Clean room, free breakfast, plenty of parking. Day was very hot so the hallways were stuffy and hot too.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a good experience.

The room was ok , some trash back to the furniture, but besides that everything was fine and clean , we didn’t take the breakfast because they closed at 9 am which for me was early , they opened at 6 and was ok , but we couldn’t get the breakfast on time , the parking is not included in the reservation, so get ready to pay for it ! The pool was very quiet and big, we liked it but the water was very cold and some dead flies were in it, also the jacuzzi was hot very hot and also some flies and leaves were inside the jacuzzi! I am not planning to come back again.

Room was clean, but the bathroom had very bad smell like sewage, ℹ complained but didn’t get nowhere. I had to leave the door open so bad smell go away. Regarding breakfast, we did not get to eat due to leaving 6.30 am . I did not know about parking overnight fee. Also being served in U S Army, I did not get any discount . Rest all good.

Everything was great except for parking as we had to park along the red lane. Not enough parking spots and there are there other hotels sharing the parking lot.

It was very nice. Loved the breakfast options, especially the warm cinnamon rolls. Nice to have the work center and hot tub. The hot tub had a hot chocolate wrapper in it one night and a chip bag in at the next. I couldn’t get the bicycle in the fitness center to register my heart rate and the front employees did not know how to make that work.

Hotel charges guests an additional $14.00 dollars per day for parking unless your handicaped with a placard. The bed in the accessible room we stayed in was very low and you had to fall into bed. When you went to get out of the bed it was very hard to stand up. Breakfast was not very good. They need to have more variety of meat instead of turkey sausage every day.

The carpet in the room was so filthy when you stood in the shower black dirt runs from your feet, making a trail down to the drain. The hot tub did not smell like chlorine; that's all I will say about that. We arrived after midnight and couldn't find the desk clerk. He was asleep behind a wall and didn't hear us calling "hello". The same broken plastic cup was in the stairwell every one of the 5 days we were there so apparently no one checks them. The shower controller was "stripped" and it turned freely without adjusting the water flow or temperature. Otherwise, the facility and breakfast and other staff were wonderful.

Staff very professional and easy to check in and out. We book the Standard King Room with Roll-in Shower - Mobility Accessible, water pooled on the floor of the bathroom very awkward to shower with how small it felt. Very disappointed with how the dirty the bathroom was, there was hair on the towels and hair on the shower curtain and floors. the shower was terrible, It was dirty, there was grim where the silicone should be at. We got a burning sensation on our feet after showering and turns out we got athletes foot. Very disappointing overall.

This hotel is worth every penny for the stay. Clean, friendly, helpful, breakfast served daily and don't forget pet friendly. I walk my dog several times and always felt safe. The area is well lite. Pool and hot tubs always in use. I've been a guess for three weeks now. Would gladly come back

This was the worse experience I have ever experienced. 3 of the four pillows and blood and huge stains all over it. There were hair all over the bed that it looked like the sheets were never changed. I checked out of the hotel 30 minutes after checking in. I would never stay there again.

Will definitely make this our go to place in Loma Linda!

Everyone was super friendly, very respectful and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The property was clean. Obviously you're right next to the highway, but the Price is Right! You're also a short drive from downtown Redlands and up in the hills are some beautiful views only about a 5-minute drive. I plan on staying there again!

We had a lovely stay. I especially liked Karla who checked us in and out. She was lovely. The other lady with the pretty eyelashes was so nice and friendly too. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, although we didn't have many items that hotels usually provide (bar soap, shower cap, drinking glasses) and we didn't have maid service. Nonetheless, we will definitely stay here again.

Hotel breakfast & coffee was excellent. The lady in charge of breakfast was awesome but you can hear Bigfoot upstairs in both rooms. For this reason I would not use holiday again unless I was on top floor.

This property is near everything you need; shopping, the freeway. It was nice and clean. The room was very nice and spacious. Breakfast was fresh each day and had a variety to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be booking here again.

We stayed in a king suite with a separate bedroom and a fold out couch. Room was very quiet (4th floor), and AC worked great—kept consistent temp and not noisy. Great value!

