The stuff at the front desk and the customer service was totally a disappointment , there was nobody at the front desk at the time to check I had to collect my hundred dollar cash deposit and nobody was there for me at the checkout time

Shower do not have hot water. I called front desk and they say I have to wait till Monday. I stay only on Saturday night. When I checked out they mention that my room hot water heater was broken. They could just switch me to a different room just to get a hot shower but they did not offer. Also the bath tub non slip mat do bunch up and my wife nearly slip and fall. I don’t think I will go back there again.

Room was clean but the lock on the front door was broken.. The hot water stopped working after our first night. Other than that, not bad.

The staff were so pleasant and friendly. I needed a new room key card at night and it was no problem at all. I would stay there again and I would book directly through them.

The location was great for what I needed. Older building, but clean and updated rooms. Not much. Cream for the coffee in the room. Could hear the neighbors noise.

Location was super safe and comfortable. I didn’t like that the shower makes a weird super loud noise when first turned on for like a good 5 minutes. Also no extra toilet paper.

The customer service was great My stay there was very uncomfortable. There was no comforter on my bed, and the air conditioning didn’t work. It was extremely hot at night, which made it very difficult to sleep.

The AC makes too much noise. And throughout my stay my room was not maintained, bedding not changed, towels not changed.

The room was dirty in the bathroom. There was a worm in the shower. The shower curtains had blood on it. The bed had hair on it and stains. A sock on the lamp on the sink in the bathroom. It looked like somebody has shaved, and they didn’t clean it……

They locked my key out at 0630 In the morning and had to wait until 8 to get back in. No workers on the premises.

Location was good. No breakfast offered Soap dispenser was empty in shower. Bathroom door clothes hook was broke off and had not been replaced. Mattress was uncomfortable due to stiff plastic and wrinkled mattress cover under the bottom bed sheet Pillows were lumpy and flat.

The room was cleaned and organized. It was a perfect location for my trip to Loma Linda University.

Everything was fine. We stay due to the fact it is close to the VA hospital.

good for the price and location one of my cards didn't work though so that was weird. the card situation, and I don't know if I got my deposit back because they charged me extra charges...

Room was clean but lack of convenient electrical outlets was definitely problematic. Staff was helpful, when available. Checkout was a bit complicated as it was not posted that the key could be left in the room and no one was on duty in the early am when we left.

Clean room, water in the shower made a real loud noise thru the whole shower. Our key didn't work and it was raining hard and wet had to go up and down the stairs to get new keys. Other then that it was good

I reserved and paid for a deluxe suite. Clerk gave me 250 sq ft room and refused to upgrade me because Hotels.com didn't charge me enough. Hotels.com staff couldn't get her to give me the bigger room. Only seven cars in the parking lot, so the place was empty. I had called the manager before making the reservation to ask why the room was so cheap. He just said Hotels.com controlled the pricing. He said nothong aboput not giving me the room I booked. I will never stay at this hotel again. Bunch of dishonest a holes.

The location is so safe and close to the NOS which is what I needed !! The room floors are super dirty, not visibly but walk around with clean socks and they won’t be clean long. Don’t like that they charge for dirty towels and sheets never had that before. The parking is super cramped for bigger cars but otherwise it was very pleasant.

I chose Loma Linda Inn primarily due to its proximity to the hospital. I was very happy with how clean, quiet with the amenities I needed.

Stayed for one night on my way back home. The receptionist was nice, and the check-in process was quick. My only small issue was the pillow that was too small and the bed that was a little noisy, but those were minor things. Overall, good, and I’d stay at it again.

I had a wonderful stay, and the location is very convenient if you're visiting Loma Linda Hospital. The staff were incredibly kind, and everything went smoothly with no issues at all. I highly recommend this hotel.

The stay was comfortable. The room was neat, it also had microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and iron box , which I found really useful. Staff were courteous and check in and check out was smooth.

Awful! We booked a queen room and the room we received was old. Nothing like the pics of the room we booked. AC wasn’t working so we requested another room and the man at the desk was vey rude. Said there’s no other queen beds available when the parking lot was empty and it was mid week. Gave us a full bed room which was uncomfortable and my partner and I barely fit. Please DO NOT stay here.

