviting, but I saw people using it. Our room wasn't clean upon arrival, but was upgraded with no hesitation. A bell for front desk would be helpful as there wasn't always a receptionist.

The breakfast was good. Customer service was great. Will be back soon.

When first getting there to check in the lady was very rude. Her name started with an E the next day. I came downstairs and asked for towels and face towels and she said OK we left for the day came back late that night and we still had no towels and stuff in our room so I called down there and she got really smart about the whole situation. I did not know they didn’t deliver them to the room. She should’ve told me that and she didn’t. so when I got off the phone, I end up having to go down to the front desk and get some the next day. We need toilet paper and it was like a problem for her to get us some toilet paper and again I didn’t know that they didn’t bring toilet paper to your room. Either every time I ask her for something she was very smart mouth rude disrespectful if anything our bathroom sink state stopped up the whole time and I did tell them about it. Their breakfast had scrambled eggs and biscuits. That’s it no meat at all so my stay there was I’m not satisfied.

The customer service was fine. Stayed in on thr second floor. The room smelled like cigarette smoke soon as I walked in, the curtains were filthy, the bathroom had black stuff on the floor, water was coming out of the faucet like where the sink handle is at (meaning water getting on the sink counter),water pressure in the shower was weak. Carpet wasnt clean. Checked in Tuesday night and left Thursday morning. Housekeeping did not come in the room to clean or even provide new towels. The stay was OK. You get what you pay for! I would only stay here again if major changes were made.

Good experience

Check in was difficult. We entered the lobby and no one appeared to be working the front desk. We called out asking if anyone was working several times, getting increasingly loud, and received no response. We found one of the room attendants and she was unable to assist us. Finally, after a 10-13 minute wait I called the hotel and someone answered and finally showed up to check us in with a very dismissive attitude. I don't know if this was the desk attendant or not but I was left with the distinct impression that I was bothering her by wanting to be checked in. I travel frequently, and can honestly say it was one of the strangest and most unpleasant check ins I've ever encountered.

Weekend rates are excessive compared to weekday rates. Water pressure is regulated to VERY low on hot temps. Rooms comfortable and clean, quiet , breakfast typical, coffee machines broken. Do more research before staying for better locations closer to Chicago.

Thr shower doors were new. Did not stay closed, put on wrong. New sink cracked, sink drain was rusted. I have pictures. Asked for more hangers, she said no thats all they have. Booked a 1week stay only 6 hangers for 2 adults. Checked out nect night. Just discussing.

Breakfast options were very limited. As in one type or meat and one egg option that’s it. Along with the normal breads cereal waffle. On the first night I noticed a few ants but no big deal we killed them and moved on but by the third day there were ants everywhere. All over our jackets that were on top of a chair and on the walls and floors and luggage. We were on the second floor so I can’t imagine how much worse the bottom floor would have been. At that point I was fed up we were offered the next room over which still had ants but not as many. Will not return.

Cons: Room did not feel clean with stained sheets and furniture. Paper think walls so you can hear your neighbours and people in the hallway. Overall would not stay here again.

Well kept

Our toilet didn't flush and they gave me a plunger, which still didn't help the unflushing toiket. The bathroom had shampoo or shower gel stains on the wall when i first checked in. Checked in Thursday and by Saturday our room was filled with trash. Asked the front desk when the housekeeper was coming and they said housekeeping is only available for rooms with 3 day bookings even though we weren't leaving until Sunday.

Their was no heated pool that was the only reason we came their was 100 dollar deposit but o line it said 50 me and my children came to use the pool the lady complained about the kids being loud in the pool mind you they are only 5 and 10 and my daughter is autistic we left 30 min later because of it their should be a sighn regarding the pool heater not working on the website

This property was by far the worse hotel I have ever stayed in for a vacation. To start off walking in and checking in was completely weird. A white guy was in the lobby and the front desk receptionist was trying to make him leave and he wasn’t leaving at all she had to call the police. Checking in there was a problem with using a debit and or credit card and the receptionist knew that and was basically like whatever do you have cash if not I don’t know what to tell you. And then upon finally checking into the room walking in the room stunk so bad it had a very bad closed in odor and you can smell the carpet has not been cleaned. The curtains were filthy completely nasty the sheets were dirty and full of specks of black stuff. The water in the bathroom shower NEVER got hot we had to wash up in the sink. The pool was DIRTY pure dirty you can see the dirt floating around and the walls in the pool area was dry rotted. This was theee worse stay ever and we came for spring break. If I could I would really want my money back I’m so disappointed. Please do not stay here or waste your money.

There is parts of the hotel, where the walls are collapsing. Picture will be down below. And it’s little things like this throughout the hotel that are in several different places. Rooms did not get cleaned during the whole duration we were there now granted that could still be resemblance from Covid. However, we costly were asking for more towels. We were constantly asking for more soap. The sheets inside the couch were torn to shreds. Now when we did request things housekeeping was great and brought it and did it just fine. The breakfast at this property was perfectly fine. One more thing I would recommend if you stay here is go through your sheets really well I did find hair in one of our beds. Overall, as a budget, friendly hotel yes it is worth the money.

I stayed at this hotel three nights during a regular business week. My check-in was pleasant and staff were very nice. My initial room (King Suite) was very clean. However, the mattress was hard as a rock. I had to sleep on the pull out couch (surprisingly more comfortable). I let staff know the next morning and the front desk agent acknowledged my complaint as a common complaint among guests. She stated that replacing mattresses is in future plans for the hotel. They accommodated me and switched my room. It was to a lesser room, a junior king suite, but I slept way better the next two nights. The hotel itself is dated on the outside, but seems to have been recently updated on the inside. If it weren't for the staff and cleanliness, I'd probably give this property two stars. Also, the breakfast needs improvement.

The description online said hot tub but the hot tub no longer exists. The pool is small but it was nice and warm! We enjoyed it! Breakfast was super basic but fine for the price.

Convenient driving access and parking. Clean and well managed. Spacious room and nice pool and gym available. Good room and water temperature. Only complaint is low water pressure in the shower.

It was convenient to the family we were visiting and the rooms were nice and clean. I do think there needs to be an upgrade to the technology outlets with all of us having multiple devices that needed charging.

I was a good stay until like 430am someone decided to talk on their cellphone in front of my room n woke my kids up. Also would be nice if the pool would stay open longer then 8pm

This was a quick stay over. Everything was fine. Breakfast was good.

Room and bathroom were fairly dirty, including the curtains looking like something was splattered (how does that happen?) Staff was able to provide linens for the pull-out bed but only after being asked because they weren’t there. Was very inexpensive, so maybe you get what you pay for.

The first impression was not good. Saw a window with very bad window dressing. I was surprised with the size of the room we were in. The elevator was down for three days. Had to take luggage down by way of the stairs. Some of your front desk help need to sign up for customer service 101. My partner was having problems with the stairs due to sore back. The pool was very uninviting due to no or minimal maintenance. One set of your stairs had a faint odor of urine, and that area looked very unkept. The pool area really needs a definite upgrade.

You get what you pay for at this hotel. Doesn't matter if it's in Addison/Lombard area in which that area is known to be nice, this hotel says different. Noisy kids running in and out the room anduch more but I've already wasted my time with this hotel.

The experience was great for the price!! The pool was good but it does need to be cleaned. The room was big and spacious.Breakfast was nice, and staff was friendly. Some of the guest were a little weird.

Well kept hotel in a safer suburb. Beds were comfortable though sofa sleeper squeaked loudly and interrupted our sleep. Bathroom was clean, appliances and TV worked and the breakfast selections included eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereals and fresh fruit.