Arriving to a friendly and helpful staff was a great way to start our trip. There is plenty of parking even with a packed hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The Staff was always on top of bringing in new towels, cleaning and picking up garbage bags. Breakfast always had a nice spread that rivals any local Inns. The best part was the kindness/helpfulness of the staff ranging from the kitchen staff,evs, front desk, and management. we had an amazing time loma linda holiday inn express & suites. We will be back on our next trip, thank you.

Property and room was nice. Gym wasn’t open as the door was locked and apparently even maintenance couldn’t open it. I was told it would be open the next day. It wasn’t. Gym is a big reason I pick a hotel stay. We won’t be back.

Check-in was efficient and easy. All staff were very friendly and professional. Our room could have used a good vacuuming. The shower was tepid. Not sure why hot water wasn't available. Not a cold shower, but not a hot one either. It was a warm shower. Mattress for bed was a bit lumpy and highly squeaky when any movement on the bed was made.

The stay was great but the booking from Expedia was not. I booked a 2 queen room and when I got there, the front desk said that they had me down for a king bed. Since there was a soccer tournament that weekend there were no rooms available. The front desk was kind enough to give me a discount.

Very disappointing as the room I booked was falsely advertised as having a separate bedroom plus showed pictures of a separate bedroom with living area, but on check in I was told the room I booked did not have a separate bedroom. Very disappointing as we were traveling with kids and this was an important feature of why we booked this hotel. Will not be staying here again.

Hotel was very comfy. Just had a small issue when the shower did not work. Although they sent maintenance in, it was too late for us to use it. There was a huge stain in 106 that could easily be cleaned up.

Upon arriving we found that one of the rooms we reserved had not been adequately cleaned. There was marijuana on the floor along with a blood pressure pill. Both were easily accessible to a small child. I complained to the front desk & they said to email the manager because they couldn’t do anything. I sent an email asking for a call back, nothing. I followed up at the front desk again & sent a second email, still nothing. In addition, they did not provide cleaning service in the other room we had reserved during our stay. I even called to speak to a manager once I got home & they were unavailable & did not return my call. It’s completely unacceptable how they run this hotel.

the room was large and clean. The bed was way too low to the ground is the only thing. Breakfast was just ok. the turkey sausage patties were super dry and tasteless.

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk we had waited around 40min for someone to show up, mind you it was late at night and we had a long flight. Apparently, the front desk person was also taking care of the hotel beside this one. It just showed so much unprofessionalism

The breakfast tasted like it was old. The area was clean, and the staff was friendly. Our room was supposed to be handicapped only thing handicap. There was the toilet. The bed was 12 inches off the ground which for an older person that has handicap as ridiculous. this is the first time at this hotel I won’t be back.

Do not stay here. My wallet with a large sum of cash was stolen. I checked out, and immediately realized I had left my wallet in the dresser drawer. I called and they stated they checked with housekeeping, with management, and did not find it. I know I 100% left it there, so it was stolen either by house keeping or the front desk who I had reported it to. Do not stay here; I am not someone to throw out accusations but an employee, who is a representation of the company, here comitted grant theft, at a felony level. It is now being dealt with the police, but as a warning to future guests, there is theft occuring here and your belongings are not safe. Management did little to nothing to assist.

This Holiday Inn was very clean and had a new construction feel to it. The room was perfect, with comfortable bedding and a nice clean bathroom. It has a nice exercise room and a very nice breakfast and dining room. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the price for the room.

The room we were supposed to stay in was not clean and it looked like someone was laying on bed trash on table. I was too tired to leave, but we were given another room promptly by front desk on duty.

Internet does not work. Try to tether on my phone could not get signal. It was very difficult for us to do our meetings.

The hotel was really hot. No AC in the halls and the room AC took a very long time to cool down the room. The staff, breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel was very good.

Great location and staff. I did not realize that I needed to pay for parking until I checked in so that was disappointing.