The beds were so uncomfortable the room smelled bad the air conditioning was terrible and full of mold there is no one on property at night if you have a problem. I had to call a number for help and walked up and down stairs to get keys from a box and it was ridiculous with two young kids moving to another room in middle of the night and then next room the air conditioning was so loud we couldn’t sleep and my son was in icu and I needed the rest I will never stay here again

Well it was not close to any restaurants it was on university campus on one side of street, and subdivision on the other.They said breakfast was at 8:00 am-10:00am. I had to call for them to come open the door to office .He wasn’t happy by his facial expression.I did as directed by the sign saying office closed till 12 noon .The breakfast was instant oatmeal 2 packages one banana.My husband and I had to share .The water was cold. Therefore we never ate. The only good thing is that it was quiet. Thank You.

There was a hole in the wall first night i told them about it they did nothing the second night there the bus was infested by bugs coming out of the hole and they did not accomodate me and my family had to leave at at night and no help from anyone they asked me to stay the night with the bugs and they would replace me next day... denied my refund

The stay was good, but when I attempted to shower, there was absolutely zero hot water. I moved the knob every which way just in case and left it running for quite some time in every direction, and no hot water came out. I took a cold shower at 4am after a long day. Aside from that, however, the room was clean and well kept

My only negative is that they booked guest right above us! They had maybe 10 or 12 out of 40 rooms booked. And they stacked us! We had to listen to those above us walk back and forth late into the night AND when they woke up, so no sleeping in for us😢 Other than that, all was nice.

We were happy with our stay

We have stayed here multiple times before but this last stay will be our last. The room set up was horrible on the room with 1 queen bed and a sofa bed; the sofa bed when extended doesn’t give you any room to get to the bathroom. The cover on the sofa bed was disguising, it was stained, visibly dirty with hair and other debris, and the mattress was in even worse condition when we requested a new mattress cover and saw that the mattress was dirty brown with springs showing and disintegrating in our hands. The shower was not clean, there were some questionable items left on the wall and the tub had visibly cracked in multiple places and had not bad patch jobs. The tubs were also extremely slick and were a very big fall hazard. The floors at first glance looked clean but one step on them told you otherwise, you got would be black after a few steps around. Normally that’s not too much of an issue but since we were traveling with small kids, that meant that they couldn’t crawl around freely nor play on the ground. We had requested 1 room downstairs, preferably a handicap room, and both rooms were upstairs. When we checked in the front desk clerk had said that Expedia did not relay that information to the hotel and it was never received. Having worked at a hotel, I knew that was not the case, you always receive the guest notes, and was extremely disappointed at the dishonesty. The hotel used to be a gem in the community but it does seem to have gone downhill.

The staff and the place is perfection 10 out of 10 the only thing I would say is the beds are a little older and could use updated some are too soft or you can feel the springs. But it is very clean and I would stay there again.

The smell in the room made me sick to the point that I have to leave. Sheets were dirty and bedspread had holes. A complete scam!!! I booked for two days and lost my money. Complained in the front office and they didn’t give me any sort of solution.

I would recommend this place to any of my hospital staff to come here it's safe in a right location and not to far from the hospital and the price is reasonable I enjoyed my stay I would come back

It’s close to LLU. walkable distance and the rooms are so clean.

When i booked the room it stated they had a 24/7 office. When i arrived the office was closed and i was unable to get my room. I had to get another room elsewhere and still got charged for the room. When i called the next morning and told the gentleman on the phone i wasnt going to be needing the room any longer and requested a refund he told me he would speak to someone (I believe he said Judy). At 11:50pm i received a call from another associate asking if i was still going to be needing the room. When i explained to the woman what had happened she told me i shouldve cancelled because now I will be charged an additional fee. I feel robbed and will be speaking with Expedia for a refund.

I was there while my daughter was in the hospital for cancer treatment. I choose Loma Linda Inn because it was close by the hospital. Everything was clean and orderly from the front lobby to the room. You could smell the cleanliness, but it wasn’t overwhelming. And it was quite.

Close to Loma Linda University, just walking distance. The hotel room was too cramped. Not much room for 3 adults. The air conditioner was very noisy. There was no extra toilet paper or towels for 3 adults and I had to get them at the front desk.