My only complaint is that I was woken up every night by the people in the room above me. I could hear them stomping all night. I’ve never had a hotel where I could hear anyone above me. I was staying here because my grandpa died and so sleep was hard enough without the stomping. Sounds like a piece of plywood was all there was in between my ceiling and their floor.

We had only lukewarm water for showers. I asked to have someone check on why we didn't have hot water...That was never resolved. We asked on day #4 for a late checkout because my niece's program wouldn't end until late Sunday afternoon. That was never communicated, because I found three voicemails from the front desk asking why our stuff was still in the room. No one person at the desk seems to communicate with the other.

Hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was good. Asked for a quieter room and we received one. Overall a good stay. If you have a dog with you, keep in mind there is no grassy area. Plants and mulch are the only places for your dog to do its business.

When i went to check in they let me know i would need to pay an additional $150 to stay there. That waa not included in my reservation. We ended up not staying there. The front desk agent was rude on top of it.

Should have stayed at Courtyard by Marriott in same parking lot! Check n was quick but staff was not friendly or welcoming. Hallways and elevators were super hot, no air. The room was very small. Our ac unit in our room worked but was making a lot of noise. The beds were hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable. The blinds did not block out parking lot light. The handle on shower was stripped. No local eateries or bars within walking distance. I would never stay at this location again.

The walls are SO thin I could hear the conversations of those next to me, someone was banging on doors and either housekeeping was vacuuming the room on the other side of me or they were doing construction at past 10:00pm.

2 night stay with my 16 year old son, room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good for hotel food. 20 minutes away form the Ontario Mills which was great for shopping.

Two time the bed was made. Trash was not removed one day. Cleaning supplies were felt one day. Toilet wasn't cleaned twice. I was there for seven day and you can tell when did maids clean your room.

Pool was suspect one day. Looked oily and needed a skim.

It was a last minute booking as we got stranded due to a tire issue. We had no issues checking in or out. The rooms were absolutely amazing. Clean. And renovated. The pool was kind of busy, but it was good. Breakfast options were great. And it was very quiet regardless of amount of people walking up and down the hallways.

The receptionist was very kind to place us and our 3 children at the end of the hall out of the way in case the children got a little loud. The pool was a little dirty could have used a clean and also there were no pool towels available. Housecleaning was very friendly and did a get job.

My 2 year old son found pills in the room and luckily didn’t eat them. When I talked to the manager she informed me that she didn’t have kids so she couldn’t empathize with why I was upset about the situation and was very dismissive and short. Her excuse was she hadn’t been at work long so she wasn’t ready to deal with the problem.

The room was a bit worn out. Rips on all the chair. Mattresses seemed new. The pull out beds weren’t made at all and nothing to make them. No sheets, blankets, pillows. And they know how many people you have so know that you needed the bed. Not enough towels for ppl that checked in. And we had to do all that. The pool and hot tub were really dirty. Gross even. Inappropriate things floating. Staff was receptive to hearing the problems but not quick to do anything

I was charged for parking in the same hotel lot why ? Idk! Even tho they refunded the $25 fee I had to go tru a couple of employees to get to the manager for him to explain to me why was I charged for parking he agree on refunding the money back to my card , but I think it was just absurd how nobody explained it why if we are stying in the hotel we have to pay for parking when it should be complementary

Close to family and graduation

The atmosphere is friendly, and the surroundings are clean and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean hallways and rooms. The hot portions of the breakfast could be much better.

Parking not inclouding? Really?

Excellent hotel

The staff were amazing but the walls were so thin I could hear everyone above and around me movinf well into the morning even with the A/C fan running. Seemed like a cheaply maintained room as well, but it was clean.

Convenient and quite

Very clean & friendly

We stayed on the bottom floor and it was very noisy. The front office phone would ring and ring. Someone above us was very noisy. Sounded like they were jumping up and down for hours. People very loud with their voices as they were coming in or out. Not the hotels fault just our location was not good at all. Staff was friendly but when setting up for breakfast they were talking bery loud. Did not sleep well at all.

BF option and convenience to Loma Linda University

The upkeep of the hotel is more than I expected. Exceptionally well maintained and staff at check-in was very courteous and polite.