I stayed at this inn about 3 years ago and liked its quaint and quiet atmosphere. I think they must have changed ownership cause this second stay was the last. I booked a room for one night. As a rule I always bring my own towels to motels and this time was no different. I also bring my own down comforter. I never mind paying the allotted deposits because I know I’m super clean. So upon check out I was told that they were keeping $50 of my deposit because I had stained 3 towels and a flat sheet. Now in my eyes something can’t be considered a stain unless it doesn’t wash out but the front desk person insisted the towels were stained and ruined even before they had even washed them. I only used their towels to dry my hands and dry my face. I used my own bath towels. They also said I stained a sheet with my but I don’t wear makeup on my legs so I don’t understand their rational. I offered to buy replacement towels and a flat sheet but they insisted that the sheets and towels they use are of such hi quality that I couldn’t afford to replace them. If there such high quality then how is $50 gonna replace what they say I ruined. I’ve never had a hotel tell me I ruined the towels and sheets ever. It was an insult and I’ll never stay here again.

These people are great understanding down-to-earth and awesome human beings.. You wouldn't even think that it's a buisness it feels like it has a homey comfy home type of atmosphere.,. I appreciate them very much for their understanding and their customer service.

Overall the place is nice. It is very close to Loma Linda University. I've had to stay there over a week for family reasons. Many nights when I returned after a long day the card key did not work but the staff was always nice about fixing it. The Inn is fairly clean; some things should be refreshed.

Nice and clean. The tv didn’t work in our room and when I called the front desk they said someone would be up to fix it when they had a chance, but they never showed up. I could have probably called again but we didn’t really need the tv. Overall it was a nice quiet and clean place.

This property was directly behind Loma Linda Hospital wjere my spouse was having surgery. My room was very clean and spacious. The staff was kind and helpful. Will definitely return.

Amazing experience

Room was 95 degrees on arrival. A/c that blows horizontally mounted on floor so it took hours for the room to cool off, and the a/c was very loud. No rest here.

Not the best stay, the checking process was slow the front desk people was on the phone, rooms are okay, nothing fancy, old type AC noisy, no WiFi access at least for me I call them to ask for the password but they do not answer the phone,

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was brought to the room early and it was remarkably good. It is a walkable distance to Lima Linda Hospital and campus. Highly recommend.

The inn was quiet, reliable, safe, and in walkable distance from the LLU campus/medical center. Checking in and out was a smooth process for me as there was always someone at the desk during the hours I visited. The staff members were very accomodating to my needs and valued customer experience. Overall good stay.

They operate as a no contact method with tight office security. Granted this was an after hour check in. However, I saw another desperate customer the next day having the same problem frantically trying to find a way to check in. This factor alone is unacceptable. Rooms are decent and reasonable for the price. Air conditioner is terribly loud. As long as you know what you are getting, it is a decent stay for the location. They just need to improve on the e check in process.

The service was great

The Loma Linda Inn is an older motel building but you can tell that the owners are doing everything they can to make it comfortable for their guests. My room was super clean, quiet and the queen bed was comfortable with clean white sheets. The AC kept up with the scorching heat outside. Definitely worth the stay.

Very quiet room and I was very impressed with the size of the room, tv area in the room and the good size bathroom. The room smelled very very clean when we walked in and we were just very happy with our stay.

My flight landed early, and when I arrived at noon, I recognized that the room might not be ready. The person at the desk was very firm that I could not check in before 2 PM. I was kind of hoping for an offer of calling me if a room got ready earlier, but he was firm. “Absolutely 2 PM?” I said. “Yes,” he said. So I killed some time in a coffee shop and returned a few minutes after 2 PM, only to be told that the rooms were not ready until 3 PM. I observed that this was not what I have been told earlier, but the same person claimed that he had always said 3 PM. His explanation was that one cleaner was cleaning all the rooms, I observed that she probably was not cleaning all of them simultaneously. He only responded by saying that I needed to come back at 3 PM. I came back a little bit after 3 PM, and by the time he very methodically helped the people in front of me in line, it was closer to four by the time I actually made it into my room. Fortunately, I had barely enough time to get to my scheduled meeting.

Very nice and quiet clean room was a little on the small side but really the only complaint I have is good luck getting your full deposit back.

I stayed here with my friend for a festival and we both loved the room we stayed in and we both loved the loma linda inn , the room was nice and comfortable and cozy feeling , we both felt comfortable and safe there we loved the breakfast that they provided as well , we would definitely plan to stay there again !

I loved this place! It was very comfortable and secure. Personnel were gracious and polite. The breakfasts were unique. I will stay here again when I am in the area. It was like staying in someones home.

The sofa bed does not fit two kids as it was sold. It is toi small and narrow.

Definitely a good hotel. Its near the hospital, but in a quiet area. Its very clean, bedding is confotable and it has nice seating areas.
